I am currently residing in Hyderabad and off late we have been noticing that there is always a delay with the delivery of order from Swiggy. The reason cited is that the delivery partner has some “bike issue”
Given that Swiggy charges delivery and additional distance fee, the least we can expect from you is that orders are delivered on time. Me and my family have been facing the same issue almost every other order where either we have had to follow up (with long wait times) with Swiggy to find out where the order is or we sometimes get a call telling us the order will be delayed.
Quite frankly this is unacceptable and I would expect that if we are paying a premium for delivery then delivery of food should be seamless

    I made the 1 Jeera Cookie, 5 Kaju Pista and 5 Masala Para. Out of which I received only 1 Jeera Cookie, 1 Kaju Pista and 1 Masala Para. When I contacted Swiggy customer care, they offered to return only ₹600. While I had paid ₹1343, out of which I received items of worth ₹367 only. I am unable to understand the maths for this refund amount of ₹600.

    Seems like deliberate cheating to me. Ideally the refund amount should have been ₹976.

      I am from Guwahati and placed an order with a nearby restaurant - Govindam - which had the order number[protected]. My order comprised of the following -

      1. Paan Nimki (200 gms) x 2 - Rs. 200
      2. Moong Dal Barfi (250 gms) - Rs. 232
      3. Roasted Pera x 12 pcs - Rs. 216

      I was charged Rs. 25 as delivery partner fee and taxes of Rs. 11.60, and hence my total came up to Rs. 685.

      Upon receiving my order, the package looked different, as I have ordered this before and it is usually a smaller package than the one I received. On asking the delivery person if they delivered the correct order, they said that it was and left.

      On opening the package, I saw that they had indeed delivered a completely different package from the same restaurant and I could not even get a hold of them since they had already left. I tried to register a complaint via your app, which proved unhelpful, to say the least. Your app kept continually crashing whenever I tried to upload the required images and would just refuse to upload or even take a picture from the in-app camera - yes, I have allowed the app to take pictures.

      I would just like my money to be refunded to my account without any hassles as I have no intentions of ever using your app again. And please sort out your customer support/app issues. It is not a good look when you refuse to take any responsibility while trying to blame the next in line, be it the customer, or the delivery executive.

      On trying to email Swiggy at [protected]@swiggy.in, my email failed to be delivered because it said that the size of the email was too large. I have not been able to reach out to them, where I just want my money to be refunded as I have no intentions of reusing their horrible services after this. They have been the most unresponsive and unreachable support staff I have ever come across, even via email and I am worried that I have been ripped off of my money because I won't hear from them.

        Hi, for order id #[protected]; the delivery partner Mr. Satish Khade asked me to provide otp before delivery saying that he needs it to pick up food from KFC. He took the OTP and never delivered the food. When I raised a complaint with swiggy, they didn’t resolve any concern and supported their cheater liar delivery boy. I want my full refund back

          Ordered from swiggy order was incomplete called delivery agent he confirmed yes it was in complete send mail to swiggy they denied for refund

          Wrong restaurant ragistered by the name of big restaurants when you see adress they were different from the actual address

                The chicken was uncooked and raw and the vegetables in the gravy seemed stale. the overall food quality was way below average. the food was extremely spicy. couldn't take more than one bite. it was all in all very very bad. never will order from here

                  Hi team
                  Orders beef steak and pasta from Pastamania restaruant through Swiggy on 14th Aug at 4:45 pm. The food got delivered as per the time mentioned. After sometimes i opened the parcel i came to see that the product was different from what i ordered, they deliverd in name of Beef steak 3 small piece and noodles. i raised a complaint immediately ( Kindly notethis is not the first time for me) den they said to share te mage to mail. Done also
                  in the image it was clear that it was different from what i orderes but i m getting folled by saying that the image is not passing for verification. I dont know how a person cannot see the difference in order item pasta and noodles

                      Rajiv here,
                      Actually I have ordered paneer grilled sandwich of quantity 3 from healthy chulha. And made my transaction online successfully. Even after making successful transaction I didn't receive my product. This is the worst ever experience that I had. My order I'd is[protected]
                      I will never recommend swiggy to anybody.
                      Also worst cc experience.
                      Keep going swiggy. One day you guys will destroy the whole country 😅😅

                        Delivery boy is fraud

                        Delivery boy is doing fraud. Neither he is calling me nor he is accepting my for proper direction. When i made a complaint, customer care executive told me that delivery boy had an accident but the executive didn't check his direction that fromwhere he took the order and where he got an accident. I have attached all the chats, call logs with delivery boy and screenshot of delivery boy direction where he got an accident in wrong direction...

                                Hi
                                I'm Shivani' I'm a regular cus6of online food delivery partener of Swiggy. But what happened this time was totally unfair.
                                Actually i ordered Two *Butter Masala Dosa* from *Asli Madrasi Dosa* on 3rd August at 8:11pm. My order id is #[protected] and i paid 215/- in total.
                                So firstly the delivery boy was rude and he was soo late and also he didn't delivered the product at my doorstep. Let's ignore this' when my brother came back home after picking up the order from delivery boy' we were shocked to check that there was only *One Butter Masala Dosa* only. It was approx above 9pm. We didn't had contact number of delivery boy so we complaint against this misbehave in swiggy customer care. But their customer service is just third class. I spent my hour explaining them my issue and asked them to give me my refund of missing order or give compensation for this mis treating with customer. But they didn't listen to me and asked me to wait for 2days. Like seriously i paid and i didn't get food for that money. After 2days what they mailed was just a sorry word for all this. Like i spent my money to buy myself food but i didn't recei6my food so i complained about it and rather than giving any compensation they just said sorry.

                                I told them if your sorry can fix everything then why there is need of laws, rules and regulations.
                                Also their escalation department team qas very rude' one of the employee closes my chat while i was still writing my issue. After waiting for soo long i have to take this step beacuse i know my rights and i want my hard earned money back.

                                In the end i just want to say i have faith in consumer court of India. Because nobody wants to get their money wasted or snatched like this by bigger companies. I just want my money back and also a compensation for the mis behaving with me by the escalation team employee and the delivery partener. I'm very disturbed from all these things. I want justice to be served.

                                  I have ordered sweets from swiggy which was total inappropriate and inedible and highly stinky. And this is continueslly happening for the 3rd time with me from swiggy only. And they give those stupid coupons as a compensation which is not even half the money i have paid everytime.

                                      I received stale/spoiled/inedible item from the restaurant and when raised a complaint the customer care said they will refund only half of the amount.. i also requested to take back the complete item and refund the complete amount.. but the customer care representative said she doesn't have the privilege for the same
