Order Cancelled and No Refund

I had ordered food through online app swiggy on 17 may 2021 at around 8 pm. I made the online payment of Rs. 1492/- towards the bill and the same successfully debited from my account and the order was also accepted from swiggy. I received a call from swiggy delivery executive at around 8: 30 pm that due the current situation the order is taking time but he has reached the restaurant and will deliver the order as soon as possible.     I had order food today at approx 9pm from swiggy chaska restuarant which is nearly 5-6 kms from my location. I received a message from swiggy at 9:56 pm the food has been delivered but actually it was not. I called the delivery executive many times he was just giving me excuses like i forget the route, i came to some other place by mistake.
    When i asked why have you pressed delivered food option from app when it’s not been delivered yet he told me that it was done by mistake !! Okay I accepted it and i started telling him my location verbally through call . Then after 15 mins, from his location delivery address is near around 2kms i.e., hardly 10 mins from 2 wheeler. I called him again to know where he is. He gave me another reason that his bike stopped due to low fuel and previously 10-15 mins back i called him he told me he was at gas station & now he’s telling me that he is having low gas in his bike. I myself drove my car to his place and asked him for my order by showing my order id. Then he said he does not have my food with him & he’s not carrying my food. Also he has consumed alcohol and smoking weed in front of me that delivery guy was unable to stand straight and was unable to drive his bike carefully while he was leaving from there we noticed.
    And one more thing, he said his bike has no fuel but he started his bike in front o[censored]s and left !! If his bike has not fuel how did his bike started ? I’m really pissed of with the behaviour of delivery executive as he was drunked smoking weed in front of me and has not delivered my order I’m still sleeping empty stomach.

      Hello sir/ma'am,

      I was supposed to receive a refund of Rs. 134 from Swiggy between 10th and 14th May 2021, but I have not received it till now.

      They said they have sent the amount... but it is not showing in my account.

      Hi there, I can check that a refund of Rs.134/- was processed on May 07, 2021 from our end and the same should have reflected in your source account by now. If you have not received the refund yet then I would suggest you to contact the bank.         Order #[protected]

        The order was automatically cancelled by Swiggy after it was delayed. But the delivery person came after a long delay and delivered food and we paid him. He assured that he will notify Swiggy and pay accordingly. But when we tried to order again last week Swiggy is indicating that we never paid and they will not allow us to order again without paying the amount we paid the delivery person. I wanted to add this complaint to not get money from Swiggy. But the shady business they are conducting using crooked drivers. They should be help accountable for their actions.

          I ordered one Jack Daniels from Maharaja Shop, Dumdum, Kolkata on May 8th, 10.57am . Money was deducted Rs5870/- but no order was processed in the app. Today is May 18th the amount has not been refunded. Did swiggy chat multiple times they said it will be credited within 7business days.

            By mistake order was placed and immediately the order was cancelled.
            At the time of order cancelling no where mentioned/not got any pop-up saying the entire amount will be charged as cancellation fee charge. Hence i have processed with order cancellation.

            After order cancelled, i didn't get any kind of refund amount i have paid for the order.

            The amount is so much need for me. Request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

            That will be a great help

              This incident had taken place a couple of times by now. I had ordered food form Swiggy but due to the error in payment, the money was debited but the order was not confirmed. Though I called their helpline and sought help, they just said that the money would be refunded within 7 days but till date I haven't received a single penny. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                I ordered food from the Swiggy App on 18/05/2021 at 6:33 PM from the restaurant Al Baike Arabecue (A-1/15, Sector H, Aliganj, Lucknow) with the order number ORDER #[protected]. The order included the items Chicken Burger(4pcs or servings), Chicken Wings(4pcs or servings), Potato Fries Regular(2 servings) and Cold Drink(x4) for a total of Rs. 449. The order was delivered to me at 7:55 PM and had several missing items. The Cold Drinks x4 and the Potato French Fries x2 were missing from the order that was delivered. I contacted for help the customer support provided on the app for such incidents but the customer support was not willing to provide me a refund for the missing items which I paid for but never recieved.
                The desirable resolution which I demand from the company for their inadequate delivery of services they are legally obliged to provide, is the whole amount of the money I paid(Rs. 449) for the order in cash or credit, not in kind(coupons, etc.) in any way.

                  My order hasn't been delivered by Swiggy, customer care has accepted to refund the order amount to source account but they did credit Swiggy coupon. Several attempts to get the issue resolved by contacting chat support and email support went in vane. Received standard answer that they already have processed the coupon and they can't revert it. It's so disgusting that they are forcing the customer use their services like this. The coupon comes with an expiry date and a lot of conditions whereas my money doesn't, provided they did process refund.

                    Refund is not credited into my account

                    Restaurant has cancelled my order but I didn't get my money back for my two orders..Swiggy said that money has refunded but it is almost 14 days..it is not reflected in my account..and bank representative also said that they could not help in this matter..What should I do Now..my order no is for RS 1310 is[protected] and for RS 990 is[protected]...

                    I ordered groceries from swiggy app and the payment has been deducted twice from my Amazon pay account. I have been calling the customer care and they are refusing to issue the refund but kept informing to wait for 7 days. It's more than 10 days now and I haven't received a refund. I am writing emails which is being ignored as well . They haven't replied to the emails even though after sending multiple follow up emails. The best part is their ceo is also part of the scams that swiggy does as he is also ccd in the emails.

                      I have made a purchase on 1st May for grocery and made payment using Amazon pay . The payment has been deducted twice from Amazon pay . I contacted swiggy customer care and they informed that the payment will be refunded in 5 to 7 days. It's not yet refunded to my amazon pay account. Contact# [protected]

                        Refund of cancellation charges

                        I cancelled the order as Swiggy was not a to provide an early delivery due to whatever reasons. The chat bot automatically selected options to cancel the order though I did not accept any cancellation charges. I need a refund of the whole money as there was no order received from you by me. I need a refund of the 1011/- asap. This is cheating against customers and their loyalty. I always face so many issues with swiggy but I'm not going to...

                        I placed order of 1 kg rohu fish which was on offer .I paid for it, it was received, delivery boy was on his way to pick up the order.As soon as he reached, the order was cancelled from their end saying item was unavailable.When I checked up for next 2 hours, it was showing available if opted for, 500 kg twice .how is it possible that 1 kg fish was not available and same was available @500 gm twice .Thsi clearly shows that Swiggy cancelled my order to cover up their own technical glitch in misleading pricing of the product .Next 2 hours, customer care executives swapped places but did not resolve my complaint.This is mental agony and clear cheating . Please look forward to resolve this.

                          Hi team,

                          I have a complaint against a swiggy delivery boy. He was working in our hotel and also a swiggy delivery boy. We had given him accommodation also . The accommodation was common for all workers who was working in our hotel. He has stolen two of my phone one is Samsung Galaxy A6+ and Redmi pro 6. He is using that phone for swiggy delivery. I have my gmail account logged in it so I can track his location. Yesterday night his location was traced near Iblur junction and then black pearl restaurant and then near marathahalli. And then the phone was switched off near Ecospace skywalk, sarjapur outer ring road.
                          Please help me in this.

                              They are in the delivery industry taking responsibility of customer service and charge extraa amount for the same, every single order if it is one kg only then also they charge more than 50 rupees for deivery + taxes and service amount also .after that also I face a very bad experience I have ordered food today itself at 8.44 pm .its shows me for delivery time of 40 minutes, now it's already 50 minutes completed and they are showing me again 37 minutes to delivery and that is also increasing everytjme when I refresh the page and there is no one for service...

                                I’m started using Swiggy couple a days ago. Since then 3 orders has been placed. Out of 3 orders only 1 of them has been processed. Very disappointing with them. Swiggy app shows status as order received but merchant (Licious) said they do not received the order from Swiggy. Im not getting my order but amount has been deducted. When contacted them they told me to write an email and person will revert in 2-4hrs. I felt i’m wasting my time with Swiggy. Attached the snap shot of my conversation with Swiggy support team. Kindly take a look and take required action.

                                  Swiggy company follow unethical policy which harssment to all customer . swiggy par order karo and resturent wrong item delivery karte hai then swiggy par complain kare to write we need 6-8 hrs for investigation and case mark closed by chat team. and said drop the mail at [protected]@swiggy, in, after that 6-8 they send mail to customer we can't compenstion i register feedback for wrong deliver i serve in better in future. when ask for refund the money they not reply regading this and just one thing reply drop mail again
                                  i not received my refund yet for incoorect order delivery. 48 hrs gone but not received any call from swiggy. and they also not provide replacement option to customer. order id[protected] date 2may. i drop 50times mail but not received my refund yet.
                                  i strongly recommed to all people don't give order on swiggy which cheat with customer and not refund money for wrong order delivery, not respose to customer, not replace the order. no refund money. and support to restrurent who delivery wrong food to customer.
                                  and after wrong order delivery when customer complain they said wait 6-8 hrs. i ask all swiggy member and their managment and co-founder meantime customer 6-8hrs tak bhuke rahe. then reply we cant refund ur money why u not reply whom give refund. customer ne swiggy se order kiya to swiggy ko hi refund dena hoga reply cleary answer of this question. sharm karo swiggy valo. chor company cheat to customer and follow unethical policy.
                                  once again don't give order on swiggy untill they not change their policy and real time solution given to customer.
