Reference previous mails sent for payout request.

It is once again requested that the payout amount for 400+ orders amounting to Approx 2.11 lacs(total sale) is still pending. The issue was highlighted to your team but still the matter has not been resolved.

It is added that the offer was activated by Swiggy after which the same was confirmed by your order management team. The concerned team has confirmed that payout of the offer will be made after deducting the commission but I have received approx 600/- rs for all 400+ orders. It is pertinent to mention here that no offer has been given from our side . The same offer is still reflecting in the Swiggy app rather your team has confirmed vide email dated 20.09.21 that the offer has been removed from Swiggy side.

It is also added that the app has some error that the orders were not reflecting or updating in the app during those days. But I have confirmed all the orders after having conversation with your order management team.

It is submitted that I have spent more than 1.9 lakh for preparing and delivering the said orders the details of which is enclosed with this email.

So It is again requested to payout the said amount at an early date to avoid court litigation. my iPhone

    Food was loosely packed and spilled.. all the things were mixed into another like salad into rice curry and all.

    This is not at all acceptable..
    When i choose the option to talk to an agent about it it shows this query is closed..
    Ridiculous management..

    Photos also i cannot upload as it says you have crossed 32 mb.. infact the photo size is 2mb .. Dont know whats wrong with swiggy.

          Kisi karnvas mere 3 order cancel huee the usme mera koi fault nhi tha valid reason ke karan huee tha and ab swiggy company ne meri id block kr di hai .

          Maine form fillup bhi kiya tha tab bola gaya tha hum cross check karke batate hai.
          Ab online hub main Kai bar complent kar chuka hu lekin mujhe koi reply nahi mil raha .
          Mere pass koi job bhi nhi h . Please meri id open kra de because mai akela person hu family me job krne wala and family responsibilities bhi h to pls as soon as possible meri id open kra de .

          .Agar meri taraf se koi galati hue hai to main uske liye Maafi chahata hu. I assure you aage se aisa nhi hoga.

          Maine kae baar DE support Online Hub me form fill kiya hai but koi call nahi aa raha hai.

              I was offered a coupon for an incorrectly charged delivery fee. However, their chat closed before I was able to get the code. When I emailed about the same, they said they could no longer give the code to me. For no apparent reason.

                  I have ordered garlic bread from Santosh Dhaba Exclusive formerly known as santosh Castel, through Swiggy so they delivered just a bun Instead of Garlic bread and I complained the issue to swiggy so they created a replacement. And I am surprised to find out that the replaced product also different, they told to email the issue to swiggy customer care and they replied no enough proof etc while I have sent photographs of food in box with bills and every thing. They scammed me .

                            I have received an email for an order I didn't even place. I haven't been using swiggy for more than 3 years.

                            I have no details about this order such as who made this order, how much was the amount, from which card was it charged if it was my card etc. This is because I cannot log in to this as the phone number associated has already been discarded long back.

                            I want to first deactivate the account and then delete all data associated with it.

                            Customer care keeps giving me excuses that they cannot delete the data.
                            I don't need a workaround like uninstalling the app (as you need to install it in the first place). Nor do I want to place any orders in Future.

                              I was working as a Swiggy delivery partner before 3 months and I am not using my id and yesterday I am really shocked to see that someone has Fraudulently login into my account with sending me an otp on my registered mobile number. He has delivered the order of towards customer location and collected cash from them. Although I have received a call from the customer end that he is waiting for his order.
                              Yesterday evening, I have reported this issue towards Mr. Amit Sir in ludhiana. He is taking care of Swiggy Branch delivery operations opposite Silver arc mall. I have told them immediately cancel the order from my account and Let me know what is the issue is going on with my id. Who is the person has given access towards that delivery partner for delivering order towards the cx from login into my account. I am here sharing the number of Mr. Amit sir for your kind reference. Mr Amit sir has told me that there is an technical glitch and customer care department of has given otp for login in my account.

                                    On 5th September 2021, I ordered food for Rs.2233. but because o[censored]nable to update the address order has not been delivered. so I cancelled the order. but I didn't receive a refund, instead, they say it had been credited to swiggy money wallet. but money is not been credited to my credit card. multiple times they committed to credit on my card account. but now say unable to do it.

                                      With great deal of regret, I wished to state that and inform you that against my confirmed order for a veg meal, I was served with non vegetarian meal on the auspicious day of Navratri. Nothing could have hurt me than my taking your non veg meal ignorantly. My continuous chat with your app did not yield any result at all, . I wish to make it clear that I cannot take the matter lightly as it is hurting religious sentiments, particularly on this auspicious day.
                                      As I have already stated in the chat, I have the bill as well as the screenshot of the order as seen on the app.

                                      I minimum expect a quick refund of my bill amount.
