Hi, i have a received bycycle through your courier, 2 parts not found in my bycycle. One stand, 2nd one dangerous light... Air bill number [protected]
Actually my bycycle booked from tenkasi station on friday 12th june... They agree that u will got next day hence i have received today only...
I have surprise, bycycle stand not found... I am very shocking...
What can i do...
Pls provide the solution for my issue

    A courier has been booked and has been sent through st courier on june 10, 2020. The courier is in out for delivery from june 13, 2020. But it is not yet delivered.

    The awb number is - [protected]

    I have tried contacting the hub offices in nagercoil and bangalore.
    There is no response from bangalore hub. I have tried more than 10 time.in nagercoil hub they have answered and they said it will be delivered by monday 15.06.2020. The agent from nagercoil hub asked for address. I have shared the address with nagercoil hub as well. But now, no response from nagercoil hub either.

    Ironically, the contact number for the delivery person is "[protected]". I'm okay to take the courier from the hub, but there is no response from the bangalore hub.

    I wouldn't recommend "st courier" again. Its a third rated courier service.

    Its been four days and the parcel is still not delivered. The status shows, out for delivery. What the heck is happening..?

    Why the parcel is not getting delivered..? When I contact the KR puram hub, they gave me the driver's number. Driver says that HAL is not my area. I'm delivering only for Bansawadi. Again contacted KR puram hub, they dont even damm care about the call.

    Finally I got the courier. A third rated service. All the thing in the courier are damaged.

    I would recommend people to never try this Courier services. Simply a piece of waste. if there is zero star, I would give that.

      My client booking the parcel with 3 consignment in vilupuram branch awb no [protected] on09.06.2020. The parcel till not revive my destination. I call the branch offices salem and vilupuram no one response properly. The way of behavior is very bad, i want my parcel its very important. Kindly do the action for the above mentioned subject

        Hi,
        Above mentioned cover is dispatched from madurai to tuticorin on 01-june-2020. The said is not yet delivered. Also there is no proper information from the company side. Tracking reveals that the cover has been reached tuticorin. But st courier people in tuticorin telling that they have not received the cover. Please enquire on an urgent basis.

              Hi am from tenkasi.. Today i received a phone call from st courier.. They asked me to come and get the courier.. My home is near to courtallam.. They talked very rudly.. Is this the way of treating customers? If they r not able to deliver at home then y they are accepting the orders.? Such an irritating response. If we called the land line they wont pick up also. Very bad

                I have been couriered the official document at Thuraipakkam chennai on 27-May-2020 the target location is Pune. Tracking number [protected].

                  Consignment number: [protected]
                  Bangalore st courier office located in jj mansion, siddaiah road not delivering my mother's sugar medicine. My mother has swollen feet because of high sugar. We ordered medicine from her doctor which was sent through st courier. Consignment (No [protected]) reached bangalore hub may 16 2020. It is still not delivered. No consideration given for an old lady's health condition. No response from phone numbers provided. Very sad.

                    While booking courier, they are clearly mentioned about door step delivery. Initially they are accepting, but in delivery hub they are not accepting to deliver to door. Very much disappointed services

                        The gummidipoondi St courier is giving phone number which is not reachable and not responding.

                          A parcel has been sent to me by your courier, which has to be delivered yesterday but the people at final delivery station has return back the parcel by considering door lock.                                 On 5/2/2020 i have sent one courier to madurai that consignment was delivered but it damaged and some of its documents missed i have sent 13 booklet in that courier but 10 documents only received. Please check that documents are very much important.

                                Courier was damaged condition & it was handed over to unauthorised person and that 3rd person put signature infavour of me without my knowledge.

                                Courier boy also did nt give any prior notification. Im always avaible.

                                My confidentials may be use by 3rd persons.

                                So I lost my trust about ST Courier.

                                    I have sent a cover to madurai on 29th jan from your velachery, chennai collection centre vide consignment no [protected].

                                    When i searched in the site on 30th, i noticed that it was wrongly sent to tuticorin and seen reported despatched to madurai. On 31st there was also a msg that it was out for delivery at madurai.

                                    In the meantime, due to follow up from my side and by the addressee, the item was removed from the site but the addressee was informed that it would be delivered yesterday and it was on the way. But to our dismay the statement was found false.

                                    Thus we notice that what we were told was different from the status appearing in the site. It is now removed from the site and we have every reason to suspect loss of the item, going by the contradictory statement and removal from the site.

                                    I seenkurgent intervention and request status of the factual position.

                                      parcel damaged

                                      I have sent parcel to my sister who is staying in mumbai

                                      Parcel contains food items, they charged shipping charge of rs 910

                                      They said at the time of shipping the parcel will deliver between 2 or 3days

                                      But the delivered almost 6days and also parcel was damaged

                                      They are not carefully handled my parcel

                                      Worst service from st courier

                                      Please take necessary action

                                      I have called Soo many times but they are not responding properly
