    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

    The issue that I have experienced was: 1) I ordered for 1kg mutton b but what I received id less than 1 kg..it must be 500gms.
    2) I also ordered for mutton soup bones but what I received was scrap bones (small pieces of ribs + some choped small bones) which can only be fed to dogs. It was stale and full of black and white hair.
    I paid tot of ₹1339 for this order. I first raised my concern via swiggy app on the help option and also sent pics but the rep with whom I chatted with was not helpful he simply told feedback will be taken but money can not be refunded.

    It occurred on: 14/02/2021

    I want a refund of my money
    Swiggy should remove this vendor from their list for spoiling the reputation and for taking customers and their order for granted

      Address: Incidence occurred at a petrol bunk in Teynampet, Chennai.

      We were riding our car out of the petrol bunk in Teynampet, Chennai. One of your Delivery man tried to squeeze through a narrow gap besides our turning car and he lost his balance and fumbled. Then with anger he kicked and hit our car very roughly and also shouted some slang words waving his hand when we took his photo by which we understood that " You complain to whomever you want. I don't care ". We are greatly disappointed with his behavior.

          But while receiving the order 2 and 3 missing, and explained the same to delivery executive as well he told that log ticket in swiggy app, but last 2 days didn't get proper response and now they are telling can't refund my money.

                      I had ordered 8 PC Hot & Crispy Chicken with additional French fries and Pepsi Pet Bottle worth 113.33 and 57.14 INR respectively. I didn't receive the Pepsi whereas I had received only the chicken and Fries.
                      Such Pathetic behavior wasn't much anticipated.
                      Requests immediate refund of the Pepsi amount.

                          Have had a number of issues with swiggy before, but today's episode was a nail in the coffin. I ordered for 8 rotis but was delivered ONLY 1.When I called the customer service, they say that I need to write an email to them and someone would reach out to me in the next 7-8 hours - after which I can have my "dinner". Absolutely no way to treat your customers! When someone orders for food, it is expected we receive the correct order/quantity and if we don't, it is swiggy's responsibility to make it right. I was instead simply told that "someone will respond to your mail in 7-8 hours" ( no one cares about your dinner ma'am!) . This is the last time I will ever use your horrible services.

                                I had made an order on swiggy website on 19 february at 10.30 pm and the money for my order got debited .The total amount was 360 ruppees and the food was not delivered saying the payment status incomplete but my banks says it's been successfully credited to beneficiary account .Please get me back my money .It's already been debited from my account .The order number is #[protected].

                                Very quick resolution .I am truly impressed .I had contacted the swiggy support saying money has been debited and in a while I got a updated message in my active refunds column on my swiggy page and prompt message saying refund has been intiated and it will reflect within 2 hours and I got the money back instantly .Extremely good service. I had a similar experience with Zomato but such a horrible customer service.ZOMATO IS REALLY FAILING ON ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE .Keep it up swiggy .

                                  Now I have Oder ([protected])placed.
                                  Food quality is very bad, now I'm call your customer care executive and tell him all details about this food . He told me please send me email your problem.

                                  So my problem with food quality. Matter paneer is very salty and only 4 pic paneer and Tandoori roti is very very hard . I want to return this order. but how return this order ? I'm happy with Swiggy delivery. But now I have decided in future no any order placed with Swiggy, because same problem 2nd time with me, Now I want return this order and I want my money back . This restaurant wrong with me . What is this food ?

                                    Twice a week I will order through Swiggy but how come the delivery boy text me at night on whatsapp when I haven't ordered.

                                    Approx 2:40pm I have ordered biryani and delivery boy asked me payment done or not I said payment is done through Gpay n he asked my no I thought he would check whether the payment done or not later at approx 8pm I got a text on whatsapp.

                                    Swiggy is no more safe it has no privacy and security. Teach a lesson to delivery boy.

                                    And what rubbish there is no number available to complaint[protected] given no isn't reachable. In help chat we don't have option to complaint against on delivery boy.

                                      To whom this may concern,
                                      I placed an order on 17th February, 2021 from Wow! Momo, Behala(order number- [protected]). Delivery executive: SOMNATH DAS. The delivery executive didn't reach my location and stood 2 minutes away from my location and he didn't recieve my calls. I had to walk up to him after 45 minutes to get my order. He gave me my order. When I confronted why didn't he call me, he snatched the food. He cancelled the order in front of me and said do whatever you can. He said "I'm from this locality and I'll beat you up, you won't be able to do anything ". I was threatened. When I asked for the food he pushed me against a wall. He called his friends and asked them to come to the scene to beat me up.
                                      This matter needs to be addressed and strict action has to be taken against the delivery executive. Name of delivery executive is SOMNATH DAS.
                                      Attached is the screenshot of the name and phone number of the delivery executive. I appeal for strict punishment for such an act or I'll file a legal complaint against the delivery executive and Swiggy for such a serious offense.

                                        Hi CEO,

                                        I am an owner at Chapalele, a small cafe startup. I have complained swiggy about various issues and is not resolved yet, here an small example for the same- I am selling THE BEST burgers in town and I see my thumbnail in swiggy with some random ### dumpling picture which I asked to change for more then thrice and no actions been taken yet. As I see geting my cafe not taking a chance to stand for whatever ### is happening, also it takes 2, 3 days to get the price changed of my menu.
                                        Kindly also let me know if there is any area manager who can help me out right tomorrow, or I really want to get of the platform, cause I see zero CUSTOMERs for the day. Swiggy is not a platform for resturants anymore, I would rate 1* as a partner with swiggy. Kindly please help me to get the issue resolved ASAP or get me off Swiggy, will better get my own delivery team arranged.
