Spidigo — I'm complaining about new connection

Your company's executive called me and told me to pay ₹2500 then within 2 days I should get connection. Then i paid 200 and it's been more than week no one is calling me back. No e-mail nothing hearing from your company. So am i going to loose ₹2500 without no reason?? I need to know if spidigo doing scam with people.
Give me refund if you can't provide internet service

I upgraded my plan to 16 mbos they said plan and device both will be changed after the day of payment, its been 4days nither the device is changed nor the plan, i have called them more than more than 20 times, all i can get in reply is let me check

my customer id is dnsathwara, i suffer so much for it due to internet connection when i need. We regester this complain again and again but problem is still to continue, yesterday come to executive at home but problem is not resolve so please request for this complain resolve asap.

Our id is gujcobank your network is very poor due to daily problem in fiber cut .connectivity issue and other etc...i am tired your services
our bank ip base connectivity working but daily problems why...
