Spidigo — Complaint of misleading customer for renewal | |||||
Hi Contact person : palak patel I renewed my plan on 28th feb 2015 for 15 months. I was planning to disconnect connection and trying to go with network who give me access same plan at my both house, physical distance is 200meter of my both house. Palak approach me for renew my connection, i explain him that i want to go with network who can provide me same plan at both house. He replied that yes spidigo does this and i need to install bullet for this and that will cost me rs. 1000/- i agree and renewed plan for 15 months but now since 2 weeks i am asking palak to install bullet at my new home. He said me this facility is closed month ago and when i went to spidigo office they said this facility is never available in spidigo. Palak just cheated me and just shake of commission on renewal, lied at me. Now i want to disconnected my connection and get my payment back or else asking him to make this facility available for me. Else i want to break relation with spidigo which is 6 year old. I am using spidigo since 2010 april. This time i have been cheated by your sales agent (Palak) and not happy for that Please resolved issue else i need to exelate issue issue to next level. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||||

From last week my net is down .
and i upgrade my plan from 1 mbps to 2 mbps so plz change my router .
Spidigo — Continuous service issues
I had bought there internet 2 years ago from day 1 I am facing problem every now and then there server are down even they don't reply properly I had given them warning several time but they are not taking it seriously kindly do needfulSpidigo — No connection
