Hi,
I was charged a cancellation fee after the app chose the wrong address. The swiggy app automatically chooses the address. But this time the address chosen by the app was incorrect. The app does not prompt for choosing the address. Later, I checked the order delivery time. I found out the delivery address was incorrect. The order was not even picked and they charged me a full cancellation fee of 224. This is unfair.

    This evening I ordered food for my family from swiggy it showed me that my food will be delivered to me in 36 mins. After waiting for around 35-40 mins the delivery guy came and asked me for OTP, I received a message were my order id was mentioned but didn't received any message with OTP, I immediately tried reaching out to swiggy but everytime the line was busy. Even after many discussions with the delivery guy he went off and cancelled the order and 100% of the food cost i.e Rs 770 has been charged to me as the cancellation fees. Finally after trying so, mANY TIMEs I was able to reach to the CUSTOMER service and they told me that it is their policy that they can only refund me 50% of the amount. What a ### policy of swiggy, It is so, pathetic that these guys have so, bad messaging service and CUSTOMER service.

      I had to cancel order as it was delayed beyond 1 hour. I redid not recieve any resolution fr customer care nor they took complaint

        Swiggy's absolutely useless customer service

        I had placed an order #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered in some 30 minutes. Order was confirmed from restaurant side. I was tracking the status in between and saw one delivery guy got changed just after reaching restaurant. After 40 minutes, still delivery time was showing 30 minutes, second delivery guy reached the restaurant. After i raised an incident, within few seconds a customer service personnel with number [protected]...

        I ordered a coco crunch cake on 19th June from this restaurant "Whipped" via Swiggy platform with Order ID:[protected]. The cake was not packed well. It didn’t come with an ice pack. It was completely melted. Absolutely shabby and disgusting. It was just all over the box. Really really disappointed with the way it was packed and sent. It was spilled in the box entirely and not worth eating. Really a horrible experience! On top of that, it had a tag on it saying "Happy Birthday Symbol". I didn't even ask them to write anything and this is what I get written on it.. please see the attached photos for reference and tell me if it seems worth eating or taking along on someone's birthday. And then when I raised a complaint on Swiggy portal they denied to pay heed to my request stating they won't be able to close the complaint in my favor as it did not pass their checks or whatever and they won't provide any refund for the same. However, you can clearly see in the pictures the quality of the cake. This is just not acceptable when I am spending a bomb of money on a cake. Please look into the matter and address my concerns at the earliest. And I'd like a refund for this useless cake sent to me which wasn't close to anything that anyone would want to even take a bite of.

        I was provided with a refund of half the amount of my order value. Although it isn't fair but I didn't want to drag the issue further and hence accepted the above resolution.

            But I recived 3 pcs,

            I thought ami bangali is prestigious brand but how they are Fraud us along with swiggy, also i dont get compensation or replacement

                I have ordered Mix Choupsey from Second Wife Restaurant through Swiggy on 23-June-2021. But I received Chicken Choupsey where there is no trace of Prawns at all. I called the Restaurant but they are behaving rudely by saying they have given prawns. Like this they are making customers fool and earning money. So please take a note of this. Also I have shared pic with Swiggy but Swiggy customer care executive is also not willing to take any action. I guess both the restaurant and Swiggy are in the same boat. So Swiggy also not willing to take any action.

                  Swiggy has been playing the fool and not bothering to credit an amount of 1143 to my account after a gap of 3 weeks now. Their customer service is pathetic. They need to be charged for cheating.

                    I had advised order on Swiggy .Order no. #[protected] on 10th June 2021. After around 15 Minutes, I got call from their Customer Office, saying that they had erecived two orders on same time and are canelling order due to confusion. In another minute, I got sms stating that they have cancelled order and charged me the amount of order as cancellation fee.

                    I never advised for cancellation and were waiting for delivery. I reported sae on email and received complaint Number 10996663.

                    After repeated follow-ups, i have got email yesterday stating again that because I had cancelled order, i am being penalized.
                    it seems modus operandi of Swiggy to cheat customers on daily basis.

                    Please help resolve. Swiggy shall be penalized and Audut must be conducted on amount it gets due to these kind of transactions.
                    Same has happened to me too brother

                      Hello,

                      I had ordered a biriyani through swiggy app, just after sometime my order got cancelled saying that it was cancelled as the delivery guy did not get any communication back, even though I did not get any call on that day. Since I contact the swiggy's customer care executive. I was being told that I need to compensate cancellation charges for which I did not comply with since I did not cancel the order in the first place, after sometime he mentioned that I need to compensate half of the cancellation charges for which I was told that only delivery charges were only cancellation fee, which would be around Rs.50 or even less to that of amount. Even though it was not the best solution I should be given I said ok. And then I have not been refunded any money to my account, despite being refunded they were changing their tone and words that I was promised to be given back 50% from the value of entire order, which sounds bizarre and absolutely injustice.
                      Now my question is, is swiggy really comply with consumer rights while framing their refund policies or any policy for that matters? and how to get my money back ? and also they have my money in their account for all this time, which could have been made some interest if they were in my account. So I need the best resolution from swiggy, which is refunding all my money back in to my account, or else is it only consumer protection cell that I need to contact to for the best resolution? This is absolutely inhumane and waste of time. I think Swiggy shall compensate consumer of its app for wasting their time with poor quality of services and their inability to solve it in time. And also they have deleted my old chat with then in which I was promised to be given refund with 50% of the amount from the cancellation charges would be remitted, Do you call it transparency? This is regarding order ID Order #[protected] with yuvraj restaurant, ongole, AP. Dated back to June8th 2021, 12:02PM.

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

                          The issue that I have experienced was: restaurant level 300 clicks and 500 clicks Listing add during dinner, lunch. we didnt add clicks listing add. We observed in Last week and before week finance pay payout statement swiggy has deducted money for listing add clicks . from my side we didnt add 300 clicks and 500 clicks listing add option. Didnt intimate how swiggy people deduct all this amount. Swiggy is worst platform to delivery food items and also bad experience. didn't solve restaurant partner issues .we want full deduction payment of this week and before week. Swiggy is Repeatedly doing likewise. What will I do for collect all of my deduction amount. Already this issues is raised repeatedly but Swiggy has not solved this problem .

                          I want all my deduction payments for last two weeks.

                            I have purchased 2 packs of Chicken Handi biryani on June 11, 2021 in online from Swiggy with Order #[protected] from Capital Multi Cuisine Restaurant. In the website it is written that "This biryani each packet will be provided with 1 egg". I should get 2 eggs for this packet but, i didnt got 2 eggs. The food is bland with out any spices and it is dirty because i got stones while eating. The Chicken pieces are not cooked and it is still wet as it is uncooked. Overall the Biryani is Bland and it is of low quality. I am very much disappointed and all my money is waste.

                            I have complained about food as it is as mentioned in above complaint to Swiggy. But swiggy didn't did justice to me and said "we were unable to substantiate the claim or close the dispute in your favor and therefore unable to compensate you for the same".

                            So, please do justice for me by taking action on swiggy.

                              I ordered pizza from pizza Hut. It's arrived more than a hr later. And it's taste was completely destroyed. It was like I am eating 2 day old pizza. I never had such experience with pizza Hut. I tried connecting the pizza Hut. The person from pizza Hut told me that delivery was ready but delivered 1 hr later. So as per him may be late delivery resulted in the horrible taste as it got chilled with hard cheese and non eatable crust.

                                I've been ordering from swiggy every day and these guys have limits for refunds even for regular customers.
                                They don't check food safety protocols in the hotels and my food was bad once. Next day also another issue happened. They gave 80rs food for paying 230rs.that too not what i ordered.
                                I've lost money and they don't respond back even after providing proofs.

                                  I ordered kfc chicken bucket from swiggy… Swiggy executive not reached my place and said that he is not able to locate my location… he called me once and due to some reason Iam not able to pick up that call. So because of this he canceled my order at their end and take all my money as a refund and on top of that they charged me 60 rs as a cancellation fee…

                                  Iam residing on society and any one can easy find my location … today itself I order 3 other delivery from swiggy and delivery executive easy find my location…

                                  Swiggy people are wasting my time on chatting and not provide fruitful response to me… Iam really fed up with these excuses of swiggy..

                                  I request u to please help me for taking my amount back from these frauds… it’s really hard money for me and I don’t want to waist my money these fraud peoples …

                                    i want to inform you that swiggy has been looting and deduction our hard earned money from our weekly payouts. It has been deducted in the name of order level adjustments.They are making deductions without taking our consent
                                    Yes. Same here. I don't know how much they charged for Ads. Every week they are deducting payouts by saying High Priority Merchant Level Adjustments. I asked many times to provide the analytics regarding the advertisement they published. But they failed to provide that. I stopped using swiggy for the last 2 months immediately after realizing their looting.
                                    I am planning to file a case regarding that. Pls anyone let me know where to file a case and is it will come under Consumer court?

                                      Order was placed at 11.20PM, restaurant accepted the order and swiggy person delivered to wrong person, Then Swiggy customer care called me and reordered at the same, At 12.02PM, At 12.50 PM i got the message that order was cancelled and was told restaurant was closed.
