I was skeptical when I decided to go for this internet service provider.
And right within a months, they proved that I was out of my mind as I decided to be their customer.
If I say WORST, it would not be enough to rate their service. You are on their mercy all the time. If your internet works continuously for even 2 days without any complaint, please note that you are a luckiest person on this planet. Whatever you say while complaining, it doesn't even enter their ears, they will simply send you an sms saying that your problem will be resolved within 48 hours. Keep waiting for their blessings, they will do something from their office, your internet is ready to work for next few hours and then again, be ready to get frustrated and register a complaint again.

I am happy that I prevented almost 10 people falling in this trap called SPIDIGO, atleast they are saved from entering this hell.

This is a biggest fraud internet service provider in ahmedabad. Don't fall in their trap or you will lose your hard earned money and all the peace of life.

The engineers are not visiting at my home even after giving assurance from them. Complain is getting closed before engineer visits and problem is resolved.

    We bought a 6 month plan a month ago at 2mbps speed unlimited in gota area ahmedabad, but most of the days we don't get internet access.. its like every day we have to call to customer support and lodge a complaint, they noyify us that the complaint has been taken and in 48 hours the issue will be resolved, no technical team arrives most of the time, the problem remains same, some time we get internet access and most of the time we are just hold on in our work due to no internet.

    we're facing the same trouble. Since past one month. it is disgusting how they just dont care about customers after taking 100% advance money. neither do they refund the money. speed is less than 2G provided by telecommunication companies. spidigo service is not worth even a penny.

      We have already complain frequently to your help number and since last 6 to 7 months our connection is having permanent issue regarding net connection problem and several we had made complain through your help line. Yesterday your technical team also visit our residence and solve the same problem. But after few hours again it is out of service which regarding i had made complain to your department. But you are requested to solve the issue on permanent basis. We also meet you personally around 3 times. But zero result found. You are again requested to solve the issue permanently.

        I have opted for a 1mbps plan. Since last few days the net speed is pathetic i am bound to use my data pack because the speed is too slow. Not even slow many times its not even working. Please resolve this issue or refund me i ll look for another internet service provider. Its was working properly before but from last 15 days i am facing these problems. There is not internet for the whole day sometimes. I have not paid you for this kind of delay in services.

          I have paid 13000+ for 15 months internet services. 3 months are gone but not even a single week gone where I did not face internet issues. Everyday I have to call them to fix the issues.

          They are not even supporting to fix the issues and giving excuses all the time.

          I want to file case against the company.

          I must advice to their MD to go door to door with a small bowl so everyone can give him/her Rs.10 rupees so that he can survive his/her company rather than cheating customers. I will give the first donation to them.

            My purpuse for internet broadband was video calling and for that purpose i have contacted spidigo services.

            Mr. Tejas r. Patel - [protected] has commited me that 512kbps plan will be worth for my requirment. I have taken the connection on 18.05.2016, with advance payment of rs. 7499/-.

            When the came for an installation they have changed one by one three unit at my home in 3 to 4 days after my complains.

            Now the commited speed and my requirment is not fulfilled and i have complained them so many times over phone and also to the conceren sales and service person.

            At the time of complain resolution once their engineer said that this is wrong plan advised by sales person and i will not be able to do video calling on this plan & servie.

            I have called their customer care number for termination but they said that i have to visit the spidigo office for termination request.

            I have visited spidigo office yesterday (14.07.2016) but they are not ready for termination (I am totaly fedup with their service and internet speed) and refund of my advance amount. I have requested them but mr. Vishal - [protected] in termination & retaintion department is directly told me to go to court for refund. They will not refund me my advance money. Yesterday just for formality he again raise one complain and asked me to wait for the solution and that complain is close today without any contact to me and any solution on my termination request. I have tried to contact mr. Vishal but he is not picking up my caqll and customer care people again said me to visit their office.

            I need help to terminate this connection & refund of my 13 months advance money as i don't wont to continue with spidigo.

              I got spidigo connection in april 2016, and have paid 7500 for 2mbs speed. But it is not working since then. Even it can not load Google page. Every other day i make complaints, their engineer only calls to say that the problem has been resolved please check, but when i check the problem remains same..
              I am fade up of spidigo and request consumer Forum to help me to get refund of 7500 rs and also the amount which i send on calling their landline customer care no.

                I have conect spidigo for 2 month, and reguler connection cutout any time, i have requst and complent for lendline costmer care in 5 time, but not have any solution. Any time resposne is bed expriace this company, i am not happy this network company.                 Pathetic Service, Internet is down from the 3 rd day of renewal of my Broadband account. Pathetic customer care and after Sales service. Indeed Pathetic.
                Internet disconnects every 5 minutes. no support from your side, complaining from last 1 month. new router also configured, but the problem is same.many times your technicians visited my home, each time they say different problem and try to resolve it, but the internet still disconnects, please help...!!!

                  I have raised 5 tickets in last 10 days. Every time I got response now your net will work properly. So I closed the ticket but within 1 hour net stopped working.This shows Spidigo is not care for their customers. I have taken 2MBBS plan for 7 months. In 5 month my net is off for minimum "1 Months".

                  Please refund my money as I am tired of calling customer care. I never got this kind very poor service. Even my mobile net is working better than your net.

                    I have raised a complaint since 4 days ticket no:[protected]
                    4 days ago, i raised a complaint and next day i receive call that your problem has been solved, switch off your device and wait for 15min. i am closing your complaint.
                    After half and hour i called again to customer care and reopen complaint because internet was not working.
                    From that day i called customer care 15 to 20 times. but there are parrots on call, they have only one ans since 3 days "maafi chahta hu sir, aap ka issue me remind kara deta hu jald se jald aap ki problem solve ho jayegi."
                    I dont know for spidigo what is jald se jald stands for.
                    My internet is still not working, no buddy call me for this.

                        I am using Spidigo internet since its inception in Ahmedabad. Initially the staff was co-operative and submissive but as their business has has increased they have failed to maintain the same faith with customers. They are totally neglecting the feedback / complaint made by to them.
                        It appears that they are in a mood to wind up the business instead of expanding the same.

                        I now repent that I had selected a wrong company for internet connection.

                        I suggest to think twice before activating their service..

                          We are having issues of internet service from last 1 month and your telecom operators are saying we are having issues and we can not guarantee that it will be resolved.
                          Also they close tickets without solving issues. Poor quality of service you guys are serving. We are tired of complaining, just check how many complaints you are receiving from each customer in a single month or week.
                          if you are not able to solve this give our money back.

                            Since the day we have installed spidigo, there has not been a single day when the net has worked fine. Even after complaining a hundred times, never has once an engineer come to visit and bring a solution to the problem. We have proof of all the trouble ticket numbers. The customer care help line is also of no use. And since we have paid for 6 months in advance, we have no option but to make do with it. The behavior of the customer care executives is so rude that it feels like they don't care whether the customers are suffering or not.

                                Really spidigo broadband has very pathetic response system. Am expecting at least revert their side of my so many complain Talked to their customer service number more than six time In last 4 days. But very bad response unefortunately I want to cut the connection.

                                Feeling very sad that in last so many instances spidigo not able to solve the network issue in last 100 hours. It's example of pathetic service and negligence toward customer complaints.

                                Expecting revert at least, I don't know spidigo can solve the issue or not ?????

                                Also request that please share your senior officers e-mail ids so that I can raise the voice ...

                                      I had lodged a complaint on 10th may but since now no response, I had called daily 2 calls at least but always i was said that the complaint will be resolved shortly or as soon as possible. my user id is upkareneterprise. I am frustrated with your service. I have to pay for TDS and Vat online and as well to deliver the material outside gujarat i have to generate form 402 online which is compulsory as per vat rule. No body is trying to resolve. If not possible to resolve immediately or you are not interested to resolve the same immediately than tell me and refund my balance amount and take your connection back. Because of you I have to suffer which is now not possible. Any government due penalty due to you will be your account which please note.

                                        Hello,

                                        At the time of installation, Spidigo give me commitment that you will not face any issue regarding internet connectivity but I can't imagine that I have to put complaint regarding 'internet is not working' 2 - 3 times in a week. After complaint, they fix the issue and give commitment as this kind of issue will not raise in future and internet working as expected around 2 days and same issue occurs and after that I have to compain again. This cycle is continuously going on and getting frusted now.
                                        Please take some necessary action on this company so in future none of the person try to cheat like this.

                                        Let us all plan to go to their office and get the solution. They are ditching customer and now it has become their habit. They are not even trying to improve their services, which is the most surprising part.
