i have been waiting in order to be delivered but it is not delivered and i didnt receive any call from delivery partner as well. But that day I opened Swiggy and checked the status for every minute until the order got cancelled. Actually until status shows like it is cancelled i don't know whether the delivered person came or not. I thought like some percentage of amount will deduct as it is not from end issue but today telling like 100% cancellation there for order when checking for refund. i did payment through Freecharge actually but payment history is not showing that and refund status not showing in swiggy as well

I am totally unhappy with the service provided through Swiggy and the refund also did not come.

Actually i was an repeated customer who is doing more orders but from now on very unhappy wont do any order or wont suggest to any one as totally very unhappy with service provided and delivery partner as well

    Instamart Fraud - Cancellation Policy

    I order grocery through instamart and suddenly i saw the order got canceled.
    When i tried to enquired it, the support told me that the delivery boy unable to
    reach me. Hence the order got canceled and more to the trouble the order was

    This is the worst ever online platform for food delivery. I will never order anything from here .
    Yesterday ordered a cake for kanha ji but they deliver it damaged and after a delay in delivery of approx 1.5 hrs. When I raised a complaint they said you will not get any resolution. Just rate the restaurant. How pathetic is this? It's a fraud company

      Fraud ( Not refunding my money )

      On 18th August 2021, my account got debited through UPI to swiggy bank account ( as shown in my bank statements) but app showed payment failed, I paid again and immediately texted in the help thread on their app that my account got debited twice, please refund to which they replied that it'll be refunded and they've initiated that and in max 5-7 days it will show, I didn't got refunded, I asked again on the 8th and 10th day, they said the...

      I ordered at 12: 46 pm on 30/08/2021 after two hours of conversations they just forcefully cancel my order and they don't care about how much i am starving they simpley say I am sorry who is responsible for my starving in that two hours they just humiliated me

        I placed an order around 1 :12 pm and my order got delivered at 2:42 pm and when i said to cancel my order they didn't and delivered me cold and stale food...The executive didn't respond to my refund request and went offline and after half and hour another executive came and he also didn't refunded my amount, My order number is #[protected]

            A pizza ordered at 8.28 pm is still not delivered at 10.11 pm and still showing eta of 12 mins. What kind of service is this ? My guest for whom I have ordered this, has to leave without being served. Me being a regular swiggy customer, this is ridiculous.                           I ordered 3 boxes of Barbecue in box with add ons. In two boxes the add-ons missing. And worst part is the biryani was stale and mutton uncooked.
                          How pathetic the restaurant is to deliver the stale food.
                          I ordered using #swiggy order no: #[protected]. On following up with swiggy a coupon of total 400rs was provided which includes 100rs worth missing add-on and 300rs for 3 boxes of stale biryani + 3 boxes o[censored]ncooked mutton. They think all these items were worth of 300rs only. Now I am following up with #swiggy for getting my money back.

                            This in bring to your notice where Swiggy and Zomato are charging higher prices for the food ordered from them as compared to the actual prices in the restaurant menu . On top of that they are charging delivery charges which I understand but the act of charging higher price along with the delivery charges and other taxes is really unethical and it should be looked into on priority basis as it's been going on for a while now . They should be more transparent in their conduct .

                              I booked Onam Sadya online and paid 550 in advance. Food delivery was late by 3 hrs. Food was spoiled and atrocious. They didn't respond to our calls and messages. These people had taken orders and money from many people in Delhi-NCR. Many people had similar experience like me. Many people didn't even get the food. These people are frauds.

                              Request Swiggy to remove The Mallu Bites, Noida from your list and ban them. They will ruin your reputation

                                I started work with swiggy on 10 th augest. On 10, 11, 12 I completed nearly 11 orders but no order earnings is received in these 3 days. From 10th to 15 th augest Iam not received daily incentives. I completely worked 6 days as per the condition on that week and not received the minimum guarantee amount. There is more than 2000 rupees they are failed to pay. I contacted the support team many times and they said you will receive all the amount...

                                I have order ultimate savings bucket and 2 classic zinger burgers from kfc using swiggy. Delivary was late and order delivered have items missing.                                   Yesterday as there was occasion of rakhi, i ordered food for a family gathering .

                                  following items are missing from my order
                                  honey chilli potato *1
                                  singapuri noodles* 1
                                  Veg white sauce pasta *1
                                  cheesy garlic bread*1

                                  aalu parantha *1

                                  out of which
                                  only aalu paratha *1 was delivered to me and rest of the items were missing . My sister took the delivery, as i was out tobring in sweets, as soon as i reached back i asked is the order delivered, she said yes, aalu paratha has been delivered, i asked what about the rest, she informed me this order has just this and nothing else . and after knowing this i immediately informed swiggy about the same .

                                  for which it has now been 8 hrs since i am asking swiggy to refund my money, but they are denying to substantiate for the same, where i was suppose to enjoy the festival today i am continuously writing emails to swiggy for my hard earned money to be refunded, they have completely ruined my festival as well as my money is stuck .

                                  i have always placed huge orders on swiggy ample number of times and have been a valued loyal customer, and nothing such happened, but i would never be able to trust swiggy from now onwards for even a penny.

                                  hey just check the images attached i just had a chat on swiggy app and they told me to send whatever proof i have with me, sir this is the packaging i received yesterday for my order, you can simply see how small the bag is .
                                  It contained an achar box, 1 aalu paratha and a dahi box .

                                  sir just look at the bags' size for yourself, it is so small . and tell me thinking by yourself can it really carry all the items that i ordered from swiggy .
                                  tell me yourself can it carry
                                  1 white sauce pasta,
                                  1 garlic bread,
                                  1 noodle full box,
                                  2 mojitos
                                  2 burgers
                                  1 honey chilli potato

                                  along with aachar, aalu paratha and a dahi box.

                                  sir i am genuinely telling you i have not received 90% of my order, and i am here trying since last 28 hrs to get my hard earned money back, for this defaulted order that i did not received properly, i am a reputed, valuable customer at your platform kindly refund my money i am begging you .

                                  i am a freelance worker and I earn 1k in 3 days that too if i have clients to purchase my work . kindly understand my financial situation and refund my money .

                                  you owe me my money please refund.

                                  i request consumer forum to please help me get my refund, and take strict action against swiggy for such behavior towards customer for harassment and failed services .

                                  i want my refund for missing items, they can cut their charges but atleast refund me for missing items, as soon as possible .
