I have ordered food from swiggy . The food I received was Damaged and unhygienic so I complaint on swiggy so they initiated the refund of Rupees 308 but I haven't received the amount till now .. By them the amount have been issued in my account as they have provided the reference number also .. so please help me out

I received only one order. I have been chasing this order with the support team on a mobile app. They mention that they are not able to refund the amount and I need to check that with the Bank.
after multiple follow-ups they said I should contact support mail-id. I sent all the details to their support mail id on 6th Dec 2020. Initially they acknowledge the mistake. There was no response after that. After multiple follow-ups they mentioned that they cannot do it.

I ordered from Khansama restaurant, Moradabad on 10th March, 2021. These are order details:

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

The issue that I have experienced was: 1) I ordered for 1kg mutton b but what I received id less than 1 kg..it must be 500gms.
2) I also ordered for mutton soup bones but what I received was scrap bones (small pieces of ribs + some choped small bones) which can only be fed to dogs. It was stale and full of black and white hair.
I paid tot of ₹1339 for this order. I first raised my concern via swiggy app on the help option and also sent pics but the rep with whom I chatted with was not helpful he simply told feedback will be taken but money can not be refunded.

It occurred on: 14/02/2021

I want a refund of my money
Swiggy should remove this vendor from their list for spoiling the reputation and for taking customers and their order for granted

We were riding our car out of the petrol bunk in Teynampet, Chennai. One of your Delivery man tried to squeeze through a narrow gap besides our turning car and he lost his balance and fumbled. Then with anger he kicked and hit our car very roughly and also shouted some slang words waving his hand when we took his photo by which we understood that " You complain to whomever you want. I don't care ". We are greatly disappointed with his behavior.

We have submitted all the documents regarding new registration.but your team is not giving confirmation.just sending mail that it is rejected.please help us in registration process as quick as possible.

I complaint my refund is 31st jan. After that I complaint many more time and all time u say same reason " amount should reflect in your source account with 2-4 business days." Mr Charles from the escalation desk had guaranteed me 22 february amount will come tomorrow. I spoke again today to the sweegy expert and gave the same reason again today. I can have more time now, I need the amount today.

I had ordered 8 PC Hot & Crispy Chicken with additional French fries and Pepsi Pet Bottle worth 113.33 and 57.14 INR respectively. I didn't receive the Pepsi whereas I had received only the chicken and Fries.
Such Pathetic behavior wasn't much anticipated.
Requests immediate refund of the Pepsi amount.

Have had a number of issues with swiggy before, but today's episode was a nail in the coffin. I ordered for 8 rotis but was delivered ONLY 1.When I called the customer service, they say that I need to write an email to them and someone would reach out to me in the next 7-8 hours - after which I can have my "dinner". Absolutely no way to treat your customers! When someone orders for food, it is expected we receive the correct order/quantity and if we don't, it is swiggy's responsibility to make it right. I was instead simply told that "someone will respond to your mail in 7-8 hours" ( no one cares about your dinner ma'am!) . This is the last time I will ever use your horrible services.

Amount was deducted from my bank accout..I also received a message but order was not placed.
