I had applied for new connection on 5th December, 2015. I had paid cash of Rs.4400.00 in advance for 12 Months of subscription. But I didn't get the response from SPiDiGO even after 12 Days of subscription. After 12 days when I inquired, I have been provided the Login details.
After getting the login details, I got to know that my login had already been created before 10 days. So I already had lost 10 days of subscription.
Even after that the login didn't work, I have made many complains to the customer care dept. but didn't get the satisfied response.
Till today (28th Dec., 2015) after 24 Days of subscription, my internet is not working. I am tired complaining about it. I want to get the refund. I also have visited many times to their branch office at : 401, Parshwa Tower, Bodakdev, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad. But they are not even initiating my refund process.
SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My connection is not working since long. I have filed complaints on 3rd, 6th, 10th 12th, 13th, 14th 16th, 17th and 20th January 2016. But they never cared to resolved my complsain. As on date also my internet is not working.
