Dear sir,
I have purchased new internet connection on 07-oct-2017 at 30, rms society, opp. Talav, memnagar, ahmedabad - 380052 and i have been provided with userid - mehtasejal.
I regret to inform you that the net was not working since 11-oct-2017 and complaint was registered with ticket no.[protected]. The worst thing is after visit of your engineer on 14/10/2017, device installed at my location was found faulty. How the device can be out of order in just 4 days?. After two days, one technician mr. Nizam with phone no. [protected] visited my place and changed the device at terrace. As per his statement, as the new device was installed, it takes 2 hours for mac binding and i had to wait for 2 hours. I regret to mention that after 2 days, internet is still not working and no one either from call centre or from technical team has been giving satisfactory reply.
I can not resist myself from pointing the trai guidelienes and mentioning here for your kind information.

Q 2. What is the time limit for redressal of complaints at the call centre?

The call centre has to redress the complaints as per the provisions in the qos regulation where no parameters are prescribed, complaints relating to faults/disruption of service have to be rectified within 3 days and all other complaints with 7 days.

From 11-oct-2017 to 18-2017, 7 days have already been passed.
The case of violating trai guideline is also clear with spidigo website not mentioning nodal officer's contact details as well as call centre executive mr. Dinesh koshti was not willing to provide nodal officer's contact details stating that it is not permitted to provide any detail.
These all incidence clearly concludes that spidigo is harassing their valuable clients.in absence of nodal officer, i will be forced to file a complaint with appellate authority or to ask for full refund of my payment.
Hope you will followup the matter immediately or be ready for legal action with refund for my payment.
