Booked a courier from thiruthangal to chennai on 5.11.2018 and still now the parcel is not received in the another end.

Unable to track my courier in online too, showing invalid awd.

Contacted the booked office and they asked to me contact[protected] this number.

I called the above for 2 days more than 3 times but every time when i called that number one lady picked up the call, asked for courier number and said 'will check and call you later'. But i didnt get a single response still.

Hope i will get some response here.

I am from tenkasi / mathalamparai. On 5th november (Last monday), i received a phone call from st courier tenkasi and they asked me to come tenkasi office and to collect the courier. I asked them to deliver the parcel to mathalamparai to me. Delivery address is in mathalamparai.
They speak cruel manner. They told that if i go there, they will give the parcel otherwise they will return the parcel. Then i asked them to write this statement...

Booking done on[protected] from chennai to tirupattur, pod no [protected], but still[protected] courier not reached, while we checking in website of ST Courier showing Invalid AWB, we are getting regular courier from ST courier now a days a lot of mistake happening, how we can trust if pod showing Invalid,
Kindly take necessary steps and find the parcel where it is,
Dont spoil the name by doing wrong service,

I am sending my brother's invitations to mumbai. Address is ajith shettiyar, gottiya keni chawl, eakta nagar, near k. G mittal college, malad west, mumbai-400064... Isn't it on 1.11.18 but it is not received yet (7.11.18).. My relative is booking tickets on 7.11.18 to return chennai after inviting my relations by this invitations... But it's totally collapsed... My charge for the courier ₹140 is waste and the ticket was cancelled, ticket cost ₹578 also waste... I raised a complaint on 5.11.18. Complaint id is (St courier : we acknowledge the receipt of your complaint about awb no. [protected] and the complaint id is tnmaa[protected]. They said sorry for the delay sir and at any cost it will be delivered today you don't worry sir... I trust them words... But i am totally disappointed... Shame on you st courier... What about my cost of courier charge??? And what about the cost of train ticket??? If you may refund my amount, but how can you return my valuable time... Is st courier is playing with the customer's money and time??? Shut it out go and do the other job... It's disgusting... Don't treat your customer's like this...

My friend had sent a parcel from chennai - thoraipakkam by st courier on 30th october 2018 to basavakalyan (Bidar, karnataka). It has not reached the destination yet. It is showing as load arrived late and in holding status.

No customer care phone is reachable. I have tried reaching out to chennai hub, bidar hub and bangalore hub over phone. It is not reachable and sometimes people are not answering it.

One of the worst courier service i have seen. Speed post is comparatively better than this. I am never going to send another courier via st courier.

I didn't receive courier. Courier was sent from tirunelveli on 26.10.2018. still now i didn't receive courier. I called many times to the st courier staff Divakar. He is not responding and saying i will deliver soon. But now 4 days still he not delivering the courier. Worst service i have ever seen.do delivery fast

This courier was used by our client to send us a very important document. They booked it on 24th and was expected to be delivered on 25th being the same city. Today when we looked for the status, it is shown as delivered!!!

The most irritating thing is, as i write this email we have spoken to the customer care, who gave us a contact by the name balaji to speak. When we called balaji he gave another number. When we called the new number, she gave another number to call and speak. What on earth is this!!!

I have sent the Courier from Bargur, Tamil Nadu 635104 to Kharagpur, West Bengal on 29th September 2018 by ST Courier, which has some impotent document.
But Courier is not yet delivered and there is no status update from ST courier.

I have called many time to customer care but there are not giving right information regarding the status of courier.

Hi, i need to receive the parcel yesterday still now not delivered. When i track the parcel, showing that my parcel were delivered. How it's showing when my parcel was not delivered.in ulundurpet, for the past one year, st courier is very poor service and very lazy. Please take the immediate action. I need my parcel immediately.

Track # [protected]. Corrier boy Arumugam not delivering my courier even i called him many times. Please ask him to deliver my courier. I called him many times he didnt pIck the call and then when i ask hr is giving answers irresponsibly. It supposed to be given on monday still un tuesday also hr didnt deliver my courier. I am working in CTS, CHIL campus, Coimbatore. I totally irritated by his service. Please ask him to deliver my courier ASAP.

I did not receive my parcel till date. Wen i got my tracking number, it is mentioned in the history as if my address is not found and sent back... I have received parcels from professional couriers and dtdc... They are amazing, they at least give it to our neighbors and mention it on the tracking history that my parcel is handed over to my neighbor and i would often pick it from them. What u did is a double work for me. My tracking number is [protected]

I had sent a parcel meant for personal to ireland via international st courier service chennai.
On[protected] and paid all the due amount and checked-in all the things in the parcel.
Now, from the receiver, they ask charge to pay.
I was not informed of such duty amount by this st courier office.
Why do the customer had not been informed of it.?

The courier done at bangalore on 03-10-18 still not yet received.

Very very poor response, throws the parcel like a ball, no proper knowledge on the courier status tracking, always server down, very poor hospitality. I don't know how st courier has given franchise without validating. Very bad experience.

No support from st courier and i am not able to register a complaint in st courier also, very poor response in website.

Booked a courier on 3rd october 2018 in chennai. It supposed to reach on 5th oct to delhi. I ensured many times about the delivery date before booking, they assured. But didn't reach.
Today is 6th. Still not reached. If they said this earlier i could send on some other courier options.

But its not delivered and after so much follow up for 20days they said its delivered and send deliver challan attached. But its not delivered and they confirmed parcel laying in office. They send it back.in that i have send my mobile and mobile they theft. I am asking hr mr. Raja was talking to me and agreed for claim. A have send bill copy also. I had sent a courier from chennai to andaman on[protected] through st courier but still it is not delivered still (Now date is[protected]. I was talking with both offices in chennai and also in andaman but the only response which i receive from both of them is "we will check to it". This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. Im bopaiah from coorg, on 29th sep 2018 my friend sent me a parcel via st courier from sp road bangalore to kushalnagar kodagu (Coorg). Till date i have not received my parcel and not able to track it company people is not at all responding, careless too.. Very irresponsible and lazy answers when i call the customer service. Courier people disconnect the call with ready-made answer "software not working"before asking any thing, if the software is not working then why you people booking the parcel

The cover is not delivered to the addressee till date
Even though 12 days passed the cover is not delivered to the addressee.
Your trivandrum hub office and kumarapuram office is not responding properly. The cover/tapal is very urgent one. Please immediately look into the matter of non delivery of cover by your trivandrum office. My cell phone no.:[protected]. This muthuraj from chennai. I had sent courier to pune on last 12th sep from thoraipakkam.. Still its not delivered today 27th nov.. Mor than 15days still its pending even last 5days days followup with st courier customer care.. They told me today it will delivered, its continued on last 5days same
