I want new connection from spidigo but technical person from spidigo refuse my request due to some technical reason.from that day they are not giving my advanced 6 month money back to me now, almost 2 month complete for this.yet not received any response.

    Hi, I am Ankur Tyagi.Just 10 days ago, i bought 7 month internet pack from Spidigo.WithinWithin 6-7 days, i started facing troubles of no internet connection.I called them atleast 10 times, they told that problem will soon be resolved.But they didnt provide any solution, rather they closed my complaint.I called them back and asked to reopen the complaint. Alao i did mailed them thrice but they didnt bothered to call me even once. Now i want my money back and want to give up my connection.Please help.

      On 6th of April my interenet stopped working and I am calling SPidigo Customer Service Ever since but no luck. After 20 days or so they don't even know what's the problem and nobody comes to attend the problem. Whenever I call them, they keep telling me that the engineer has been assigned and he will come to my home next day. Next day when I go back to home from work in the evening, I realize that no engineer has visited my home. So i call again to hear same thing that tomorrow engineer will visit the home. It's almost 18 days and nobody wants to resolve the issue. I am stuck without internet for next 18 days. I want to cancel this service and please refund my unused portion of money paid promptly. Most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen.

        I relocated in ahmedabad from one building to another in closeby.
        Ask for shifting connection to spidigo, they ask to come to office and give written request with 500 INR fee. We gave it.
        Its 10 days now and i m breaking my head daily, no response from them. I call them daily and they fwd reminder to tech team on evry call.
        Is SPIDIGO dead? or it will be soon if it happens with more of customer.

            sir today i have submitteed my complaint through email. the details are as under(complaint reopened on 16th instant) User ID jyotish_shah (Ahmedabad) sir, everyday at 10.01 a.m.the connectivity automatically disconnect. Thenafter i have to logout and then further login and then the net works for full day. I am verymuch strained as the representative of your call centre always commiitt that the engineer had been assigned but till moment no body cared to visit my place inspite of several reminders over telephone(approx 60 times in current week) to day lastly Mr. Mayur of your Ahmedabad call centre has promised that our engineer will visit my place today itself but nobody came. I cannot understand what i should do in the matter? for your information i am a SENIOR CITIZEN of 62 years of age. I am really sorry to say that your company has harrased like anything. I have nother way to complain in Consumer Court or Police Complaint against your company, as I am your client since last -6- years. No due payment is rest from my side as I have subscribed for the -14- months at the time of renewal Last time I request/warn you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I will wait upto tomorrow to solve my problem thanks

            I am really surprised that you have clolsed out my complaint
            wihtout solving my problem today at 9.52 p.m.

            sir pl understand my problem that everyday my net dissconnect
            at the speicific time i.e. 10.01 a.m. everyday. you observe my account login for the full day after 10.01 a.m. and then you close out my complain, but my problem is on the same status.

            your engineer Mr. Dhavan has commited to come to my place
            before 10.00 a.m. but anyway he has not fulfilled his commitment
            to observe my compalint personally

            this is my 3rd mail to you but your technician always colse out my
            complaint however i have informed Mr. Rajesh Khushva of your call
            centre to reopen my complain onceagain to day at 11.00 p.m.

            pl look into the matter personally on priority basis to solve my problem. i am too much strained since last month.

            hopping you will take my matter highly on priority. pl let inform your technical staff to call back so that i can explain him briefly regarding my complaint which is not solved since last one month

            I'd:: pateldhiru. Internet is not working From day 1. Despite many complaints, no one revert back to it. Its so frustrating. Why do they give false Promises ? Pathetic service.

              I have registered the complaint to their representative. And when I didn't get any response, I asked them again to look in to it. In response the person on the phone talked with me in disrespectful manner. He told me that, "We will give you answer in this way only and we will not tell you how much time it will take." Further he told was even more insulting and when I ask that is that your way to talk to a lady then that guy replied me that, "Yes, this is out way of talking". This is really frustrating and I am thinking about going legal for this guys.

                I have to work regularly from home and net is not working! Can anyone there to hear! I spent almost 1 hour everyday and called twice to customer care for lodging complaint since 10 days! Going to personally meet the customer care center tomorrow and want to see how these people could be so unprofessional!

                  I reside in New Ranip. My broadband is not functioning since 10 days and every day I spend 20 minutes on phone for lodging the complaint taking this time off my schedule which is very tough, being a working woman. Every time I hear a new voice with new assurance that it will be rectified by their New Ranip technician Mr. Naresh Wadekar today itself or as early as possible! My wait it endless! I work through computer hence have to deliver the projects to my customers everyday! Can anyone help me getting rid of this trouble. The spidigo people are highly unethical and unprofessional. Never ever go for this service provider Please!!

                    I had registered a complain on 20th of April 2015. The support executive said they will call back in short time. None of the help came from spidigo care. Because of that my important work got left and I was stuck with none of the option. Then on today morning I tried to call again every time when I try to complain it says all our executive are busy. Every time I call it cost me 1 rupee to call and I tried near about 50 times that costs me 50rs and with no result!! This is really bad that when needed none of the executive are that much eligible to cope up with the situation.

                      Hello, I am Jaydipsinh from Ahmedabad Gujarat, My mobile Number is [protected]. I had submitted My complain for Internet not working.. I have to do Urgent work but whenever i Start My Internet, it not connect and i have to restart for many times still that not connect.. Submitted the ticket (Ticket No :[protected] for the same but they closed the ticket with out any type of repairing work and without any kind of conformation. I am now fed up with this kind of services, I pay for the Internet still they not provide service. Now i want my money back because Internet is closed since last month. Do the needful Please.

                        Hello, I wish to share my bad experience, So other customer are not cheated by spidigo broadband. I buy you broadband 1-MBPS plan. They cheat me as per plan they don't give speed. When I complained they told me to fix immediate bases but they don't fixed. I tiered from complaining everyday but they don't change. And even sometime I got answer that we can't fix issue due to some technical difficulties. Don't buy broadband who told about1MBPS speed and not given even 512 KBPS speed. And when we complain to them, they told us that your issue is fixed but it was not fix and we told them to don't close my complain. They forcefully closed. Very poor service and broadband.

                              Dear Team, We have logged a complaint with spidigo CC on 12th April '15. Our complaint number is[protected] but till date no one has turned back to resolve our query. Multiple times we called chargeable number & we have to wait 20~25 mins to get connected to the adviser. Every time we call we get the same answer that Anil Damor has being lined up to resolve our query but till date that guy haven't visited my place. Not too sure whether he exists in this world or not.. This is really pathetic & feeling cheated post paying huge amount to get uninterrupted service. If my problem is not solved by this fake company then please help me to get the money back so that I can go with other service provider who can give better service then spidigo.                                 This complaint is directed to the Chairman/ CEO of Spidigo in India for taking note of the poor quality of service and responsiveness of Spidigo network in Ahmedabad. Having transitioned from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad last year, we were recommended Spidigo as one of the leading internet service providers in Ahmedabad. We got into an yearly plan however since May, it has been a consistent poor performance with delivered speed below what has been promised and signed up to. Every night after 7pm, the internet stops to work and again starts at 7am in the morning and the same on the weekend when the service is not available throughout the day. Over the last 15 days, there is no network in our house and inspite of repeated complaints there has been no action or help provided to us by anyone in Spidigo. False promises are made that someone will be sent to handle however, no action gets taken. We faced similar issues in September 2014 when it took more than a month to resolve the issues. I am surprised to see so many similar complaints from other customers and still no action has been taken by Spidigo. This pathetic level of service forces me to take legal action and take Spidigo to consumer court for business malpractices and loss of work in absence of net at home. Will appreciate you reaching out to me directly and not by some junior manager who can have a conversation on the above topic. Expecting an expedited response and hope the complaint will not get stuck in the bureaucracy of outsourced partners and will reach the right levels in the organisation.                                   I have filled a complaint about no net connection about 6 days ago. ..since then i call every morning if they took any action or not.. i live in paldi ahmedabad, and the spoke person at their call center says my complaint has been forwarded and i am on high priority list..but no engineer has came to check nor i hv not received any call back as they say ..poor poor response from past 6 days. ..

                                    I have a SPIDOGO connection. I live in Drive-In Road Ahemedabad. I lodged a complaint two days ago of no net connectivity. In the afternoon, someone from the called informing that issue is resolved and promptly disconnected the line without listening me. However, it was not the case and I had to lodge the comlaint again. I have informed him that my net card is working properly, and that the problem should be from SWITCH or anything related to their infrastructure and send the engineers. They told that they will send them; however, nobody is coming to resolve my issues. At the time of monthly subscription, they definitely comes on time they promise, however, this is not in the case while having problems with net connectivity. Also, customer executives, I do not know whether they are properly educated or not, are very rude in talk and don't know how to communicate with the customers. I am getting fed up this all and thnkng to switch over to dongle kind of coonectivity. It has been three days now without any resolution.                                       Internet connection is not stable since last 15-20 days and company is not able to provide the appropriate solution for that. Spidigo is the worse internet company I have ever seen. I have registered complaint for more than 15 days, yet my problem is not resolved. Their sales man do not know how to talk with the customer, their technician never picks up the phone and once your have tried,

                                        If tou can not give service than give me my money back.. I have called at your spidigo and every time i got same answer ' complain has been sent and your net will be fixed in 24 hours'. So i have waste so many time my 24 hours waste and i don't want to waste more. Either you solve my problem or give me my money back.
