Today 25Jul21 I had ordered food for lunch from Swiggy at around 12:00pm and delivery was after 50 mins. The order no #[protected]. But the was not delivered and order was cancelled from there end. I had ordered to my parents they are 70 and 64 years old aged people and provide full Address. 72, 1st Floor, Near PES college, Hanumanthanagar, 18th Main rd, Banashankari 1st Stage, Bangalore 560050.
But Swiggy either delivery the food nor paying the money back to reorder. I had asked why my order was not delivered they told the agent came to my location and called me but I was traveling to other place in a bus with my small baby 1 year old where I phone was in my bag. When I asked them then Swiggy agent Deblina told me will not deliver the food or can't pay money. When I insisted then agent is telling will pay 50%. In this time of Covid where we don't get full salary and Swiggy taken full money and not providing it back. I had informed I would raise the complaint in the consumer forum and they told you can go ahead and do it. Now I couldn't able to feed my old aged parents. As no one compensate it. I need justice.
