St Courier — st courier ayapakkam has stolen my parcel

We have couriered a gift to a person residing in thalambur from ayapakkam branch. The courier was sent on 16/06/2020, but still the receipient has not received the parcel from st courier.

Whenever we calls the customer service[protected] they said they don't have any tracking for the above mentioned consignment number.

Whenever i call to that ayapakkam courier they are saying today the parcel will be dispatched. Sometimes they are not attending/responding to my calls or blocking my number.

We have sent multiple emails to st courier helpdesk but no response at all.

We have also reached out to ayapakkam sales manager saravanan and he says “sorry the courier is lost”.

We have told him to send the parcel or let me know the solution. He said he will check with agency and get back and still there is no response and the courier is not sent.

Despite of my health issue, HariSrinivas from Ayapakkam made me to reach his mobile number daily to enquire about the delivery of the parcel I have sent.

Either they bluff or block my number.

This shows poor service by ST courier and lost the credibility.
I hope ST courier management team should take action by removing the ayyappakkam franchise as well as compensating the affected party.

Yeah, they are really cheaters. Instead of cheating people like this they can shut down their courier service.
Unworthy people's working in this courier service.
Guys please don't trust this courier service. They will stole valuable things and say ### sorry. They should be punished by people/law for their irresponsibility.

How can they say it is missed. This is really worst reply. We believe courier service to deliver few things in this pandemic situation.

HariSrinivas has Stolen the parcel and it is a planned activity, for ayapakkam branch, they gave Tondairpet slip with consignment number and which is not tracked.
This is really ridiculous...how can a courier company can make a blunt mistake and report very coolly that ur courier is missing ...during this pandemic situation people really rely on you guys ...we doesn’t expect this from a reputed courier service ...

How can a courier company can make a mistake and report very coolly that your courier is missing? This is shows their lack of process and trust-ability in service.
Try reaching out to customer care and branch officials. If they are not listening or responding to your query, go to Consumer Court. Before going to court have all the evidence ready. Keep records of all the attempts made by you toward your query. Try to get things written in paper with name of the official person and designation if visiting branch office.

A courier has been sent to the below Franchise with the complaint statement but still there is no response yet.

Why there is no compliant box,
Why the customer care unit not responding my query,
Why there is no email ids to escalate the issue?
How many ever times I called this ST Courier number, I either get number is busy or call gets ended abruptly. I am not sure what is happening.

Customer care courier services worst handling in not attending the customer

Reading the complaint shows it is a clear fradulent. Why do Ayappakam Branch Hari Srinivas encourages to give Tondairpet branch receipt.
It seems to be a planned activity.
Shame on ST courier service.
Please let me know when and how are you going to resolve this issue.
After stealing the things, they make us to loose temper and finally for the 5000/- worth Product, Courier charges 70/- and for the complainant letter sent to pallavaram branch from DTDC courier 45/-

For the total of 5115/- they are saying to get 1000/- Rupees.

During my pregnancy I have no energy to fight with these guys. They make us fool.

One more added highlight, Ayapakkam branch owner name was initially said as Hari Srinivas when his actual name is Hari Krishnan.

Today you end up in cheating me.
Just to let you know ST Courier... Karma never looses its address..

Today you have stolen my hard earned money and harassed mentally for long period of time.
