Today 25Jul21 I had ordered food for lunch from Swiggy at around 12:00pm and delivery was after 50 mins. The order no #[protected]. But the was not delivered and order was cancelled from there end. I had ordered to my parents they are 70 and 64 years old aged people and provide full Address. 72, 1st Floor, Near PES college, Hanumanthanagar, 18th Main rd, Banashankari 1st Stage, Bangalore 560050.
But Swiggy either delivery the food nor paying the money back to reorder. I had asked why my order was not delivered they told the agent came to my location and called me but I was traveling to other place in a bus with my small baby 1 year old where I phone was in my bag. When I asked them then Swiggy agent Deblina told me will not deliver the food or can't pay money. When I insisted then agent is telling will pay 50%. In this time of Covid where we don't get full salary and Swiggy taken full money and not providing it back. I had informed I would raise the complaint in the consumer forum and they told you can go ahead and do it. Now I couldn't able to feed my old aged parents. As no one compensate it. I need justice.

      Dear sir/madam.

      DE ID 1540730

      It has been almost 15day since when I started working with your esteemed company since then I never took a single day leave ( even on EID) I was on duty . I shaved off my beared for this job to meet your grooming standards. This Friday evening when I tried logging in it showed the message that my ID is temporarily blocked I filled G form and got a call and they told me that due to my previous Pending case the ID has been blocked .

      I have no PENDING court case over me it was a petty case which got solved then an there after paying fine. This should not be the reason for block my ID.

      I am a BMS graduate and also hold diploma in business studies .. I did this job with full dedication and 5 star ratings first week.

      I am a sole bread earner for my family I had to urgent join this job as my financial condition is becoming worst.

      Please help and looking forward for your postive reply

        I ordered from instamart of swiggy and made payment using Amazon pay.
        The amount has been deducted from my bank account and even Amazon pay is showing that but order wasn't placed.
        I contacted swiggy and they said they will reach out to me soon but no action hasn't been taken yet
        I want my money to be refunded AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU.

        The issue hasn't been solved yet and no update from swiggy till now. This is very incorrect.

          I have placed an order for a cake worth 1500 and received a damaged cake. In spite of complaining to customer care, they refused to give me a complete refund, saying my feedback will be taken for further improvement. Considering my feedback won't make the day better or get me a good cake. This is not the first time stale food was delivered. Being a regular customer of swiggy, this is so upsetting and decided to escalate the issue.

                Ordered a pineapple pizza which was very bitter in taste. (bitter pineapple is generally poisonous btw). Raised the issue in chat and was offered 29 rupees refund (less than even half the actual price i paid). orderid #[protected]

                    I have placed an order sum of 141 on 20.07.21.
                    Order number is[protected] and I had done the payment through Phonepe.
                    But the order got cancelled without my knowledge.
                    The reasons I received from swiggy was completely absurd.
                    I was informed that my number was not reachable. so they cancelled the order. Refund also not provided. What a wonderful policy!

                    For your lethargic and laziness do I have to pay?
                    Don't you feel ashame or guilty to take people money in the name of terms and conditions?

                    Then for what purpose the customer provide address?
                    Is it the smart way to earn money?
                    This is a mischievous way to earn money.
                    This is called theft.
                    So, do you want to grow by cheating people?

                      I ordered two milk shakes. one was of good quality and the other one i..e, chocolate milk shake, which did not have any chocolate in it. I did talk to the customer care immediately and did send the photo of the item, but it is really sad that it is not solved. I paid rs. 150 for the item and I was told I will be paid back rs 41 initially, then rs 61 and then I was not ready to accept the offer and asked for the whole refund, the customer care support mr Mohammed replied saying we will not pay you anything.

                      It is such a disaster customer care support you have swiggy. It is not the case of rs 150, but you should understand that we do not get money for free.

                      Please refund amount rs . 150 or get me a replacement of my order.

                            I ordered a ham pizza and i recieved a chicken pizza. On top of that i asked for extra cover as it was raining. They did not pack me my food in an extra cover and my pizza turned out a tad bit mouldy...pls take neccessary action. I have attached the packaging i recieved, my order, chicken pieces and the pic of my order from menu they provided.

                            Apparently when i reached out to their support i recieve email saying my pics were 'flagged'...WHAT A JOKE!! Great tactics...this is how it is now...small refunds fine...larger refunds..send an automatic email and don't respond...with zomato...at least someone calls...these people don't even bother calling back!!!

                                  Could you help me get the resolution for the below order IDs

                                  The moment I placed the order, I got a call from the delivery person that my order got duplicated and he asked me to get in touch with customer care through Swiggy App, but I tried in swiggy app chat support which was not getting loaded at all. I kept trying with no luck and received another call from the delivery person and I told him that I wasn't able to complain due your App issue. Then, he said that he would inform Swiggy about the duplicate order. After some time, I received a call from swiggy customer care and I explained to him the situation too and he said that he would talk to supervisor and get back to me. So far no one has given me the resolution irrespective of multiple emails I have sent. I didn't even receive my second order, but the App status showing as it got delivered.
                                  All that I wanted is my money back!!!

                                    Hello Sir/Madam,
                                    I a regular customer of Swiggy, has been facing problems frequently regarding the refund of my amount, for the product which has not been or failed to be delivered. Even after repeated requests they failed to solve. They failed to refund atleast the taxes and delivery tip for the failed delivery. I have experienced this for the 4th time. Kindly look into this asap.

                                      The restaurant picked up the online order and the money was deducted.

                                      Now after 1 hour of keeping me hugry, these guys say that the item si unavailable.
                                      If the item is unavailable why would someone pick the order.

                                      So a clear case against IPC 420 for which they have done a conspiracy under IPC 120b via CRPC section 196.

                                      The customer Team member Heena was not even able to connect the customer for this grievance to a supervisor instead insisting the customer to take the refund and settle for a delay fees of 140 INR.

                                      I have had a similar issue with the restaurent a few months ago.

                                      I had ordered a full kanthari chicken and the restaurent did send a half kandhari chicken.

                                      Swiggy reordered and this time the restaurant provided cheap chicken fry/kabab instead of kandhari chicken.

                                      If swiggy wants to resolve the issue, they will have to remove this irresponsible restaurant from their list of affiliations.
