Its been 20 days now that i have set up the spidigo connection at my house.
It worked for first two days thenafter it never connected.
I called customer care, they created a ticket and closed without resolving.
Did the same four times, some technician can when it was 15 days already.
It again stopped working after 15mins the tech left.
Today as well, some tech came to my house.
Ot worked great for few hours but again ita not working.
What kind of service do u provide??

The internet service is not reliable and service personal is not approaching proper.

the worst service ever.

they have taken advance money and not providing service properly.

    Dear supporter,

    From the day 2nd i start feeling like i m cheat on purchasing of router.
    I have paid 750 inr for new box pack router while your team leader rohit makwana and support team members mr. Sagar and mr. Bhardwaj has tried to cheat me by selling me old used router.

    I m attaching picture of router that installed in absence of me at my home along with this email

    I have even not found warranty card, no box, no beg, no invoice with model and serial number mention on it.

    I m also going to post all this rubbish on face book and tweeter and linked in so that as many as people can came to know such foolish try for cheating customer.

    Also wish to know why i should not go for a consumer forum complaint against such cheating.

      The internet has not been working since last 30 hours.

      In a week, 4 to 6 times shutdown network. Regularly complain, but no more change the service.

      Previously, there was only one provider to net but now I have an another option so can you please confirm if you are not providing good service so I can change my provider. I have no time to complain alternate day, instead of, I change my provider. This was a last time I complaint against this fraud company else I need to take strike action against the company. I have already discussed at police station regarding fraud and they are ready to help me for the same.

      The choice is yours. Provide good service or I will start to file case against this fraud company?

      Still there is no response from company even I asked them for status they told me (Heena) do what ever you want.. Do you want to complain police or file a case, you can do it.

      Can any one suggest how to treat them???

        I was purchased spidigo broadband at 8/8/2016 but till date 22/08/2016 i was not received my id and password and router. My sales executive from spidigo is mr. Uttam ([protected]) from ahmedabad give me a wrong details about plan and from date of purchase (8/8/16) he was not give me a right answer and disconnected my call and not received my call. He behave with me very unethical.
        So plz solve my problem.

        I can't get your service within 48 hrs so I want cancel my spidigk connection

          We took connection a month back, with beliving for the better service & their fake commitments, logged complaints many times no resolution till date, every time they close our complaint without our prior notice. On asking about the status we get rude replies.

          One of their sales exe. Said "ek baar paisa de diya ab kuch ni hoskta" engineer ayega thik krega tabhi kuch hoga".

          This is the way they treat their clients.

            My self Kevin, User ID - kevin1611. My internet service has been broken multiple times in last 15 days. Customer care staff talks rudely & customer care is one of the worst. I have paid 15 months charges in advance & feeling cheated now. they do not answer any question they just say its due to fiber cut. they have fiber cuts everyday, while selling their network is awesome and after sells everytime its fiber cuts

              My registered ID is Richa333.
              We had cut off the network of Spidigo since 2 years.

              Asked for Deposite refund so many times, not getting the proper response.

              The staff at S.G. Highway office are behaving so rudely as well when we go for Refund Complain.

              Look in to the matter as soon as possible, otherwise I have to Lodge complain with National Consumer Court.

                This is fourth time i am complaining about the downloading speed for username vikas. Garg.

                Please send your service engineer i want to get this resolved very quickly.

                I am too much fed up with spidigo service and would not recommend anyone to use spidigo.

                  The connection gets disconnected frequently, we are required to login again and again .
                  The usage shown by the company is inflated, they cheat on us, ie even if we use 100 Mb the usage shown is 300 MB, Third class company, please don't buy services from this company
                  The complaint are not addressed for 3-4 days
                  Technical staff is not well trained, they are not able to resolve the problems at a time, it takes 3-4 days to resolve after they appear on the scene,

                    Terrible internet connection and service
                    Never ever ever ever ever buy internet connection from this useless third graded crappy company. I have been complaining to them since last 3 weeks. Nobody visited until last week. The engineer came repaired and just after he went ...the connection problem was there again. I have called like 30-40 times to their crap like customs service...and the only answer that they have for me ...is wait for 48 hours...are you kidding me ??? ...you crazy people are just insane...I will sue you all in the court ...I paid for 2 Mbps unlimited and never got more than 2g internet speed. I hate spidigo and would never recommend it to anyone ...unless you wanna buy a connection in hell ...because I am sure in the hell where this company deserves to be ...service will be like hell

                      I am not able to do my important works online because of your internet connection. I am having tough time with this spidigo connection. And seriously so pissed as its not working since last three days. Yes my internet is not working since last three days. Please help me with this issue otherwise i would have to cutoff this connection and take my money back. And please make it asap as i have important work to do so please.

                        My user id is udayan63.I got connection on 17/07/2016.My first complain register to custermer care ticket no:[protected], on 18/07/2016 and same was closed on 19/07/2016.After that i had register complain on 03/08/2016 regarding failure of their instrument ticket no[protected] same was closed without attending any thing on 05/08/2016 i.E after 48 hrs. As per their norms. Again contacting custer care on same day complaint reopen with ticket no[protected]. After so many call to custmer care getting only one answer "sorry our technical team will call back you shortly. I am regrate to in form you that even on 06/08/2016 till 07:35 am nobody has try to contact or resolve my complain.If within 15 days of time i have to spand 100/- rupees approx for only complaining for their equipment problem. More over custermer care agent is not ready to give phone to his senior or any senior`s phone number.I am requesting you if you are not able to solve my complaint/installe new instrument you are requested to take away your foulty equipment and pl. Dont try to blackmail custmer.

                          Hi,

                          My Name is Shashank Bhavsar I am using SPIDIGO Internet Service since 21/11/2015 onward. My Account No/User ID is H43990/shashank.bhavsar.

                          I had logged a complaint regarding the down time(Poor Connectivity) and the loss of services hours at [protected]@spidigo.com. I even visited there corporate house at Ahmedabad and complaint about the same. I was assured to short out the issue in a given time span on same day. I was also provided a contact number of the person incharge to solve the issue.

                          However, the issue was not at solved and the contact person never attained my call even after the hours of attempts. I also, contacted customer care of SPIDIGO-[protected] multiple times but they were also not able to provide the proper service.

                          Infact, the also gave me assure to short it in a particular time span but never kept their promise.

                          Could you please provide me the proper guidance and help me the take proper action against this company(SPIDIGO)

                                    I have applied for new connection on 14/12/2015 and paid inr 7030 (payment receipt no is caf no. a : 561178) for 4 mbps plan. after few days technician came to my home for installation and said there is issue in getting signal so you will not get our internet service at your home, then he said in 7 to 8 working days company will refund your amount with same amount of cheque and by post you will get cheque. but after so much of comlaint in customer care we have not received cheque till today.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had spidigo connection some 3 years back, when I was buying this internet they asked for deposit of 1, 000 RS for security and the sales person said it will be refunded back to you via a cheque which will be sent to your mailing address. It's been 3 years now or more, but I've never received that cheque.

                                      Recently a salesperson called me and I asked him about the cheque he said you have to visit Thaltej office and collect it, I asked for the office address and the number on which he hung up on me.

                                      My only question to spidigo is, while selling you services you visit and collect the documents and money, what happens if one stops the services ? Is that person or hua money, not your resposiblity ?

                                        Greeting from bhardwaj infrastructure private limited.

                                        My user id is - bhardwaj. Ltd it's gota ahmedabad area service receiver i have more problem due to our company bad connection and poor quality. I called you 10 times at customer support but not solution get from our company. Due to internet my system not working and last five days to continue my staff is ideal. Customer support executive write my complain but next day closed your self without any solution.

                                        I have renewal the plan last week my plan is 4 mbps 1000 gb data up to 15 months
                                        But i receiving speed of internet morning to 5 pm is 2.5 mbps and 5 pm to at night plan is fully not working. Router is auto reset. Ip address is not getting properly.

                                        Pidigo is not provided committed service and speed. I have paid 15000 for 4 mbps speed and 24*365 so i want to get 4 mbps and 24*365 service. If you unable to provided the service as a committed you can to pay back my money with interest.

                                        Really i want to left spidigo due to bad/poor/ unbeliveable service.

                                        I request to again please don't ignore my mail your any technical person talk about this.
