We are dealing with swiggy long time. But Order #[protected] not delivered to us your company fined for Rs. 253/-. As a reputed concern we never expect that customer service. If your delivery misplace or not delivered to customer then why customer will be fined. What basis you done this. P.lease do rectify in Customer portal and confirm.

Hey Debasmita, we are disappointed to know that the order was not delivered to you. However, I can check that our bac end team tried contacting you but the calls were unanswered so the order was canceled. We need to compensate restaurants and the delivery partner through a standard policy once the order is placed. Hence, we charge the cancellation fee once the order is canceled. However, please reach out to us at [protected]@swiggy.in so we can have a look into it.

    The issue that I have experienced was: I was informed through SMS at 8.20 PM (3/6/2021), 8.30 PM ( 3/6/2021), 8.43 PM( 3/6/2021), and 8.53 PM(3/6/2021) my registered phone number cant be reached so please call from another number so I called from my another number [protected] from 8.36 PM (3/6/2021)to 8.56 (3/6/2021) of totally 15 calls but none was answered by your delivery agent. Got SMS 8.55 PM order got cancelled by delivery agent. Delivery agent Name: pankaj Sao, Phone No: [protected]. Is this my fault ? on what basis delivery agent cancelled my order? okay if delivery agent cancel my order where is the food if he not returned to restaurant who taken my food. if iam not responding to call or cant be reached food need to be left in the delivered address but what your delivery agent have done just cancelled my food and taken away. its just big scam i think so if in one city a delivery agents deny 10 nos of delivery like this cost is 2000 rs ( per order 200) then for total India i am unable to calculate. what service and response your are providing to customers.

      Dwight delivery boy call after 30 mins n asks me to cancel the order n then on refusing to cancel he say wait I will take time. I get a message at 9:43 PM that the order had been picked n it’s been more than 15 mins I have not received the delivery, my home from Naturals would be a max of 800 Mtrs. I went down to the Center to pick my delivery n the parlour said that delivery has been picked up n on calling the delivery person he said that there is a lot of traffic on the way. I walked back to home n then the delivery reaches at 9:55 n tells me sorry n if you want to take the it pls do so or leave it. The delivery appeared to be high n there were 2 boys for delivery n both of them
      In the same condition. It makes me me very concerned to put orders on Swiggy now as I am concerned about my family, as these delivery boys were not less than drunk goons. I had a bad experience with Swiggy some couple of years back n just to try once again I did load the Swiggy app n ordered again. The whole incident did actually shiver me of the services. I would once again delete the app on sending the message to you. I am compelled to explore the legal help…

        Delivery boy deny to deliver my order on my home address. After long discussion with swiggy customer care and delivery boy, he came to my location. He was drunk on duty and he abuse me because i didn't given him the petrol charge. Swiggy, please tell me is it my responsibility to provide petrol charge to delivery boy?

        Please through out these kind of delivery people from your company, otherwise they will spoil your image in this market.

            I have been ordering from Swiggy from the past two years everyday two-three and even four times a day. So far the order delivery has been by and large smooth and all the delivery guys are able to easily find my address (just a turn away from the landmark mentioned in the address of the Swiggy app) but this delivery guy (name: Sanjit Dey ) was trying to act smart by being deliberately mischievous in spite of clear cut instructions by me and I felt as if he was mocking my instructions and roaming around and delaying the order deliberately (taking very long even to go from one place to another which is just few meters away) after I told him that the order is for ice-cream. It seemed as if he was enjoying the delay game and he even came to my house gound floor after I kept him on the call (did not let me disconnect the call like he was doing before) with absolutely clear cut instruction to my house which was just 10 mtrs away from where he was. I live on the top floor of a three story building and suffer from Knee arthritis, so can not come down the stairs so I always request all the delivery guys to deliver the order on the top floor for each of my orders and all of them have been doing so without any issues so far but this time I saw this delivery person from the balcony of my building at the ground floor of my building and he also confirmed to me that he can see the name plate of the opp building BUT after I informed this guy to come to the third floor of my building, he simply went back to the main road (God knows why!!!) again from my house (without delivering the order) and called me from the main road and asked me to issue the instructions to the house once again!!! (Why did he just not come up to the third floor after I told him so???!!!)
            Finally, the Swiggy customer care intervened after I complained to them via the chat and once the Swiggy customer care agent took us on the phone conference, delivery guy again tried to act smart by saying that he can not see the road/ house which was right in front of him and then when I enquired about this, he used very abusive/ foul language which was heard by the Swiggy customer care agent as well ( Customer care agent name: 'Kiran' working in Koramangala branch). The customer care agent (Kiran) also objected to the delivery guy for using this kind of abusive/ foul language with a paying customer. I order from both Swiggy and Zomato regularly (since past two three years) every day multiple times and have never faced this kind of behavior or heard this abusive language being used by any of the other delivery agents!!! I have cancelled this order after hearing this kind of abusive/ foul language by the delivery executive as I had lost both my apatite for the food and mindset to talk to this delivery guy. BUT I want justice for being abused in this way for no fault of mine and want Swiggy to take strict action against this guy and inform me about the action being taken. (Look we all face frustration/ irritation sometimes during the course of the jobs that we all do, , but if this delivery guy was really irritated with his job then he could simply cancel the order and go back... no body would mind that, , BUT using abusive language towards the the customer that too while on the confernece call with the customer care and customer, , while fully well knowing that both o[censored]s could hear him, displays the apathy that the delivery guy has for the job that he is doing and his ill temper and bad attitude towards the customers who are the patrons of your company)
            I have the audio recording of the aforementioned incident and if any of the Swiggy managers want to hear it, I can either email to them or upload on the Youtube for the hearing pleasure of the public about the kind of language used by Swiggy delivery agents for their customers.

              Team,
              I placed the subjected order with Swiggy on Saturday (26th June). To my surprise more than half of the items were missing in the order. I registered my complaint using the chat option on Mobile App, but the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Your customer service is a pathetic one.

              It was a horrible experience as I had some guests at my home. Order was delayed a lot and to add to agony - order was incomplete. We finally had to order from somewhere else.

              Below were the items missing in the order. All the snacks were missing.
              1. Crispy Chilli Honey Potato
              2. Dahi Ki Tikki
              3. Chutney Paneer Tikka

              I want compensation for this. Not only the food items but also the mental agony I had to go through. I will never ever in life order through swiggy nor recommend to anyone.

                I have been complaining for the same issue from past 3 days. But I am getting no help whatsoever from your pathetic costumer support service.
                I order sabzi worth Rs564 from swiggy and it all came spilled in plastic bag. And even after such disaster they are ignoring me to limits. All food went waste as the plastic was not even clean. It had black spots and all. And entire sabzi was spilled over in plastic

                    I am Ramesh Yadlapalli from Hyderabad. Pin: 500049. When I ordered food, payment was success in PhonePe but failed in Swiggy. It asked me to retry the payment and I did. After 3 minutes, when I check, there were 2 orders placed instead of one. I canceled one order and asked for refund. But Swiggy denied. See how Swiggy is looting people even for their mistakes. Requested user log but no response from them. They looted Rs.1004 from me even for their mistake. This is completely injustice.

                        On Sunday i order a food from Swiggy,

                        Order details, My Mobile Number [protected]


                        Ghar Ka Tadka -- order was -jammu wale rajma with jeera rice bowl,

                        Cost rs.189. Including tax Rs.198/-
                        As per my account i order 1 + 1 free,

                        But i got only 1 Rice bowl, where is the other one, i asked delivery boy,
                        he replied what ever hotel people given, he brought,

                        Then what is the use of ordering in Swiggy.

                          This has regards to the below order : Order #[protected]

                          This was an incomplete order as an important item was missing from the order.

                          When i contacted the customer care i was guided by a chatbot wherein i was given the resolution that the due amount would be credited to Freecharge being the source of payment.

                          Till date i am unable to see this amount of Rs. 28 on Freecharge.

                          Attached details !

                          Swiggy has started resorting to unscrupulous ways of cheating customers by delivering incomplete orders with missing items and not refunding the money on time.

                          It is a matter of great shame and disgrace. How dare you people do such things?

                          I want this amount credited to my Credit card or account linked to Swiggy instead of beating around the bush.

                          I have wasted my time writing to Freecharge but the fault is actually vested with Swiggy.

                                Hi,
                                I was charged a cancellation fee after the app chose the wrong address. The swiggy app automatically chooses the address. But this time the address chosen by the app was incorrect. The app does not prompt for choosing the address. Later, I checked the order delivery time. I found out the delivery address was incorrect. The order was not even picked and they charged me a full cancellation fee of 224. This is unfair.

                                  This evening I ordered food for my family from swiggy it showed me that my food will be delivered to me in 36 mins. After waiting for around 35-40 mins the delivery guy came and asked me for OTP, I received a message were my order id was mentioned but didn't received any message with OTP, I immediately tried reaching out to swiggy but everytime the line was busy. Even after many discussions with the delivery guy he went off and cancelled the order and 100% of the food cost i.e Rs 770 has been charged to me as the cancellation fees. Finally after trying so, mANY TIMEs I was able to reach to the CUSTOMER service and they told me that it is their policy that they can only refund me 50% of the amount. What a ### policy of swiggy, It is so, pathetic that these guys have so, bad messaging service and CUSTOMER service.

                                    I had to cancel order as it was delayed beyond 1 hour. I redid not recieve any resolution fr customer care nor they took complaint

                                      Swiggy's absolutely useless customer service

                                      I had placed an order #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered in some 30 minutes. Order was confirmed from restaurant side. I was tracking the status in between and saw one delivery guy got changed just after reaching restaurant. After 40 minutes, still delivery time was showing 30 minutes, second delivery guy reached the restaurant. After i raised an incident, within few seconds a customer service personnel with number [protected]...

                                      I ordered a coco crunch cake on 19th June from this restaurant "Whipped" via Swiggy platform with Order ID:[protected]. The cake was not packed well. It didn’t come with an ice pack. It was completely melted. Absolutely shabby and disgusting. It was just all over the box. Really really disappointed with the way it was packed and sent. It was spilled in the box entirely and not worth eating. Really a horrible experience! On top of that, it had a tag on it saying "Happy Birthday Symbol". I didn't even ask them to write anything and this is what I get written on it.. please see the attached photos for reference and tell me if it seems worth eating or taking along on someone's birthday. And then when I raised a complaint on Swiggy portal they denied to pay heed to my request stating they won't be able to close the complaint in my favor as it did not pass their checks or whatever and they won't provide any refund for the same. However, you can clearly see in the pictures the quality of the cake. This is just not acceptable when I am spending a bomb of money on a cake. Please look into the matter and address my concerns at the earliest. And I'd like a refund for this useless cake sent to me which wasn't close to anything that anyone would want to even take a bite of.

                                      I was provided with a refund of half the amount of my order value. Although it isn't fair but I didn't want to drag the issue further and hence accepted the above resolution.
