Hi I m Shravan. my id is ssyadav From last 15days my internet is not working.
It takes too much time to get login after entering the username and password and many times it doesn't even accept the login. I am registered my complaint but they are not solving my complaint.

Frequent stoppage of services and even after submitting a complain, very poor and delayed action for improvement. A big mistake by me, Is to chosen a worst internet service provider. Again I say that very very poor service.

I need a quick response from the company on this issue.

    Hi, the situation is out of control, and i am taking last resort to sharing this issue with consumer court.
    We have upfront paid for spidigo service for using their internet services. Since then not a single day passed when we have not dialed their number and wrote an email for bad service. One thing i can understand network issue, but after every second day, their service has stopped working. My total email communication with them is 11 email, around 30 calls and one personal meeting with their customer care team. Nothing has been materialized and they never resolve anything so far.
    Kindly help us to get the resolution

      In this area where we reside, the only service provider is Spidigo who claim to provide the best internet facility. Their services are proving to be a headache for us. I have been forced to take their services because no other service provider is good in this area. However, they are taking heavy undue advantage of the same and are cheating and deceiving customers by provoding neither internet speed not availability.
      On 19/3/2017, I renewed the service and they took an abnormal amount of INR 1250 for merely 30 days. We were forced to pay as we had no other option as internet is a very basic requirement in today’s times. Despite paying such a heavy amount, they are not able to provide us the promised services and I even called their technician to check but within an hour of the repair, the internet dropped dead again. I called them and had to go through the tardy procedure of giving all my details. As a customer, I feel frustrated and tormented by such activities.
      Firstly, they claim to be the best in this area. Secondly, they charge heftily and on top of everything they FAIL to provide bare basic net facility. I am not jobless that I can keep calling and pursuing them over this. I have been time and again warning them to give me permanent results and solve this issue once and for all, however, they think that it is easy to fool customers and make money out of cheating innocent people who have no option but to come to them.
      They are taking it too lightly but this time I have made up my mind to make them pay for what they have done and have been doing.
      Such unfair practices distort consumer and public welfare by constantly depriving them of the services which cost them their hard-earned money.

      we have been persistently calling them to get our problem solved but to no avail. They gave us desperate calls everyday when our service was pending renewal and they came the very next on a sunday moning to take the payment but soon after we paid the renewal charge, the internet stopped working.

      They are taking it too lightly but this time I have made up my mind to make them pay for what they have done and have been doing.
      Such unfair practices distort consumer and public welfare by constantly depriving them of the services which cost them their hard-earned money.

        Hi i am hiren suthar. I have asked for spidigo plan and the amont was paid online on 16/01/2017 of rs 4525/for 9 months 1mbps/ unlimited plan but still i have not yet got the connection due to feasibility issue, that was a valid reason given to me. At the same time (16th jan'17) mr yogesh prajapati & mr uday patel committed that the amount will be refunded within 2 days of time but the amount is not yet refunded by the company as its already 38 days completed. There is no proper response from both the executive and not picking up any of my call.
        I request you to take action on priority as the its been long as the payment is done.

        I am planning to file a legal complaint against all directors. We will also inform media about this and make them publish in their newspaper. Its a very big scam and lakhs of consumers have lost their money. We cannot let them make us fool so easy.

          Spidigo has taken 9000 rs from me for connection of 19 months. But Not working network.in a week 6 days internet not works from a week...every time i need to call customer care and technician comes but not doing solution...

          Desirable Solution of complaint:
          permanent solution of my my net work service or want the full refund of payment done.

          I had spidigo connection in new ranip area and i applied for transfer spidigo connection. Spidigo person came and took 500 rs as transfer fee. and after 4-5 days.

            Spidigo Internet wifi plan issues

            I have never seen such a worst service provider ever. I am web developer so working from home. I need internet everyday specially on weekends. I registered complaints to these people so many times but every weekend i need to register complaint of internet not working!!! Ridiculous, shameless people they are that they bear all abuses even and take it so lightly. I am more than frustrated with their plan and waiting to get it over. it was 15...

            I have been using Spidigo Internet Services since almost last 2 years (starting from 30th April 2015). My problems started just after 10 days of shifting to Spidigo. They were providing very very bad service. There were always internet connection problems. Some days there would be no internet for 4 to 5 hours. This would happen 3 to 4 times every week. This problem continued for next 7 months but in December 2015, just before my renewal, the problem got worse and there was no internet connection for 2 continuous days. I called their Helpline number and made a complaint but the Helpline executives were useless. They would just go on repeating "it would take 24 working hours (effectively 3 working days) to resolve the problem" like a parrot. It was as if you were talking to a machine on the opposite end which would just go on repeating only one sentence "it would take 24 working hours (effectively 3 working days) to resolve the problem." I got a call from their office on the next day of my making the complaint that somebody would visit my residence to see what the problem was but nobody visited my residence to check the connection.

            On the third day since the internet had stopped working, I visited their office and I shouted at the Complaints Department Manager. He ultimately told me that a technical person would visit my residence within 2 hours and get the internet up. But again no one visited my residence for the next 4 hours and ultimately with no option left, I approached the CERC the same evening and registered a complaint against Spidigo. As soon as the Spidigo staff came to know that I had registered a complaint in CERC, they sent a technical person to my residence to correct the issue and they also agreed to compensate me for the loss of my 3 days by providing 3 days extra service.

            For the next one year for most part of the year (2016), there were no problems. Sometimes (once during a month), there would be problem with internet connectivity but I would call Ms. Khushbu Swaminarayan of Spidigo (with whom I had come in contact when I had approached CERC)and my problem would get resolved within 5 minutes.

            But again in December 2016, starting from 6th December 2016, my internet would stop in the night and I would have to email Khusbu in the morning that my internet was not working. This went on for the next 5 days despite me requesting permanent solution for the internet problem and they would assure me every time that they would provide permanent solution but there was no solution from their side. After this went on for 5 nights and with no other option left, I again approached CERC and again registered a complaint against Spidigo. But this time, there was no effect on Spidigo even after making a CERC complaint and the problem continued. Now sometimes there would be no internet even for 24 continuous hours. This problem continued for the next 8 days with only 2 to 3 hours of working internet everyday.

            Ultimately on 21st December 2016, after 15 days of continuous internet problems, I wrote an email to the Gujarat Head of Spidigo, Ravi Sawant, after which my problem got resolved immediately. I approached CERC for 15 days extension since I was hardly provided any service in 15 days (from 6th December 2016 to 21st December 2016) but Khushbu objected to this and provided me with only 5 days extension. But I persisted with my complaint with CERC and ultimately Spidigo agreed to provide me with 10 days extension (verbally) to which I agreed, although I had faced internet problem for 15 days. But just 5 days before my internet plan was to expire originally, I came to know that even after Spidigo )Khusbu) had agreed to provide me extension of 10 days, it had not been extended in reality. So I immediately called up the concerned person at CERC and asked for advice regarding the same. He advised me to send an email to him with proof that my internet service had not been extended. I sent him an email with the proof and he forwarded the same to Ravi Sawant and Khusbu, after which Khusbu immediately emailed the concerned person at CERC that my internet plan had been extended for 10 days.

            But again on the first and second night of the extension days, my internet was not working and I again emailed to the concerned person at CERC and he forwarded my email to Khusbu and Ravi Sawant again, after which my problem got resolved for the next one week. But again on 7th February 2017 at morning 4 o' clock, my internet stopped working and I called the Spidigo Helpline to register a complaint at 9:30 a.m. the same day but there was no resolution. My internet was down from 4 a.m. on 7th February 2017 to 8 a.m. on 8th February 2017, which was the last day of my internet plan after 10 days extension. I again approached CERC for the same and the concerned person advised me to call Khusbu for the problem. I called her up but she asked me to call Ravi Sawant, Head of Spidigo (Gujarat) for one day extension. I was surprised at how dumb could a person get. The concerned person (Girishbhai) at CERC tried to call Ravi Sawant but he did not answer the call. After that, Girishbhaii again tried to call Khusbu and she also did not answer his call. So Girishbhai advised me to go to Spidigo office since it was the last day of my internet service and my internet would stop from the same night. I visited the Spidigo office and asked to meet Khusbu who came out of her cabin to the reception area where I was waiting for her. When I introduced myself to her, she just went away without saying a word and then signalled receptionist to ask me to meet Sagar, Technical Manager at Spidigo.

            I met Sagar and he heard my complaint and gave me an extension of 1 day and he told me that he himself along with Technical supervisor of my area and a technical person would visit my residence and check my connection thoroughly so that I do not face such problem in the future. I though that at last there was a person who was concerned about the customers amongst those dumb Spidigo staff (including Head of Gujarat, Ravi Sawant and also Khusbu, who was extremely dumb). But my this misconception got cleared the next day when I did neither received a call from Sagar nor did he visit me. At 1 p.m. on 8th February 2017, I called him but he did not pick up my call. I called him several times at different time but he did not answer my call. At 2 p.m. on 8th February 2017, he answered my call and when I reminded him that he was to visit my residence to check my connection, he told me that he was on road and he would call me back after about 10 minutes. But there was no call from him even after 40 minutes. At 2:45 p.m. on 8th February 2017, I again called him but he disconnected my call without answering it. I called him 6 times but he disconnected it every time without answering my calls. So my misconception got cleared that Sagar was also a dumb and a waste person like Ravi Sawant and Khusbu Swaminarayan and that Spidigo was a company that did not care for its customers and just want to cheat their customers of their money by promising to provide service but not providing service for almost half of the time.

            So people be aware that Spidigo is a fraudulent and a cheating company which only cheats its customers of their money and does not provide internet service for almost half of the period of time it is supposed to provide the internet service and their staff is stupid and waste.

            Wasted Time & Money Both. I will never take any plan from spidigo even if they are ready to provide free.

            Spidigo net is not working as per expectation.

            We are facing issues ... only 1 PC is connected still net gets disconnected every 1-2 hours.

              They are giving worst service... I was calling to customer care from last 1 weeks for renew my connection... Every time they said that problem solve today but no one can come last 1 week and collected my cheque that's bcoz of your power service im faciing this problem and my net was disconnected

              It's normal... I mean wtf... Seriously man...

                Mr. Uday Patel of speedigo assured me to provide internet connection within a day. took payment for the router also on Dec 13, 2016 . when the person came for installation he said that i have not purchased the router. then he called up Mr. Uday and said that i have forgotten and will install it on Dec 19, 2016. after that on Dec 19, 2016 Mr. Uday informed me that the router is out of stck and will be available in the evening. in the evening he said the person is going to pick the router from godown and will reach in half an hour and Since then no body is picking up the call. the customer support says they will make the connection in 7 days time ( i was not informed about the same) . I feel i am being cheated by this pathetic service provider.

                  Having a worst experience of spidigo. Have complained more than 50 times through phone, mail and even personal visit at office but no response and customer service is as worst as i ever see...

                  Below is mail sent to director of company but even no reply from him as well (Like team spidigo) :

                  I am having a spidigo connection at my home at ahmedabad since last 6 months. We have taken a plan for 12 months where additional 3 months also offered.
                  I applied for this connection with high speed data usage so as to have ease of doing surfing & internet downloading as and when required but since beginning the experience is not good at all. Sorry to say but since beginning i am having “n” nos of issue with spidigo connection which are pointed as below :
                  · at the time of installation itself, commitment was of 2-3 days for activation but it took more than a week.

                  · every week twice & thrice, we experienced the net is not working. Have complained many a times but no permanent solution was given. (Check the complaint data)

                  · within a month or two, router as well as adapter has been replaced (Don't know what are the quality parameters used before installation or acquisition of such device).

                  · my services are not working since month end of august 2016 for which i registered compliant at customer care but no one has responded even after 5-6 days from the date of complaint. As there was no revert to my complaint, had called customer care & talked to some lady, mrs nima parmar who, after a long hold, to my surprise informed me that some device has been stolen from my connection hence it should be newly installed for which i have to pay 1500 rupees!!!

                  · i had treated this incident very seriously & asked clarification for below things things which never got reverted:

                  O when complaint has been filled by me officially, why it has not been reverted? I got to know about the status when inquired.

                  O lady told me on call that some device has been stolen which is to be reinstalled.

                  May i know which device?
                  How come it be stolen?
                  Who has come for verification?
                  Why it has not been updated at the time of visit?
                  Why it has not been shown which device has been stolen?

                  Does it not look like something fishy?

                  O the lady on call is handling a customer care!!! For a simple simple questions, she puts calla on hold and not able to reply properly. Even when asked for to allow me to speak to any senior or give a mail id, she straight away denied.

                  O connection has never in a operation for a continuous week time since beginning... What is the point of wasting time & money for such then?

                  O i feel cheated as before installation i inquired & has been told that there is no connection issue at your area location & will not have any issue... But what i experienced are issues only!!!

                  O being in a service industry, product as well as customer service should be a key area but in this case it is gone for a toss always...

                  · i am writing mails for complaining since 10th of september 2016 to official mail id of spidigo but team seems so busy that i didn’t get any response and my complaints were closed without any visit / call or intimation.

                  O 2-3 times complaint got closed without any action / visit / call which was re-opened on my request. When inquired to customer care it was found that mr darshan patel (Engineer) has visited my place and updated team to close complaint. One of such incidence was reported on 18th of september 2016 which was a sunday and i was at my home only for whole day.

                  O as per information earlier provided by team spidigo, engineers having off on sunday than how come mr darshan visit on sunday?

                  O have asked team to check following for which reply is still awaited :

                  § can you pls check mr darshan patel is actually doing what?

                  § where he visited?

                  § at what time?

                  § to whom he met?

                  § what solution he has communicated?

                  · i got a response on mail from mr sagar sureja on 24th september 2016 i. E. After almost a month of complaint registered and 14 day after my first mail.

                  O response was only of two line mentioning “…will have to pay device stolen charges…..”

                  O not a single point has been explained which were raised by me in my previous mails.

                  O then after also written many a times but not responded.

                  · 3rd october 2016 : i again got message for closure of my complaint without any visit / call / communication / intimation.

                  O when i called customer care department for asking the reason for closure of complaint, they are not able to provide any proper reason...

                  O even executive deny to take complaint or re-open my complaint by arguing that mr niki solanki has asked to not take any complaint on my id & asked to me visit office.

                  · since i was fed up with a long delay and unprofessional behavior of team spidigo, i visited spidigo office at parshwa tower, bodakdev, ahmedabad on17th of october 2016 where again observed un professional behaviour of team spidigo and witnessed a worse customer service (Customer services is always goes for toss in my case). Below mentioned was my experience which any one feel bad about :

                  O met with mr vishal who introduced himself as a customer service executive. When asked for resolution of my query, at first instance he seems not aware about the issue hence asked him to call mr sagar sureja who was instrumental in narrating stories since beginning for my case.

                  O i also asked to meet darshan (Engineer) who, as per spidigo, is handling my case & visited my home... (I never met such person & when he visited was a mystery till date)... Mr vishal has not allowed to meet mr darshan by claiming he is on field...

                  O even asked mr vishal to allow me to meet mr sagar but he only speak to sagar on call & told me the same story "discussed with sagar... Your device has been stolen... You need to pay for it..."
                  Even asked him to give contact number of mr sagar which also denied...
                  Asked him to allow me to speak to mr sagar through his phone only... Still he denied by showing message from sagar that "... He can go for legal if he wants..."

                  O even i asked the timing for meeting with sagar & darshan to end this issue but i get no response...

                  O i asked to close my account at there only and refund amount for which he asked to deduct 5k to my surprise which i totally not agreed upon!!!

                  O mr vishal (Due to influence of mr sagar who is his boss as told by vishal) is not at all seems interested to resolve my query as i was talking to him but he pretends to be busy with his computer work... Is this the way customers to be handed!!!

                  O i many a times asked mr vishal to take me to some senior or person from senior management but he told that he & sagar are only ones from senior team here...

                  You can judge from the above summery that how i felt mentally harassed by this kind of services and responses. Please note :

                  O i am not asking for any personal favour but what i was asking since long is clarification for stories narrated by team spidigo which no one has bothered to revert. No one is responding clearly, no one is ready to meet me and no one is bothered to resolve query of customer.

                  O had paid for tenure in advance and hence it seems team is not responding since they have recovered money but what about services?

                  O even i am working in a service industry and very well about importance of “customer service” to survive in this competitive market which i feel lacking in my case as customer service gone for a toss at each stage.

                  O in service industry, customer visiting office and talking face to face with service provider is best time to resolve any query / issue. When i visited your office, team spidigo can have healthy discussion to resolve issue but in my case, no one were bothered about resolution and even i feel everyone is ignoring me and resist themselves to meet me.

                  O it is well known customer regime that “happy customer tells one whereas unhappy customer tells to nine people”

                  I am approaching you directly since no one else at your organization is bothered to revert me or having discussion for resolution. Hoping for an amicable resolution for my issue at the earliest as my services are not activated since more than 2 months of time.

                    In a week, 4 to 6 times shutdown network. Regularly complain, but no more change the service.

                    Previously, there was only one provider to net but now I have an another option so can you please confirm if you are not providing good service so I can change my provider. I have no time to complain alternate day, instead of, I change my provider. This was a last time I complaint against this fraud company else I need to take strike action against the company. I have already discussed at police station regarding fraud and they are ready to help me for the same.

                    The choice is yours. Provide good service or I will start to file case against this fraud company?

                      Hello,

                      I purchase spidigo internet service and took 2MBPS internet plan, but day by day, internet speed is going to be slow and now a days it is too much slow. It is only 30-35 KBPS.

                      I already complained many times to provider, but I am not getting valuable result and due to that reason, now I am applying here so I can get my actual worth of monetary value which I paid.

                        The company is incapable of making commitment to its word for services and support. It's patrons are insincere and have very casual attitude. Single issue is not resolved even after multiple complaints and calls even after 15 days whereas they claim to resolve the issues within 48 hours. They even don't give any refund if the customer is not satisfied and willing to leave.

                          Unpromising/Hopeless Broadband service provider I ever encountered :

                          The worst thing I ever encountered is their Executive Mr. Pritesh Shah. I haven't seen such a irresponsible person. The way when I was suppose to to get the broadband, he use to get in touch every time and even came to my office to collect money. But when time to do setup, he almost fooled me for more than 1 weeks.

                          He rarely picked up my phone and at last he said that we can't do the connection, you can come and collect the money. If you guys don't know in which areas you fail to provide, then whats the meaning of running up a company where you don't have precised data with you. Moreover you guys give false promises to do the setup where actually you cannot!!!

                          This clearly reflects the management how they are. If you (management) guys keep the record for every Executive (inappropriate for some of you guys), then its the time to have proper action so as to make your service more reliable and if you don't have any idea how your service providers are fooling your valuable customers, better to put the shutter down.

                            I have a Spidigo Internet services at my home. So many times their service is not working properly OR it is completely shut down. Since last month that frequency of problem increasing every time we have to suffer. Last ten days I was advised to bad rest and work from home but, due to inefficiency of internet connectivity, I was not able to perform my duty on time and have to paid penalty. Whenever we register the complain they generally told to wait till 48 hrs. but now the height of the harassment is they are closed the complaint without attaining and cross checking with the customer. Due to this bad service, have to face lots of the problem also it is damaging my reputation, work loss, feeling mental harassment and after all it is impact to my health.
                            I am requesting you to please look in to the matter and do the needful.

                              We are facing disconnection issues in atleast 6 to 7 days in a month and more than 15 days in a month are for the issues of speed, i personally visited atleast 4 to 5 times to the office nobody has taken care of even nobody was there to meet the customer after paying 1200 per month what are we getting...?????????? nonsense, pathetic, ruthless and truly bogus services

                              the customer is highly neglected by spidigo, i have asked for the refund atleast 4 to 5 times than nobody was even care for the refund procedures, i am frustrated and literally tired with hardcore ignorance of customer, each and every time your so called technician used to come and go and problems starts in 2 3 days then after 40 hours compliant get resolved these type of cycle used to run atleast 4 to 6 times in a month!!! i will file a sue against the company in consumer court, my flat has a tower of spidigo since 3 years but from right now it is not affordable for me to allow this company for this tower i will process for de construction of tower as well.

                                In our area, possibly in Rushika Apartments, Kiran Park, near AMC Garden, Vrundavan Joggers Park, there is one unknown internet connection open. We are not able to make out but whenever we happen to pass through that area, the internet gets activated. There a crowd assembles and use unauthorisedly unknown interconnect connection.
                                Kindly make some thorough inquiries and do the needful.

                                  I am getting network connectivity from last two day and they are saying our technical person will come come come?

                                  I asked to them when he come?

                                  Every caller saying with in 48 hrs but there was nobody come for this.

                                  Already 40 hrs pass on and saying he will come between 10 to 6 pm today.

                                  Very funny they are not providing service on sunday???

                                  First of they are taking advance amount on contract time and after that saying apka din subh rahe???

                                  I am not satisfied spidigo service and name should be change like spidigo cum slowlycome broadband poor service.

                                  I am waiting when it will be ok.

                                  Never purchase poor service provider.

                                  We should expend more money and have to take service of like airtel, youbroadband, relaince ijo, skynet etc.

                                  I request to you all of ask first who are giving best service then purchase it.

                                    I have bought a fixed plan from spidigo 500GB For Rs 8500.00 4 Mbps plan . My userid is : smpatel.68

                                    From day 1, I am facing problems with service, I am being billed with excess usage, ie even if I use 10 MB, I am billed for 30 MB, that is 30 MB is deducted from my account, I have sent them several mails, but there has been no response . The telephonic compliants regarding the usage issues are not taken, we have to visit their office every time . Also there are several instance when connection is down, but there is nobody to attend . Speeds are slow for most of the time

                                    I asked them about their address/ contact of appealleate authority, but they did not respond. I requested them for refund, they did not respond. Their brochure or website doesn't mention this address or contact number of appealeatte authority. Is it possible any ISP can function without appealleate authority?

                                    Believe me I am using internet for 20 years, , I have never seen such ISP, These people are cheat .

                                      I have been complaining to spidigo customer care for more than a week now.
                                      I have complained through both emails and calls. The customer care doesnt answer sometimes and says that i will recieve a call back but I have not recieved any support for more than a week. My internet is not connecting.
