    My name is michael I still not received refund for order id[protected]. Food was not delivered due to technical issue from swiggy end. So after follow up with their customer service many days they initiated refund please find attached screenshot for the same. They provided coupon code which was not working after that they initiated refund but still not received please get my refund from swiggy

      I have received an email for an order I didn't even place. I haven't been using swiggy for more than 3 years.

      I have no details about this order such as who made this order, how much was the amount, from which card was it charged if it was my card etc. This is because I cannot log in to this as the phone number associated has already been discarded long back.

      I want to first deactivate the account and then delete all data associated with it.

      Customer care keeps giving me excuses that they cannot delete the data.
      I don't need a workaround like uninstalling the app (as you need to install it in the first place). Nor do I want to place any orders in Future.

        Dear Team,

        I was working as a Swiggy delivery partner before 3 months and I am not using my id and yesterday I am really shocked to see that someone has Fraudulently login into my account with sending me an otp on my registered mobile number. He has delivered the order of towards customer location and collected cash from them. Although I have received a call from the customer end that he is waiting for his order.
        Yesterday evening, I have reported this issue towards Mr. Amit Sir in ludhiana. He is taking care of Swiggy Branch delivery operations opposite Silver arc mall. I have told them immediately cancel the order from my account and Let me know what is the issue is going on with my id. Who is the person has given access towards that delivery partner for delivering order towards the cx from login into my account. I am here sharing the number of Mr. Amit sir for your kind reference. Mr Amit sir has told me that there is an technical glitch and customer care department of has given otp for login in my account.

              On 5th September 2021, I ordered food for Rs.2233. but because o[censored]nable to update the address order has not been delivered. so I cancelled the order. but I didn't receive a refund, instead, they say it had been credited to swiggy money wallet. but money is not been credited to my credit card. multiple times they committed to credit on my card account. but now say unable to do it.

                With great deal of regret, I wished to state that and inform you that against my confirmed order for a veg meal, I was served with non vegetarian meal on the auspicious day of Navratri. Nothing could have hurt me than my taking your non veg meal ignorantly. My continuous chat with your app did not yield any result at all, . I wish to make it clear that I cannot take the matter lightly as it is hurting religious sentiments, particularly on this auspicious day.
                As I have already stated in the chat, I have the bill as well as the screenshot of the order as seen on the app.

                I minimum expect a quick refund of my bill amount.

                  Swiggy instamart

                  I placed an order at swiggy instamart at 11th October. I didn't receive three items of worth Rs.550 then i did raised a complaint at swiggy help center and even e-mailed them @supportswiggy but none of them did respond to my concern. I'm only receiving emails saying wait for 6hours but it's been more 72hours till now. Worst customer service...

                      Hello,

                      Yesterday dated 11.10.2021 I ordered food item from Swiggy around 7:58 p.m. with order ID[protected].

                      I was continuously observing through my gps that delivery representative was coming according to the route and suddenly at 9:15 p.m. before reaching my location, he cancelled the order without giving any intimation by him or any Swiggy representative.

                      Both my contact number and the email id are provided to Swiggy ( no provision of providing alternate communication mode or information is in Swiggy site) and still this miscommunication happened.

                      This is a total matter of regret and such kind of service was not expected from the Swiggy from where I have placed so many orders previously.

                      As soon as happening the incident I have prolonged discussion with Swiggy representative ( Parth) through chat requesting him either to make the food package delivered or I would pick up from delivery partner's location. He did not agree with my request and told the charge was 100% cancellation fee. After some request he assured me to refund 50% of cancellation charges and also confirmed to arrange a call with higher executive within 24-48 hours.

                      Now, this was a complete picture of performing zero effort from Swiggy side to successful completing of compliance and as I had no fault at all, I should not suffer monetary loss.

                      So, requested Swiggy to arrange 100% refund of cancellation charges at earliest.

                      But no response till now from their side.

                        I ordered food on swiggy it got confirmed got prepared and then my order got cancelled reason being delivery executive don’t want to deliver it then why take order on first place and they don’t even change the delivery executive they just cancel the order after successfully wasting my time and then I ordered second time I got a call after an hour from swiggy that your order is an hour late after already been waiting for an hour I had to wait another hour and the swiggy don’t try to solve the issue they just ask us to cancel the order so their accountability is no more that’s how the customers are being treated by swiggy and that’s not the first time this situation happened with me. I just got frustrated this time so I am writing a formal complaint hopefully this will change something about swiggy and they don’t even compensate for the delay

                        [protected] This order got cancelled because delivery executive refused to deliver then why accept the order in first place and the executive can be replaced but no order was cancelled after waiting for an hour.
                        [protected] This order got delayed because of some issue in restaurant and this was informed to me after waiting an hour for my order. You guys should inform about the delay before taking order so we can order from some place else.

                            I had joined swiggy last year, due to an accident my leg was injured and I was in bed rest with respect to covid19 lockdown, I couldn't participate or engage with swiggy delivery partner app and after one year (present date) as my health condition is good and I am capable of continuing the job, my account ID 1348595 has not been activated and I am not able to connect with any of the customer care representatives.                             Cod option removed

                            I ordered food and the delivery executive refused to pick up my calls and was not moving from his location and i waited for an hour then canceled the order . Now my cod option is removed because of the delivery executives fault and they are not changing it ....

                            I am very frustrated from the application swiggy actually i have ordered the food on October 5 of this month for some of my guests but the items missing from my order and from that day i am continuously begging for my refund through chat support and email also for the items i haven't received but no response . Why are they taking full amount for the item which they are not giving in the parcel . I request you to help me in regarding this . My amount is not very big but atleast give me some solution but they are not interested after doing this fraud

                              This is to inform you that i have ordered food from Bijoli Grill restaurant located at Mandi House Delhi through swiggy app at 12:45 PM on 09.10.2021. The restaurant had confirmed my order and delivery partner was assigned. The delivery partner picked up my order and proceed to reach at my location. I was so hungry and eagerly waiting for food. Suddenly at 1:56 pm they have cancelled my order.
                              I have lodged a complain at swiggy app and they have replied that the delivery partner reached at my location and he was unable to reach me then the back end team tried calling me 3 times and sent me mail and SMS as well. But the fact is that Delivery partner didnt reach at my home, i have not received any Email or SMS. I am agreeing that due to network issue my number may not reachable that time, my question is that if the delivery partner reached at my location then why he didnt ring my door bell?.
                              I have raised my query and asked for refund through swiggy app but Mr Sarat and his senior didnt address my query properly and was making me fool through computer generated replies and wasted my one and half hour.
                              This is gentle request to make refund order value and also compensate for physical (not getting food on time) and mental harassment.
