My name is umesh baria. My spidigo user id is umeshbaria I am suffering from this issue from 7 October to today almost 25 days. In starting they all were givin.Now height of this issue is that I am calling in customer care 3 to 4 time in a day, but they are saying that we are not here to resolve your problems we are here for register your complaint s only. Than technical team are not coming at your home than that's not our issue. Than please tell me there are different dept. In your team and they all are giving that type of ans. Than whats the status of our problem. If you want to here our telephonic discussion please open you recording session of these three days[protected] October You will; definitely find your support teams ans. After all talking with all executive I have called to Rahul Chauhan([protected]) five to six time, but he is not receiving my call and switch off the phone. I know we do any much mails to the [protected]@spidigo.com we can not got any answer from spidigo. still waiting for response.

    User Name ramvilaspasari Account No. H41345 Dear My net is not working from[protected] & started on[protected] in the morning, again stooped at 4 PM on[protected]. I am every day calling to customercare and getting reply that they forwarded mail to technical team & engineer will visit but today up to 11 PM nobody is visited . Till today at the end of day my net is not working. Today on[protected] net not started & no body till today come to repair it. I am follow –up continuous with support customer care & getting reply from last[protected] that Mr Deepak kushwaha will come for repair / to restart the net but till today not come. Tomorrow is Sunday . My net are out of operation due to fault by your side, as installation is not done properly, than why I will pay for from[protected] to till it put again in operation from your side. Please refund the money for these days & I not wants to continuous with your net service so please refund the total money.

      I had registered an issue on 23rd october 2015 that i wanted to change the configuration of the sign login in a different laptop which was for house use which they did not do at all, I decided to change my Laptop. Today 30th October 2015 they have not addressed the above issue. Today morning the network is not working so at 7.45am i spoke to Vijay and at 9.45am i Spoke to Parinda through their customer complain number provided and they as usual both of them your complain has been given top priority and it will be attended soon. Till now the service has not be restored and all the calls i made till now the same story. I had taken the highest option available that is 2Mbps for 15 months which according to their marketing executive was the best plan for the usage i had informed. I am really tired with the services of Spidigo though it is only 10 days I have taken connection i have still 15 months to avail of their services and I am gonna be having high pressure from them.

        I am facing too much problems using my internet from 20-25 days. Internet speed has become a very slow. My user id is umeshbaria. I have complained more than 3 times in last 15 days. Spidigo helpdesk has closed my complaint without solving slow internet speed and login page load problem in this month. This is ridicules. Even no phone call is made after registering complaint. If this is the service they provide, I think we should complaint to the Consumer Redressing Forum against the company.
        I am still waiting for response. it's been 3 days.
        This Spidigo is really terrible ISP
        I am having the same issue since they've set-up the new connection. The initial log in page takes forever to load. Even if you are lucky enough to get into the log in page and logged in. Browsing speed is horrible. It's like you are using that old fashioned Dial-up connection. Takes 10 minutes to just open www.google.com

        I alram already terminated my services with SpiDigo 2 years ago because of their poor service. I trusted those guys again and bought a new (upgraded) plan recently (Assuming they might have improved their services). But, stupidity just lies inside them. Still horrible service, I wasted my 5k for 9 months.

          I am using spidigo broadband service since April 2015, when I applied for connection, they promised me the speed of 1mbps but they failed to provide the way they promised. Now and then my internet service stops working, no one reply properly in customer care department and neither send their technicians. Currently also my internet is not working since last 4 days, since 24th Oct I am very much fed. 2 months back also I faced the same issue, and I asked for refund of my money, but they did not responded my emails and utilized abusive language on call.             Sir I have taken the broadband connection from Spidigo . My complaint are as below— 1---After many reminder they came to installed the connection. 2--- Mr Adit Patel –Sales Executive – of Spidigo told me that they will install the anatine at our building top to get the batter net work. 3---At the time of installation their staff refused to install the anatine saying that these are not in these Revolution Home Plus package & Draw the cable from other building . 4--- At the time of installation net signals are breaking & coming. Their staff with changing the three/four adopter ( finally install old adopter) start the net but still it is not working without breaking the signals. They not make any installation report also. 5---Than I make the complaint to their [protected]@spidgo.com on[protected] registered with Trouble Ticket no 1509589 But till today problem as on[protected]. 6—Than last on[protected] I mail him to return the my money back as I am not satisfy with their net work signals & services. Please take the matter in consideration in best practice

              I have registered a complaint on 21st Oct 2015 at 8:57 p.m. with Trouble Ticket No.[protected] and it says. "Our technical Team will get in touch with you shortly."

              This ticket was close by them without any solution on 22nd Oct 2015 at 4:00 p.m.

              I again raised a complaint on 22nd Oct 2015 at 4:02 p.m.

              They are keep saying that the problem will be solved within 48 hours.

              Right now. Its 24th Oct 2015, 1:45 p.m. I have not get any solution of it. My net is still not working.

              When I talk to Customer Service they says Technical team will be get in touch with you soon! Who is the technical team, I don't know. They don't even share the information of the Engineer who is going to visit. Engineer comes any time when he wants. I have a list of Engineers who came to my place before so I save their Number. I called him and he was sleeping at home. When I said please come and check the problem he says I will come at 3:00, I request to come now and he says Do What ever you want to do, I will come at 3:00. If you want to do complaint about me than go to Office.

              I was calm from last 2 days, As I was respecting their 48 hours solution but this people are bunch of . They treat us like we are nothing.. We pay them still we beg them, Why? Is this some kind of Joke? Can't we ask for out rights of solution. My whole business runs over Internet. I can not connect with anyone and can not do any work. I am loosing my money, reputations as well as confidence too.

              If this make some sense to Spidigo Management than I wish they understand the Value of time.
              Pathetic Service, Sab Chor hai sale... Registered a complaint before 8 days and they closed the ticket after 4 days. Nobody visited my home to sort out the problem and closed the complaint. On the very next day, I registered another complaint and its been 3 days, the problem is at as it is. dont go for Spidigo..worst service...
              I agree with you kinjan. Jab paise lene hote hai to samne se call karte hai but jab complain solution ki baat aati hai to sab jaise Deaf ho jate hai. Most irritating part is customer care. Same tape again and again..

                I had spidigo connection in new ranip area and i applied for transfer spidigo connection. Spidigo person came and took 500 rs as transfer fee. and after 4-5 days another spidigo person came for set up connection. But he said my society is not coming under spdidigo tower range, so connection is not possible and call to customer care. I called in customer care and customer executive told that connection is not possible and i would get my remaining amount as well as transfer amount by checque with in next week. Buts its more then a month i didnt receive my amount. I already mailed many times at [protected]@spidigo.com but no response till now.

                  Hello, i am using spidigo wifi from last 9-10 months, almost everyday i am not getting speed, every 3rd day they said our server is down so i cannot use wifi, more than 20 complaints registered to spidigo, everytime they says we will send engineer but no service from spidigo. what should we do now, they already took the payment now not giving the service user id : Anilhilwala area : naranpura, ahmedabad

                    I have taken SPIDIGO broadband service as i have outsourcing work from USA.

                    Since last few days i am not getting network (Always getting MSG that unidentified network, no internet access) and not able to submit my work to client . so i lost the project and money too.

                    I have registered complaint and called many times they jst said we will look in to it in 48 hours. After 48 hours without resolving issue they they just send MSG your complaint has been closed. when we call again they they just register new complaint and again same story.

                    Very Very big mantle harassment and cheating as they are earning money by cheating us and we r loosing out time, money, confidence and jobs by trusting this cheater people.

                    Government should make some strict rules for these people.

                      Idiotic service.. No Internet since 2 weeks. We complained. But they always say the same... They will resolve.. But dont resolve.. We tell cm and just see the problem.. But those stupids dont even see... No 1 MUST TAKE SPIDIGO... Liars they r... WORST SERVICE.

                          Our net services is working very slow since a month.. and for a week it didnt work at all.. Only the spidigo login page may open.. later it takes too long to load a single page and later it comes the connection to the server is lost. We have called customer care every single day.. all they say is name of some technician Prajapati is going to come.. But there is no trace of this person.. he has not evn contacted us for once.. And they assure everytime that today he shall come.. We are their old customers since the time Spidigo was new and begin their services.. But this is what their response is when the need arises. Seriously considering to switch to other network service next year.

                              International is not working since 29th sept'15. They have closed my complain twice without even solving it. I called multiple time to customer care service & didn't get satisfied answer. They always say that technician is on the way, soon they will visit. I mean I don't get it. Technician must be from other planet coz its almost 8 days & counting. Guy from customer care told me that technician will call you but now I'm sure that they are using prepaid connection & don't have credit. I have used service of both tikona & Spidigo, now I'm not sure which one is worst. Keep getting threatening call from Tikona for payment & SPiDiGO is keep achieving milestone in customer service.

                                Our Wifi is not working since 22 nd september. I complained on 2nd october and they said it will be solved in 48 hours. today its the 7th day and no one has come yet. everyday i remind them 10 times and get a reply that the technician is on way. when the rent was due they didnt waste a minute to collect the cheque. and if payment is delayed by a day they immediately cut the connection. Will they refund the amount for number of days the service was not available????!!!

                                  I have bought the spidigo broadband connection on 24 September 2015 in ahmedabad. The guy visited my place and talked with me sweetly and collected the amount. I m tracking with the spidigo to start the services. But they are not concerned to bother. Nobody visits to check. Whether the internet is working. I have complain many time. But they are not scared. They take this issue lightly and never turn up. Pl help to get my refund from spidigo and also guide others not to buy any services from such fraud company in future Rgds sushil

                                    The services gets interrupted frequently and take more than 48 hours. Always to get resolved. This is breech to the contract and want the ISP to fully refund with penalties for harassment to me and my work physically and mentally to me at the earliest.

                                      Internet not working company promised we solved our problem within a 48 hours but today is 5th day nobody solve our problem company engineer even didn't give services they just make fake mail or update to they done them work but they lied noboddy solve our problem there engeer and care give us rudely answers we need money back nothing else.

                                        Our Internet is not working last 5 days spidigo costumer care executives sometime cut our call amd give us fake service promises they just suddenly said us our engineer came there at office and noboddy was there but they lied nobuddy comes the and even noboddy call us to came for solve our problems solve our problem or refund our full payment
