[Resolved] Sun Direct — about not following trai rules and regulations | |||
Sundirect a dth provider can't follow trai regulations. As per trai, the dth consumers can select free to air channels or pay channels or both in a single window. For example i can choose 100 channels of basic package including fta channels and pay channels as per trai regulations but sundirect not allowed it to select free and paid channels at a time. Recently i recharged my sun direct dth with rs.250..but it was not activated... And also the customer service is not available... It is always busy...

I recharged the sun direct customer id [protected] of sashidharan nair throgh indiapost payments bank app for rs200 on yesterday night. The cash is debited and payment is sucessful. But till now the system is not updated. So please rectify the issue or refund the amount
