Dear Sirs
We wish to inform you that your delivery boy by name Mr Lokesh, has delivered a parcel to apartment Number J 408 at our enclave.
In view of the COVID 19 situation we have made arrangements at our enclave for deliveries at a common place in the ground floor for all deliveries. This person Mr Lokesh has delivered a parcel to J 408 at this common delivery place at about 1050 in the morning. After ths delivery, he has noticed other items in the common delivery point. Your Delivery Boy Mr Lokesh has taken away one parcel which had been earlier delivered to apartment numbe J 408. This was immediately noticed by us . Mr Lokesh was called and inquired about this. He has non non nonchalantly replied that we can take any action we find fit.
Since this act amounts to theft, we have registered a complaint with Subramanya Pura Police on 29.5.2021 . Photo of delivery boy Mr Lokesh is enclosed with this complaint.
We request you to take action on Mr Lokesh and arrange to return the stolen parcel and restore it to its owner

    I have entered my work location as delivery address. After about 30 minutes from ordering, I called the delivery guy to confirm the status who said he sees a different address from what I mentioned.
    Anticipating a glitch in the app, as I clearly see my work location entered correctly, I called customer care to help me with the situation. The executive says that although the address is correct, the location on the map is showing another point and that he would have to cancel the order unless I go there and pick.
    I still don't understand whats my mistake here, since I have entered the address correct. I had to loose my money, time and my mind. When I try to cash, its the same generic answers that they can't refund and would take care in the future. This is absolute cheating for a mistake that I didn't do.

        Placed an order through swiggy in cream stone jubilee hills, Kondapur for an order of Rs. 554 on may 27th 2021 at 7.o6 p.m . Money was deducted from my account through google pay, but order was not showing in Swiggy . I have also got message that payment is received by Swiggy . Please look into this and try to revert back money to my account.

              Today I ordered a cake from monginis through swiggy when i recieved my order the delivery boy went. When i opened the box the cake was damaged. I immediately called the monginis from where my order was placed they replied me that the cake was in proper condition. The cake is damaged by the delivery boy.

                I have ordered veg noodles and chilly potato from swiggy order id[protected].. but I have got non- veg noodles and chilly potato was missing ... Being a vegetarian this is horrible for me ... And after asking to delivery boy he was talking in a very bad manner

                  This is in reference to the order no:[protected] and to bring to your notice that in Chicken Triple Schezwan rice the Gravy was missing. Even though the concern was immediately brought to your notice, no necessary attempt was made to deliver the gravy. please find attached the Image of the food delivered and the image of the dish depicted in the menu, which clearly shows the dish contains, Rice, Gravy, Omelette & Fried Noodles along with other Add-ons. Rice delivered was also different (refer the image attached).

                        Order Cancelled and No Refund

                        I had ordered food through online app swiggy on 17 may 2021 at around 8 pm. I made the online payment of Rs. 1492/- towards the bill and the same successfully debited from my account and the order was also accepted from swiggy. I received a call from swiggy delivery executive at around 8: 30 pm that due the current situation the order is taking time but he has reached the restaurant and will deliver the order as soon as possible.                           I had order food today at approx 9pm from swiggy chaska restuarant which is nearly 5-6 kms from my location. I received a message from swiggy at 9:56 pm the food has been delivered but actually it was not. I called the delivery executive many times he was just giving me excuses like i forget the route, i came to some other place by mistake.
                          When i asked why have you pressed delivered food option from app when it’s not been delivered yet he told me that it was done by mistake !! Okay I accepted it and i started telling him my location verbally through call . Then after 15 mins, from his location delivery address is near around 2kms i.e., hardly 10 mins from 2 wheeler. I called him again to know where he is. He gave me another reason that his bike stopped due to low fuel and previously 10-15 mins back i called him he told me he was at gas station & now he’s telling me that he is having low gas in his bike. I myself drove my car to his place and asked him for my order by showing my order id. Then he said he does not have my food with him & he’s not carrying my food. Also he has consumed alcohol and smoking weed in front of me that delivery guy was unable to stand straight and was unable to drive his bike carefully while he was leaving from there we noticed.
                          And one more thing, he said his bike has no fuel but he started his bike in front o[censored]s and left !! If his bike has not fuel how did his bike started ? I’m really pissed of with the behaviour of delivery executive as he was drunked smoking weed in front of me and has not delivered my order I’m still sleeping empty stomach.

                            They said they have sent the amount... but it is not showing in my account.

If you have not received the refund yet then I would suggest you to contact the bank.                               Order #[protected]

                              The order was automatically cancelled by Swiggy after it was delayed. But the delivery person came after a long delay and delivered food and we paid him. He assured that he will notify Swiggy and pay accordingly. But when we tried to order again last week Swiggy is indicating that we never paid and they will not allow us to order again without paying the amount we paid the delivery person. I wanted to add this complaint to not get money from Swiggy. But the shady business they are conducting using crooked drivers. They should be help accountable for their actions.

                                I ordered one Jack Daniels from Maharaja Shop, Dumdum, Kolkata on May 8th, 10.57am . Money was deducted Rs5870/- but no order was processed in the app. Today is May 18th the amount has not been refunded. Did swiggy chat multiple times they said it will be credited within 7business days.

                                  By mistake order was placed and immediately the order was cancelled.
                                  At the time of order cancelling no where mentioned/not got any pop-up saying the entire amount will be charged as cancellation fee charge. Hence i have processed with order cancellation.

                                  After order cancelled, i didn't get any kind of refund amount i have paid for the order.

                                  The amount is so much need for me. Request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    This incident had taken place a couple of times by now. I had ordered food form Swiggy but due to the error in payment, the money was debited but the order was not confirmed.                                       I ordered food from the Swiggy App on 18/05/2021 at 6:33 PM from the restaurant Al Baike Arabecue (A-1/15, Sector H, Aliganj, Lucknow) with the order number ORDER #[protected]. The order included the items Chicken Burger(4pcs or servings), Chicken Wings(4pcs or servings), Potato Fries Regular(2 servings) and Cold Drink(x4) for a total of Rs. 449. The order was delivered to me at 7:55 PM and had several missing items. The Cold Drinks x4 and the Potato French Fries x2 were missing from the order that was delivered. I contacted for help the customer support provided on the app for such incidents but the customer support was not willing to provide me a refund for the missing items which I paid for but never recieved.
                                      The desirable resolution which I demand from the company for their inadequate delivery of services they are legally obliged to provide, is the whole amount of the money I paid(Rs. 449) for the order in cash or credit, not in kind(coupons, etc.) in any way.
