Delivery boy is fraud

Delivery boy is doing fraud. Neither he is calling me nor he is accepting my for proper direction. When i made a complaint, customer care executive told me that delivery boy had an accident but the executive didn't check his direction that fromwhere he took the order and where he got an accident. I have attached all the chats, call logs with delivery boy and screenshot of delivery boy direction where he got an accident in wrong direction...

    Hello i had orderd from swiggy instamart and my order was deliverd melted and spoiled. I had requested for a replacement as it was unfit for human consumption. Please solve my complaint asap.       On 13/08/2021, I ordered vej thali through Swiggy to The Bhoj Company. But they delivered me non vej items. Immediately I raise my grievance to Swiggy customer care but very unfortunately they can't help me. My order no us #[protected].

        On the day, I order some food via order no is [protected].Delivery boy denied the delivery of my order at my given address and customer service also support that person to not delivered the food .In the last they not even pickup tha phone and unilaterally cancel my order.

          Hi
          I'm Shivani' I'm a regular cus6of online food delivery partener of Swiggy. But what happened this time was totally unfair.
          Actually i ordered Two *Butter Masala Dosa* from *Asli Madrasi Dosa* on 3rd August at 8:11pm. My order id is #[protected] and i paid 215/- in total.
          So firstly the delivery boy was rude and he was soo late and also he didn't delivered the product at my doorstep. Let's ignore this' when my brother came back home after picking up the order from delivery boy' we were shocked to check that there was only *One Butter Masala Dosa* only. It was approx above 9pm. We didn't had contact number of delivery boy so we complaint against this misbehave in swiggy customer care. But their customer service is just third class. I spent my hour explaining them my issue and asked them to give me my refund of missing order or give compensation for this mis treating with customer. But they didn't listen to me and asked me to wait for 2days. Like seriously i paid and i didn't get food for that money. After 2days what they mailed was just a sorry word for all this. Like i spent my money to buy myself food but i didn't recei6my food so i complained about it and rather than giving any compensation they just said sorry.

          I told them if your sorry can fix everything then why there is need of laws, rules and regulations.
          Also their escalation department team qas very rude' one of the employee closes my chat while i was still writing my issue. After waiting for soo long i have to take this step beacuse i know my rights and i want my hard earned money back.

          In the end i just want to say i have faith in consumer court of India. Because nobody wants to get their money wasted or snatched like this by bigger companies. I just want my money back and also a compensation for the mis behaving with me by the escalation team employee and the delivery partener. I'm very disturbed from all these things. I want justice to be served.

          I'm sharing all the necessary details. In case any thing is missing do contact me once.

            I have ordered sweets from swiggy which was total inappropriate and inedible and highly stinky. And this is continueslly happening for the 3rd time with me from swiggy only. And they give those stupid coupons as a compensation which is not even half the money i have paid everytime.

                I received stale/spoiled/inedible item from the restaurant and when raised a complaint the customer care said they will refund only half of the amount.. i also requested to take back the complete item and refund the complete amount.. but the customer care representative said she doesn't have the privilege for the same

I recieved message from my bank that payment got debited in a while I received from you that payment was unsuccessful so order not placed. Again I tried the same thing and this time also ₹ 281 debited from account and order was not placed.                   Delivery guy was misbehaved and food missing in the order no :[protected]

                  It was such a horrible day as first we had to deal with rude service from delivery partner of Swiggy and one of the food is missing (Paneer Biryani) . When I shared the same issue with the Swiggy agent on chat and call the only thing I received saying that they will send the feedback to the restaurant and delivery partner . I am still waiting for my issue to get fixed. Hope consumer law understands the issue and help me .

                    This company treats their customers unfairly they act like they have linked me up with real customer care executive but they link me up to a bot giving automated messages. They do not provide order properly and if the food is bad they don’t give refund.

                      I have placed an order from Swiggy on 6/08/2021, paid amount of Rs.577 and the order was not delivered, 1st time i have been informed that some other swiggy person has taken the order, after speaking to customer care i asked for replacement, and after 45 minutes got a call from swiggy mentioning delivery person was caught by police and order could not be delivered.

                      After sometime got a sms
                      Your swiggy order has been cancelled, You will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs.577.0 which will payable on your next order.

                      I am not sure how it is determined like how i have cancelled, and inspite of explaining multiple times to customer care on mutiple times, still no response.

                      I want a compensation for wasting of my time, unnecessary mental pressure and also full refund.

I have asked many times where it's my order through customer care and it have been said ur order is on track n it will delivered on time.. now I m complaining about till now I did not received any confirmation from swiggy. I have placed an order from swiggy but I didn't received my order neither refund.. it's already a month passed but after reporting them regarding my concern they are denying to return my hard earned money of 561rs and they also denied to re issue my order..I kindly request you pls just return my hard earned money back to me of 561rs straight away.thank you.

They send my order 6 km away from my address and ask me to pick from there else order will be cancelled and i have to pay for the same, I requested them to kindly serve it to the place wherei have ordered but they deny and cancelled my order. I was a daily customer of Swiggy but they dont value it at all. I have Uninstall my app now.

                              Your Swiggy order #[protected] has been cancelled.

                              Even after waiting for 2 Hours different reasons are given by Swiggy Executive. Order not deliver and without my consent it is cancelled. Not even bother to call before cancelling.
                              Very much unprofessional attitude by Swiggy. And second bad experience with Behrooj Biryani. First time with uncooked food and this time by not delivering food.
