I am a regular customer to st courier for the past one month i am facing the worst service with the st courier on 18th july 2018 i sent one courier to thiruvottur but the receiver have not received the parcel yet i raised bthe complaint to st courier pallavaram on 23rd july but none of the action have taken towards that please find the below details of those tracking id and complaint id
*st courier : we acknowledge the receipt of your complaint about awb no. [protected] and the complaint id is tnmaa[protected]* please take necessary action on to it or else please refund the money of that parcel which carries
my parcel delivered not received by me.
and on your tracer it shows deleivered and have signature

    Dear ST Team,

    Please look our complaint we are paying a high amount to your ST cargo, but they are don't deliver the cargo as they charge.

    Many items were damaged. even steel body items also damage mean how they care their work, please I need someone to ensure the complaint has to solve.

    below items damaged.
    1. Dustbin stainless steel - 2 Nos
    2. Photo Frame - 3 Nos per kg 17 to 18 Saudi Riyal Charges
    3. Water Dispenser 1 Nos, per kg 17 to 18 Saudi Riyal Charges
    4. Electric & Gas working Grill - 1 Nos, per kg 17 to 18 Saudi Riyal Charges (1150/- Saudi Riyal Paid and grill was damaged) bad service
    My sister send a parcel from trichy on 13/07/18.but still I didn't get parcel.it's very carelessness.

      On 6th July I have booked a parcel with consignment number [protected].
      The recepiant had not received the parcel yet, i.e. by 16th July. it is being 10 days.
      Neither the place from where I have sent the parcel nor customer support team are responding properly to give me the details about the status of my parcel.
      In Online tracking it still shows as the parcel is at Kolkatta city.

      I want my parcel either to be delivered to the destiny or return to Source.
      Let me know the status.

        Hi,

        I have booked a courier from Coimbatore to Chennai on 9th July, 2018 and the consignment number is [protected]. I have booked the courier in Coimbatore Saravanampatti S.T. courier (near Pro Zone mall).
        But when i checked for the tracking information online on 11th July 2018, It says INVALID AWB.

        So I have contacted chennai customer care (pallavaram office) but they gave a Coimbatore contact number ([protected]) . I reached them and also provided the necessary details at 11.20 AM. But till eveining 3:45 PM, I hardly received any updated regarding my packing status, so I called them but they have verbally abused me.
        The Speaker name is 'SHANTHI. She works in ST courier in Nava India Rd, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004

        Her manager name is Mr. Srinivasan. They way that lady respond to my queries is atrocious.

        So I am reaching you through email now. So kindly track my package and update me the status of the same at the earliest. Also please note that the same package i have received from chennai in your ST couriers and I am returning it again.

          I'm ambika from chennai (Palavakkam). I did courier on 28/6/18 from palavakkam to tarangambadi (Mudikandanallur). Till now (1/7/18) did not delivery. I complained 3 times to[protected]. They told deliver shortly. Today (1/7/18) i called guidry manager number [protected] to complaint. He did not response well. He talked irresponsible. He talked rudely.

          I'm not satisfied with st courier
          [protected] Pod. Not delivered since two weeks. Please don't tell stories that rain etc. You should deliver tomorrow or pay my loss of 50000

            Courier awb no. [protected] was booked on 23.06.2018 at chennai guindy hub and mangalore hub received on 25.06.2018 as per tracking status. Till today no one called nor delivered the courier to the given address.
            Contact no. Was collected from chennai office and one lady answered and said she will deliver.

            Please take necessary action and deliver the courier by today as i need this urgently to submit to bank.

              I asked indane gas agency to courier the transfer certificate since there were some printer problem when i visited personally. Unfortunately they sent the document through st courier service. When i checked the tracking details online, it was shown as misroute. I called the customer service and enquired.. After 4-5 days of continuous calls they said that the document was received at guindy office from porur but they lost the document. They said that they searched their office and it's not available..

              Worst service. Let me know how to proceed. As i checked other complaints there's no response from stcourier..

                I received a parcel from chennai with consignment number [protected] which was completely damaged. I tried calling all possible customer care number, but nobody even bothered to answer the call.
                The parcel which was damaged was worth Rs 1500 containing a water purifier . We have also paid Rs 400 as the courier charges . I would like to raise a complaint regarding this.

                Please provide the contact details with whom I can raise a complaint for the improper handling of goods.

                  I couriered a parcel from tuticorin and the way bill number [protected], this is after verifying whether it can be delivered or not. Now the delivery person from virudhunagar making irritating call and say it can't be delivered, this is strange to hear, the way communicating is not at all the acceptable. So far st courier way my preferred courier now i have rethink about this. If you can't deliver why the hell they collected from tuticorin office. Be same professional on your work. I want an instant action and please revert back immediately. If not please let me know the concern person where i can express my feeling.

                    My firms name is jain advertisers, i m running a courier business since 2003 in nakodar. My service tax registration number under courier service is adppj6290fst001

                    I was applied a franchise for dtdc courier & cargo ltd. For vadapalani, chennai

                    For this franchise i was paid 2 demand draft in the name of dtdc courier & cargo ltd. Payable at chennai, demand draft’s nos. Is

                    012033 rs.: 15000/- dated : 1-sep.-2008 issue from bank of india, mountroad
                    012034 rs.: 7500/- dated : 1-sep.-2008 issue from bank of india, chennai

                    After this payment with in 10 days company was issued me a code - zf2405 as per dtdc company representative says this is my agency / franchise code.

                    After this he told me ur agency / franchise is activated & know pls send me some payment for office stationery. Then i was make 2 more demand drafts :

                    Rs.: 3680/- & rs.: 250/- dated 24-oct.-2008 issue from canara bank, vadapalani

                    After receiving this demand drafts suddenly they r stopped my agency / franchise. I have not worked a single day with dtdc & i have not booked a single document for dtdc.

                    Today is 26-aug.-20014 but till time i have not rcvd my payment refund. I was made several calls to st courier chennai office, also i was make several calls to company's regional (Chandigarh) office & talk this issue with mr. K. Nawaskahan & miss. Priya along with this i was make several calls to st courier head office (Pallavaram) & i was talked with mr. Nawaskhan

                    I was spend at least rs.: 2500/- for telecalling. But still i have not rcvd my payment back.

                    Here i m requesting u to pls take necessary action against this kind of cheep / fraud companies. So after that nobody do this repeat & this is a lesson for others...

                    Kindly support me to refund my money.

So I track the status and I found it is delivered in wrong address ( Area:JALLADAMPET-Staff:SANTHOSH KUMAR). Please take nessessary action regarding this.

                      I had send a headphones as parcel (Tracking no: [protected]) from thrissur, kerala to my friend in kadapa, andhra pradesh on[protected]. The delivery of parcel was very much delayed and reached destination only on[protected]. Also the packet was tampered and the headphones is missing in the pouch when it reached destination. I am very disappointed by this unethical behaviour of your staff.
                      Worest delivery in vellore office after 5days received in customer very very worest delivery. careless speach easy to talk return the courier
                      Product sent on 26/02/2018 vide receipt number[protected] to nagalapuram, and HR letter sent by me on15/03/2018 r.no [protected].i made a call to Mr raja and Shokan a in HR chennai.they are instructing me to file a case,

                          I send a courier to specadel technologies private limited, bangalore - 560029, karnataka, india on 24.5.2018. The consignment not deliver to the receiver. But in your tracking report that consignment delivered on 26.5.2018. Kindly find the consignment and deliver to the receiver. And send the receivers acknowledgement and delivery details to me at the earliest.
                          No use of calling customer care chennai, just they not giving proper reply, and madam Shopana and other one lady (senior) telling me to see in court.

                            Hi - I have placed my courier on last Tuesday at Muthu Medicals Velachery, collection center). But, the courier is not delivered to my clients. This is
                            suppose to be delivered in 2 or 3 days, because of this delay, I have business impact and my clients are claiming for penalty.

                            I am very much disappointed on the service provided to me and when I called to customer care, there were no proper response as well.

                            I am claiming you to refund (Rs.50), I paid for this courier post.

                              Hi All,

                              This is Venkatesh I have given a delivery on Saturday"21May2018", when I tried to contact the delivery team they are not responding properly and till now the delivery did not happen. Are you guys really working for customers or just for sake you guys are giving add. It is really frustrating the way you guys are working. Moreover I got a call from this number "+[protected]" requesting for the consignment number since the number is not clear for them.

                              I did the packing in Mount road and there telephone no = "[protected]"

                              No call center. Could not able to track the product. Worst service.

                                After 5 days the courier not delivered, executives asked me to come and collect from the office. Then i why i have to pay money for this. If the service is not available for the location you shouldn't take order. It is an important courier and. While booking they said next day itself it will be delivered. They are having the delivered item with them itself. And saying service not available for the location.

                                  Monday, 14/5/18, at 9.30 a. M., i received a phone call from [protected], (Your pudukkottai office), informing me that a consignment meant for me is with them and asked me to come and collect from them.

                                  I refused and advised them to deliver the same at the address mentioned in the consignment. They have also not informed me from where the consignment is booked.

                                  Till now, the consignment is not delivered to me.

                                  When i have contacted the same above mentioned mobile, i was shocked to get a reply from them that the consignment had already been delivered to me.

                                  I am terribly confused. Please look into this and let us have your reply immediately.

                                    I had booked courier on 07.05.2018 to valparai delivery (14 kg parcel). And paid rs.420. Suppose if i send thru bus means rs.100 only. But till not yet taken from pollachi. No response from courier side. It is urgent courier. They are charging huge amount but not delivering on time to destination.

                                    If asked avinashi office they are saying delivery only our service after that we dont know. No customer support. Very delay. Deliveryman also wrongly dealing with customer in valparai, deliveryman number is [protected]. And he is charging additional amount today of rs..60. Already rs.420 paid and past 3 days i had arranged one person with salary to pickup my parcel to valparai, now additionally charge rs.60. But not delivered exact location.

                                    Very very poor service. Bad experience...

                                    When Iam asking to him regarding, to whom you have delivered my courier .

                                    He is responding to me in Non polite way .

                                        The product (Mobile) was sent from trichy in st courier.. But we could not receive that on time. If we asked details about the parcel in the courier office (Trichy), they are not responding.. If we ask about it there is no response from them. I kindly request you to clarrify what had happend.. And help me to receive the product as soon as possible. Thank you
