    Respected sir
    we have spidigo internet connection and our user id is manali_ shah. since last 15 days it is not working properly. it leaves the signal frequently and doesn't work as before. due to this we face difficulty in our day to day work that is being done online. we complained regarding this problem daily for almost 10 days. the engineer had visited. they even told that they have solved the problem online and closed the complain. but it is not yet solved. the problem persists as it was 15 days back. so kindly solve the problem as soon as possible or we would like to return the spidigo connection back with compensation.

      sir, my user id is manali_shah from ahmedabad paldi area. my net connection is not working since 15 days . i complained everyday. your engineer has visited . he has tried for online solution but still my net is not working properly. if it is not going to be solved kindly refund my amount. very bad experience for customer care service.every time phonecall is coming that problem is solved but immediately within few minutes net is not working.down load is not possible.

        I paid a payment before 4 Days but till now i have no connection of your broadband which plan is 2 mbps. i already contact Sales person Mr.Bhavesh Soni and i called him 15 times but he not given a Satisfied answer please solve this issue urgent base other wise i should go to Grahak seva.

          The internet does not works frequently and constantly like it did previously, after complaining about the purpose they hand it over to some technicians who never solves the problem and closes the complaint. How would they know what the problem is, if they donot send the person here and have a checkup for the same?? So its a due request that plz check it out why Am i not able to use my internet thoroughly...

            user id- ssagrawal - [protected] From the very first day i have been facing problem from your side, you have provide the worst service i have ever been through in my entire life. i have mailed you manny times but didnt get any respose from your side. i want my full refund. Theres no solution now. its just 1 week and i have been complaing from the very first day but engineer has visited yet.

              I have paid all my charges in advance and still every second day i am facing problems of internet connectivity. They give lucrative plans and fraud customers by not giving services properly. We need to give complains minimum 5 times then and only then our complain is solved. Username - sjshah77

                I have purchased 100 gb plan for 1 year. But most of time my internet connection is down. I am getting connection for fixed timing in day like from 9am-3pm, then from 8pm-12am. Rest of time no connection. From last 1 month i am suffering like this and Daily I am calling them to resolve this. But my problem is not resolved at all till date. I have submitted photo of my wifi router which taken at 8am and it shows only 2 lights. If internet is working, there should have been 3 lights. Please help.

                    Customer id: rgw53 I tried to recharge with my Visa HDFC Bank Visa Card, but your merchant(ICICI) did not accept it, saying it does not support it, ie. my HDFC BANK Visa Debit Card. The due date is 19th June and as of date no phone call about the intimation of the same, nor any visit from your side.

                      I'm customer of Speedigo from last one and a half month. There is an issue with the internet connection, every time I register complaint for this in customer cars they close it without resolving the problem. From last three weeks I'm continuously taking follow up with them but no one giving solution on this. Now I want my money back from the company.

                        The representative called Vivek (+91 [protected]) visited us after an enquiry call on company's number. He took all the installation charges and 1 month subscription in advance and commiting connection in 2 days. I had very important international video calls hence i told him prior i need within 2 days anyhow or i dont want because i will loose on my important business video calls scheduled on 3rd and 4th day. He promised and then its been 5 days and still he is making excuse that installation wire is not in stock. He again committed on 4th day that 5th day it will be done anyhow. But again on 5th day he is saying that will be done tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes for this company. Call centre of company says we say 7 days but if our executive has given commitment he will fulfill so talk to him. Whereas executive isnt helpful or fulfulling his commitment. I am being cheated by taking money in advance by committing false things. I have been very patient. I will take this matter very seriously. The company should know that i am loosing on a very big amount due to my video call deal isnt happning. Midnight i have no facility also to go to any cafe and do it. Take this matter into consideration. Would suggest all the people in ahmedabad to opt for other broadband connections and not Spidigo AT ALL. Specially do not pay such long subscriptions of 6-12 months as once you pay then they dont care at all. I am going to file a complaint everywhere possible and take this matter at highest level possible. They should understand that only refund is not the last option they will have to compensate me as well.

                        This matter is 100% genuine and not from any competeting company. They might tell people asking about this complaint as it was competitors move. But this is 100% genuine guys.

                        Reimbursement of installation refund

                        Spidigo executive committed that installation amount will be refunded at the time of deactivation, but now they are saying that they won't refund.

                          Since 3 years I am using Spidigo. I have paid 1.5 years subscription amount in advance. Frequently I am facing an issue with internet and no one is handling complaint till week or 10 days even though I have complained multiple times. After numerous complaints they will come and resolve the issue and it will work for one day. Next day my internet will go down. I am really frustrated with the kind of service they have provided me. I want spidigo to return my money and discontinue such a pathetic service.

                                Hi, I have spidigo internet connection. My username is hardik88 having plan of 1 MBPS. I am one of the oldest customer having SPIDIGO broadband connection since more than 4 years. I am continuously having problem of internet frequency at every one or two days and non of customer support team tries to solve the problem permanently. When there is a time for account renewal they always promise that we will not face any problem and still once we pay full payment, they do not care about customer problems. My 1 MBPS speed plan is working like 128 KBPS. This Kind of behavior from SPIDIGO team has very much disappointed me which was not expected. I have heard that Mr. Dharmendra Jayswal is the head of customer support team. I dont think this person can be able to manage team or customer problems. I asked about Mr. Dharmendra to the person whom I spoke last time and he told me that there is no fix time sometimes he is available in office or sometime he is not. So what should we do to speak to a some leading person ?

                                    My connection is active just 2 days before and now even the login page is not opening since morning after callin about 11 tmes they are saying the same thing that the technician will call you they didn't respond a single time. On asking for the number of higher authority, they refused it. I got my installation done after continuous calling them for 3 days after waiting for a week. My user id is rachanathaker. Please fix this problem or atleast respond to the problem!!

I have called to the customer care more than 3 times they guys are telling me to give support ASAP i m waiting from the morning in and working from the cyber cafe. What do you guys mean by support and as soon as possible can you tell me ? I subscribe my plan for work from home who will pay me for the bill of cyber cafe ? Can you guys please resolve my issue. Every time new guy picking up the phone and promising for the support. Can i talk to the responsible person who can resolve my issue. Thanks.
