This company is ridiculous . We (a customer) pays to get the network service, not to call your customer care twice a day . I[censored] cnt provide yr netwrk in maningar then why do u even give subscriptions over there ? U r fooling us. I literally have to call every single day to register my complain and most of the times all they have to say is- "Ma'am their is some technical issue in your area, so we cnt register your complain " . Like seriously ?? Every sigle day u have technical issue in my area then y dont u fix it all at once or else refund me my money .

My id is ankitshah.85 which is not working since last 28 days...support staff was telling problem my area Maninagar but my friends are enjoying same facilities from same company so why this discrimination...now since 10 days they changed their customer care number...now register new complain telling our engineer will visit in 48 hours...situation is same yet WiFi is not working...same answers every day...so now please give me REFUND for this 28 days & allow me to switch over to other service provider as you are not intrested in customers...hope loosing customers make you realise about providing service...Thanks

I have problem from last 15 days internet connection. I had Complain almost 10 times now but no response from any person. It is more than 48 hours in my last complain and no response yet and i had already made two or three reminder for the same.

Recently your service Eng. Visited to resolve my internet issue . according to his review I have problem in my router which I purchase from Spidigo. So I have purchase new router which is I ball baton. But lots if call and requests no one registered my Mac address of new router .

I HAVE PURCHASE SPIDIGO BROAD BAND FOR 7 MONTH PACK AT 5550/ UL 1 MBPS PLAN. MY PAYMENT DONE SUCCESS AND INSTALLATION DONE AT 13/2/16, AFTER MANY PH. CALLS AND LOTS OF COMMITMENT STILL NO ONE SERVICE ENG. CAME FOR START MY SERVICE.

My home internet went down for 23 days for the month January 2016. I made several complaints and the customer support kept closing the tickets without reverting back or resolving the issue.

Now the Plan has expired and a person named MR. ROHIT keeps calling and pressuring me that he will only compensate if I renewed the plan.

I filled several complaints on their support portal and no one had/has visited my premises, I would like SPIDIGO to compensate for the service disruption.

I had the worst experience with this ISP provider, after making so many complaints the customer support was not able to resolve/respond to the issues.

I had spidigo Broadband service since last 4 month.
I have to complain for internet in week 3 to 5 times.
but still no one can solve the problem properly.
Customer care service is also very bad.
they will not understand our situation.
complain is closed without confirm to customer.
I had Mbps plan but never get this speed even one time.
I did about not connecting internet but they do not give permanent solution. Always I need to chargeable call and not give proper answer on night time

I have unlimited usage plan .since 7 days internet is not working properly I have report to the customer care and they says we are provide you an engineer to solve the problem but matter is going to worst when the net is down now since 3 days internet is totally disconnected and when I contact them they still says they remind engineer to solve our problem as soon as possible but I think they not knowing exact meaning of as soon as .

Before 5 days i installed a new broadband connection at my home after service engineer visited then my internet getting stopped till now i complained many times to resolve this problem but they only says we arranged a engineer to resolve this problem but till now there is a no service provided to me for this connection i paid 7500 rs for 7 months. but still i didn't get any service ...i want to resolve as soon as possible, , , during cash...

I had paid for 2mbps plan.But speed is very slow noe. They do not solve my problem and close my complain puting me in a lot of mental pressurre .I had visited their office on 06/02/2016 and met mr.Bhardwaj and he promised me to resolve the issue and he gave me his ph.no.too. Though he sent a guy before I reach home put problem was steel their and they closed my complain. I tried to reach Mr. Bhardwaj over ph. several times he just picked my ph.once.but but he didn't send a man.After that I calle him several times but he didn't respond me. Now I want my money back.

The people of the company are not responding to our several requests to make the connection directly accessible from our laptop and mobile and so on. The payment is already done full payment.

spidigo broadband fraud company, no spped as per plan /no complain solve/withouth complain solution sms come your complaine solve.

never speed come as per plan we are purchage 2mbps plan, again plan speed range is 0.6 to .800 mbps.

Hving 2 Mbps plan, after many attempts to resolve by call, however no action taken, every time they advice to reboot Router.. But still facing maximum 150kbps download speed... It's better to hve 512 or 1Mbps plan. No advantage of having 2Mbps.. Moreover connection terminated automatic, hv to reboot router every time.
