ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

Please be noted that my courier with waybill number a9235212 from bahrain to gurgaon has not moved from chennai port since 10 days now. It was supposed to be delivered within 7 days and your cargo people just make excuses.
If this doesn't get moved or delivered i shall be forced to take this complaint further at a different level. An early response and delivery will be appreciated....

I have ordered one item in online and they send the material through the st courier. Details are given below:

I have paid rs. 1800 for 18 kg parcel from tirchy, tn to assam. I have bills in my hand. While paying bills they have not asked for any volumetric charge. Now when i reached my home, assam, they are calling me asking to pay rs. 2700 for volumetric otherwise they wont process further. This is not done actually. They should have asked me before about all this when i was in tirchy. They should know about the volume sizs....

But every time they (St courier) didn't give proper response to me and they didn't attend my phone call. Last 3 times i was adjusted with them but now my parcel is there i was tried so many times but they didn't attend my call towards ask the status about my parcel. Careless and regardless service which i got from here. I was deliver the courier at 19 apr 2019 from pune maharashtra to bangalore. It was already out for delivery since last 2 days means 23 apr 2019. But not received yet.. And i spoke with the person of bangalore office as well as the delivery person who will responsible but they not able to track my courier. They pass me one person to person and this happened two or more times with me now...

Service is worst... They said they won't deliver to the regional address and asked us to collect it from nearby town (Professional courier office) we waited but still the courrier is not delivered. Since we need to move back we asked to deliver him to the near by relative house which is barely 1 km away from professional courrier office... But for that also they didn't okay with it.

I am from uds trivandrum airport, i had received a call from st courier trivandrum kumarapuram branch on 17th april 2019. Actually, i was waiting for my parcel from bangalore. They informed me some 37 boxes of parcel boxes they received for me. As per them, they cannot deliver the parcel to my destination and the eway bill was already submitted by the sender. I approached kallukuzhi, trichy, courier center and enquiredin person abt the timing ofservices provided as i had an urgent work today. When asked about the office contact number, the person refused to provide it and replied harsh on me, very much annoyed about the nature of service provided.

I recently had a package that had to be delivered to me. I was not able to pick the call from delivery person, so my package was undelivered. I called him back the next morning (21/03/2019). The way he spoke was very unprofessional and rude. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. His tone and sentences were very unprofessional. I want you to take this complaint very seriously and take action against that person...

My consignment number:[protected] branch code : maa tpk, did courier on sat 16th march 2019 night from chennai to trichy. But it is still not delivered now it is 20th march 2019.. Not able to see the awb entry in tracking website. Not able to reach courier service. Contact us in the website page is not working. It is almost 4 days. Really disappointed....

I have given unicorn bike for parcel to mannargudi. At that time they told they will be parcel in a day. But still i did not get my bike. It’s been 4 days. I was sent a courier with 2 fans along with blade set was sent on 4th march from thoothukudi to urapakkam which i received on 7th march with one part of courier is missing (2 fan blades). I have made a complaint immediately on 7th march and the complaint id is tnixm01522 and there is no proper response i received, whereas they closed the complaint without my notice. The total weight of the courier is around 11kg, i received only 9kg pack....
