It been a 2 weeks i bought it ans since the day one im complaining about this handle misalignment problem, service center in okhla they were not fixing it. I ride that bike every day i m facing this problem. Handle always face 2, 3 degree towards right. If something bad happen on the road with me due to this problem, who will take the responsibility?
Sir, I have purchased a vehicle Gixer sf 150 on Date 15th January 2020 from Sitaram Suzuki, Ranchi, Jharkhand and it got engine problem only after 20 days and 625 km. I have submitted my in Sitaram Suzuki workshop. Please help to change my vehicle or to get refund my amount. Bike registration number is JH01DU 6063

I have gixxer SF fi abs engine sounding heavily while running. Already I complined to service centre but those technicians are not leason my complint and they are not doing any service please provide some feedback to me as well as take my problem service centre beeramguda shri sai suzuki

    Sai suzuki shop no. 1 shilpata road mumbra me diya hi.
    Half payment advanced dene ki baat hua, mere pass cash nahi tha, debit card se deni ki bat bola to vaha ke manager vinay mishra ne bola apko 2% extra pe karna hoga.
    Unke pass m-swipe machine tha.
    Mai agree nahi hua to bole cash leke aa jao phir kam start karenge.
    * kya atm card payment se charge lagta hai, debit / credit card use less hai, or sai service center customer ko loot raha hai. Please reply

      This is to bring to your notice regarding the rusting just below the door handle.

      I have purchased the ertiga in may 2018 and it is quite surprising to see this happen so soon. I have always maintained the car with great care and given for timely servicing also.

      This is not at all expected from a company like maruti and in a vehicle like ertiga which is supposed to be a durable/family vehicle.

      I have visit uday auto link and share my problem they have mail to maruti and reply is coming from maruti is this is not our problem this is customer problem

            Worst experience about gixer service in hassan. I have purchased 10 month back gixer sf in sapthagiri rajajinagar and followed regular device periodical in channarayapatna suzuki service center now my vehicle is engine problem as per sapthagiri service team confirmed but they are telling some reasons for warranty. I am very disappoint about this vehicle

            same here bro..mere bhi gixxer ko purchase karke 14 months ho gaye hai engine oil consumption jyada ho gaya hai..service engineer said problem hai..bt unke upar wala manager approval nai de raha hai bol raha hai ki ye cover nai hota wo cover nai hota to kya hum log itni price ye kharab service ke liye pay karte hai kya???..m so disappointed with their assistance..

            also raised suzuki customer helpline for this issue but no use and wasted my time no body takecare of vehicle related complaince after vehicle saled... shame on suzuki brand.
            Don't purchase suzuki vehicles...after purchased to be very suffer about vehicle performance and service

                Hi team,
                I have purchased a maruti swift car (Dl2caz6966) from competent showroom which is in rajapuri, dwarka, new delhi.in the month december 2019, when my wife started to drive the car, she was unable to reach till the clutch pedal as the driver side sheet is not sliding properly. Then during the 3rd servicing of my car, i get this checked in the mayapuri competent service center. The technician has informed me that because of the gear lock coming in between, the sheet is not sliding properly.

                Since the showroom has installed the gear lock while purchasing the car, so i approached them to fix it. The competent rajapuri showroom has suggested me to approach minda customer care to resolve this as the gear lock belongs to minda company. After that i have lodged a complaint with minda but the minda technician refused to provide service by saying that the showroom has installed a wrong model of gear lock in my car and so the competent showroom should fix it. Again i have approached the showroom and asked them to provide service. They took almost one month by keep on saying that they are in touch with their seniors and minda team to fix the issue. But in the last week of january 2020 when i approached them, the showroom has denied me to provide service.

                After that i have raised a complaint in maruti website with interaction id #[protected] which again went to the same rajapuri competent team. As expected they have conveniently denied again to provide service. So as per maruti's process i have escalated the complaint 2 more times which is first level escalation and second level escalation. But maruti team also not at all taking any action. I have sent several mails and also called to maruti customer care. But maruti team also behaving like a mute spectator by simply assigning the issue to competent team.

                The main issue is dealer has fixed a wrong model of gear lock in my car, because of this the driver side seat is not sliding properly and neither competent showroom nor maruti team are ready to fix it.

                It is clearly unprofessional and careless attitude towards customers issue. They are asking money from me to rectify the mistake which they have made by installing a wrong model of gear lock. So i request you to kindly pitch in and provide me a proper solution.

We found on[protected] the first service was approached on 2-2-2020 while the service was washing the vehicle in the agency, ignoring the worker who was serving the vehicle down there. K they have broken yes which caused my new vehicle to be defaced now the agencies are giving us the same defaced vehicle we are not going to get the new car we have to give this new error useful if the agency will not give new car agency i case in court to hirasa and defamation, so that we could get justice!                     I have nexa maruti suzuki baleno zeta model. And it’s tyre quality is very worst.
                    Yesterday i was drove on highway and suddenly car got dis balanced due to air leakage from front tyre.
                    Build quality really very bad of apollo tyre fitted in baleno. I am very frustrated from both nexa as well as apollo. Both cheating the people on the name of quality.

                      My vehicle maruti vitara brezza zdi amt up16cl6144 was hitted on 13.01.2020 evening from back side by a local trolly. I went to maruti service center on 14.01.2020 for vehicle inspection at: vipul motors pvt. Ltd. J-14, sector-63, noida, distt. Gautam buddh nagar (U. P.) my vehicle was not so much damaged and can easily get repaired by denting and painting work in 5 to 7 days in cost around rs. 10, 000/- from outside by local mechanic and i was ready to get it repaired from outside as i required my vehicle for urgent work. But i was threatened by maruti guy that if i go for repair from outside and they do any electrical work the warranty of my vehicle will be void because one of my vehicle's tail light was broken partly. They forced me to claim insurance saying that they will deliver the vehicle in 8 to 10 days. They get approval from insurance company for parts replacement instead of repair work so that they can earn more money from insurance company. The parts were not available with them at that time and they have never informed me about parts shortages in maruti. If i was informed so i never submit my vehicle to them. Till now it's about 20 days and they have no date to deliver my vehicle. They send me every time a new part requirement for my vehicle and is not available in their store. They don't even know what part to replaced in my vehicle because every time they sent me a new list of part replacement. Maruti is manufacturing vitara brezza in thousands of quantity every month. How can be the shortage of body parts happens for this car. It means maruti have spare parts for manufacturing but not for repair. My vehicle had only body work and not any damage in engine. It is maruti fraud for getting money from insurance company and harassing me regularly.

                        Hi customer care executive

                        I purchased vitara brezza 2016 model from 2017 (Showroom name) showroom at cm auto sales. (Place) on 23 octuber. (Date of purchase). During the purchase i had spend extra for the maruti suzuki autocard which entitles me for loyalty benefits.

                        During my third service the service advisor asked me for the autocard to redeem my loyalty points. The autocard was never handed over to me and i called up the customer service to confirm my purchase.

                        I have been following up with the customer care and the showroom executives regarding the issuance of my autocard but there is no progress.

                          I own a maruti brezza zdi plus, in which i gone for repair of right hand side/driver side 'back' gate in the december 2016 as per the service center gate need to be replaced, i agreed for same and same was claimed under insurance.

                          But from last six months i identify rusting of the same gate from below which might be the chance of poor quality product from maruti or the poor quality of paint job done by dealership.

                          Hence i want the same to be repaired asap, i already done the complaint i. E.[protected] at maruti website but still no action taken.

                              While traveling from Naraina to AIIMS by my car DL11CB7386, just before Motibagh Metro Intersection, two policemen pulled my husband out from my vehicle as a thick smoke was coming from engine. He was driver of the car that time. The vehicle was burning by that time. I am thankful to almighty for timely arrival of policemen on duty who saved me.                               I have maruti ritz mh01al8547. I have been servicing it regularly at the dealer workshop agee auto in kalyan. However the ac performance remains dismally poor. I was advised to get the cooling coil checked for which the dash board needs to be dismantled. On accessing the cooling coil it was found to be dirty and choked with dust and weeds. Also on counsel of the advisor the heat exchanger was changed.
                              The location of the heat exchanger prevents any maintenance to be done during periodic servicing due to designed location being inaccessible. The service station also has no tools to access the exchange and ensure it is dust free. Such poor design and neglect in periodic service results in poor ac performance
                              I have incurred an expenditure of almost rs 10000/ in trying to get the ac on line.
                              Is the service station or the designers liable or accountable for the loss due to their poor design and neglect in servicing the vehicle

                                Pathetic, worst, iresponsible & careless service providers[ ace kudale vishrantwadi]

                                I was asked to put my suzuki access 125 mh12 rj 9574 for service by the customer care team, so i came & gave my scooter for servicing.
                                When i entered the service center there were no executives to attend and no one asked me about what is my need?
                                When i went asked after 20 mins then one of the employee attended me and after 20 mins on employee [dinesh] came and made my job card.
                                I was asked to come by 5 clock to collect my scooter and now its 6.30 i have come to collect but still my scooter is not taken for servicing.
                                I had several issues on my 1st free servicing and then repeatedly till today.
                                They really fail to fullfill their promises.

                                1]on the 1st servicing when i came to collect my scooter. I saw there was a scratch on my scooter which earlier wasnt their. I asked them to do bit of rubbing as it was companys fault, but they didnt do that too.

                                2] no proper cleaning of scooter, my entire dicky was dirty evening after cleaning & in the same way they were deli ering the scooter to me. Thank god i checked before leaving from there and then after that they made me wait for more 20 mins.

                                3]when i came back for the 2nd servicing,
                                I asked them to change the starter kit as it wasnt working properly. But they failed to change it, they said we forgot to make changes so will do it next time on the 3rd servicing.

                                4] again when i came for 3rd servicing it was the same issue and it still going on for 4th servicing too.

                                I am really going post this pathetic & ridiculous performance and servicing of this service centre on social media and twiter too.

                                This is absolutely not fair as ace kudale vishrantwadi employees give fake promises to their customers. As its not only me but even when i asked the other customers it was reply that they provide pathetic servicing.

                                Irresponsible people working in this showroom cum service centre.

                                I want you to please loom into this and please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                    I have bought baleno car 2 years back.
                                    And recently i had some problems running in my car, like abs sign showing on.
                                    So i went to the workshop and asked them about what is the fault, they said that they will look into it and will then tell me.
                                    And later i get a call that there is some wiring problem so they are going to fix it, repair it.
                                    I asked about the approx cost.
                                    Than when i went to get my car back after the problem was fixed (According to them), they charged some random charges also for checking the car with computer. And i was not told about that expense in past. But still i paid the amount.

                                    Later one day, i had gear shifting problem in my car. And i was surprised about this because i had same gear shifting problem in april/may too, at that time also i had to get it repaired in nexa workshop. And now also the same problem, so i went back to the workshop and asked them about this and they said that their is some problem in gear shifting so they will fix it, also additionally they said that i have to get my clutch plates changed which were chargeable.
                                    Firstly i denied that but then they said that if i won't change the clutch plates my car might get damaged sooner. So i said ok to it and made them change it too. But when i asked about it in the market, no one said that i needed to change it.
                                    So now after these two scenarios, i was expecting my car to work fine, but unfortunately i am facing both of the issues till now.
                                    Firstly, abs sign in my car is back.
                                    Secondly, gear shifting problem is still their.
                                    And thirdly and most important one, even after complaining about it when so ever i received a call from nexa workshop, i was given a response of taking care of car, but never did i get a call for fixing my issues.
                                    I am highly disappointed with the kind of gesture i am getting.

                                    I had bought Maruti Dzire vxi in Sep. I had bought 3 yrs comprehensive insurance. Last sat day I had one accident. Left portion was hit severely and right side up to some minor extent. so I have applied for insurance claim.They accepted only the major portion affected and not considering the minor scratches.
