I ordered ice cream from swiggy on 22/08/2021 on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. My order number is #[protected]. The delivery guy was unable to find the address, irrespective of providing a full address. Soon he canceled the order stating that he tried contacting but was unable to reach out. Though he did not try calling via WhatsApp or emailing me. After a while, my order was canceled from the delivery guy's end and I was charged the full amount of the order as my cancellation fees. I was shocked and contacted customer service immediately and they told me that I would be refunded only in half. I was frustrated and asked for a full refund as they clearly making money out of the customer's pocket for all the mishappenings. I even asked them to reconsider the order or refund it as swiggy wallet money but they refused and not willing to take any responsibility. Being a customer I feel that I am scammed and would like to stop this practice of swiggy. I have the right to take my full refund amount as the order was not canceled from my side.

    We Orderd veg biryani But we get Non veg after then i complain on swiggy app they give customer care number then we Call about the wrong order but they did not receive back the wrong order and then we say to the refund but they did not refund ower money and only talk about coupon code but they also did not give coupon code "now we want to cash back and filed complaint againts swiggy and the restaurant name Chillz restaurant Dhrampur Dehradun" those people have hurt ower faith.

      Order no #[protected].
      I ordered for basic food from udpi express around 6pm last evening (22nd August 2021) and post confirmation it said the food will reach you within 45 mins. Around 645pm my delivery guy called and said that he is unable to locate the restaurant. I told him check on the map or speak to the restaurant or swiggy back end team to get proper location.

      After 15 minutes I call him to confirm if he picked up my order. To my surprise he did nothing and kept saying he is unable to locate the restaurant and asked me to cancel the order. I told him I will not cancel the order and told him swiggy is showing such restaurant in their app so you sort it and kept the phone. here I approached the helpline chat and got connected to Kiran. he tried to be apologetic for what happened and later in the chat mentioned he helped the delivery guy locate the restaurant and my order will be picked up in few minutes.
      After few minutes I asked him to update on the pick up status. He clearly mentioned that delivery partner has reached the restaurant and i will notified through swiggy app about the pick up. After around 20 minutes with no update on the app I again wrote to Kiran and he messages me that delivery partner is unable to locate the restaurant and should he rearrange for a new delivery partner. This was a shocker. Swiggy helpline staff bluntly lied to me that the delivery guy has reached the restaurant.
      Please ask the swiggy team to check all the chats between us. Here he wasnt apologetic towards anything despite knowing the fact that my kids were hungry and were waiting now for over 2 hours. Now he offers me refund to swiggy wallet upsetting me further. So he initiated the refund to the source account and just closed the conversation. This is how swiggy trains their employee? Such insensitive, unprofessional and unethical staff are hired by swiggy. Seriously, time to be loyal to Zomato who atleast addresses to customer grievances if there is one and most important is they are sensitive their clients and apologetic as well.

      I would like to how swiggy is hiring such unprofessional and unethical staff who is lying bluntly on an online chat. Both the delivery partner and especially Kiran should be terminated immediately. Please refer to the online chat that is recorded with you. order no #[protected]

          Recently a Swiggy delivery centre has opened in front of our house. All the bikes are parked in the narrow residential lane and the boys are just shouting and howling always. All these creates massive jams and restrictions for private cars to move.
          I hope the regional manager will arrange for a formal parking space and not conjest the lane

              I ordered from this restaurant on swiggy called Wings On Fire I ordered 16 peri peri chicken wings I ate 1 wing and I got sick and felt like vomiting I threw away the rest my whole family got sick for 3 days from this restaurant it has bad reviews but swiggy just keeps it on the app because it makes them money.

                  Disappointed with Order#[protected]

                  As per subject matter, it was duly noted from your team that Restaurant Partner didn't had the Order/Food Item Available in the cart And on the Location base which was taken into charge...further Post having money debited from my prepaid food card, And almost making me wait for 1 hour, a call came from your Swiggy executive cell, asking that Said restaurant vendor is Not having food item Available... Not only that, none of the food item was Available as replacement from nearby vendor...And since it was a birthday present, I had again reordered from other vendor.

                  For Refund, your team insisted for going for a coupon code which I denied earlier but due to constant pressure from your team, I had to go for it...but Post checking the availability, it came to conclusion that 1007 voucher availability was subject to use only in tendem to some other purchase And I have to spend some minimum of 300+again from my pocket to make use it!!! phew.

                  None of you Post raising my concern listened And instead they Said we can't even change the coupon to refund back to base card as invoice has been made of?

                  Seriously, I never got order? Payment got deducted? Food service charges got deducted? You guys paid for GST also for Said Invoice? And then Coupon code was also digested somewhere in your system??
                  Further, I can see from screenshot shared in mail, you guys even gave some people /delivery boys a rate as well?

                    My sister and I were using the same Swiggy account to place different orders, but one of the orders was paid twice (hence ordered twice). Long story short -- we had to speak to the customer care rep (who BTW refused to budge from her stance of 1 mins after order policy and disconnected the call when asked to speak to the supervisor). We then had to call the restaurant AND the delivery partner to ensure the second/duplicate order is not made & wasted, but they can only do what Swiggy has recorded and couldn't do much. Finally after trying and testing different options on Swiggy chat on the app, finally we were given a "one time exception" and a refund.
                    Just wondered if all this could have been avoided only if the customer care rep had considered the issue of duplicate order and refunded the money. And/or your app had a provision of simultaneous ordering from same app. Please take this feedback into account!!

                      IT'S BEEN 9 DAYS ALREADY ORDER DELIVERED TO ME, NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR TEAM REGARDING MY CONCERN YET

                      I have ordered one full Mix Schezwan Fried Rice, one full Mix Singapore Chowmein & one full Fish Hot Garlic Gravy, received completely different item two bowls of Plain Unhygenic Smelly Stale Noodles in different Zomato package(Attaching picture below). Fish Hot Garlic Gravy not even delivered.

                      This is the most horrible late night experience for my family ever, who had no meal due to your worst restaurant partner service. We kept calling your restaurant partner fixed line number [protected] after receiving this kind of food package from them but unfortunately number was not reachable or no one picking up the calls.

                      See being a very loyal Swiggy User since 2018, I spent my hard earned money to take Swiggy Super subscription as well to support Swiggy services. But after all this and spending ₹350 for this order receiving this kind of service which is completely unfair.

                      Will post this on Social media as well if you dont take proper action against the restaurant partner immediately and provide me the complete food replacement.

                      Also would like to request to collect the food items ASAP, kept the stale unhygenic noodles bowls in the cooler to show the reality to the world.

                          The issue that I have experienced was: Got undercooked soup which is not even what I ordered and I called the hotel and spoke and they even agreed to their mistakes.
                          I've been denied more than 4 refunds and replacements cos of this stupid limit that swiggy has. What about people like me who Order 3 meals a day everyday through swiggy? We get more no. Of issues than those who order occasionally. I've lost a lot of money recently for the missing orders and incorrect items.

                          It occurred on: 19/08/2021

                          I need my rightful refunds and should refresh my refund limits.

                          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                              Mene yaha Complain kiya tha 15days Pehle same problem ko lekar jaise he mene complain kiya Uske baad mera cash on delivery open ho gya uske baad mene 4-5 order cash on delivery me manngaya bhi lekin kal raat ko jab mene order placed krne ke liye kiya Phir se mera cash on delivery band kr diya gya h ye kya tarika h hmko smjh nhi aarha customer ko pareshan kiya ja rha h aur Phir wahi baat bol rhe baar baar lekin koi v fayda nhi same answer aarha ki apko online pay krke kch orders krna hoga tab he apka hoga ya kya h hm pareshan ho gye h swiggy app se 👎👎👎👎👎👎

                                II ordered for food at 1108pm it was to be delivered by 11.38pm.and I was informed at 11:45pm that there will be delay on delivery and I was informed it will be delayed by 10min and then I received another call explaining that the delivery agents vehicle is not starting they are redirecting another agent and it will be delivered within 25 more minutes.I understood their situation as it was raining .Now another agent calls me at 12:02 saying your order is here and when I check one of the order is missing and this second agent confirms that he didnt pick it and he has escalated it already.

                                I called their customer care I spoke to agent he says he can't do anything will give a partial refund.and then I called the escalation team member Patrick he says he will refund me with a voucher.

                                  As per recent consumer court verdict, it is illegal and unfair to levy packaging charges. Still, Swiggy is continuing with this practice. Immediate action should be action.

                                    I am currently residing in Hyderabad and off late we have been noticing that there is always a delay with the delivery of order from Swiggy. The reason cited is that the delivery partner has some “bike issue”
                                    Given that Swiggy charges delivery and additional distance fee, the least we can expect from you is that orders are delivered on time. Me and my family have been facing the same issue almost every other order where either we have had to follow up (with long wait times) with Swiggy to find out where the order is or we sometimes get a call telling us the order will be delayed.
                                    Quite frankly this is unacceptable and I would expect that if we are paying a premium for delivery then delivery of food should be seamless

                                      I made the 1 Jeera Cookie, 5 Kaju Pista and 5 Masala Para. Out of which I received only 1 Jeera Cookie, 1 Kaju Pista and 1 Masala Para. When I contacted Swiggy customer care, they offered to return only ₹600. While I had paid ₹1343, out of which I received items of worth ₹367 only. I am unable to understand the maths for this refund amount of ₹600.

                                      Seems like deliberate cheating to me. Ideally the refund amount should have been ₹976.
