Food quality is very bad, now I'm call your customer care executive and tell him all details about this food . He told me please send me email your problem.

So my problem with food quality. Matter paneer is very salty and only 4 pic paneer and Tandoori roti is very very hard . I want to return this order. but how return this order ? I'm happy with Swiggy delivery. But now I have decided...

Twice a week I will order through Swiggy but how come the delivery boy text me at night on whatsapp when I haven't ordered.

Approx 2:40pm I have ordered biryani and delivery boy asked me payment done or not I said payment is done through Gpay n he asked my no I thought he would check whether the payment done or not later at approx 8pm I got a text on whatsapp.

Swiggy is no more safe it has no privacy and security....

The delivery executive didn't reach my location and stood 2 minutes away from my location and he didn't recieve my calls. I had to walk up to him after 45 minutes to get my order. I placed an order on 13th Feb VIDE order#[protected] at 3:00 PM
They did not order for more than an hour and when contacted on helpline, I was told that if I cancel the order, I will have to bear the cancellation charge.
Upon repeated discussion they told me that full amount will be refunded in 4-7 days.
i am sure they are cheating more customers who do not fight back.
Requesting to look into it and ban such third...

I have placed an oder and the money was paid via Google pay but they rejected the order and not paying me back since 6 days....

Your payment for Swiggy order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from UPI will get refunded within 4-7 days.

Such a horrible company, with horrible customer service. I placed an order, gprs took wrong location. When I asked for refund on my cancellation amount. They are putting my call on hold and then hanging up. How big u guys became...I spend every month 8-10k purchasing food through swiggy. But they are not atall loyal and costomer centric...

This is with regard to extremely rash driving and abusive language on the road by your delivery boy. The number of his vehicle is KL25 -J-1401, a black Honda activa. The incident happened at around 07:45 AM today in Vyttila at Ernakulam in Kerala. He was looking at his mobile and driving his vehicle, which I believe was for finding the location. There's a problem in your App, as a result it isn't getting downloaded beyond 97%.

I have been trying to download it, thru Google Play store, since last evening. Despite several attempts, the download does not go beyond 97%.

Dear sir today on dated 26/01/2021 I have ordered two combo packs on swiggy site shop name Yumzie pizza address 126 g govind nagar kanpurwhen I eat pizza suddenly i found a iron nail in pizza If I had eaten it, then anything could have happened to my health this shop is also not registered with fssai so I request you to take immediate action against this pizza shop

I have ordered food at 9:40 pm from a restaurant and swiggy assigned a delivery executive.. but the delivery executive picked up the order and did not deliver it to me at all moreover it showed in the app order delivered. When I contacted swiggy they promised to take necessary action but when I ordered from another restaurant same delivery executive is assigned and he repeated the same thing...

I'd placed a grocery order from Swiggy in December 2020. The products I received were entirely wrong and I immediately took it up with Swiggy Support via my app. Despite showing bill receipts and proof of the items I received - they were not ready to initiate refund and asked me to send over an email.
