I have renewed my plan on date 12th jan 2018 but till than date my plan isn’t activated yet. I have made almost 20 to 30 call. Customer care service is too poor i was in waiting in que for 1.30 hour and phone getting disconnected every time when i try to convey my msg they were saying we don’t know some say we see ur plan is active. But no one take initiative to resolve actual issue. Adding photo of my call list lastly i call to someone executive with the hope to resolve my problem but he was saying do not try to ruin our day. Its not our issue. Do not call me again later on i come to know he is the retention manager of spidigo which mobile number is ‭[protected]‬ i don’t wish to put his name. But at the time he cut the call without answer although he was calling when i was not renewing plan once i have renewed and make payment than he is saying me like it’s ur issue. This is how they do business which is not acceptable. I am also a working guy it’s turf for me take follow up whole day. I don’t want to take ur plan @spidigo please refund my money asap

    My username for spidigo is hemilakhani.. I have spidigo plan of speed 40 mbps for 3 months, which includes 300 gb data.. Now when i am checking my internet usage online, the spidigo website says that i used 292.09 gb's in 32 days, which is impossible because i have a hectic schedule, the usage is shown very very incorrectly and it rises everyday even if i don't use my internet.. I called the agent who was in charge of our spidigo deal for this complaint but the issue has not still resolved.. I am tired of spidigo and request them to solve this issue

      Extremely bad services, my name is kartik shah, mobile number [protected], last week taken new connection, since 5 days net is not working, after giving multiple complains.. There is no response and no one is coming to check the internet connection.. This is the worst services from your side..in this fast life do we need 5 days to get solved internet connection..???

        I have purchased spidigo broadband from executive parshuram pandewal from ahmedabad. He gave affirmation about net installtion and working ethernet on netgear router (Already purchased). Later on when we tried to connect ethernet thorugh netgear router we face some technical issue. We raise query with spidio support. But they told us to purchase new router. With this statment we felt betrayed by spidigo executive mr parshuram pandewal. He totally misguided us and rudely behavior when we tried to contact him.

        Sorry to say.. Service is totally poor from executive and customer support.

          I am holding connection of spidigo since long time and there services are the worst and also more painful is the approach they have toward solving customer issue. Customer care executives are worst and they have only 3 to 4 canned lines to convey back e g complaint registered and technical team will get back to you shortly which rarely happens. It takes them almost a week to arrange for an engineer to visit home and fix the problem and that too is not a permanent fix. Supervisors never take calls and executives inform upfront that they do not have authority to transfer the call. For most of the..

          From last one month wifi is not woking at all; prior to this we have submitted two times complaint. Again the same complaint is occurred of wifi not working. Arrange to check the complaint properly to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

            On 6th dec i made a complain regarding my internet network.. Same day i realised that the complaint has been closed without any visit or call and the issue remains the same..
            Above that the customer service department experience was worse.. Please make an educated guy sit there who knows how to speak with the customer..

            Guys please don't waste your money here..

              From last one week i was complaining on customer care number and after complain registered the phone call is coming from the customer and they are just saying that our technical team will in touch to you shortly and closing the complain. From last few days this same thing is happen again and again. Today when i received the call from the customer care that time i asked him that without solving the complain how can u close the complain and the person said to me that your complain is not proper your net is okay and there is no problem showed on our customers and technical team closing the complain but without receiving to my place how can any technical team can closed the complaint. Like an eg: today someone got injured and he goes to the hospital and doctor gives him medicine directly without examine him is same the technical team of spidigo company is doing. The worst service is provided by the spidigo company and i would specially recommend you if any one is looking for spidigo broadband service in ahmedabad city than please go for any other company rather than going to this worst company. My spidigo user id is adityagajera.

                I have shifted my connection in may 2017 by paying requisite charges with one year advance subscription. However, ever since we shifting, there is no continuity of services... Whenever we complain, next day they close it saying it is solved. They are just interested in showing healthy mis by showing complain closure well within tat but not worried about whether customer is satisfied or not.

                Lousy service and careless approach towards customer.

                  Needless to say your team not at all proactive.
                  I had given a request of instrument shifting almost week back but till date not satisfactory reply.
                  Staff chintan and vishal are really not at all ownermind set... Every time i keep replying them not even a single revert from there side.
                  I am amazed why can't they have detail in the mail footer side.
                  Shocking! Take responsibility.
                  Everytime i submitting electric bill... Still they are not accepting. Can't they collect while their visit.
                  Can't you have exception case to case basis.
                  Can't you understand the genuineness of the client when payment of 500/- is already made.
                  Well even i am not expecting any reply from md. I want fast proceessing

                    Hello sir/madam,

                    This is to inform you that since long time i am facing issue to use spidigo broadband connection. Many times i have given complaint for the same but its useless. Last complaint i have lodge on 14th nov'17, and got call for resolution, but no one has came and closed the complaint without any resolution. I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life. From last 4 months i am not able to use spidigo broadband, which i have taken for doing my office work. It has been worthless paying for nothing every month. Even i have checked spidigo complaints are too much and resolution is only 2% to 3%.

                    I request you to help me for getting my money back which i have paid for nothing.

For most of the complaints responses are write a mail to customer care id and never got revert from the same. Advising to visit head office is last resort for cc executive.in this year i have almost faced times when the connection was not in working mode for almost 4 month combined and with almost 12 months validity left it seems all prepaid amount is in vain. For cancellation also need to visit head office and would balance amount be refunded that is also not clear. This is a fraud and cheat company and concerns towards them need to be addressed immediately

                      Spidigo broadband is verry bad connection. complain karne ke bad bhi problem solve nahi hota. service bhi thik se nahi dete. jab bhi complaint karte he to techniqal problem he ho jaega chek karke call back karte he bas per problem solve nahi hota kabhi. complain solve kiye bina solve hone ka msg bhej dete he.

                        This is with reference of my internet connection with "brijeshashar" user name.

                        Where in i have requested to change the connection and paid the required fees/charges at your bodakdev office too.

                        I have paid the shifting charges on 3rd august 2017 and till the time connection is not fixed at my new address....!!

                        Its almost most 3 month of time period where in i am unable to utilized internet where in i have paid the amount for 18 months in advance...!!

                        Its really a matter of creditability for the company like spidigo where in customer is not getting paid services even.

                        Now i need to know two most important things..

                        1. When should i finally get the connection at my new address as register at your bodakdev office with new house annexure copy.

                        2. The time duration where in i have not received the connection on time and more than 3 months of time has been passed away...

                            Sir, i have complained for my internet connection.
                            It is closed without resolving issue & without any confirmation or any call.
                            I have complained again to reopen my complain after that i have called so many times my issue is still there my connection is not working if you are unable to resolve my issue kindly refund my money so i can change my connection to other broadband services which has time for me.
                            I can not waste time & money for carelessness it is humbly requested to refund me if you have no time for me
                            I am tired by calling & wasting time with your call center which has never given me satisfactory answer
                            I honestly speaking you your call center for customer care is useless. Answer is always common for everytime no satisfactory answer

                              My data was left about 90gb in limited 500gb 4mbps plan with 18 month duration
                              Customer executive/care person called us and told that if we do the recharge now.. We will sum up remaining data and duration and your new plan will last for 20 months with 590gb data...
                              We did that plan and paid for that.. But they didn't summed up neither data nor duration. And new plan was activated directly from the date we did the payment and given only 18 months and 500gb

                              I have complained for no internet service about 6/8 days back..
                              First time it was ok..
                              Second time i called they talked too much rudely with me and still prolem was not solved
                              Third time they cut the phone without listining properly..
                              I asked to talk to their superviser, they arrogantly deined and told us this is not going to be happen. And cut the phone.

                              There is no internet connection since 8 days..
                              I have called three times to customer care
                              Every time they say "our engineer will call you..." and no responce from engineer or anyone..
                              After that when i called on second day and told that "there wasn't any call from engineer.." they end up like "they called you.. But you didn't picked up the call.." and they cut the call.
                              Everytime this happens
                              They are giving too much poor customer services...

                              and they said to add up my remained 90Gb data ine that new plan for 4Mbps

                                I am writing this complaint reference of today my newly purchased spidigo internet connection not working.. Also this all things should be done by their engineer but their engineer done very unprofessional job here.

                                I have connect spidigo line in my router its show up but when my mobile then its show mac error in now days nobody use single laptop for internet use i don't take connection for desktop.

                                They have bound single mac address

                                Very unprofessional behave by tech team and sales person don't take accountability on first day

                                  Always one solution:

                                  "we have noted your complaint for connectivity issue." no one comes and mostly end of the day you get a message with "you complaint bla bla is resolved."

                                  Some guy came and repaired and said it's working. Only after an hour same drama started.

                                  I am sick of complaining. Looks like i am proving not just that "yes there is truly something wrong with my system" or i'm proving my nationality.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have purchased new internet connection on 07-oct-2017 at 30, rms society, opp. Talav, memnagar, ahmedabad - 380052 and i have been provided with userid - mehtasejal.

                                    I regret to inform you that the net was not working since 11-oct-2017 and complaint was registered with ticket no.[protected]. The worst thing is after visit of your engineer on 14/10/2017, device installed at my location was found faulty. How the device can be out of order in just 4 days?. After two days, one technician mr. Nizam with phone no. [protected] visited my place and changed the device at terrace. As per his statement, as the new device was installed, it takes 2 hours for mac binding and i had to wait for 2 hours. I regret to mention that after 2 days, internet is still not working and no one either from call centre or from technical team has been giving satisfactory reply.

                                    I can not resist myself from pointing the trai guidelienes and mentioning here for your kind information.

                                    Q 2. What is the time limit for redressal of complaints at the call centre?
                                    A.

                                    The call centre has to redress the complaints as per the provisions in the qos regulation where no parameters are prescribed, complaints relating to faults/disruption of service have to be rectified within 3 days and all other complaints with 7 days.

                                    From 11-oct-2017 to 18-2017, 7 days have already been passed.

                                    The case of violating trai guideline is also clear with spidigo website not mentioning nodal officer's contact details as well as call centre executive mr. Dinesh koshti was not willing to provide nodal officer's contact details stating that it is not permitted to provide any detail.

                                    These all incidence clearly concludes that spidigo is harassing their valuable clients.in absence of nodal officer, i will be forced to file a complaint with appellate authority or to ask for full refund of my payment.
                                    Hope you will followup the matter immediately or be ready for legal action with refund for my payment.

                                      The payment was made to uday patel on oct. 2nd. Still not recd internet connection. Uday does not take our phone, customer care says they will call back. Doesn't do that. Either give connection or refund our money. The way you treat the customer is very unfair.

                                        Please don't buy spidio internet plan, very very poor service, customer support very bad, i have used last 9 months, i have submit 100+ complain.
                                        Every 3/4 days submit complaint to customer care customer care, always wait for at least 15 min. After that they have the same reply, " technician has been informed. He'll visit in a day.

                                        Do not buy spidigo broadband in Ahmedabad. Worst service experience. Everytime I call for the complaints, their executives are like recorded message "Technician will visit" they do the magic and works until 10PM than again same problem. Do not ever rely on this service provider. They run their business shamelessly. No responsible person to contact.
