    I am regular customer Prime member of Swiggy ordering daily twice .

    For the first instance today due to sudden emergency i could not receive the call from delivery boy twice . In 4 minutes he cancelled the order .

    When i spoke soon with your customer executive Angena she said its contactless policy no refund . I said everyday executives ringing my bell is the policy not same always . Told her check my record its never happened with me for so many years with SWIGGY . She confirmed on the chat she would atleast give me back half the money . Although still that not right customer service still i agreed she confirmed . Then she vanishes and another executive comes named Sagir . He says Angena said incorrectly confirmed wrongly there is no refund .

    This is heights firstly for an esteemed customer a daily customer for one instance of not attending call twice delivery gets cancelled and then u say your money is gone as well as the food . One person comes conforms u get half back another comes says she was wrong u get nothing .

    Am from service industry too is this the kind of service a customer gets ..

      I ordered 2 biryanis of different types (Chichen Fry piece Biryani and Chicken Dhum biryani) Where's I got only biryani rice in two packs without any pieces. This is completely unfair. I ordered for Chicken Dhum biryani and Chicken Fry Piece Biryani not for Rice.

        After ordering the items the restaurant is closed so when I look for the options it automatically cancelled and amount is chargeable for refund so not refunded but it's swiggy mistake please refund my amount

          Ordered for a veg food instead received non-veg food

          I had placed an order on Swiggy and the restaurant that i ordered from was Mealful Wraps. I had ordered for a veg food instead received non-veg food. I have never touched non veg food in my life but because of Swiggy i accidentally ate non veg food. This is against my religion and highly disappointing. I want Swiggy to compesate for this tampering my religious beliefs....

          1.Who is the responsible for delay food preparation (1hour) me or that hotel?

          2.Who is the responsible for that delivery person not ready to pickup hotel? This person rounding opposite direction in 1 hour

          3.Your team already told refund is process but this is forgery, screenshot attached for your reference

          4.Food wastage is fully response for hotel side and delivery boy side delay. But penalty to me how is reasonable?

          5.All mistakes are your side but penalty for me VERY FUNNY & VERY VERY CHEETING

          6.This money I knew did not go to the hotel, Swiggy stole my money. I am wrongly paid to swiggy before delivery of food. Maybe I marked payment method is cash on delivery what can I do?

          Clearly found swiggy is cheating me

              I ordered food from Grand hotel, Hyderabad. Everything was moving fine and my delivery partner was 10 minutes away from reaching my home and suddenly my order got cancelled. I immediately chatted with the customer service and they never responded for more than 5 minutes. Even after they respond they reverted me to different issue. So I excalated the issue to a customer call and informed them about my issue. They simply said delivery partner had called you many times and you didn't respond. I was clueless because I haven't got a single call from swiggy and I was just tracking my delivery partner and waiting for his arrival.Finally the customer service put the blame on me and I informed them I will file a complaint against this issue. I got the chat conversation screenshot and call logs for my evidence. This is the worst thing I ever faced being a loyal customer for swiggy. I only got half refund..never gonna order from swiggy again

                      I ordered 1 kg Amul Pure Ghee from swiggy of worth rupee 493₹ but when i opened the package i found that the seal was broken of the Ghee and a bad smell was there . i took pictures and told the swiggy customer support via chat but after requesting several times they didnt accept it and clearly said we cant help you.
                      so i want either replace my product or give me my money back.. i can't give my money swiggy to cheat inocent customers like me .
                      please give me a resolution asap, its very frustrating experience from swiggy

                              The same issue with me .. they have disabled COD option just because I canceled one order as I forgot to add an item and just 10 sec after I replaced the order with same restaurant. post that I have placed more than 30 online paid orders but COD is still deactivated. I have paid for Swiggy Binge plan (costliest) and they are not even activating COD option. I spoke to the executive.. she also said they have no idea when this can be resolved.. people can foresee when Covid might get over ..but Swiggy executives cannot tell by when COD option will be activated..useless team Swiggy has .. other than “I am sorry” they don’t know any other sentence.. best is to stop using Swiggy!!!

                                It was my mom's birthday and I ordered a white forest cake. Everything was moving fine and my delivery partner was 6 minutes away from reaching my home and suddenly my order got cancelled. I immediately chatted with the customer service and they never responded for more than 5 minutes. Even after they respond they reverted me to different issue. So I excalated the issue to a customer call and informed them about my issue. They simply said delivery partner had called you many times and you didn't respond. I was clueless because I haven't got a single call from swiggy and I was just tracking my delivery partner and waiting for his arrival as i planned to surprise my mom. Finally the customer service put the blame on me and I informed them I will file a complaint against this issue. I got the chat conversation screenshot and call logs for my evidence. This is the worst thing I ever faced being a loyal customer for swiggy for more than 3 years. I got to surprise my mom and finally I got surprised my swiggy. I don't know whether to cry or laugh.

                                I have ordered once again and in the mean time they have resolved my issue and refunded the amount. Though my experience was hard the way they resolved my issue within very short notice made me surprised and happy. Thanks swiggy.

                                      I have ordered Food from Swiggy at 10:09. My order supposed to be delivered by 10:50. But i have received my orfer I received a call from delivery executive that he doesn’t have bike so he can’t deliver my order and request me to reassign delivery executive. When I request swiggy customer care to do the same. They said they can’t not deliver my order and forcing me to cancel my order. Why they are taking orfers when they can’t able to deliver. According to Swiggy we have to sleep hungry… I made to call to customer care they put my call on hold more than 20 minutes. They doing harassment with the customers.
