During the demo, there was no proper information about the device sold through Sugar.Fit. 16th September approx at 5 PM there was a demo from Sugar.Fit about reversing the diabetics, the presentation was good and mentioned there was an offer at the end of the demo valid for 20mins only.
I have 2 issues I have raised with the support team.
1st About the CGM device, there was insufficient information shared during the demo. In the PPT there was no information on the time validity of the CGM device.
2nd The Price and the offer are available for a short time. The actual price is 24, 990/- the offer is 5k instant cashback. Effective price 19, 990/-
Just after 13 days, in another demo Actual price is 29, 990/-, the discount amount is 10k and instant cashback is 4k. Effective price 15, 990/-
During the installation, got to know that only 1 CGM device is provided and it is valid for only 14 days. Also in further demos, within 2 weeks price is much lesser than what had been purchased.
The only reason for me to subscribe is about the CGM device, was told will have 24/7 monitoring for 1 year.
I rejected the installation of the device and contacted support, they said no refund.
This information about "No refund" is also not shared during the demo.
I have asked the support to cancel my subscription or provide me with the extra 4k cashback and increase the subscription for the time lost in resolving the issue.
It's been 1 month now and each time I ask for an update from the support there is the same old reply, there is no refund / we will get back to you shortly / sorry for the inconvenience.
