Order was placed at 11.20PM, restaurant accepted the order and swiggy person delivered to wrong person, Then Swiggy customer care called me and reordered at the same, At 12.02PM, At 12.50 PM i got the message that order was cancelled and was told restaurant was closed.

    Order was missing, Swiggy order no.[protected],

    Complained to delivery guy, he took his hands off and told to complain to swiggy, but no refund has been made, out of 4 items 3 were delivered

      I run a small restaurant in Chennai and I have partnered with Swiggy. Now for the last 3 months(since 20th March 2021) they have not credited my payments, I have been sending email and calling their support team everyday, they say we will fix in 24-48 hours and payments will be credited, but nothing as happened so far.

      I am terribly disappointed with Swiggy. Someone please help me here

        I have ordered some food from swiggy of ₹ 953 order no. X9279 dated 12 June 2021. The delivery agent reached at my place and due to non connectivity of mobile he cancelled my order and charge 100% cancelation fees from me. In that case I have lost my food of ₹. 953.
        I have called customer care but they said that this is the policy and can't refund to you.
        How can they loot a peapole through such policy in which they can manipulate orders through Delivery Agent.

          I ordered from a shop named sharma, Jadavpur, kolkata. I recieved a wrong item. Recieved papdi instead of nimki. I complained to swiggy on 3rd June via email and also through customer support. From last 7 days no replacement and refund were given by them neither they reply for my emails. Is it the way to cheat your customers and don't even reply in 7 days. I want a full refund along with compensation else will sui your company in court through my lawyer.

            I ordered from a shop named sharma, Jadavpur, kolkata. I recieved a wrong item. Recieved papdi instead of nimki. I complained to swiggy on 3rd June via email and also through customer support. From last 7 days no replacement and refund were given by them neither they reply for my emails. They cheated me and dont even bother to reply. I want a compensation for such an irresponsible behaviour.

              We ordered chicken from SWIGGy, when the delivery boy didn't able to find the shop, we called a customer care number (got from Google), that customer care was telling us to send a code that they had sent and was trying to get the exact amount using phone pe upi
              When we called them back, they are not even picking cl.their number is[protected] and registered as Patel kumar in truecaller.

                Issue:
                The delivery man went to set address than to the destination address mentioned in the Order. The customer care executive did not even understand the issue. Very idiotic and looted 664 Rs from us.

                Resolution: Refund money else I will go to consumer court to fill complaint against Swiggy.

                    The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered 1 set of Chappathi and Gobi 65 in ANJAPPAR Koramangala restaurant. I strictly mentioned and enabled Pure Veg option. But I received non vegetarian kuruma along with the chappatti. Tried calling the authority but couldn't reach. I need an explanation and compensation. If ignored, I have to complaint in consumer court.

                    It occurred on: 10/06/2021

                    I need either the payment should be refunded, or one time the choice of food which I make to be given for free even without the delivery charges.

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    I got the response from Swiggy team. They have initiated for my refund. Please don't repeat the mistake. As I have not eaten anything tonight. But anyways, thanks for the response and don't repeat the mistake.

                      Hello,

                      Today on 09.06.2021 at 06:02pm I had placed an order with swiggy on my home address. I had cross-verified my address even before placing my order. Even after the expiry of prescribed time when I didn't get any order delivery, I was about to place the issue with swiggy when the delivery boy called me asked my address. I told him that I have already shared it with swiggy and my address is registered with them.I shared my address with the delivery guy. He told me that my location did not fall within his jurisdiction and he would not be able to deliver my order. He further asked me to talk to the company ( swiggy )

                      Flabbergasted by this new development I raised the issue with swiggy and asked them whether it was some kind of fraud as I had already shared my address correctly and paid Rs. 169 in advance.

                      I received call from customer care executive of swiggy to confirm cancellation of my order for sharing a wrong address . She told me that GPS location was showing some other address than the one I was asking for delivery of my food. I told her that what address GPS was showing wasn't matter of my concern as I had shared my address manually and correctly while placing the order . She told me that for placing order on an incorrect address I would have to bear the cost of cancellation of order.

                      It is pertinent to note that swiggy customer care executive had prejudices where customer was held guilty without opportunity to prove herself. They had the audacity to take my permission before cancelling my order while stating that I would have to do nothing as I had already paid the money in advance.

                      Swiggy sent me invoice confirming cancellation of my order where my home address is clearly mentioned. That same address was shared by me for delivery of food. This confirms that I did no wrong and they cheated me intentionally. They blamed me for an offence which I have not committed at first place.

                      I kindly request you to take legal action against swiggy for not performing their part of the contract, for making false allegations and for not refunding my money. Swiggy has caused a great psychological distress to me and I have lost the faith in their system.

                      So also the order was not delivered within prescribed time limit and the delivery boy had contacted me for delivery of food after expiry of the alloted time which entitles me to have my refund. However, swiggy showed sheer arrogance and zero professionalism by exploiting me without giving a fair treatment.

                      I want compensation of Rs. 10000 for my monetary loss and psychological distress and also to set an example for all such service providers.

                          I have been trying to get refund for my order but swiggy is not helping me. They are not even replying. I contacted them on chat they said to email them and they will get back to me within 8 hours. It’s been 72 hours and no one has reached out to me. I contacted their fb messenger and from there as well no responses . Here is my complaint

                          I ordered form deepak Chinese at 8:12 and you guys delivered me this order after 2 hours when I revived the order the rice was rotten and had foul smell. I immediately contacted your support for help and rather than helping me and replacing my order they redirected me to email

                          I will report this issue to consumer court and will chane kise this to evey social media platform

                                  We wish to inform you that your delivery boy by name Mr Lokesh, has delivered a parcel to apartment Number J 408 at our enclave.
                                  In view of the COVID 19 situation we have made arrangements at our enclave for deliveries at a common place in the ground floor for all deliveries. This person Mr Lokesh has delivered a parcel to J 408 at this common delivery place at about 1050 in the morning. After ths delivery, he has noticed other items in the common delivery point. Your Delivery Boy Mr Lokesh has taken away one parcel which had been earlier delivered to apartment numbe J 408. This was immediately noticed by us . Mr Lokesh was called and inquired about this. He has non non nonchalantly replied that we can take any action we find fit.
                                  Since this act amounts to theft, we have registered a complaint with Subramanya Pura Police on 29.5.2021 . Photo of delivery boy Mr Lokesh is enclosed with this complaint.
                                  We request you to take action on Mr Lokesh and arrange to return the stolen parcel and restore it to its owner

                                    I have entered my work location as delivery address. After about 30 minutes from ordering, I called the delivery guy to confirm the status who said he sees a different address from what I mentioned.
                                    Anticipating a glitch in the app, as I clearly see my work location entered correctly, I called customer care to help me with the situation. The executive says that although the address is correct, the location on the map is showing another point and that he would have to cancel the order unless I go there and pick.
                                    I still don't understand whats my mistake here, since I have entered the address correct. I had to loose my money, time and my mind. When I try to cash, its the same generic answers that they can't refund and would take care in the future. This is absolute cheating for a mistake that I didn't do.
