Dear Sir,
I cancle my spidigo internet service in feb 2015 and my 10 month is pending so i wrote my money back for remaining month but still now i didnot not get my money.My user name is girishnshah.

My self Sahil Thakkar, I am using an internet connection provided by spidigo with registered ID sahil91 and registered number [protected].

In last 3-4 months I have complained about non functioning of my internet connection for more than 100 times but still in vain. There's is not even a single response from company the service is so pathetic that my connection remains down for 20 hours out of 24.
Since last 4 days it's completely down but still then also no response from company there is nothing like customer care with them. The worst part is we have paid our dues in advance so they are like deaf people doing nothing about the problem. They don't even care to listen to our complains I have been assured since last three days for 10 times it will be resumed in an hour but after 4 days it's just like DAT. And when we ask for higher authority person or any appellate number they reply there's nothing such thing over here. And if we ask for a refund due to down services they bluntly deny

Why your technical person not came ?
Have you no staff for visit ?
Your service is very ridiculous also your employee.

Before some days your employee has no manners how to talk other.
3 times I called you & he received call after 2 & 3 sec. he cut my call
I faced problem at 18.02.2016 to 21.02.2016

With me lots of time problem from your service.
Also problem of my Business.

My net not working last 10 days. I Complain so many times but no any response. Such a bad customer service ever. Not buy spidigo net service.

Spidigo service must be barred in Ahmedabad.
Incident is happening daily, the internet service is worst.
My Id is kdsharma. I complaint again and again but the service is still the same (worst). They think legally no action can be taken against them. They do not haave any refund policy. please do the needful. Hope to hear from you soon.

Internet always fluctuate sometimes it works and most times it don't pls do something your engineers came but it worked for a day or tow then it again started the problem My registered phone no. I subscribed for spidigo internet services on 14 september, 2015 by paying all the money i.E. Rs 7500 demanded by spidigo. For initial days it was a good experience but then frequent breakdown of services started to occur. When inquired, spidigo replied that there is some fault in cable or the internet connectivity is poor from the source. I as a consumer tolerated such excuses but since the beginning of february, 2016, i started facing internet breakdown on everyday basis- for a long time spidigo guys did't even registered a complaint they just keep mentioning that services will be fixed in couple of hours. But in the month of march, spidigo services deteriorated to such extent that i have to forcefully ask them to register compaint. In the first week of march, 2016, i registered 3 complaints and made numerous calls to customer care for fixing the internet service but i didn't got any response till 4 the march when a technician came to fix the internet connectivity issue but in vein. I am still facing severe internet connectivity issue and mental torture from spidigo guys for last 1 month and thats too when i have 37 days left in validity from today.

I agreed to pay the charges in advance but i didn't expected such pathetic services from spidigo. I would like them to pay back my money and additional compensation for losses in business and personal life.

Besides that they have saved someone else's number as my registered number

From 4 days internet service was off. I have been calling them and registering complaints but they are not resolving it. They are just trying to avoid me.
This is the worst internet provider in entire India.
They have just closed the complaint ticket without resolving the issue.
When i called then again they have created new ticket and whole cycle will follow again for few days.That's clear fraud and cheat.
I think around 2-3 hundred people should gather and get this to the consumer court.

Worst service ever I face in my life!!

These are the team of bluffers, liers, cheaters, more than thugs.
Wasted Rs.8100! Did not refund nor providing internet!!

I had applied for a connection, but it was not setup at my place
Because of some network issue.So i ask the person who took payment
from me for the refund.But he denied.I dont know what is happening.Only thing is i need is my money.

Cheater company and Cheater executives. Committed to provide 8month of service and providing only 7 months. Moreover, since last 5 days internet service is not working. Tried to contact company from every aspect but no response. This company is the fraud company and cheats every time.

No offence, But You are the worst internet service provider I have ever seen.

I mean you people are just cheating with your customers.

It has been more than 10 months I have been using your internet service and I have complained for more than 100s of times for speed issues. Every time you call me up and inform me your problem is resolved. And in 2 or 3 days the same problem arises and I have to complain over again.

I am not getting for what I have already paid. I have paid for 1 MBPS plan in advance and I am not getting even 1 "KBPS" speed. I have complained about the same problem again and again. But still we are here.

I have noticed that more than three month's unsolved my complaints, your technical teams has no courtesy to call back in response of my continuing calling which was not responding by your technicians mno. [protected]

You people can not even resolve your own customers' complaints. How would you manage to keep your customers? You don't pay attention to customers' complaints seriously.

I wont be choosing your service next time and also I would suggest others not to go for SpidiGo.

I have complaint on 26 th feb but on technical person come to resole my problem and by internet shut down on 26th feb .
I call more then 20 times every time complaint on spidigo complant number telecoller says "mafi chahu chhu jem bane tem urgent karavi aapu chhu" but no one resolve my problem .My use id hiren31

I have bought spidigo broadband connection in spetember 2015 for 15 months of services by paying advance of 12000 rs(including services and installation charges).

From almost a week they are not able to provide proper internet services.I was registering complaint almost twice a day, every now and then they would say that it will work after two hours, we have sent engineers.And if you call after 8, their answer is pre defined that they cant do any thing after 8(engineers are not available then).

Worst of all their engineers come and rather fixing the problem, they would spoil the working internet connection and would say they cant help.

I am working on online projects for which I need internet connection.I have lost my potential client because of poor connection.

Every day almost 3-4 hours I sit in front of pc and hoping internet got connected.

Thus I have wasted my money, time and above all peace of mind.

My concern is their fake promises,
I have suffered almost loss of 8000 due to this.
If they would have said that they wont be able to provide service for next week then I have looked for another option but they are bunch of jokers who dont care about customers once they got advance payments.

My internet connection is not started from the date of installation spidigo customer care executive not given even satisfied reply . Engineer from company which is installed connection not receive even call.

Network no accepte and some problem.

sorry to say but i have to tell that yr spidigo is the worst

after complaing 7th day yr engg visited

but he told there is prob in device or no one support me

still my prob is not solved

u have taken my money in advance and nt solving my prob

i m tired from yr service

I constantly registering the complain from Feb 12, 2016 for same problem on your support number but there is no resolution for it. Each next day your technical team closed the ticket that problem has been resolved and each is not been checked by me though I'm telling will check and revert to close the ticket after checking but your team doesn't take the notice of that and close the ticket as soon as they ends the call.
And each evening I've to call back to your support to raise the complain for the same and also not providing any resolution to it though I told many times to send engineer and resolve the problem but your technical do same thing since long.

So its a request to do needful as its effects my work as it already more than 10 days for which I complain again and again.

And they can't resolve request to provide full refund for it and also the cost that affect my work.
