I’m started using Swiggy couple a days ago. Since then 3 orders has been placed. Out of 3 orders only 1 of them has been processed. Very disappointing with them. Swiggy app shows status as order received but merchant (Licious) said they do not received the order from Swiggy. Im not getting my order but amount has been deducted. When contacted them they told me to write an email and person will revert in 2-4hrs. I felt i’m wasting my time with Swiggy. Attached the snap shot of my conversation with Swiggy support team. Kindly take a look and take required action.

    Swiggy company follow unethical policy which harssment to all customer . swiggy par order karo and resturent wrong item delivery karte hai then swiggy par complain kare to write we need 6-8 hrs for investigation and case mark closed by chat team. and said drop the mail at [protected]@swiggy, in, after that 6-8 they send mail to customer we can't compenstion i register feedback for wrong deliver i serve in better in future. when ask for refund the money they not reply regading this and just one thing reply drop mail again
    i not received my refund yet for incoorect order delivery. 48 hrs gone but not received any call from swiggy. and they also not provide replacement option to customer. order id[protected] date 2may. i drop 50times mail but not received my refund yet.
    i strongly recommed to all people don't give order on swiggy which cheat with customer and not refund money for wrong order delivery, not respose to customer, not replace the order. no refund money. and support to restrurent who delivery wrong food to customer.
    and after wrong order delivery when customer complain they said wait 6-8 hrs. i ask all swiggy member and their managment and co-founder meantime customer 6-8hrs tak bhuke rahe. then reply we cant refund ur money why u not reply whom give refund. customer ne swiggy se order kiya to swiggy ko hi refund dena hoga reply cleary answer of this question. sharm karo swiggy valo. chor company cheat to customer and follow unethical policy.
    once again don't give order on swiggy untill they not change their policy and real time solution given to customer.

      Order no. #[protected] was cancelled by Swiggy on[protected] due their issue with the restaurant. They refused to be a refund for Rs.715 and said they will give me a coupon. They gave me a coupon but I rejected the same and they are refusing to refund the money back to my account. It was their mistake as they cancelled the order

        Swiggy genie delivered expiry items

        Hello swiggy,
        You were not responding via your helpdesk and emails, more than 2 days no resolution.
        Please find below attached items expired delivered on 03 may 2021 at 2.30pm.
        3kg urad dal, expiry date 08/01/2021
        4 kg idly rava, expiry date 08/01/2021
        1kg toor dal, exp date 08/01/2021
        1 curd packet expiry date 03/05/2021(todays date but delivered just now at 2.30pm)

        On 20th April 2021, I ordered a 25kg premium rice bag from Ratandeep LB Nagar in swiggy stores.
        To be sure before hand of the stock availability in the store, i called up the store personally and confirmed that the 25kg Ratandeep premium rice bag is available.
        Then i placed order on swiggy, the executive reached Ratandeep and took more than normal time to pick the order .
        He then calls me and says that the 25kg Ratandeep premium rice bag is not available and he is brining the 25kg standard rice bag .
        He told that there is only Standard bag available .
        He said the price for that is Rs.1600 and asked me to transfer Rs.1600 to his phone pe account . I transferred the money.
        There was no response from him after calling him multiple time, He bought 25kg standard rice bag, left the rice bad my gate and went running without even providing me the bill of the rice bag.
        He ripped off the MPR label which is on the bag.
        I tried calling him but he ran in a hurry and did not answer any of my calls.
        Then i raised multiple queries with swiggy customer support, they didn't provide me any response .
        Now am tired for raising complaints with swiggy to find no response . I gave them enough time to assist me, it has been 10 days now . My Rs.1600/- are at loss .
        I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH BIG A FRAUD ON SUCH A BIG PLATFORM LIKE SWIGGY.
        When i tried to explain my issue, swiggy had not bothered to understand my problem and resolve it.
        I want swiggy to take action on this and refund me.

              I have only received 4 items that too were different from the items that I have ordered .
              Now this customer care is asking me to take a token worth 227 as an apology token,
              I told them to take back what they have delivered
              This is totally fraud .

                      Firstly I got call from swiggy saying my order is kept at main gate...n said "aandar nai aane derahe h coz entry allowed nai h outsiders ko. I said it is allowed then he said I ll keep here u collect." When I went down at main gate I didn't see my parcel.
                      The guards said madam entry band nai kiya h..
                      From then I was tracking n trying to call but couldn't connect.. then lastly I could conne t n found the delivery boy was drunk n lying on road ( this I got to know from some man who picked up the call n said apka delivery h kya madam, yeh ladka yaha gira pada h pike)

                      I again called the guy where he couldn't speak a word and was uttering something which I couldn't understand. Pathetic behaviour..
                      Swiggy should give delivery to responsible ppl. Even the restaurant should not give order if they find the delivery guy is drunk..

                        Sunday (18 Apr 2021), I ordered one biryani and one loose prawns try from Papadam blue restaurant, both are very bad and bad smell was came, and one more main important got the chicken bone on prawns biryani, immediately I informed to swiggy they are not taken any complaint and given free advise to me i.e., "If any problem in delivery we'll help you but in food in any problem, please contact with restaurant or freely complain to food inspector." This customer never expect these kind of resolution. Actually I paid money to Swiggy not restaurant then swiggy is the responsible person.

                          I want to inform swiggy disappointed me so bad there delivery partner misbehave and didnot listen me .I have order food for my home the address i have selected was correct but delivwry man call me and said muje yah location khai or ki dikha r hai mai wha jaunga.I said bhaiya maine usse address pe already bhit orders kiye hai kaise galt hosakta h .They force me to shout aand after that there executive call me Garima and said that I have selected wrong address that why we can't delive..I told them if i selcted wrong than how is my earlier order reached at my destination.Pls explain she didnt clarify this to me .Both were pathetic.My mom was sick I have order some food for her even I said this to delivery man but he refuses too .
                          They even take my money.I want my money back.From now onwards i am not gone use swiggy at all .

                            I live in Viman Nagar, Pune. I ordered food from swiggy app from Al zaika restaurant today. I ordered Veg Biryani because its Navratri Festival we are celebrating at home. Unfortunately Cockroach found in the food. I complained same issue with Swiggy and they offered me a compensation coupon of bill amount. I asked them to refund me the money and strict strict action to be taken against restaurant but they said Refund of money in cash is against there policy.
                            These compensation not needed. I want to take strict strict action against the restaurant as well as swiggy. Swiggy dont understand feeling, emotion and religious aspects of people they believe compensating with some with some money is what customer wants. I want strict action against both parties.

                              I had ordered Neruppu Paneer21 from Swiggy from Thalaivars Biryani restaurant but they had sent Non Veg food instead of Paneer.
                              My wife who is born vegetarian had this food considering its Paneer and this had seriously disturbed her and we are regretting for ordering from Swiggy.

                              Thats the reason i am filing this Consumer case to compensate for disturbing one's religious sentiment.

                                I was ordering ice cream on swiggy. First it showed delivery charges 32 again increased 15 rupees more in few second.
                                Next it shows 40% on app for appliying SWIGGYIT app but when I appiled it shows only 25 cashvack with amazon prime.
                                Please check with fraud.

                                      Last week my friend ordered food from swiggy and that delivery guy acted as if he couldnt find the house so he asked my friend to share the location on whatsapp and my friend did so he reached but after few days he started texting my friend my friend felt so uncomfortable my friend blocked him but he is still tried to reach her out and he texted from another no. this time he was talking dirty
