My parcel was shipped to me by my seller on 06 September 2019 but I still have not received it yet. The status of the parcel is also not updated in the website after 09 September. I asked my seller to file a missing complaint and the company responded with 'article delivered on 16 October 2019' when I never received my parcel. I tried calling this number, [protected], and the lady don't respond clearly and sometimes don't even pick up my calls. I also emailed them but they still haven't responded me. My parcel was worth Rs.5000, the lost of parcel costs me Rs.5000. I hope you respond soon and enquire as soon as possible.

Okay so apparently my seller, which is my close friend, actually got harrassed by the courier guys. The parcel was worth Rs.5000 and I'm not from a well off family so it's hard earned. I hope you respond fast and resolve this as soon as possible because it's been more than 2 months since my friend sent me the parcel.

    Ref to the st courier (Pod copy # [protected]) on 4th nov 2019. Instead of 2boxes delivered only one box having weight of 8.7kg. (Actual weight is 17.8kgs).
    Then i was called st courier head office in chennai and asked the status of my goods. They also confirmed only one box was delivered.
    Today also i called customer care (Ms. Sharmi& mobile no; [protected]) and asked the status but she told information passed to operation team and get back to you.
    So i request you to kindly take necessary action to deliver the remaining one box at the earliest and request update the status.
    Looking for your quick reply.

      I have sent the cover to kanyakumari from chennai chrompet on 14th oct 2019. Still my consignment not yet delivered to the recipient. Multiple time i have visit chennai office also spoke to delivery branch in charge and customer care and the delivery boy aswell. No proper response and worst service.

      My total time and money waste for this.

        I owe an courier from my company regarding my job through booking no : [protected]. This courier was booked on 29th oct 2019 and the shipment was reached on 31st oct 2019 to uthiramerur st courier office which was near to me. Since the shipment not yet reached, i have called mr. Sankar in st courier utr toady and the way he answers is so uragent. No one has called me regarding the arrival of the shipment to the branch. When enquires the same, he threatened me saying that the shipment will be return to chengalpattu hub and i have to go and collect it from chengalpattu.
        The officers have not given proper information about the address given in parsal and the product is not delivered but they have returned back to the place from where it was given . Even the customer service is not attending the call from us. Pls take the action for this issue.

          Respected sirs
          I have send some food items to my wife who has been working in mumbai through st courier from alleppey on 24 the october 2019. They have charged me 600 rs for 5 kgs. And they have promised me the item will be delivering in three days. After 4 days i have contacted them they appologise and said their flight has delayed they deliver the package. After 7 days i have asked them again from their outlet and they said the item reached in mumbai tomorrow it will deliver. At last today 1st november 2019 they have delivered the package to the security guard. When i recieved the package i have noticed that the package has been cut off by rat. All of the food items has been eaten by the rat. And i throw the item to waste bin. Sir courier system in our country is very poor.
          Sir i would like to complained here about i need the money back i have spend food item cost 1000 rs and shipping charge 600 rs

            Dear Sir/mam,

            In Tiruvannamalai branch they are not properly deliver the Office Documents daily bases, Already complained in branch. Today make a call to branch they said college students only in delivery so deliver around 3 pm but not received. Total office work is stubborn for courier issue please make solution.(nearly 15 to 20 documents received daily)

              This is the second time, it's happening with st courier. This time, two of the parcels are not handed over yet. Parcel was handed over at chennai pallikaranai office on 24th and is missing. Noone answers the calls. Why such irresponsibility?.

              I need to know asap, where the parcels are. Below are the tracking numbers

              My parcel weighed less than one kg but they charged 100rs demanding that thats cloth..The price is also not written in the copy of bill

                With reference to the above subject today I contact several time customer care . They didn't gave proper reply. I lose my money Rs. 18000/- ( Rupees

                Eighteen thousand only ). That parcel reached on Chennai dated 25.10.2019 - We contact as per the tracking number mentioned person they said

                always within one hour delivery . That day not delivery . Addressee said to as per the tracking number mentioned person that parcel is very urgent . But that

                courier person said 85 parcel today received all the parcel urgent . After Addressee said courier person I go to London tomorrow (26.10.2019) early

                morning 4 AM. Kindly give me my parcel that parcel is Pomegranate seeds 8 kg . That is used for my diabetes . But Courier person said (as per the tracking status mentioned ) within one hour delivery . After not delivery parcel . Addressee contact me . I said i will call Courier person.

                Then I contact courier person said your parcel only not delivery 85 parcel today delivery .

                I said our parcel is very important . Because addressee go to London

                But not delivery that parcel on 25.10.2019.

                Then next day that courier person said your parcel sent to Branch office they delivery to 11 AM .

                Mean while I contact Maduravoyal - MR.Gopi Cell [protected] . That parcel is not our area

                After I registered compliant on Consumer number- My Compliant Registration number TNCJB05881 . Still now no any response Meanwhile I contact Customer care several time all the time no reply . They said speak Manager, They contact Manager But the Manager not reply . These type of reply i received

                In this regard Addressee worry and suffered more and more . I am a sender I worried last 4 days .

                In this regard this e.mail treated as 2nd representation .

                Nobody response past 4 days, Booking office also informed .

                Kindly send me proper reply in this regard immediately

                    Herbalife has delivered their product through st courier to coimbatore perianaicken palayam.. I went directly to the perianaicken palayam office but the office is closed for past one week.. But i see the tracking i'd is updated saying the product is delivered. Every time they do the same. But deliver the product late... But this time.. They have updated the status on 21st october saying, they have delivered... But till today... (27.10.2019). Product is not delivered. Customer care no response. The number is either switch off or not answering. Please help

                      I don't know why they delay

                          I am writing this mail to inform you about the worst experience i am going through because of your negligence and irresponsibility. I started a business in the name of honey basket (Sweets and savories business) and tied up with the st courier for delivery of the products. I gave a parcel on saturday which is to be delivered to dr. Sachin krishnan, kengeri, bengaluru (Awb-[protected]). Yesterday, the st courier workers saying me that kengeri is not their service area and the parcel cannot be delivered there. If that is not your service area you should not have accepted the courier. It is already 4 days since they received the parcel and still has not delivered that. I contacted ravi - [protected] from st courier whose number is displayed in the status of awb and he is also not responding properly. The parcel contains is a food item and has to be delivered at the correct time else i will lose my customers because of your negligence. You have to take this issue seriously and provide me with a proper solution and you have to bear the loss else i am ready to meet you people in consumer court.

                            The parcel received on[protected] from salem elampillai to chitlapakkam, it contains 5 sarees totally but one saree is missing from that. The parcel was tear opened and then taped again. When we called the branch the person not responding properly. It is said to be clear that the fraud is done on the delivery section. Very very very worse st courier.

                              Your agent in tuticorin is not giving proper delivery making delay for more than 1 day purposely not only to us but for all. Worst service facing for the last four months. Fyi, we've booking & receiving thru st courier for loast 5 years but due to worst service rendered in tuticorin most of them is migrating. One of our parcel booked from chennai on[protected] still not received. Pls. Try to change the agent whose service is very very bad.
                              AWB No. [protected] .I have got a parcel from Hyderabad. From hyderabad to chennai it took one day. parcel has reached pallavaram on 12 OCT/. But still I haven't received my parcel yet. May i know why this much delay?

                                Not got a dosakal parcel from madurai today itself.
                                The lady who attended talked very roughly snd irresponsibly with least responsibility to deliver today itself. She is audaciously asking me to go madurai and complaint at the place of booking.
                                She says my house at kalveerampalayam is outside.
                                So not delivering. Is this type of service by ur company. Disappointed and regretted and wounded by lady words. Please deliver rt now and regret for delay.

                                  It's second time we are undergoing the same problem. The parcel which we have sent on 7.9.2019 is not yet reached to the customer. Kindly make a notice of it. Your service is not good and enough. Make the parcel to reach the customer as early as possible. Don't repeat this same problem in future. I have attached the photocopy of the bill with this complaint.

                                    I bought a imitation jewelry set from Chennai. I paid RS 600 for jewelry and Rs100 for courier service. The parcel is missing. It's is the mistake of ST courier. They have to bear the loss of parcel and pay amount to me. But they are so irresponsible and not resolving the problem. Worst courier service in resolving complaints. I need full refund of money. ST courier does not aim on customer satisfaction . Never understand the problem of customer.

                                      My friend send me a silver bracelet through ST courier. But it was missed . It is responsibilityof the courier service. So find my bracelet and return it to me. It's a worst kind of activity. The courier service should take immediate action for that. This activity broke the trustability of the whole courier service.

Consumer wants to file grievance against this ans he needs amount for that couriered products.
                                        We would like to inform that above sub. courier document still not delivered.as we are following up regularly this person ( Sathish - [protected]) not responding properly. As this courier document most important for us.These people not understanding our situation . The courier handed over to courier agency on 12th but still today not delivered.
