I am a customer of Spidigo Broadband Services (Chandra Net Pvt. Ltd.) for more than a year now. since 17th Dec. 2015 there has been a problem with the router which is provided by the company and hence i am not able to access my inter service since then i lunched a complaint for the same on 17th Dec. 2015 at 1:38 pm since then i have been giving constant reminders to customer care center on almost every 2 days but still they are not ready to respond for the same. They are not ready to give any contacts of the technical team no one has turned up for the complain resolution still i am suffering with the same problem. But no-one is turning up or the complaint resolution. no help what so ever has been provided by the company for the same.

      Old customer facing difficulty in login almost daily twice or more. Calls waiting and no number is given to contact to higher officer. In my building 3 connection to others. No one has difficulty who r new. I upgraded as I was told old plan is closed. NOW I AM UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. REQUEST HAD GHER OFFICER TO CALL ME ON [protected]and talk personally i[censored] r really and genuinely solve my problems. I feel cheated by calling daily though I m doctor. Pl send compitant technical person and be in touch till I m satisfied. AT PRESENT I DON'T SHARE MY EXPERIENCE...pravin.shah

        I have given cheque ( ICICI Bank – 779027 ) for Rs. 7000.00 against plan REV-POWER[protected]UL-15M on 01.12.2015 vide CAF No. A 554045 to sales executive Mr. Hemang Shukla ( [protected] ) after discussion with his manager Mr. Prashant ( [protected] ) cheque is cleared in Spidigo account already . They had promised to provide the connection within a week but ( after 22 days ) till date connection not provided also they are not picking my phone . Now they are asking additional charge of Rs. 500/1000 which was not mentioned in plan as well as on the website also not cleared to me at the time of discussion .

          Prashant sapariya was the excutiv person who came from the spidigo on wednesday 16.12.2015, and approch alot to take his product, though we accepted and then he asked for payment. We told him that we will pay half of the amount and then we will pay other amount. He told it is not possible sir as per the company policy. We said okay and we gave him full payment. He gaurented and said i will install on saturday or sunday . On sunday i called him he pick up and saying prashant sir is not here though he was only speaking . On other day i called up and he said sorry sir for delay i will install it by today (monday) . From 2 days he is not pickuping the phone and from the spidigo the person has also not arrived.

            Trouble Ticket No:[protected] UserID: rkpatel58 This is to inform you that my service was started three weeks ago and since then i am facing network problems now and then.An engineer named Mohit attended and Installed the connection with the defective router and promised me to change the router within a week.But the problem has not yet resolved and i even called the customer care thrice and they also not responding ppositively.I am all fed up with the serivce provided and i visited the office at the S.G.Highway and there also i didnt get any reply. This is my last request to you and your company to solve my issues. Thank You!

              Hello Spidigo, Every day I am posting the complain and you say complain is resolved. Once I go back to home and check the for the same and still internet will not be working. Very very very bad service. The person who has come to house to collect the money also very un responded.. The company only looking for to take money and after that no quality of service. Every night connection losses. Thanks, Sanket.

              I have subscribed for a 15 month unlimited-6Mbps plan on[protected] with SPiDiGO, Ahmedabad which is now known as Pace Internet.

              The company SPiDiGO changed their name to Pace internet in February/March 2019. Since then SPiDiGO/Pace Internet have failed to provide the reliable internet service.

              Since then I've encountered frequent issues with the internet service every week.
              About 15 days ago my internet service was completely stopped and I've made numerous calls to the company regarding the issue. Every time I've called them they always give the same answer that they've forwarded my issue with their technical team but they've failed to solve my issue.

              The office address listed for the SPiDiGO/Pace Internet on this website (www.consumercomplaints.in) which is

              401, Parshwa Tower, SG Highway, Bodakdev
              Ahmedabad
              Ahmedabad District
              Gujarat
              India - 380054

              is incorrect.
              And the number (+[protected] is also incorrect.

              Everyone please note that the new customer service number for SPiDiGO/Pace Internet is :

              When I have contacted this number to ask for their new address, they gave me an address near Law Garden.

              Please note that this office is also closed down.
              I've listed this address in case someone from this website calls on the above mentioned number and they(the company) tries to misdirect them.

              It would be very helpful if my internet service is resumed or they give me the appropriate refund. Please email me if there is anymore information or any update on my complaint on SPiDiGO/Pace Internet Company.

                I had installed and broadband at maninagar area of ahmedabad, since sales person(tejas r patel) had guaranteed about wifi model confugeration. i'm calling him since last 4 days he is nt picking us call. the connection which was installed was not working even with LAN wire. i had requested about new model to company bt i havent got any rply. i have mailed to support center and customercare center but i havent got any rply even from them. what shoud i do now..??

                  I have renewed a plan of spidigo at the 3rd December 2015. But they have not activated the plan and set up for connection until now. There is so worst behavior by their agent with me. The agent do not receive the calls and the agent does not give proper services. They have not did any procedure for my connection until now. After payment the agent behaves rudely and not answering calls.

                    Hello Sir, I am Krutesh and i have purchased Internet from SPIDIGO / CHANDRA NET PVT LTD. At At Rs. 7999. From Last 3 month my internet not working stable and i have complained more then 30 - 35 times to ISP for this problem. but they people not able to solve problem. Then i have asked for refund but i have not got refund and while i am asking for refund status they people not replying me proper always saying we will update you but till now no one is contacted me. I have all Mail & Ticket No. i have also noticed that for same complain every people are giving different answer That was looking totally fake answers. I have Also Visited there office and complain for problem to.                       I am having the internet connection of spidigo. the plan is of 1mbps speed which i rarely get. from the past couple of weeks internet is not working and when the call is made for complain on the number [protected] the call is always dropped or cancelled by them and everytime when the contact is made (u have to be fortunate enough after waiting in a long queue of calls, the calls are heavily charged)their technical person says that there is a network issue in your area and this may happen(everytime). i think they dont know that i pay for a 1 mbps plan. either provide me with the full refund or solve the issue, rather dont lure the people with fake promises at the time of installation.

                        Around two months before i took connection from spidigo internet service. my internet is not working many times. so i complaint many times and they are not providing service. now i want refund from them, they told me that it is not possible. i gave payment of 15 months so i told him that please take a charge of 2 months and please give me remaining amount. they denied for refund. i attached here legal proof of connection with connection date and signed by them.

                          We can't get Internet Speed. Too many times connection failed is there.in 6 months we can hardly use it due to connection failed. After so many times of complain the company person give single answer that we forward your complaint but still no solution.

                            My user id is kalpananivas. I want to stop my connection and want my remaining amount back because of their poor service. I sent so many mails and contacted their customer support. But no response have came from their side. They are fraudthey are not stopping my connection bcoz they dont want to refund the amount.

                            I mailes them so many times to stop the connection and refund my amount, there is no reply came.
                            But when i mail about to upgrade my plan suddenly within 10 hrs their representative called me and wanted to book an appointment.
                            Such a fraud company.

                                I have been satisfied customer of spidigo since last two years, but since last month the service have deteriorated to worst ever that I may plan to close this connection. I have been subscribed for 2 MBPS unlimited plan and I am not getting even 0.40 MBPS speed. My another 2G connection is working better than this broadboard connection. Its pathetic to say. everytime I log complaint and technical team does something from their end which resolves the issue temporary but that too does not even last a single day. Next day its the same issue again. I have logged 8-9 complaints in last 15 days and still the issue is not been completely resolved. The Field engineer too comes to my home, calls up the his colleague and wow the problem is sorted but next day same issue again. I already dropped email to refund me my subscription for this month because o[censored]nsatisfactory service, but all I get a fancy auto response email promising to get satisfaction.                                   Spidigo is unable to resolve problem in 48 Hours as prescribed by their staff.
                                  And there contact number is ever picked up while one is having patience they will give 100% to prove you wrong by just hanging upon you.
                                  and if by mistake you've your sales person number he'll not pick up once after selling you the service.

                                    After every 3-4 days i have to call every day to spidigo about connections issues and the internet doesn't works and even if it works its speed is very slow than the provided plan, its only half of the speed provided than the plan so im tired now of compaining it.

                                      With reference to above user ID, I have renewed plan with 1 MBPS speed but i hardly gets 0.2 to 0.3 MBPS. I have complained for same many times yet the problem is not resolved. I have been suffering from speed problem for last one month yet the problem is not solved. Please look into matter and resolve the problem asap.

                                        Userid - spandansah We have taken broadband connection at south bopal for which we have paid an advance amount of 6000 approx for 6 months. But every single day the internet stops working and we have to contact customer care. Internet sometimes starts working for one day after complaint and then again stops. Just because they have already taken the amount in advance, now they really dont care about providing services. Spidigo has cheated on us for which they are required to refund us the money paid to them.
