We placed order and were waiting for delivery for one and half hours. The delivery person did not come. The contact no of the delivery person given on your app was switched off. Your customer care executive spoke to me twice. He too was not able to contact the delivery person and kept me on hold for 3 minutes. He too gave up. Since i had to go out for prayer, i told your executive not to deliver and cancel the order. We wanted the food for party and due to your unprofessional service, we had to suffer.
I received sms saying we are charging rs. 242 for cancelling the order. This is nonsense.in fact you should compensate me for not supplying my order.

    We ordered food at 11:20 pm from urban dhaba via swiggy. But we did not recieved the order till 12 o clock. We tried to contact the delivery boy but his number was out of reach. The no. Is [protected] and his name is vivek. Now when we ask for full refund of rs 137 but they are giving only 68 rs as redund. When we asked them the reason, they justified that they made contavt with us but we did not respond. But we did not recieve any call. Kindly look into thus matter.

      Hi
      I have ordered food today it was from restaurant karahi kitchen kormangala bangalore. The food was full of oil and one small chunk of chicken and i have paid delivery charge 52 rs total food was after coupon code 152 rs. May be its nothing for swiggy but its something. These ppl denied to take complaint as well. They haven't refund money.in the end i went to have food again its charge me again.

        I ordered a dosa at around 8 p. M. And the delivery did not come till 9 p. M. The delivery executive kept telling me that he is on the way and then finally around 9:20 p. M. He said the order has been cancelled. We kept explaining the way to the executive but it did not help and my mother who was hungry had to wait for us to go to another outlet to get a dosa for her and finally give it to her at 10 p. M. The customer care of swiggy also charged me cancellation charges for no fault of mine. The delivery executive informed that we didn't answer his calls inspite of speaking so many times to us.
        Really disappointed with this whole thing.
        Have been a very regular customer of swiggy and now won't use swiggy at all.

          spillage in the order

          Order was placed on 24 dec, 2019.
          I have received a spilled pizza. I have attached a image with this email. This pizza is not edible anymore. I want a refund for this incident. This is most probably the fault of the delivery agent of swiggy and i have not gotten any satisfactory response from swiggy team....

          Swiggy has blocked my number citing that i have made financial frauds with them. I have asked them to give me the details, they could not give. They are not reinstating my account and asking me to change the number and email id to register. I don't want to change my mobile number just to create another account with them. The last conversation from them is on dec 20th 2018 and they did not respond to it after that. I have attached the screenshot of the last conversation i had with them.

          My account has been reactivated now. Even though I was told that it is impossible to reactivate my account, I am quite sure it can be done because it's not some rocket science. And also as they are not at all able to find out and give me any evidence of the security threat I have caused to them, they have to reactivate my account and they did it. I appreciate their efforts, even though it is very much delayed. Better late than never. I have got responses from [email protected]. I am not if I can give the person's name here. And also I have lodged a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ after which I have got the resolution.

            We ordered 19 boxes of biryani from behrouz for our christmas party in office at 12:00pm. The order was ready by 12:20pm as confirmed by the restaurant but the swiggy rider was unable to carry them as it was a big packet.

            Issue was raised to swiggy at 12:30pm, and for the next 2 hour, they just kept on changing the rider, without understanding the issue. After the 4th allocated rider denied the order quoting the same issue, i talked to him directly and requested him to take a three wheeler and deliver the order. He agreed and i paid him additional rs 200 in cash and finally we got our food at 3pm. The same, which was packed at 12:20pm. Needless to say, the taste was ruined, and so was our party.

            During this period, i interacted with 4-5 ppl from swiggy, on call as well as chat, and all were a bunch o[censored]seless ppl with scripted answers. When asked to connect with some senior, the response was that there was no senior on the floor.

            Great services swiggy! Keep doing the same and you would be doomed sooner than you would know.

              I ordered veg biriyani rice and resturant given rice from non veg biriyani rice when i complained about it over swiggy they started giving computer generated reply to this email or over chat but they were not ready to refund my money and neither they were ready to give feedback to restaurants i told them you guys should take an action against them as its wrong how they can give non veg while we order veg

                I received order completely spillage and packaging .
                Hence other items are impacted badly and It was not able to eat. as consequences i did not have food

                PFA pic of effected packaging.

                I need immediate resolution on this .. while i raised this concern to Swiggy support they are denied for any compensation. i have beard monetary loss due to leakage food and food not used so i should get refund my amount.

                  I have ordered for a pizza from a top rating restaurant named John Carlos...and I paid 152rs after discount... I am so excited about my pizza because this is the first i have ordered from a never tasted restaurant just by seeing the ratings ... But when i recieved the pizza.. i felt thugged because it was cold and the veggies were staled, , the smell was very bad from the pizza. And i had to dump it.. because it was enough to make some sick and make hospitalize..but the actual disappointed thing was the response of swiggy team ... He just apologize and refund my only half money.. waste my 1hour... Without any replacement... This is not the first time swiggy do this... The service is very bad and unprofessional... The cc response is not satisfactory.. they send me the repeated msgs...i am totally disappointed with the services

                    I had the worst experience with swiggy last night. I ordered food from swiggy and got wrong order delivered from swiggy twice. I am tired to explain the same issue again and again to swiggy support team but there is no productive response except apology i got from them. I am attaching all the screenshots of the chat. I did not eat the food. I want them to arrange a pickup of this wastage for which i paid 467 rs. And refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I have attached all the screen shots of the conversation. I have ordered tandoori roti and they delivered khamiri roti twice and said then can not do anything in this matter. I have ordered tandoori roti. I don't like khamiri roti but they forcefully delivered it and said they can not refund me. The other items quality was very which I have through just now. I am feeling extremely cheated. I am attaching the screen shot of my order.                       23rd december;

                      My order continuously 2 times in a day got cancelled and they dont even bother to explain to customers. They just ask customers to cancel their order!!!

                      How can you ask your customer to cancel the order?

                      Md faizan ahmed answered our call and not even trying to resolve the issue he asked us to cancel the order.

                      Not even compensation provided by swiggy for so much inconvenience.
                      Do you think money is water that you can keep deducting from ppl's bank account n then put them back? Do you take these issues seriously? What are the resolutions for these kind of issues? Why cutomer service quality is still soooo low?

                        Greetings of the day.

                        I am writing this to report an issue of food quality and quantity of my food orders from swiggy. It's been more than enough times that my value of money has gone down and swiggy fails to accept their fault and in providing me a satisfactory resolution. I have spent at least 15-20 grand in the past few weeks in ordering food from the app in illness and i have been conned everytime. After a series of conversation that i had with the swiggy support on chats, calls and even on mail regarding the issue and demanding an adequate resolution for the same, i'm deeply disappointed with the response i have got.
                        The concern raised was regarding the missing ordered food items and quality issues.
                        I'm writing this letter to demand a refund for the same. I'm not at all satisfied with the resolution that the mail support of swiggy had given to me previously. I had a conversation with a person who says he is the manager from the call support team, going by the name dev and he mentioned that it's not in his power to initiate a refund and only the mail support can do the stance required.
                        He asked to me write a mail to the support team again regarding this and tell them to initiate the refund required.

                        I, hereby, request you to take necessary actions regarding the issue i have faced and initiate a refund of the money amount that has gone to waste.
                        The amount which was spent on the entire food orders was at least around 15-20 grand.

                          Hi, we have ordered an item with id:[protected] (From yum yum tree restaurant). A few minutes later we find the status of the order like cancelled. We tried to reach to the customer service and they replied as if they tried to reach and the order is cancelled from their end. The also added as we willbe refunded with half of the money due to this. To be frank, we did not receive any call from swiggy. (Maybe due to range issue we couldn't see any calls from swiggy) we are starving here for food and we tried to get the order back, customer service people told as if they can't provide the food back to us and will be distributed to other people. This is not at all acceptable sevice from swiggy. If the order is cancelled from our end means.. This is fine.. But here this is not the case. Without getting call from swiggy oder got cancelled and even i have lost my money too..

                            I have ordered my food in ovenstory pizza today at 11.40am my order# [protected]. I got my pizza only at 2.30pm. Where the pizza was fully wet and busted. I tried to reach the delivery person she is not responsive, i have raised the complaint to call centre they also not responsive. I have paid my money in advance for the food. But the delivery executive and call centre simply saying that if you dont want the food cancel it payment will be credited to you within 5 days. My
                            Pregnant wife and my child was hungry. Without food they suffered a lot. You people doesn't have any common sense how the public will suffer once they didn't get there food. We ordering the food and awaiting eagerly but u people are not responsive.
                            Worst customer service and they changed the food item that was meant to be delivered..worst delivery app ever.

                              I had order from this restaurant called pappi machiwala — i ordered butter chicken half and mutton seekh roll — the food was pathetic and i have serious concern over the quality.. Further i got the wrong order as i had ordered mutton seekh roll and i was sent mutton malai roll.. Such a huge blunder.. Der was cream in the roll whereas pappi machiwalas rolls never have such horrible cream in it.. And the butter chicken had horrible masala.. I am attaching pictures in support of my claim.
                              U can see from my swiggy account that m a regular customer and sometimes even use swiggy twice in a day but for a long time now all my orders are not upto the mark.. My instructions are zero followed.. Swiggy is becoming a huge disappointment for me.. I would rather use zomato.. I have purchased super and that is the only reason as of today why i use swiggy as otherwis ur service quality is nothing but pathetic.. Huge disappointment.. This coming from a regular customer such as i u should be ashamed..

                                I ordered food from wah ji wah, stale and bad quality food was delivered to me from some local store.
                                Food is of very low quality. When ireconfirmedfrom the restaurant, they refused any order from such item.
                                When i called customer care for help, they issued 50% refund and refused any further help. Behaved very rudely and were not at all supportive.
                                Never gonna order from swiggy again.

                                  I am a regular customer to swiggy, this is the most embarassing situation i have faced with swiggy delivery agent, my hotel room was 209, but the hotel premises stars from 4th floor, so for that hotel their room number starts like 101 and 2nd floor they will start series with 201, delivery boy has a problem with that and he was bad mouthing me very badly, he was threatening me, he created a scene here at the hotel, pls look after that.

                                    We ordered dhaniya chicken masala but we got something else and it was stinking

                                    It occurred on: 20/12/2019

                                    Need refund worth rs 249, one item wasted and money worht that amount.

                                    this is in regards to my feedback where I dont like your service or app. For items missing in the order Swiggy is not willing to compensate. I will be recommending everyone to uninstall your app and move to a different vendor and have a consumer court complaint filed.

                                    There are humans but just bots to give same repeated response. Swigy has stopped addressing customer issues. Food items are missing but they are least bothered to compensate and just respond with a cold 'sorry"

                                      I ordered an item for two products but i received only one product and raised the complaint regarding for this refund they simply saying sorry for inconvenience caused we can't provide the refund unfortunately.

                                      Customer satisfaction is important for us.

                                      They are responding like that for every mail.

                                      I called through call support and talk to supervisor they also responded like that dedicated team already replied to your mail you can't do more than that.
