I ordered for 5 fried rice, 1 chilly chiken and 1 chicken munchurian on 24/10/2021 by swiggy.

But they supplied 1 fried rice, 1chilly chiken and 1 chicken munchurian.There was four fried rice missing.
I complained for this by mail and mobile.
They give me only Rs 400.00 by coupon.
But my loss Rs640.00.
After complaining they are not giving rest amount Rs 240.
Today they call me appologise for the incident but no assurance for giving my loss.
What to do now.
