For order number #[protected]: the delivery executive assigned by swiggy didn't move or pick up from his place for 1 hour. After waiting for 1 hour, i reached out to swiggy support on app and twitter. A support executive was assigned after waiting another 20 minutes and i received my food almost 2 hours after ordering.

As per swiggy rule a delivery agent should wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the delivery to actually take place. My order was canceled prior to 15 minutes time frame and charged my order full amount as cancellation fee, when I actually tried contacting the delivery agent before 15 minutes of time frame I was made unable to contact the delivery agent and there is no such proper medium to make a call from the customer side. I placed an order on order on swiggy and after a while they cancelled the order saying my number was unreachable, which it was not. Now they have charged me full amount for cancellations and are refusing to give me my money back. Even if they couldn't reach me on my phone they could have easily brought the food uoto my place...

money deducted through amazon pay but food order was not completed.

On 27 aug 2020, i was ordering the food from swiggy and the food order was not completed but the money got deducted through amezonpay (Rs.620). Instantly i received the msg that it will be refund soon but not refunded yet. I was so many times call and chat with swiggy customer support but they not able to provide any solution or refund yet.
Kindly help me to short out this.

Cockroach in delivered food, complete refund not provided.

I ordered breakfast from bib-english breakfast in the box via swiggy on august 28th at 8am. There was a cockroach in the mushroom item provided in the breakfast. It was really disgusting and i could not eat any part of the food and had to throw out the entire food item. I complained to swiggy and asked for a refund. Abusing me and refuse to refund my money

Regarding coupon

Need to know when we use birthday as a coupon code and its shows you have an off for rs 75 then why in bills its showing
Rs 74.99
We pay taxes fully whether it is in any amount of paise then why in our coupons code it showing 74.99.

I have been charged 100% cancellation fee

I ordered an item through their app but of some reason i mistakely ordered another item so then i want to cancel it, but the order wasn't prepared and the customer care kept asking me they will 100%cancellation fee which i didn't understand at that time.
I will not ask my refund if the order was prepared or out for delivery because it will be the loss of restaurant but in my condition that's not the case...

A pre-paid order was not delivered but the order status was shown as delivered. Swiggy was unable to provide any assistance and they stated that the address that I provided was wrong. This was not the first time I ordered on Swiggy and numerous previous orders were delivered correctly to my address saved in the Swiggy App....

Delivery failed

Ok, so I have been a loyal customer to Swiggy until today.

I had ordered lunch. After 1 hour post ordering, nobody came - ok - sometimes there are delays accepted.

Refund not initiated in due time

Inappropriate cancellation charges

I ordered a cake on 5th aug from swiggy of rs 185. Due to the nature of the cake including egg i had to cancel the order and i put my request for cancellation of order immediately but as the customer care of swiggy took too long to come to chat, i had to wait for some time to cancel my order. Poor delivery standards

Today the delivery was brought in torn condition with food spilling over. The delivery boy was not even apologetic instead he was arrogant.
