As mentioned on website, i sent the text “buy” to [protected] for new connection on 10th july 2017. Almost within few minutes a guy from bodakdev office called and asked me what type of connection i needed and said a person will be at my home by today evening to discuss about the
New connection.

Within the next 20 minutes, the person came and explained me about the
Plans; i chose 1mbps as i am the only one who would be using the broadband. He took rs. 3825 with broad smiling face advance cash for my new connection. The breakdown was rs. 3325 for 1 year subscription of 1mbps + rs. 500 for the binatone router. I agreed on that part and told me that a “guy” will be here within 48 hours to install the device and configure my new connection.

Actually, i had received a text message that 1mbps plan is having an offer price of rs. 3325 for 12 months. He was trying to sell me that plan for rs. 3500. I showed him that text message and then he agreed on giving the plan for rs. 3325.

As agreed, a “guy” came on 12th july 2017 and installed the devices and
Router. As usual i got the confirmation text that my account was active and i got my username and password. I came home at 1:00am and tried to login; i got an error message that my username or password was wrong. I tried and tried and tried to enter the details, each time got an error that
Something was incorrect.

Next morning i called the customer service number[protected] and came to know that my account was “tdc”. Surprised, i asked what it meant. The customer service adviser was not able to answer my questions. After 2 calls, i came to know that “tdc” means termination or terminated or temporary disconnected (I got three different answers). I was asked several times whether i had made payments or not. I explained myself that a guy took rs. 3825 from me on 10th july.

But the great customer service advisers just took my complaint and made a note of it and send it to some mysterious department. They even failed to ask someone to give me a call back and explain things. After two days, my account was still not active. Fortunately, i got a call back and was told that
My account will be active within few hours. I was convinced. 5/6 hours later my account was not active. I called probably 3 or 4 times after that but got the same response. Some even said that he
(The adviser) had taken the “ownership” and will activate my account within an hour. Guess what, it didn’t and no one bothered to call me.
Tired of calling, i went to the headoffice at bodakdev on 17th july 2017. I was told by one of the advisers to meet mr vishal at third floor of that building. I met mr vishal and discussed the matter with him. I sat there and he ran off to “activate” my account. I probably sat there for 45 minutes and
Then he came and told me that my account was “active”. I took his phone number, just in case, if it didn’t work. Guess what again, it didn’t work. I was getting the same error again and again.

I called and called but it didn’t worked. I had to go to their headoffice the next day to fight for it. There were 4 or 5 people with similar issues; connection not being active after taking huge amount of money, connection being terminated, connection not working for 15 to 20 days etc.
On that day, i met mr chintan; who assured me that a “guy” will be there to fix my issues by 2pm (Before i go to work at 3pm). He came!! I was so much happy that finally this person will resolve it. There was another guy with him. Looking at the way the wiring was
Done, the other person immediately asked, “did that guy did this connection?”. I answered yes. I guess he knew it too that his work is not so good.
Well, he did sort it out and then told me that the first guy has not installed the good quality cable and connections are not sturdy. The device installed on the terrace was also not “fit” properly.
Well, he left and the internet was working. I went to greet them goodbye and saw them go down the stairs. I logged in again on spidigo login page and boom… internet was not working….
I ran and caught them at the society gate and they told me that the device on the terrace was not good, it needs to be replaced. They also said that they will call me and come back once they get the device tomorrow. They never came, they never called.
Mr vishal never once answered my call. Mr chintan only once answered my call and he is the one keeps on assuring all will be good and keeps on sending invisible “guys” to my home. No one came
To my home…

I now have my account active and broadband connection active but after every 10 minutes of surfing the browser says no internet connectivity, dns server error, failed to connect to spidigo. Login etc. This has become a daily schedule. I have never received a continuous connectivity after they went from my home. Even if you open google it will get opened like normal. But after hitting search button, the page will load and load and load and then kill itself. I have to keep on disconnecting and reconnecting the page over and over again.

Even tried to understand my situations and kept on making false
Promises. He never even had the audacity to say sorry once. His answers were blunt all the time. I
Have worked for customer services for nearly 4 years and i have never talked with customers like
That. He got one reason for “fluctuations”… rain. God, it has stopped raining, why has my problem
Not resolved?
The customer service members are not so good. They will register my complaint and will just tell me
That some “guy” will call me. It has only twice that this guy told me that he will send another “guy”
To my house. I get the text message that the complaint has been registered and sometimes i receive
The call and then within few hours i get the text that my complaint has been closed. ‘
Each and every people with spidigo have lied to me. They were only truthful to their words when i
Had to take a new connection. Even if a guy would be miles away from my home, he would be at my
Doorstep within 15 minutes to take money from me. No one has ever been late to collect
Money. But to provide services they become neglectful.
From 11th july till today, i have felt nothing but stress. I have spent god-knows how much time over
The call, shouting in the middle of the night explaining things to call advisers. Everyday i woke up
Praying that my broadband would work. I had to change my mobile plan to get more data so that i
Can use hotspot. I am even typing this complaint with hotspot; even at this point internet is not
Working.

Following are the complaint numbers that i could save in my message inbox:
1.[protected] – registered 17th july
Received no response for this, i guess.
2.[protected] – registered 21st july
Closed on the same day, with no one arriving at my house.
3.[protected] – registered 28th july
Closed on the same day, with no one arriving at my house.
4.[protected] – registered 31st july
Closed on the same day, with no one arriving at my house.

Had also sent one email to [protected]@spidigo.com but no one replied, obviously!
Following are the main points where spidigo failed:
1. Misguiding advertisements – you would be able to see the banners on streets and different
Info on website.
They have mentioned monthly plan on the website but they charge it for a year. Says that it
Is for customer’s understanding.

2. Poor knowledge of complaint handling – the customer service team over the call is the
Worst that i have ever encountered with. I would say reliance broadband was less bad
Compared with these ones.
Advisers just have the knowledge of account name, address, phone numbers, user id and
Activate details etc. They never ever gave satisfactory responses.
Once the complaint is registered, a technical engineer gives a call and understands my
Complaint again; he is the judge whether they should send the guy or not.

3. False promises – each and every one of them from the sales person to customer service call centre team have said a lot of buttery
Things but none of them has tried to made my connection smooth and error-free.

4. Poor quality device and cable: i was told twice that the lan cable of such
Quality is the worst of all, cheapest of all from china; it is rarely used now-a-days. Also, the
Device on the terrace looks outdated and fixed forcefully.

Spidigo, why do you even exists... Go burn in hell...

I have lodge complaint regarding connectivity problems on 29.07 & subsequently follow up with customers care but last six day a common reply received that your complaint assign to Mr. Rakesh Makwana he will call n visit but till now nobody visited I mailed also but reply is awaited. I advised all of you not go for Spidigo broadband

    Am facing too much problems using my internet from[protected].

    1. It takes too much time to get login after entering the username and password and many times it doesn't even accept the login.

    2. Internet speed has become very slow due to which i am facing problems in downloading.

    3. My account automatically gets logged out within an hour or so, and i have to login again and again..

    I have complained more than 3 times but till know i don't have any response from the company

    I need a quick response from the company on this issue.

    Complaint of broadband not working is with customer care from 18.07.17 till 30.07.17.None of Engineer attended complaint.Very poor response.I need by money back.
    As registered complain for my internet connection which close from date 26/7/2017 but there is no attempt for reestablishing connection as emailed for so many times as well as everyday contacted help centre but there is no positive action in the matter

      I am surprised after so many negetive reviews on ur website still u don't want to improve.. Since 15 days my net is not working and ur customer care are not even bothered... When filing for complain for the third time they r lieing that engineer cane and did the need full... I am sick and tired o[censored] guys now.. One thing is for sure after 6 month i am going to throw ur broadband... Bsnl is much better then u guys... U have the most hopeless servoce

        Hello, really its too bad service or your staff...
        Bcz i was purchase one of your plan for year. But from
        Beginning net working for only 3 days of week.. 🤣🤣🤣 we are working for 5days of week but we get holiday due to your net service really bad service.. If you not able to provide net and services then close the company and sleep @ home.. Bcz once i meet your one of service presntetiv they also talk rufly or not responding..

          My internet is not working from sunday evening. So i tried to contact on my isp number for registering complaint but it was not working. So i emailed them on monday and registered complaint on monday. After that i also have contacted their technical officer and other many times but they still haven't addressed my issue. They also have policy to address issue within 48 hrs but they failed to follow that deadline. This are not the first time in past 6 month i have faced this issue more than 10 times.

            The major issue is after renewing the plan this time i m not getting a proper service and respond from your technical team as well as the engineer i have to complain on every alternate day that my net is not working still i don’t get the response from your team.

            This is ridiculous that your engineer had replace my receiver without informing me and had combine my receiver with other connection how could your engineer do that without any notice or without getting our permission since i am facing so many problems and your team is like trying to make an excuses do i relay on such # company who is not even ready to serve their better costumer on better way this is very sad to know that such big name of your company treats your exciting costumer like this then how could we suggest others to have your broadband. Your engineer is not even visiting your place even after so many reminder and complain i don’t know how you serve your costumer.

              Hello,

              I did complaint on last saturday date : 22nd july 2017.

              No one came or resolve my complain or no solution is provided by anyone.

              I have called 10 times on spidigo customer support number.

              Number : [protected]

              I have also visited spidigo office at pakwan cross road, ahmedabad.

              They said complaint will be resolved by 24th july 2017.

              Its 4th day no one have resolved my internet issue.

              From wednesday internet is not working it worked on friday for 10 hours.

              So its almost 6 days internet is not working.

              If consumer complaint can provide any service to me and resolved my complaint.

              They promise me to solve any query in 2 days today is my 6th day.

                This complaint is directed to the promoter/ ceo of spidigo in india for taking note of the poor quality of service and responsiveness of spidigo network in ahmedabad.
                I facing problem from last 6 days, i made at least 6 calls, but without resolving the problem my complaint was closed i reopened the complaint but, still no response. Upon complaining the cc staff always answers that he will forward the request to technician. But no technician has turned up yet.
                I request you to please intervene immediately. If you not able to resolve please take it away. I will explore other company..

                  I have called up spidigo call centre on following dates
                  1. 8 july[protected]
                  2. 4 july[protected]
                  3. 27 june[protected]
                  4. 26 june[protected]

                  9. 01 june[protected]

                  In just 38 days 9 complaints and still today also my net connection is down.

                  The standard reply i get all the times is in 48hours you will get call from technical department and if still the problem persists engineer visit your place.

                  Technical department has one and only solution "close the switch and after 10-15 minutes start the switch of router" and it starts, which makes one suspicious of the problem.

                  Engineer had come and said everything is working as per his last visit, which means the problem doesnot exist but it is deliberately created by disconnecting a user the moment download starts

                  If the organisation is not able yo bear the expenses o[censored]nlimited data plans it should stop offering them to customers.

                  Still awaiting the solution to my problem, haven't heard from their technical teac as yet.

                      Please correct it and it should be for 24 hours for which i had paid in advance.
                      Please change your cable wire or any thing but provide me 24 hours. Otherwise i have to proceed legally and you have to pay me loss.

                          I purchased spidigo broadband plan 4 Mbps unlimited for 18 months for Rs. 12, 500.
                          I gave them 12, 500 rs check on 25-may-2017. As they promise they were going to install broadband connection on Saturday 27-may-2017.
                          But they didn't.
                          After calling 15 to 16 times they finally they came on 28-may-2017 at 4pm and done half installation.
                          Since we installed the broadband connection we complains about low speed and irregular connectivity.
                          We visited their office and asked them to discontinue their services since they are not providing well.
                          They refuse to listen a single word. Since the day we are facing bad internet speed. We have complain almost 4 to 5 times in a week. Still they are not giving a good services and refused for refund and not showing any terms and condition. We ask them to give answers in written but they also refused to do that.
                          Please help us out here. Our register username at spidigo is mahesh64.

                            I want to write here regarding my broadband connection of SPiDiGO, which I am using from last three months. My name is Pranav Shukla and I have been facing problems about internet speed after one month of connecting to this network.

                            One of the worst internet network I have used till now. On that time false promises were given to me that you will get 6+3 months connection with unlimited downloading with 4 Mbps speed...many times I have registered my complaint but the person who came to solve problem always kept saying that 'your connection is okay', I don't know where is it okay!!! To register in spidigo/login itself here is a problem. I do not want my money back...I just want SPiDiGO team members to come to my house and use internet for just 30 minutes, I want them to face same problem which I am facing from these many days.

                            I want to to ask them 'Are you aware about what Broadband connection is?', on what basis you are continuing your services because your connection in the area and customer service facilities which you are providing are the worst. Always you call a customer care representative and they are replying 'Sir, in your area connection is down from last few days'...then tell me why you people are selling such product which cannot satisfy your customers and we have to lodge our complaints every other day.

                            Rather saying it SPiDiGO, I would like to tell it SPiDi + GOes. Hope their team will get this meaning and in future they will take real care of their customers and improve their facilities.

                              Purchased spidigo router online on 27th Feb. Which is not delivered to me even after a week. They ask for advance check and after few days they disconnect my connection whithout any reason. No proper response from any of its support and complaint center. Nobody is responding to any complaint.

                              Totaly feaud company...

                              I suggest do not try this internet service at all...

                                I have purchased spidigo router online as on date: 21, april 2017. Even after 6 days i have not received router and there is no response from any person.

                                No one is answering my call. Now i dont want spidigo router. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  My name is Jitendra and I am another frustrated customer of Spidigo with user id "jitendrashukla" Bakeri city, Vejalpur area of Ahmedabad. I opted for their 3 months plan and due to such a bad connectivity and poor service I decided to discontinue the plan after my term ended, But somehow the retention manager of this area named 'Niral Shah' convinced me to provide me an exceptional services going forward. He promised me that this time I will not have any problem and forced me to renew my plan. Trusting him I renewed my plan and this time I opted for the 9 months plan. But the misery continued. The have opted for the 4 MB plan but I rarely get this speed. I get such a poor speed that I am not able to do my office work. Specially during day time and on Sunday their internet speed goes down and it hardly works. When I file a complain the assigned engineer of my area named Mr. Mirza never visits my place and the case gets closed without fixing my issue. When I contacted the retention manager Niral Shah he literally misbehaved with me on the call and said he won't listen to my problem and disconnected the call. As they are not able to provide good connectivity and services I want to opt out from their plan and want my money back. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services as they are the worst internet service provider. They should shame on themselves for making fake promises.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    i have taken Internet 18 months plan from 31 Jan 2017 from Spidigo but from same day only few day i get internet properly other every day i have to complain for start internet and i am wasting every day 4-5 min telephone charge for complain and due to it i have to west my half hour time. as i am working with company located at Hyderabad so i have to live touch in my company with internet.if they can cannot provide proper internet then they should return my payment. my user ID is khavdiyaus.

                                      Spidigo comany me sabse badi problem hai mis commitment koi jimmedari nahi hai har bar net problem hoti hai to c. C wale 48 hours time dete hai. Aaj ki baat hai meri ek id hai manisha. Suthar k naam jo bopal me meri ek super market hai jiska billing online hai but net itna kharab hai ki hamesa issue hota hai call karne pe aaj k din reena parmar naam ki bandi ne call discanect kar diya. Spidigo k kafi sare aise senior hai jinko call karo to wo kaafi time call nahi uthate hai aur hamesa inka natak rehta hai ink khilaaf koi karya wahi ki jae.

                                        i registered complain with following no.[complain no.[protected], complain no.[protected], complain no.[protected]] in last 10 day.but i didn't get proper solution of my connectivity problem..
                                        every time i registered complain for poor or very low speed or no internet connectivity..and with in 24 hrs. a phone call from spidigo come for check my connection and close the complain..
                                        but i didn't get permanent solution of my problem..so after closing my complain with in few time again i faced a same problem of no connectivity..i attached a ping test..because i don't event check speed test of this connection..cause of Frequently losing of connectivity..please kindly attention on it or else let me know if you are unable to solve..close my connection..so i can think about different internet provider. and i don't need even my money back..but let me inform clearly so i could make my decision.
