I have broad band connection of spidigo. My id is desai04.
My connection is not working since long. I have filed complaints to Spidigo on 3rd, 6th, 10th 12th, 13th, 14th 16th, 17th, 20th and 21st January 2016. But Spidigo has never cared to resolved my complain. As on date also my internet is not working. So by this mail I call upon you eithr to resolve my complain today or to pay me back all the amounts paid my me for the service with interest at the prevailing market rate.
This email is sent by me today to spidigo.
Neither Spidigo people nor Indian consumer forum is giving me proper reply.

I have broad band connection of spidigo. My id is desai04.
My connection is not working since long. I have filed complaints to Spidigo on 3rd, 6th, 10th 12th, 13th, 14th 16th, 17th, 20th and 21st January 2016. But Spidigo has never cared to resolved my complain. As on date also my internet is not working. So by this mail I call upon you eithr to resolve my complain today or to pay me back all the amounts paid my me for the service with interest at the prevailing market rate.
I have written this mail to spidigo today.

    Spidigo userid- dmdhanani. I bought a plan of 12 months of spidigo. out of it Approx Half of the time net is not working.. Too many complaints I did through mail and their customer care, but no satisfactory answers. Right now its 20 days net is not working and I had complaint about the same via mail. but no one is taking follow up regarding my problems.

      I have spidigo internet connection.

      My connection is not working since so many days.This year this non working of connection appears atleast 6 times. I have filed so many complains. But they do not care to give permanent solution
      I am being in legal profession, facing so many problems due to non working of internet.

      one must know that people take broad band connection for work and not for such connection remains non working.

      Due to the poor service and non working of spidigo net connection, I am suffering loss in my profession.

      Still no one has cared to resolve my problem from Spidigo
      I filed atleast 7 to 8 complains in this month, but I belive once they receive payment, they never bother for services

          My user id is shashisharma.. Pathetic services i have ever felt in any area. No Internet connection from 28 days... i am calling them daily yet no one cares... nt resolved even after 38 calls and complaints... mine call cost for complain is more that their tarrif... tarrif plan for unlimited 3g is of 3750 Rs for six months, services provided only for 2 months and mine complaint cost for called them is of more than 4000Rs

            I am using spidigo broadband since 2 month. There are approximately 15 -16 complain I did about not connecting internet but they do not give permanent solution. Always I need to chargeable call and not give proper answer on night time. In a week I can rarely use 3-4 days and other days there is always problem about DNS. It is very worst service. If they do not able to proper service then why they are making fool to customer and snatch customer's money.

              My user I'd is hb_patel. ... I have renewed my contract on 7th January 2016.. today it's 11th n still I dint get connectivity. .. I am doing complain every day but not getting any solution... After my complain I get a call for reboot the router... n u guys closed my complain after checking all I have to complain again that problem is still there ... finally yesterday your engineer VINAYAK visited my home n said the device which is placed on tarrace is need to be changed cos problem is there... today full day I am waiting for him as he said it will be done by tomorrow.. now when we called him he is not receiving my call... then I call him from different no... He excused company don't have that device... so he dint come... whenever it can be available it will be changed... so please tell me how long I have to awaiting for resolve my problem n who is refund me my money for this time what we suffer without net n all my pending work which I can't do with all your lazy Ness. .. Hope there is some one who can solve my problem n at least have courtesy to reply me Thank you

                Every week ends our internet goes off, when we call customer care they says the network of our area is down but the other friend's is working well. Means they are doing this intentionally.And we cannot contact them till Monday and then after registering complain internet is back in JUST 2 Days WOW!!! Then next Saturday is waiting... The person who came to collect cheque gave his number but he never picked a single call after taking cheque.

                  Spidigo has no enough money to hire maninagar tower so they transfer client Maninagar to iSanpur. So since three months no appropriate service and no enough speed . After many complains no improved service. Now I want refund of left period till expiry date and remove connection

                      From last 20 days my internet connection not working properly. My username : raju.mistry i first i got only 0.56-0.62 mbps speed instead of 2mbps but now from 25-12-15 my internet connection not working. i complained many time to customer care and by mail also but customer care is useless. they told engineer will visit but till now no one visited . my complained no :[protected] on 30-12-15 but after 6 day no solution by spidigo.

                        I have broadband plan which is not operating properly since last two month and i have lodged complain in company for several times but they are not solving problem and my complain is being shown as solved after some time. I want they solve my problem or issue me a refund of money taken from me

                          Respected Sir, I had urgent mails to deliver and my house mates needed the connection for the submission of important templates. While the internet connection is not working since a week and more, resulting into a big loss for our family. My consumer id is Vrutti12 . I would like you to take this matter into concern.                             I have called them about my internet issue more then 7 times after spend 15-20 min for waiting they just cut the line or after received call no one talk properly.Even submit email on there support id but i think no one is manged it. If we complain about refund they said email to support but nothing is replied till now.

                            Never used there service..they are just collect payment and no service at all.

                              My self Ravirajsinh Vaja My spidigo user id is ravi.vaja and ravirajvaja I am suffering from this issue almost last 30 days. In starting they all were givin.Now height of this issue is that I am calling in customer care 3 to 4 time in a day, but they are saying that we are not here to resolve your problems we are here for register your complaint s only. Than technical team are not coming at your home than that's not our issue. Than please tell me there are different dept. In your team and they all are giving that type of ans. Than whats the status of our problem. If you want to here our telephonic discussion that i cant contact on your complaints number which is dedicated automatically from 4-5 days. And I will wait for long time for contact customer care as if end of call I got my mobile bill only but not contact this service. I know we do any much mails to the [protected]@spidigo.com we can not got any answer from spidigo. still waiting for response. Kindly request to resolved my problems as soon otherwise I must take to action with problems.. I will wait for your earliest support otherwise I have no other option I must go for legally action.                                 When my spidigo Internet package had expired, for renewal process employee called me 10 times. But when i have internet problem, we complaint. No person was come to check and see the problem, also complaint was close automatically. Very worst and bad services in the Internet service providers. No responsible person are there. Spidigo is a worst ever company. Please don't waste your money. Please DO NOT BUY SPIDIGO INTERNET. The worst service I have seen in service industry

                                  From October month I am facing Internet disconnect, slow speed, connection down for 4 to 5 hours. I have raised complain number of times. Still complain is not resolved it 2 month. I don't think really spidigo is interested to resolve complain and provide good Internet service and support. Thanks, Mitesh Gajjar

                                    Dear sir after continuous followup and tele conversation with the your team regarding connectivity problem, we havnt got any positive response from from your team. Although your engineer named Chandan Singh Vaghela, visited(26/12/15) us after 1 week of complaint registration but been not able to rectify issues pertaining to the connectivity and requested to give 2 more days time to solve it, but havnt stood up again . It is not acceptable to have such a poor connectivity with a great brand like spidigo abd moreover your service is more worst than it.. Kindly look into the matter.                                         I had applied for new connection on 5th December, 2015. I had paid cash of Rs.4400.00 in advance for 12 Months of subscription. But I didn't get the response from SPiDiGO even after 12 Days of subscription. After 12 days when I inquired, I have been provided the Login details. After getting the login details, I got to know that my login had already been created before 10 days. So I already had lost 10 days of subscription. Even after that the login didn't work, I have made many complains to the customer care dept. but didn't get the satisfied response. Till today (28th Dec., 2015) after 24 Days of subscription, my internet is not working. I am tired complaining about it. I want to get the refund. I also have visited many times to their branch office at : 401, Parshwa Tower, Bodakdev, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad. But they are not even initiating my refund process.
