I have Spidigo broadband service and I made complaint for net down on August August 6, 2015, and now it is almost 48 hours gone, and no response to my complaint. They committed to solve complaints within 48 working hours, but its useless. This is not the first time that I face this problem, it has been a big headache each and every time to get service from them to get net connected again once we have any complaint.

I have registered complain on 2 Aug and till now not solved. My internet is connected and my work is also stopped because of this. When I talked with Rajesh and Chirag on call center then they rudely behaved and Rajesh has cut my call. Stii the issues of no internet connection is not resolved. I have called them many time but always they remind to engineer and engineer won't call you or visit your place. There is no unique id for each representative on call center. We don't know weather their name are real or fake.

I book complaint on 30th july, 2015, still today 4th aug, 2015 no solution provided. complaint number:[protected] Customer service says everyday engineer is coming. no one come till now. In addition they are saying that internet in my area (GHATLODIA-AHMEDABAD-380061) down but in my own society 2 connection are working fine sience last week. Pathetic customer support. dont buy spidigo at least in ahmedabad.

From last 5 days my Internet connection not working and I have complaint on spidigo customer care but till date no solution is done . Every time I call then and they told engineer will come . So please help me out this as I wanted to terminate connection and want my refund .

In daytime the internet does not work properly.!! I have payed way to much money for this connection and this is what i get.!! I am so annoyed by this, my day to day works are also pending because of such inconvenience.!! Please have a look over my complaint and try to resolve it asap.!!

One of the worst Internet service Company.
I complained almost 25 times in just last 3 months. But they did not resolve my problem yet.
Once we complained, one message will come on your registered number But thing is that they automaticaly send another message that the complaint has been close. Thats it. Now what to do ???

So worst customer care service, they will always talk positively while you are complaining but once you put your call down. they even don't bother to shortout the problem.
Let me talk about the engineer team, so disgusting, they will just call you and say that we changed all setting from here, you restart your internet connection and it will be work proparly, and they will cut the call. But end of the story problem will be there only.

I highly recommend to DO NOT use SPIDIGO,

Whenever i register a complain they say their engineers gonna call me within one hour but no ever called me and after some hours they close my complain without confirming with me. I so frustrated with their Customer Support. I want my money back, If any one know the process do suggest me.

Broadband is not working at all.
I am trying from past 1 week to reach customer care. Its always busy and by luck sometime they pick up they say engineer will come within 48 hours.
So frustrated with the service.
It is causing so much inconvenience.
Till what time i will have to wait till my service gets resumed ?

My wifi is not working since 10 days. . There is no internet connection since 10 days. I complained about it so many times. But there is jo responce. After 5 days one service man came but he went without solving the problem and without informing us. So please try to solve our problem as early as possible. . . Nd i want refund for this days bcoz my internet is not working. . And improve your service. . Very bad service.

From last 1 month i am too much suffering from service. I am registering complaint on regular basis on it too. But till date i had not found solution for it. I am providing you my complaint no. & issue detail. Pls. find following list for it. Complaint no. - [protected] registered on Date - 26/07/2015, for not opening spidigo log in page & net not starting. But till date ( 28/07/2015 ) I have not received even single call from technical department even after calling 3 time to customer care. SO STILL MY NET IS IN STOPPED CONDITION, and technical department is not interested in for start up. same repetitive issue happened on 22/07/2015, Complaint no.[protected]... another issue on 02/07/2015, Complaint no.[protected].. It's very shameful thing that even after calling to customer care for same complain for 2-3 times, they didn't show even little interest towards it.. I think worst ever service provider I have ever seen. If they are not interesting in providing service to customer, then I am happy to stop using their net.. provide me my remaining amount of remaining month.

Not working internet connetion of last 4 days. And no one can suport in the spidigo. Really very bed service.
Please help and suport. Cosmor care exicutive give only simpathi but not perfectlly work and not given right answer. Even bodakdev service center also can not supot not to resolve this small problem. Just give worng promise only. Fast revert otherwise cancle my connection.

I want to complain to spidigo because i have taken 2 mbps plan and in every time they decrease the speed of my internet connection so i am feed you of this so i want spidigo to solve my problem and they give me 1 mbps spped but i have paid of 2 mbps speed so it is my humble request to spidigo to solve my problem

I have many tickets of this broadband services... in every 2 day ticket close automatically ... i have device frequency problem .. since last 3 months ... i have 1 mbps plan speed is 5kbps... don't trust this broadband derives if this available free . . .

Useless and same full people of spidigo customer care they not reply and not give proper feedback, , i am making legal police case against this company. I have paid full amount and not one come for solve my problem. . .

People please don't take connection from spidigo they are useless and over money west.

Every time i make complain and next moment they send massage your complain is closed with out and feed back. Attached my screen shot of complain massage.

Spidigo technician has unlawfully removed our connection by simply taking away the machine installed. When contacted they registered the complaint (Trouble Ticket No:[protected] but are yet to act upon it. And refused to offer any help so far other than giving false promises of a visit. If we continue to receive this kind of treatment, taking the matter to consumer court will be the only option.

I have make complain on morning time of 15/7/15- two times in day my frist complain was reported to your customber care at 11;45 am than without slove my complain- your customer care has closed my complain than after i did second complain -complain ticket no.[protected] on dtd 15/7/15 at 12 am approx but still today/still this time 5;30pm -during this time complain is not slove or not came any techinan to my office for repair i feel that there is too poor service of your technichal team/customber care rameshbhai thakkar pl note if your service not improve than i am majbur to disconnect your service permanantly so pl contact me by higher authority

i have 1 mbps connection with spidigo, ahmedabad. they are not providing the desired speed and lot of connectivity issues through out the year.they are just taking complaints, but not providing solutions, in may 15, my connection was out of order for 5 days. in oct 14 it was out of order for 15 days. since last week i am facing connectivity issue and meger speed.connection come and go, and i am wasting lot of time with it.

I have already made complaint via email customer [protected]@spidigo com on 21st Jne 15 I have also met your reprentative in the last week at your office premises .But he informed that the mail is going to our Bombay Office .They will reply you in the matter.I have no authority to do anything ine the matter.This will be done by only the person who is recharging the account.My user ID Mooinbhai I am not satisfied by his reply.You can go through my email for this. Ihope you will do needful in the matter. Ple reinurse me extra GB which I have not used. You can understand that a man cannot run continuoesly for 24 hours without any break.My net has been used for 72 GB in two months. you can varify the record at your end.
