I have a SPIDOGO connection. I live in Drive-In Road Ahemedabad. I lodged a complaint two days ago of no net connectivity. In the afternoon, someone from the called informing that issue is resolved and promptly disconnected the line without listening me. However, it was not the case and I had to lodge the comlaint again. I have informed him that my net card is working properly, and that the problem should be from SWITCH or anything related to their infrastructure and send the engineers. They told that they will send them; however, nobody is coming to resolve my issues. At the time of monthly subscription, they definitely comes on time they promise, however, this is not in the case while having problems with net connectivity. Also, customer executives, I do not know whether they are properly educated or not, are very rude in talk and don't know how to communicate with the customers. I am getting fed up this all and thnkng to switch over to dongle kind of coonectivity. It has been three days now without any resolution.

I am really surprised that you have clolsed out my complaint
wihtout solving my problem today at 9.52 p.m.
sir pl understand my problem that everyday my net dissconnect
at the speicific time i.e. 10.01 a.m. everyday. you observe my account login for the full day after 10.01 a.m. and then you close out my complain, but my problem is on the same status.
your engineer Mr. Dhavan has commited to come to my place
before 10.00 a.m. but anyway he has not fulfilled his commitment
to observe my compalint personally
this is my 3rd mail to you but your technician always colse out my
complaint however i have informed Mr. Rajesh Khushva of your call
centre to reopen my complain onceagain to day at 11.00 p.m.
pl look into the matter personally on priority basis to solve my problem. i am too much strained since last month.
hopping you will take my matter highly on priority. pl let inform your technical staff to call back so that i can explain him briefly regarding my complaint which is not solved since last one month
