On 14 November 2020, I had placed an order from a Swiggy Access Kitchen restaurant, Haldiram's. I had ordered four items - 1 Khatta Meetha 175gms, 2 packets of All In One 200 gms, and 1 Khatta Meetha 175gms. Only 3 items were delivered instead of 3. I was delivered only one packet of All In One 200 gms instead of the two I had ordered. I complained with unassailable proof - an "unboxing" video, photos, and screenshots. Instead of apologizing for the issue caused and creating a new order to deliver the undelivered product, two Swiggy executives, Roniki Asaf and Manpreet Kaur, insinuated me of committing fraud and closed the issue. I want the missing order delivered to me or refund for the item should be fully processed.
