I ordered food for 352 on 17th July 2021 at 7.30PM from Hotel Maithili.

I cancelled the order by mistake immediately I spoke the customer care executive escalation manager and informed about cancellation due to error and asked them to dispatch the order asap, to my address, they gave lame excuses like food is gone to food hub
I asked them to dispatch my food as I have paid for it And cannot loose my money, still they cooked up stories instead of dispatching my food
And I was charged 352 as cancellation charges
They to have one standard reply food was prepared and it will spoil
Are you people so hungry that you eat customers food in seconds and cannot reverse the cancellation to dispatch the food
Very pathetic customer care service and a bad way to cheat customers of their money and food
I was regular customer of Swiggy and you are loosing customer for no reason
