We are the regular user of spidigo internet service but from past two months we are facing some regular problem of net connectivity.There is no internet access full day and at night it gain some access but not satisfactorily.We are eegistering complains to customer care of spidigo bu no one response with positive nature.Every time We call they say our technician will come but no one come .So we are getting very disturbed by this.Please make some quick action to our problem.     Hello Sir, My Name is dipak, on date :[protected] ko spidigo call canter me mene complain kiya tha ki aap ki taraf se di gai spidigo net service kafi slow chal rahi hai, executive ne bataya ki aaj sam 6.00 pm. tak aapki problem sol ho jaegi on date :[protected]. par 6.00 pm baje tak koai executive nahi aaya to mene fir se 2 bar call kiya. jisme 1st call me esa bola gaya ki sir aapki complain ki jankari aage di gai hai sam tak banda aapke vaha aaja ega par bhi koi nahi aaya. 2nd call kiya tab fir executive esa bol raha hai k sir aaj jayega jab mene use batya ki itni bar call karne par bhi nahi aaya to kab aayega to us time usne esa kaha ki hamari service 48hr ke andar banda aata hai, or ye bat muje 2 bar call karene par nahi batai jati ki 48 hr me aayega unhone[protected] ko sam 6.00 pm tak aani ka kaha tha. or aaj til date :[protected]. abhi tak koi phone ya koi bhi banda aaya nahi hai. and i have all recorded call to talk to spidigo customer car.       Dear, My user ID is "MANISHPANCHOLI". I have renewed my account on 23/05/2015 by one of your representatiive "NAYAN" at Maninagar. My connection is not in working condition. I asked your representative and he told me that within a time our representative will contact. Still any of your representative not there. And connection is as there as. So what is the problem. Are you not interested to renew the connection. Please tell me now I fed up..Also you complain number is paid. So I pay you unnecessary charge also.. Do the needful as fast as possible.         Hello, I have complaint by phone 16 times on your complaint number.My complaint number is[protected]. User ID is "vidit.shah"and phone number is [protected]. Every time i called at CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, they informed me it will be starting in 12 hours.I called on 22nd, Again on 23rd.Again on 24th and 25th also.Still now, there is no response from ant of your executives. I am getting ignore by your employees on phone.They cut my call during complaint. If my net will not get started today, I will take an action.So please its a request to you.Please help me.I have an important work related to INTERNET.Otherwise I will definitely take an action against you.

This message Pleas solve my problem and less my ip in distraction allow all social web . And one think i ask your worker in today morning in he was asking i solve then 5 min but he was not responding and i thing i harass in 9:00AM to starting this time ..so solve ...

            Never even think to buy spidigo broadband.The worst internet connection ever i have used.Just waste of money and will lose your temper for sure.Doesnt work and the speed it gives is lowest.Rather buy some other broadbands.The workers doesnt come to repair even after days and d swrvice center is worst of all.

            Username-chetanvakil. from 3 days i m calling customer care, no one is responding, day and night they are always busy nearly in this 3 days i have called them more than 50 times they are always busy even at 2 am.. simply hate spidigo

              i have face internet connectivity issue since last 15 day when i register complain with in 2 hour the call me and inform me your net working but after 10 min still have same issue. after many complain they assign engineer to visit and solve problem but engineer not visit my home with in 2 day

                Give details of your purchase of product or service (cash memo number and date). – Spidigo Internet Service, In month of December 2014 Give information about the warranty or guarantee received by you at the time of purchase. – We purchased 7 month of subscription. Give details of the deficiency in the product or service. -The product is under warrenty and there is an issue in connection o[censored]SB with the router, due to which the net is not working. They have billed us with INR6500 with 7 months validity. The product was purchased in the month of December ending. Our product is under validity period, they are cheating us on the end days of the validity. Our service expiry date is 05/07/2015 Give the problems you are facing due to this deficiency. – Our net is not working from last 6 days. And we are not attended, responded and serviced properly by that so called esteemed organisation. Give the details about your efforts to inform about this grievance in the past to which the Company has not responded. – I tried contacting them from last Thursday and I was attended by the customer care representatives and I was always assured that an engineer named Sahil or Sohil Momin will call us and visit our location. Everyday I call and I am assured with the same. Lastly today I got wild on their response and told them to share the contact details of the engineer or connect me with their manager or area manager they denied for the same they were also denying on sharing my complaint id. I had to fight a lot and for certain details. When I told that I will lodge a complaint against them then they gave me some details mentioned below: Customer Care epresentative who attended my call: Sonal Area Manager who denied to come on my call: Parshuram Engineeername: Sohil or Sahil Momin My complaint Id:[protected] Please note: When I told Sonal that I will be complaining in Consumer Court. I was furnished with the above mentioned details via Sonal. She denied to share the contact information of her seniors or giving any commitments on their services. She said that I will be receiving a call from their end very shortly. But I have not yet received any calls or satisfactory response from their end. This is my kind request to the forum to look in the matter as soon as possible.                   I have registered since 28 apr 2015 with new spidigo connection with 512 kbps unlimited plan (6+1). The username is divyeshkotadia. Though I have complained 2-3 times to spidigo customer care, The problem yet not resolved. Its almost 20 days I am not getting continued internet with proper speed. I have paid 3300 rs in advance for this plan activation.

                    If you are thinking to buy Spidigo internet, then don't buy it. It is a waste of your money. I would say Spidigo is one of the worst internet service provider. Cons: ============ I am using spidigo internet which is having plan of 1MBPS. But still everyday when I start my computer to surf, I find that my internet is down. Whenever I call customer care office, they just provide temporary solution for that. Now I have make a habit to call customer care office before starting my computer. One thing I have noticed that customer care representative acts like a bridge between client and technical person. They just receive call, generate ticket and inform that technical person will call you. I think they are just trained to say 3 sentences "Welcome to spidigo broadband service. what is your username and our technical team will call you. " that's it. I just ping google and you can see ping requests in my attached image. If you don't have spidigo and you are saying that your provider is worst than just join SPIDIGO then you will say your previous provider was better than SPIDIGO. ;) Pros: ============ Whenever your plan is about to expired, they will always call you on-time and they make us feel that they care for us.

                      hello sir, i am calling on spidigo customer care number since last five days there telling me everyday that engineer will come resolve my issue. but still i didnt get any support from them and when i ask them to transfer the call to their superior they told me that they are not available right now every time.

                        last 3 days se mera internet nai chal raha hai, mr. dharmendra bhai mera phone pick nai kar rahe hai. me face to face 2 bar mil kar aya hu but ku6 kar nai rahe he customer care me phone kar raha hu to mr. vishal and naresh rudely bat kar rahe he. also pankaj vagela dont pick my phone monthly 5 bar meri complaint hai but ku6 kar nai rahe hai.                           Hi, My user id for spidigo is parth.tec.and reg. contact number with spidigo is [protected]. Every other day i am having problems with the internet connection provided by the spidigo.The speed I am getting is also very low. I would have loodged at least 30 complaints in spidigo but still every other day the problem arises again and again.It is giving me mental stress and I am also not able to us internet consistently. Solve the problem at the earliest or else i would like to disconnect your service.I dont want to pay for something I am not able to use. Thank you, A Dissatisfied Customer-Parth Shah

                            I Maaz Mansuri didn't get any technical support from spidigo complain office. whenever i called on compalin number they are giving me the same and=s that our technical tem will call you. i want proper solution for that. otherwise refund my money i dont want to use your service.

                              This is being absolute disaster that since 5 days i am trying to reach customer service for my Internet connection not working.From Customer care, I only here there will be call back for technical assistance but neither anybody calls me up back nor come to my place for fixing up the internet connection. I am using Spidigo since 3-4 years so i feel very aweful regarding to the service you guys adhere. Every dya i have to call there customer support but no body listen up.                                 I have connection issue since 21 st april 2015 I have no issue with problem I have issue with their services. I have to complain daily about the same issue. N they people give the message that your complain is been resolved. And I have to complain again for the same daily. They people dosent care about the customer.

                                      I am facing problem of Internet since last 4 days, and nobody is responding properly even your spidigo local dealer, When there is a new recharge than lots of person are calling for recharge when it time to serve than nobody responding, i jst feedup with ur service.. i would like to request you to please return my money and i will take new connection of some other agency..                                         sir I would like to inform you that my complaint is the connectivity always disconnect at the speific time everyday at 10.01 a.m. In this regard i have to state that your engineer Mr. Dhavan visited my place and i have shown him personally. His observation says that I have to logout once in -24- hours and then relogin after that the above problem will not take place (27/4/2015). I have followed his instruction today morning but sorry to say that nothing is improved/solved. Today at again 10.01 a, m, it is disconnected. I am really very much strained since last -20- days. kindly take up this matter at higher level of engineer/technicians to solve my problem. hopping an immediate solution from your side thanks & regards
