This is the second time, it's happening with st courier. This time, two of the parcels are not handed over yet. Parcel was handed over at chennai pallikaranai office on 24th and is missing. Noone answers the calls. Why such irresponsibility?.

I need to know asap, where the parcels are. Below are the tracking numbers

They are not delivering the product. They asking to come and collect a product in their shop. If we request they are making delay for several days.if the can deliver food steps. Kindly inform in prior.then we I'll arrange some other option for the process
My parcel weighed less than one kg but they charged 100rs demanding that thats cloth..The price is also not written in the copy of bill

    With reference to the above subject today I contact several time customer care . They didn't gave proper reply. I lose my money Rs. 18000/- ( Rupees

    Eighteen thousand only ). That parcel reached on Chennai dated 25.10.2019 - We contact as per the tracking number mentioned person they said

    always within one hour delivery . That day not delivery . Addressee said to as per the tracking number mentioned person that parcel is very urgent . But that

    courier person said 85 parcel today received all the parcel urgent . After Addressee said courier person I go to London tomorrow (26.10.2019) early

    morning 4 AM. Kindly give me my parcel that parcel is Pomegranate seeds 8 kg . That is used for my diabetes . But Courier person said (as per the tracking status mentioned ) within one hour delivery . After not delivery parcel . Addressee contact me . I said i will call Courier person.

    Then I contact courier person said your parcel only not delivery 85 parcel today delivery .

    I said our parcel is very important . Because addressee go to London

    But not delivery that parcel on 25.10.2019.

    Then next day that courier person said your parcel sent to Branch office they delivery to 11 AM .

    Mean while I contact Maduravoyal - MR.Gopi Cell [protected] . That parcel is not our area

    After I registered compliant on Consumer number- My Compliant Registration number TNCJB05881 . Still now no any response Meanwhile I contact Customer care several time all the time no reply . They said speak Manager, They contact Manager But the Manager not reply . These type of reply i received

    In this regard Addressee worry and suffered more and more . I am a sender I worried last 4 days .

    In this regard this e.mail treated as 2nd representation .

    Nobody response past 4 days, Booking office also informed .

    Kindly send me proper reply in this regard immediately

      I sent a parcel from st courier, thillainagar branch, trichy to vellore on[protected]. As of now,[protected], the parcel has not yet been delivered. When we tried to track our package, the status read "on hold/undelivered". Here is the consignment number: [protected]. Could you please look into this problem and get our parcel delivered at the earliest?

        Herbalife has delivered their product through st courier to coimbatore perianaicken palayam.. I went directly to the perianaicken palayam office but the office is closed for past one week.. But i see the tracking i'd is updated saying the product is delivered. Every time they do the same. But deliver the product late... But this time.. They have updated the status on 21st october saying, they have delivered... But till today... (27.10.2019). Product is not delivered. Customer care no response. The number is either switch off or not answering. Please help

          Am from tamilnadu, on 30 th sep i will send a courier to vijayavada through st courier till now my customer not yet received
          Am i talking to your concern person in sirkali she told that product in hyderabad mam
          I don't know why they delay
          Till now am not yet get responded from your side
          Am sending another one from other courier
          Kindly take a charge. We r the sending parasadham only by your service
          I hope you take a proper charge for my customers

            I am not received my courier still now, due to below mentioned persons irresponsibility, he said you should come and collect your courier in rto office, kavindapadi, because he is not ready to serve in my location, he is sitting in above 17 kms from my town and told me, you should come and collect, is it right way, is it st courier responsibility? If you are not serve in my location then why you book our courier? I need my courier without any further delay, kindly do the needful

              I am writing this mail to inform you about the worst experience i am going through because of your negligence and irresponsibility. I started a business in the name of honey basket (Sweets and savories business) and tied up with the st courier for delivery of the products. I gave a parcel on saturday which is to be delivered to dr. Sachin krishnan, kengeri, bengaluru (Awb-[protected]). Yesterday, the st courier workers saying me that kengeri is not their service area and the parcel cannot be delivered there. If that is not your service area you should not have accepted the courier. It is already 4 days since they received the parcel and still has not delivered that. I contacted ravi - [protected] from st courier whose number is displayed in the status of awb and he is also not responding properly. The parcel contains is a food item and has to be delivered at the correct time else i will lose my customers because of your negligence. You have to take this issue seriously and provide me with a proper solution and you have to bear the loss else i am ready to meet you people in consumer court.

                The parcel received on[protected] from salem elampillai to chitlapakkam, it contains 5 sarees totally but one saree is missing from that. The parcel was tear opened and then taped again. When we called the branch the person not responding properly. It is said to be clear that the fraud is done on the delivery section. Very very very worse st courier.

                  Your agent in tuticorin is not giving proper delivery making delay for more than 1 day purposely not only to us but for all. Worst service facing for the last four months. Fyi, we've booking & receiving thru st courier for loast 5 years but due to worst service rendered in tuticorin most of them is migrating. One of our parcel booked from chennai on[protected] still not received. Pls. Try to change the agent whose service is very very bad.
                  AWB No. [protected] .I have got a parcel from Hyderabad. From hyderabad to chennai it took one day. parcel has reached pallavaram on 12 OCT/. But still I haven't received my parcel yet. May i know why this much delay?

                    Not got a dosakal parcel from madurai today itself.
                    The lady who attended talked very roughly snd irresponsibly with least responsibility to deliver today itself. She is audaciously asking me to go madurai and complaint at the place of booking.
                    She says my house at kalveerampalayam is outside.
                    So not delivering. Is this type of service by ur company. Disappointed and regretted and wounded by lady words. Please deliver rt now and regret for delay.

                      It's second time we are undergoing the same problem. The parcel which we have sent on 7.9.2019 is not yet reached to the customer. Kindly make a notice of it. Your service is not good and enough. Make the parcel to reach the customer as early as possible. Don't repeat this same problem in future. I have attached the photocopy of the bill with this complaint.
                      I have booked the courier to bangalore on[protected]. AWB No. [protected]. today date[protected]. till date the courier not received. please do the needful action.

                        I bought a imitation jewelry set from Chennai. I paid RS 600 for jewelry and Rs100 for courier service. The parcel is missing. It's is the mistake of ST courier. They have to bear the loss of parcel and pay amount to me. But they are so irresponsible and not resolving the problem. Worst courier service in resolving complaints. I need full refund of money. ST courier does not aim on customer satisfaction . Never understand the problem of customer.

                          My friend send me a silver bracelet through ST courier. But it was missed . It is responsibilityof the courier service. So find my bracelet and return it to me. It's a worst kind of activity. The courier service should take immediate action for that. This activity broke the trustability of the whole courier service.

                            Consumer no: [protected], consignment no: [protected] (Madurai to jolarpet), [protected] (Madurai to chennai), 20/09/19, consumer 2 sent couriers through st couriers on 20/09/19 but it did not got delivered then consumer contacted the company they told the courier got damaged and they cant deliver it and they are not answering properly to consumer. Consumer wants to file grievance against this ans he needs amount for that couriered products.
                            We would like to inform that above sub. courier document still not delivered.as we are following up regularly this person ( Sathish - [protected]) not responding properly. As this courier document most important for us.These people not understanding our situation . The courier handed over to courier agency on 12th but still today not delivered.

                              Courier has been posted on 21/09/2019 for delivery within chennai - kannigapuram to kovoor. But it's has not been received till 26th of september, when contacted customer centre they responded that they will get back with the issue immediately and gave the number for contacting the person. But no one responded. I have been following it up for past two days as it is a book which had been couriered for exams. Feeling frustrated. A waste irresponsible courier service ever seen. Will surely not recommend this to anyone and also the way you make service to the people will surely be posted in social media. Thank you for your irresponsible services.

                                We send a parcel to chennai but it is not yet reached to the receiver... Parcel no is ([protected]) please take action as early as possible. The parcel sent from thanjavur to chennai on 6.09.19. It's already one week till now we didn't get any information regarding the parcel. So please make a notice of it and make the parcel to reach the receiver as early as possible.

On talk they told courier to delivery address will be delivered by today .But on contacting bangalore branch i dont get proper response from customer care. Its quite disappointing on delivery. Its important to be delivered today
                                Within 100 km distance, they take time to delivered by 6 days... I have complaint to chennai customer service they ask call to you regional office, that regional ofz ask to call local area deliver partner.. No one answered satisfactory, worst reply from the those all customer agent.

                                  On 30th August I booked an article at ST courier Bhavani - 638301 Branch, Erode, Tamilnadu.
                                  The Consignment No is: [protected] dated 30.08.2019 and the amount paid was Rs.560/-
                                  The receiver address is: Viraldeals, #3415 Mubarikpur, Mohali Punjab, 140201, This consignment is not yet delivered to the receiver, even on this 11th September 2019.
                                  The tracking service of your website still shows a BENDING status.
                                  I received no response for my complaint sent to their mail id [protected]@stcourier.com On Sep 8, 2019,
                                  St courier ref no- [protected] - dated 05-09-19, till date not delivered the parcel, we are badly affected the production, i remind so many times but there is no response. pl take immediate action regarding this, thanks.

But it was delivered on 24th evening around 5.30pm. The purpose i sent was that it was full of eatables for krishna jayanthi for his family. But the purpose was not fulfilled. The highlight in this is, that after a long struggle of about 5 hours from various centres of st couriers, i got a number of hosur person and called...

                                    Hi,

                                    I'm thiruppathi from saudi arabia and i was sent cargo parcel from st courier service, invoice number a0396611 here to hubli karnataka, india on 13 july 2019 & the parcel was delivered to destination today morning 22 august 2019.

                                    But the items are collapsed and some toys are damaged and some stationary items are missing.
                                    This is not first time for parcel damaged, 8 months before this same was happened.
                                    So please take necessary action and i need clear details as soon as possible.

                                    Missing items: marker 1 pc, pencil case 1
                                    Weight machine 1

                                    I have received the courier and some called from ST courier from NAMBIYUR office and come and collect the courier. And currently I am not in home and how can I collect it from the ST courier office. If my area is not in service place why are you booking the courier. This is totally unfair.

                                      I'm in Delhi, my parents sent a courier from Coimbatore. We usually get parcel within 5 days but its been 9 days still waiting for my courier. I called customer care in Chennai they told that I'll received it by end of the day. When I contacted Delhi branch where there is no response from their side. They actually working for entertainment I guess, they're not receiving any calls and no respect for customers. Such a bad experience
                                      We had one parcel from malaysia sended by my neighbour till now iam not received it invoice num KL40170. its been more than15 days
                                      Very poor service at Kalpakam then what is the use of booking courier
