On 1st April 2021 i had cancelled an order cause the delivery boy had not been able to deliver for whatever reason and i was suppose to get the full refund as they said. In refund status its showing me that the refund process is complete but when i checked my bank account i havent got the money back in reality. I asked customer support and they told me to wait for 7 working days but i am not satisfied with this considering they said i was suppose to be refunded on the same day of cancellation. Please i want the refund. I hope swiggy stays honest. The details about my order is given in the picture

    Deliver an unhygienic food and their delivery boy was also not wearing any gloves or mask, so I haven't consume the food, when contacted to swiggy customer care, they accept their mistake and forcely provide me discount coupons by saying that they are unable to process the refund. They have not mention the reason why they are not able to process the refund to me.

        I would like to inform you that from last 15days my swiggy account on mobile no.[protected] is deactivated without my knowledge after giving several times complaint at the customer care email Id the response had came that my swiggy account will be reactivated within 5buissness days but till now it was not reactivated.Kindly help me with this matter please.             I made an order with Swiggy on 28th March. My order ID for the same is [protected]. The order was placed for 3kg dhokla for which I paid prior online. Later on after a few minutes I called the restaurant to tell them to pack them separately and to make 1kg packets each. I was then told that they are only delivery 300gms of Dhokla and not 3kgs. I then asked to delivery boy to check the weight first and only deliver me if it is complete 3kgs, else you also do not need to pick the order from the restaurant as his device was also reflecting 3kgs of dhokla ordered. Later on I got a call from Manav from the swiggy Delivery team saying that the restaurant is denying and they could only deliver 300gms in this price and I was asked by him that the amount I paid is for 300gms dhokla and it was a technical error that less amount was reflecting. I denied and said, that I have sufficient screenshots and I need my order. They insisted on refunding my money after half an hour was already gone. I didn't agree and demanded for order on which they themselves said that we are cancelling the order and I said that I'm not looking to cancel or to get a refund just give me the food promised. On which he said that you should speak on the chat window with the customer care. I went on the chat window, wrote a text and immediately he called again and said that I'm cancelling your order and refunding your amount. I kept saying that I do not need a refund. He didn't listen, just gave his information and disconnected the call. After that I landed back to the chat window and showed them screenshots to which they replied that the item was not available with the restaurant and that's why they cancelled the order. I said that I didn't want this. This is without my concent. They have a policy that if I do not cancel my order within 60 seconds of making it, then I can not cancel it and I've to bear the charge, whatsoever happens. But herein they have a win win situation always. This is a service industry and they are not even listening to me. Just sent a notification that your money will be sent to the source account within 5-7 business days. Companies like this are fraud and I want strict action against them. They are making fake promises first and when they are not able to fulfil them, they just do with whatever they are benefitted. They do not even listen to the customer.

              Ordered food today in swiggy out of 4 items one item spoiled.

              Spoiled item is BBQ chicken half..smelling and not able to keep it in mouth.. hotel star briyani, rajakilappakam. Please take action. Smelling badly.. kids are here and how can you give this food.

                  I had ordered sandwiches from swiggy today but the delivery boy was at some other place instead of delivering to the adress where I wanted .. when contacted to helpline number, they said that there is mismatch in location .                     I ordered normal thali from swiggy from punjabi dhba restaurat his location is in mayur vihar they gave m.two ricebowls with out dal then i raised a complaint against this order and called to punjabi dhaba restaurant he said please call to swiggy after that i talk with customer executice he said hotel.and our delivery prtner cnt pick calls and cut my call please black list specially this restaurant nd then this app worst service worst management.

                      My Order #[protected] had missing item, i sent picture of my package recived, asked them to talk to their delivery boy as I asked him when he delivered it to me, but had marked delivered. Now the remaining item oil was filled in the vegetable and roti was burnt, both images attached and swiggy email support says they can't verify my claim. How come this happen...they have become so desparate that they will not return people's money whether they do thier work or not.

                        SWIGGY - MONEY DEBITED but order was not processed

                            I received only one order. I have been chasing this order with the support team on a mobile app. They mention that they are not able to refund the amount and I need to check that with the Bank.
                            after multiple follow-ups they said I should contact support mail-id. I sent all the details to their support mail id on 6th Dec 2020. Initially they acknowledge the mistake. There was no response after that. After multiple follow-ups they mentioned that they cannot do it.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: 1) I ordered for 1kg mutton b but what I received id less than 1 kg..it must be 500gms.
                                  2) I also ordered for mutton soup bones but what I received was scrap bones (small pieces of ribs + some choped small bones) which can only be fed to dogs. It was stale and full of black and white hair.
                                  I paid tot of ₹1339 for this order. I first raised my concern via swiggy app on the help option and also sent pics but the rep with whom I chatted with was not helpful he simply told feedback will be taken but money can not be refunded.

                                  It occurred on: 14/02/2021

                                  I want a refund of my money
                                  Swiggy should remove this vendor from their list for spoiling the reputation and for taking customers and their order for granted

                                    Address: Incidence occurred at a petrol bunk in Teynampet, Chennai.

                                    We were riding our car out of the petrol bunk in Teynampet, Chennai. One of your Delivery man tried to squeeze through a narrow gap besides our turning car and he lost his balance and fumbled. Then with anger he kicked and hit our car very roughly and also shouted some slang words waving his hand when we took his photo by which we understood that " You complain to whomever you want. I don't care ". We are greatly disappointed with his behavior.
