    I ordered for chilli chicken combo (Noodles) but received fried rice not happy with the item recieved i tried to return, so lodged a compaint but no solution, expected a call from customer care atleast no proper response, instead of solution complaint was closed, and for your reference request number is 11438052here i mentioned.

    could you help me to get a resolution for the order .

      I ordered a ham pizza and i recieved a chicken pizza. On top of that i asked for extra cover as it was raining. They did not pack me my food in an extra cover and my pizza turned out a tad bit mouldy...pls take neccessary action. I have attached the packaging i recieved, my order, chicken pieces and the pic of my order from menu they provided.

      Apparently when i reached out to their support i recieve email saying my pics were 'flagged'...WHAT A JOKE!! Great tactics...this is how it is now...small refunds fine...larger refunds..send an automatic email and don't respond...with zomato...at least someone calls...these people don't even bother calling back!!!

        Whenever we lodge any complaint on swiggy
        We don't receive any response from swiggy
        It is a worst online food delivery application so far where customers issue are not considered
        And always asks us to write a email and never gets back
        I would like to inform that today my issue was unaddressed after chatting for 20 mins agent is asking me to write a email

          On date 13.07.21 ordered chicken Curry after arrived time call me for receive my order and conversation he told me this is your incorrect place so I provide you after 1 hour but I can't wait at late night after 30 minutes customer care call me with conversation he told me refund my money 4 to 7 days still now don't refund.

            Could you help me get the resolution for the below order IDs

            The moment I placed the order, I got a call from the delivery person that my order got duplicated and he asked me to get in touch with customer care through Swiggy App, but I tried in swiggy app chat support which was not getting loaded at all. I kept trying with no luck and received another call from the delivery person and I told him that I wasn't able to complain due your App issue. Then, he said that he would inform Swiggy about the duplicate order. After some time, I received a call from swiggy customer care and I explained to him the situation too and he said that he would talk to supervisor and get back to me. So far no one has given me the resolution irrespective of multiple emails I have sent. I didn't even receive my second order, but the App status showing as it got delivered.
            All that I wanted is my money back!!!

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              I a regular customer of Swiggy, has been facing problems frequently regarding the refund of my amount, for the product which has not been or failed to be delivered. Even after repeated requests they failed to solve. They failed to refund atleast the taxes and delivery tip for the failed delivery. I have experienced this for the 4th time. Kindly look into this asap.

                The restaurant picked up the online order and the money was deducted.

                Now after 1 hour of keeping me hugry, these guys say that the item si unavailable.
                If the item is unavailable why would someone pick the order.

                So a clear case against IPC 420 for which they have done a conspiracy under IPC 120b via CRPC section 196.

                The customer Team member Heena was not even able to connect the customer for this grievance to a supervisor instead insisting the customer to take the refund and settle for a delay fees of 140 INR.

                I have had a similar issue with the restaurent a few months ago.

                I had ordered a full kanthari chicken and the restaurent did send a half kandhari chicken.

                Swiggy reordered and this time the restaurant provided cheap chicken fry/kabab instead of kandhari chicken.

                If swiggy wants to resolve the issue, they will have to remove this irresponsible restaurant from their list of affiliations.

                    The delivery man never reached even after I taught him my address over a Call and resent him my location. He was standing on another location for a long time even after my call with him. Later, he didn't picked my call and cut my call and cancelled the order. He never seemed to deliver the order.

                      The delivery boy didn't followed the map neither he picked my call. When I tried calling him again and again, he cut my phone and finally when I reached him and taught my address clearly again, he spoke to me rudely. Not only this, he didn't picked my call after that and on map I saw that he was standing on the same location for a long time even after we talked over a call. Please get good delivery boys who atleast understand normal layman language and know how to follow maps or verbal mapping.

                        Incident:- I ordered 1KG Cake thru Swiggy on Father’s Day and received 500g Cake thru Swiggy . I had made complaint to Siwggy . There is no resolution from Swiggy for this mistake, just saying it’s mistake in restaurant end. But my concern I didn’t order directly to restaurant, I ordered thru Swiggy so Swiggy has to delivered 1Kg Cake else refund my money of 500G Cake.

                          I ordered food for 1254/_ on 7th July 2021

                          I cancelled the order by mistake immediately I spoke the customer care executive Ramya and escalation manager shoma informed about cancellation due to error and asked them to dispatch the order asap, to my dismay they gave lame excuses like food is gone to food hub
                          It was my grandfather's funeral and all the family members went without food I had mentioned this to customer care but of no avail
                          I still asked them to dispatch my food as I have paid for it and it is not 100's but 1000's
                          And cannot loose my money, still they cooked up stories instead of dispatching my food
                          And I was charged 1254/_ as cancellation charges
                          I mailed my concern to support team too
                          They to have one standard reply food was prepared and it will spoil
                          Are you people so hungry that you eat customers food in seconds and cannot reverse the cancellation to dispatch the food
                          I have recording of my conversation with the customer care too
                          Very pathetic customer care service and a bad way to cheat customers of their money and food
                          When swiggy is a delivery partner and charges a bomb for delivery charges they should know to address and solve customers grievance
                          Instead they have a standard rule to cheat customers of their money
                          There are 3099 complaints and solved is only 299
                          Its time we say good bye to swiggy

                            My confirm order for food Mcdonals Adajan Surat thro swiggy after on line payment thro G pay is cancelled after lapse of 40+ mins without my consent. I requested Swiggy and Mcdonals representative not to cancel my confirm order after lapse of long time as it put me in trouble to arrange food during curfew timings and on Sunday. I am looking for other legal ways.

                                I have ordered beer. I have given instruction that if beer will be chilled then only pick the order, and also instructed delivery guy same thing. they agreed, but still they tried to deliver hot beer an customer care asked me to keep them in to fridge for 10 min, But I don't have fridge then what will I do with those beers. So I asked only for chilled beer, then Swiggy cancelled my order, but they are not refunding.

                                  This email is with reference to my recent order dated 27/06/2021. Due to misbehaviour of the delivery executive the customer was forced to cancel the order. But swiggy is charging me a cancellation fee of Rs. 251/= on my next order. The undersigned will not be able to continue with this kind of service by swiggy. I hereby request you to either wave off the cancellation fees or else deactivate my swiggy account with immediate effect.

                                    I ordered a burger from swiggy on 9th July 2021, they confirmed my order but did not deliver it, after hours i enquired and they confirmed that my order was being prepared and will be delivered soo. I waited whole night and they made a fool of me . They confirmed they will deliver the order but they didnt and i had to sleep hungry. Since they didnt cancel my order or even informed me they they didnt deliver i waited and didnt order from anywhere else. And they didnt send orde inspite of repeated confirmation.

                                      I order 2 Large glass mango Juice @ 70 each but they deliver me a normal yellow water with sugar added...This is one rupeee rasna..
