Incident:- I ordered 1KG Cake thru Swiggy on Father’s Day and received 500g Cake thru Swiggy . I had made complaint to Siwggy . There is no resolution from Swiggy for this mistake, just saying it’s mistake in restaurant end. But my concern I didn’t order directly to restaurant, I ordered thru Swiggy so Swiggy has to delivered 1Kg Cake else refund my money of 500G Cake.

    I ordered food for 1254/_ on 7th July 2021

    I cancelled the order by mistake immediately I spoke the customer care executive Ramya and escalation manager shoma informed about cancellation due to error and asked them to dispatch the order asap, to my dismay they gave lame excuses like food is gone to food hub
    It was my grandfather's funeral and all the family members went without food I had mentioned this to customer care but of no avail
    I still asked them to dispatch my food as I have paid for it and it is not 100's but 1000's
    And cannot loose my money, still they cooked up stories instead of dispatching my food
    And I was charged 1254/_ as cancellation charges
    I mailed my concern to support team too
    They to have one standard reply food was prepared and it will spoil
    Are you people so hungry that you eat customers food in seconds and cannot reverse the cancellation to dispatch the food
    I have recording of my conversation with the customer care too
    Very pathetic customer care service and a bad way to cheat customers of their money and food
    When swiggy is a delivery partner and charges a bomb for delivery charges they should know to address and solve customers grievance
    Instead they have a standard rule to cheat customers of their money
    There are 3099 complaints and solved is only 299
    Its time we say good bye to swiggy

      My confirm order for food Mcdonals Adajan Surat thro swiggy after on line payment thro G pay is cancelled after lapse of 40+ mins without my consent. I requested Swiggy and Mcdonals representative not to cancel my confirm order after lapse of long time as it put me in trouble to arrange food during curfew timings and on Sunday. I am looking for other legal ways.

        I have ordered the food the delivery person didn't reach the location and he canceled the order. I called him so many times and he didn't even respond to that call. His number is [protected] . he is from Palakkad Kerala. and even the customer support of swiggy cant give an accurate solution . they have took my entire amount Rs 303 as a food return policy. please someone help me. i have his voice that he told me to wait . shall i move forward with it.

          I have ordered beer. I have given instruction that if beer will be chilled then only pick the order, and also instructed delivery guy same thing. they agreed, but still they tried to deliver hot beer an customer care asked me to keep them in to fridge for 10 min, But I don't have fridge then what will I do with those beers. So I asked only for chilled beer, then Swiggy cancelled my order, but they are not refunding.

            This email is with reference to my recent order dated 27/06/2021. Due to misbehaviour of the delivery executive the customer was forced to cancel the order. But swiggy is charging me a cancellation fee of Rs. 251/= on my next order. The undersigned will not be able to continue with this kind of service by swiggy. I hereby request you to either wave off the cancellation fees or else deactivate my swiggy account with immediate effect.

              I ordered a burger from swiggy on 9th July 2021, they confirmed my order but did not deliver it, after hours i enquired and they confirmed that my order was being prepared and will be delivered soo. I waited whole night and they made a fool of me . They confirmed they will deliver the order but they didnt and i had to sleep hungry. Since they didnt cancel my order or even informed me they they didnt deliver i waited and didnt order from anywhere else. And they didnt send orde inspite of repeated confirmation.

                I order 2 Large glass mango Juice @ 70 each but they deliver me a normal yellow water with sugar added...This is one rupeee rasna.. And I complaint on swiggy they do not take any action...And swiggy not refunding my money...In this pandemic time...They cheated customer like this please take action against swiggy..

                      I ordered 3 different items from swiggy
                      1. Trixy cookie cup 100ml ×1
                      2. Cornetto disc oreo 110ml ×1
                      3. Cornetto pack ( double chocolate + butterscotch) ×1
                      But what I received is sun kissed creme caramel 700 ml ×1
                      After discussing the same with swiggy help and support, they are not responding it well.
                      They said please mail us and we will respond it further.
                      The swiggy helpline numbers are not responding well.
                      I need immediate action against it and need urgent refund of the amount I paid.

                        I ordered 2 burgers and large fries from McDonald's via Swiggy (Order No.[protected]. I specifically suggested to add enough lettuce because I had previous experiences (Order no.[protected] of getting burgers with no lettuce in them. Even after my request, not only there was no improvement in the burgers, it got worse. The burgers had almost no sauces, lettuces for namesake only. Also the burger was so cold as if made hours ago. Also, the fries were ice cold as well. In addition, the quantity of large fries was smaller than the medium one.

                        When I complained about the issue to swiggy customer care, they just returned partial amount (Rs. 126 only from a order of rs 260). I complained again against this resolution as all the dishes were horrible, but I got no response.

                        Now I demand fair compensation for my wasted money and specially the hours I wasted for this issue. I no longer accept only the amount of the order but far more for all of my troubles.

I hope you can also check my previous emails. So, I urge you to contact me on my email id as you already have all the details and I am completely fed up with writing the same things again and again.

                          I ordered paneer roll from Peetuk restaurant via Swiggy. They delivered the chicken roll. I am a hardcore vegetarian and eating non-veg is against my believes. I only realised after taking few bites. How can someone do this kind of mistake. It is the highest level of irresponsibility specially considering the fact that vegetarianism is a very important part in India. I want a justification and big compensation for my suffering.

                            I placed an order on swiggy on 7/7/2021 . I added it in the cart and proceeded to make payment . After I made the payment through net banking, the cart page appeared again and showed that payment was still not made. This is fraudulent. I made a payment of RS 293 I also have screenshot of the payment and message from my bank showing that I made the payment .So either give my money back or my order as soon as possible....

                              I ordered from swiggy and items were incorrectly cooked and when I complained they told that I would receive the refund to my source account in 3 to 7 days . It is showing that I received the refund in my account . I contacted the bank and they confirmed that I did not receive any amount . I tried contacting the swiggy customer care but they only kept saying to confirm with bank .

                                Cancellation not done by me and call received at end moment and informed im coming to take the delivery from where the delivery partner is waiting, all this happened because the delivery partner was given wrong location in app by swiggy people though my input of address is correct and same from past 3years and problems started from yesterday, and when informed why did the delivery partner raise ticket to cancel, but when swiggy team asked him about this he denied and said he did not raise ticket so, swiggy is claiming I myself cancelled but failing to give me proof of that.

                                We as customer don't know after cancellation food goes back to restaurant or not as claimed by delivery partner and whether swiggy gives the compensation to restaurant or not.

As a reputed concern we never expect that customer service. If your delivery misplace or not delivered to customer then why customer will be fined. What basis you done this. However, I can check that our bac end team tried contacting you but the calls were unanswered so the order was canceled. We need to compensate restaurants and the delivery partner through a standard policy once the order is placed. Hence, we charge the cancellation fee once the order is canceled.                                     The issue that I have experienced was: I was informed through SMS at 8.20 PM (3/6/2021), 8.30 PM ( 3/6/2021), 8.43 PM( 3/6/2021), and 8.53 PM(3/6/2021) my registered phone number cant be reached so please call from another number so I called from my another number [protected] from 8.36 PM (3/6/2021)to 8.56 (3/6/2021) of totally 15 calls but none was answered by your delivery agent. Got SMS 8.55 PM order got cancelled by delivery agent. Delivery agent Name: pankaj Sao, Phone No: [protected]. Is this my fault ? on what basis delivery agent cancelled my order? okay if delivery agent cancel my order where is the food if he not returned to restaurant who taken my food. if iam not responding to call or cant be reached food need to be left in the delivered address but what your delivery agent have done just cancelled my food and taken away. its just big scam i think so if in one city a delivery agents deny 10 nos of delivery like this cost is 2000 rs ( per order 200) then for total India i am unable to calculate. what service and response your are providing to customers.

                                      Dwight delivery boy call after 30 mins n asks me to cancel the order n then on refusing to cancel he say wait I will take time. I get a message at 9:43 PM that the order had been picked n it’s been more than 15 mins I have not received the delivery, my home from Naturals would be a max of 800 Mtrs. I went down to the Center to pick my delivery n the parlour said that delivery has been picked up n on calling the delivery person he said that there is a lot of traffic on the way. I walked back to home n then the delivery reaches at 9:55 n tells me sorry n if you want to take the it pls do so or leave it. The delivery appeared to be high n there were 2 boys for delivery n both of them
                                      In the same condition. It makes me me very concerned to put orders on Swiggy now as I am concerned about my family, as these delivery boys were not less than drunk goons. I had a bad experience with Swiggy some couple of years back n just to try once again I did load the Swiggy app n ordered again. The whole incident did actually shiver me of the services. I would once again delete the app on sending the message to you. I am compelled to explore the legal help…
