Dear Sir, I am very sorry to say that your ahmedabad custoner care person neither picked the call nor giving any reply (if pickedup).
My User ID is kiran.chavda and this is second time in this month your service was not eastablished for more than 72 hrs, this time after 22 jan service has been not established. We have tried to call customer care number but no answer . We have also lodged a complaint throough email but not replied. Due to your poor service and in absence of broadband connectivity my son education got effected. I think you people will open your eye after advocate notice.
Kindly make a suitable step for establish connectivity. Otherwise be ready for my next step.

I am from ahmedabad bopal area. Since last 1 week my internet service is barriered. I have complaint to costomer care and your responsible person also. They don't receive my call in once so i repeat calling again n again. Than all are making false promises. So i am not interested to use your services like this, please refund my amount also. Please tell me who is responsible person in spidigo. I am contacting with mr. Devang patel he always make a false promises after that switch off his mobile.
I am looking forward to your positive response.

Since last 3 days I am suffering from net problem continues 3 days my net is off and no one is attending my phone calls all my business purpose stopped because of your net problem whatsoever loss will be there you will be responsible for it so take a strong action on this or else I'll change service provider

I have been facing since last 3 days, there is no Internet connection. I tried to contact them via email, phone, and every possible way.

They disconnect our call after putting on IVR for few mins. Its been 3 days and still there is not a single response from these Company.

So many complains, so many solutions but problem is as it is. Still daily suffer from internet connection mainly during nights. Customer care is also very busy tried from last 4 days but can't get chance to talk with any person. Very Very poor service.

My net subscription is not working since 1st of january 2019. I have made complaint on phone many times but the complaint is not resolved. I have made at least 50 calls. I have written many mails to them but no response.
I have made the payment for 18 months subscription in advance. & now spidigo peaople are not responding at all.
Spidgo customer care number is -[protected]. This number is busy always
If possible i want my problem resolved immediately.
If there is no resolution then i want my money back. So that i acn get another connection.

Internet has been down since the last 4 days here in chandkheda. Your customer care number keeps disconnecting me and whenever i call your technician, it says he's busy. What a * up service. This is not the first time this issue is happening. Frequent disconnections, slow internet and no response from your support team. Absolute bs! The moment i paid rs 5500 for a full year, your service has gone haywire. I am changing my isp (Unfortunately there are only two in this area). I need a refund. I have also paid towards the tower you guys put on my flat. Need a refund for that as well. So many others have complained but still no response from you guys. Sad!!

There is very poor response from customers care no one is taking step to solve internet issues occurring every day.
Customers care number is also not taking call, not satisfied after paying such amount for speed and getting this responce, everyday cuttingdown connection and same problem occurs

My internet connection not working, i complaint next day they talk to me and said someone will call from spidigo. No call received to resolved issue, even not for any updates from spidigo. Then try to call customer care number is busy busy all the time. Mean they have more complaints due to bad service, that for sure :-).

Then i send an emails no response, three complaints from email also. Still issue not resolved. I don't know what to do, do i need to stop my all work and just try to contact these guys.

Finally i am making complaint in this website, i know only 10 was resolved yet from hundreds.

I got a phone call from spidigo company saying that my spidigo connection is getting ready for broadband fibre cable connection. The guy came in and take the money from me. said you will be upgraded from p2p to fibre cable connection. It has been six months since then no one has come with any solution for it. when i call them to issue me refund but that never happened. and since last more than 15 days, my internet connection has been down. they never try to fix the issue. They have changed their complain number too. So their customer never bother them. NEVER GO WITH SPIDIGO.

I have been facing internet disconnection issue since last 3 days. I tried to contact them via email, phone, and every possible way.

The funny part is, they disconnect your call after putting on ivr for few mins. Its been 3 days and still there is not a single response from these guys.

Another worst thing is, they have provided a section to register a complaint in their site. But, when you do via it, these peoples says they dont have received your complaint. What an unprofessional guys. This is the reason, these peoples are worst like a hell (Same in the category of gtpl broadband). These two companies seems like a cousins :)

I have complained more than 3 times by email but till know i don't have any response from the company
And also the call center number is not contactable. It's always showing busy tone.

I need a quick response from the company on this issue.

I am using fiber connection with 50mbps. Broadband is not working since last 4 days and no action is taken from company. No one is replying on customer care number. My work is pending from 4 days.in addition to that, the cable quality of broadband connection is very poor. It is getting damaged more and more every single day. This is the worst service provided by any company. People are loosing faith in spidigo. Do anything you have to and repair my connection. It is being very hard for me to work without broadband connection. Please, do consider my complaint.

Guys donât ever buy this broadband service. It is a fraud company. They donât provide good service at all. I tried to call their customer care more than a 50 times but they didnât respond and also since last 6 month they donât give a proper internet. I am just at my limit. They donât cooperate well and also their customer service is #. They should change the name spidigo to slowgo. Please donât ever buy this broadband service ever.

Your company's executive called me and told me to pay ₹2500 then within 2 days I should get connection. Then i paid 200 and it's been more than week no one is calling me back. Since last more than two years i am customer of spidigo and time and again their intenet services are out of order. Customer care persons not receiving call and neither complain is register nor resolving.net speed issues are always persist. If you have 50mbs plan they provide only 5 mbs speed and spidigo is literally cheating with the customer under many false reasons. Since last two days my intenet services is out of order and more than 1000 call made to spidigo customer care but not single call received and still my net services out of order mainly in holidays. Very poor services of spidigo. Need to take drastic legal action agaist this company and also should be published in media for its poor services and cheating with the customer.

Earlier it was easy to file complaint and get solution through phone but since you changed your cutomer care no. From[protected] to [protected] its practically impossible to contact customer care. Since last 3 days my net not working properly and since yesterday its stop working. Only message it show is deatination host unreachable. I try to contact customer care many times but only recorded mesaage played and false mesaage that we will get back to you play at last. Very bad service since you changed your customer care number.

Since the last one month my wifi has continuously been going on and off. It is a reason for which i have had to stop working for few days! And there is not way i can contact spidigo.
