        I ordered 2 combos( which includes 1 mint lime and 1 lime) + extra 5 porottas+ 1 lime and mint lime...
        Order numb 2353 dated 02/12/2020
        karthik ks delivered the food...
        Instead of 2 mint lime and 2 lime they delivered only 1 lime and 1 mint lime...
        Immediately after delivery I noticed it.. and I called them but the response from the garam masala hotel, kesadasapuram trivandrum kerala was very pathetic... they cut the phone 3 times...
        Also the delivery boy karthik kS called them... but the response also same.. finally again I called them... they will finally responded they will look into issue and deliver the missed item... but response again was pathetic
        Quantity and quality of the food also was very poor...
        We are ordering food from hotels by trusting swiggy... but hotelier response was very poor... please look into issue and solve it...

          I ordered some food items of sum of Rs. 612.00 from swiggy app at vizag (order id - [protected]) . The delivery guy came to a wrong which is far away from my address. When i gave the correct address (address correctly specified on the app during order) he refused to come and telling me to come at his location to recieve the food. After lot of coversation on phone with your agent, i came out to take away my parcel from agent, in the meanwhile swiggy cancelled my order giving reason that i am failed to contact their delivery executive and deduct my whole amount as cancellation fees which is ridiculous...We didnt receive food and had to pay full money. If customer have to come to your delivery agent location to collect the food then what the use of ordering food online. For your information i was in contact with your delivery agent since the order picked from the hotel.



          A early effort in this regard is highly appreciated.

            I have ordered sweet from my registered mobile number [protected] for an occasion . It was scheduled to be delivered by 0700 pm but i have received order on 0755 pm. After talking to customer support executive they gave unsatisfactory reply and asked to accept a coupon of rs 50. Due to the ongoing curfew in Rajasthan the party finished at 0730 pm. I felt sorry for the sweet to my guests and still i haven't opened the package. My order id is [protected]. Please look into the matter for sympathetic action.

              Horrible horrible and terrible service. The giy who had to come for the delivery couldn't come 5 mins more thn the location. Like is there anythng that bothers u so much. If a single single thing anboys you so much thn why do u even give out service
              The guy literally said TO COME N TAKE N IF NOT THN HE DOESN'T CARE...!!!

                I ordered a waffle from a restaurant.The waffle was stale, smelt bad and tasted bad. Immediately I raised a complaint with Swiggy for Bad quality /stale food delivery.

                This is what Swiggy replied, "
                Having gone through your email, we see that you reported having received poor quality food on this order. Since the restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation of the food, we will be unable to compensate you for this issue."

                This is their response to stale food served on their site to their loyal customers

                  I have ordered food worth Rs. 631 in swiggy on 24th nov 2020. I have waited for long time. Then got one message "your order has cancelled since failed to respond to the delivery executive's phone call and Rs. 631 will be charged as cancellation fee". But i haven't received any call as the phone was with me all the time at full range location. I want the money back or the food.

                    I have ordered biryani and roti, but received only biryani. when i check with customer care they simply initated for refund.
                    actual cost is 300 but refunded only 282, why 12.00 is not refunded???
                    i have not received the food and why should i bear the loos????

                    in this way how much swiggy has collected is unimaginable..

                      I order food from karims with help of Swiggy app.. but they ordered me bad quality of food because of which we feel uncomfortable and vomit too.. when I raised a complaint regarding this on swiggy they people say sorry and refund me only 252 rs only ... I pay 840 rs to these guys and they not going to return my whole money back... plz help me out for this and I request u to help me for getting my money back

                        Products missing are as follows

                        Cadbury Gems - 2 nos.
                        Coconut - 1 no. (ordered 2)
                        Country Egg - 6 nos. x2 (I've received white eggs instead which is not acceptable. I do not consume this product. You may take back this product. It's stored in my refrigerator)

                        I have attached photographs of the order and a screenshot from my phone for your reference.

                        Issue was raised from swiggy app. I was asked to send an email. 3 emails have been sent so far. Ticket closed by swiggy without resolving the issue. Looks like they have found a new way of cheating.

                        Product - Papaya
                        Issue - Received in a pulpy state. Fully damaged.

                        Raised the issue. Again asked to send an email. The same story continues.

                        Please think twice before ordering from these people. I am done with swiggy for good. If someone from swiggy is reading this, please stop taking advantage of the pandemic situation and cheat us. It is our hard earned money that we pay you. Take this message to the concerned.

                        NOTE: I have not received a bill from the store.

Payment (via PayTm through CitiBank card) done but order was not created. since every day i chat with customer care people they say amount will be refunded in next 24 hours.. everyday same answer.. they are fooling me.. swiggy is a fraud company

                            I have placed order in swiggy on 5th nov'20 at 12am. By mistake I have selected my brother location but it is hardly 500 meters from my location. Executive called me so I told him what happened he said ok come and collect the order.
                            Immediately I have tried calling him to know where exactly he was, but started disconnecting my call and after 5 min, he cancelled the order.
                            When I have tried reaching customer care they said will check and take necessary action in 48 hours.
                            After that several times I wrote mail to them and their response was pathetic.
                            And the expected call back was not made so far.
                            They don't even have regret for what was happened. Instead of taking action against him they simply supported him. I had faced issue for consecutive 3 orders, still they don't bother to correct their mistakes.

                              Order Number:[protected], ordered on 15/November/2020 around 17:30 PM. Order value INR 741 + 50 rupees delivery fee.
                              Swiggy cancelled order at 19:03

                              Here is the complaint:
                              The products ordered were groceries, but they were not delivered to me. Swiggy cancelled the order mentioning that swiggy called me. But I did not get the call from Swiggy (maybe network issue). the delivery address was clear. Swiggy is refusing to either give the products to me (I offered to collect from their hub also if needed since amount is big). Swiggy is also not willing to give refund amount... the amount got paid, products not delivered and no option to collect my own products from anywhere. I reachedswiggy at 19:12, and deliveyr boy was nearby but they were not willing to tell the delivery boy to just handover the items. I feel this is cheating

                                Swiggy giving a worst service now a days. Not properly replying to customers even i am a swiggy super member. I purchased swiggy membership but very worst experience every time. Food midsing, low quality food, but no response.

                                    I ordered food worth 530 rupees from swiggy and it was delivered successfully and i paid full in cash.
                                    But because i failed to pick up one call from the valet they cancelled the order on their own and are now demanding me to pay Cancellation Fee for an order that i've already PAID FOR IN FULL BY CASH.

                                    Their customer care is no help what so ever and keeps saying they can't do anything about it

                                    The Swiggy valet cancelled the order then took full payment as well. This way they can cheat everyone by making them pay the bill multiple times.
                                    This is a very anti customer policy as they cancel the order without even confirming it with the customer first. I want the Cancellation fee revoked.

                                      On 14 November 2020, I had placed an order from a Swiggy Access Kitchen restaurant, Haldiram's. I had ordered four items - 1 Khatta Meetha 175gms, 2 packets of All In One 200 gms, and 1 Khatta Meetha 175gms. Only 3 items were delivered instead of 3. I was delivered only one packet of All In One 200 gms instead of the two I had ordered. I complained with unassailable proof - an "unboxing" video, photos, and screenshots. Instead of apologizing for the issue caused and creating a new order to deliver the undelivered product, two Swiggy executives, Roniki Asaf and Manpreet Kaur, insinuated me of committing fraud and closed the issue. I want the missing order delivered to me or refund for the item should be fully processed.

                                        The bread with a meal and separately provided to us was smelling very bad. Even Taste is extremely bad. Food Quality is very bad and we could not be able to eat it. Even in the morning, the food is kept is as like delivered to us. We don't want to eat that kind of food and get food poisoned. The resolution provided to use was some coupon of value lesser than paid amount. I can't eat coupons and I was needed food at that point in time. I request to kindly refund the amount in swiggy money or in my bank account
