Last week my friend ordered food from swiggy and that delivery guy acted as if he couldnt find the house so he asked my friend to share the location on whatsapp and my friend did so he reached but after few days he started texting my friend my friend felt so uncomfortable my friend blocked him but he is still tried to reach her out and he texted from another no. this time he was talking dirty

I have ordered a food from swiggy Order #[protected], and instead of paneer chilly they send chicken chilly. I have raised a complaint to them but didn't hear anything from them and even there customer care is so arrogant and they were offering me 127 rs in return. really shameful business....

On 1st April 2021 i had cancelled an order cause the delivery boy had not been able to deliver for whatever reason and i was suppose to get the full refund as they said. In refund status its showing me that the refund process is complete but when i checked my bank account i havent got the money back in reality. I asked customer support and they told me to wait for 7 working days but i am not satisfied with this considering they said i was...

Deliver an unhygienic food and their delivery boy was also not wearing any gloves or mask, so I haven't consume the food, when contacted to swiggy customer care, they accept their mistake and forcely provide me discount coupons by saying that they are unable to process the refund. They have not mention the reason why they are not able to process the refund to me....

I ordered food in online by mistake two times payment made I informed no money refunded...
