This is abhay pratap singh, one of your customer, i ordered a food on[protected] at 9:27pm with order id [protected], i paid online by netbanking
I was expecting food after 41 minutes as shown by your mobile app but instead of that i got cancellation massage with deduction of 200 rupees as cancellation charges.
Delivery boy didn't contacted me while i was online and i was tracking him even he didn't reached at given destination before that he cancelled my order and imposed 200 rupees as cancellation charges.
As u can see it was quite pitiful situation, neither i got food overthat this unethical cancellation charges, please check and do the needful,
This is a big harassment for me and my guest for whom i ordered food.
Looking for positive response and action
I am complaining to swigy customer care but they they said they can't provide complain number, this is fraud

This is with regards to Order ID: [protected] placed in at Subway T. Nagar
While placing the order I accidentally selected wrong address (In Anna Nagar)
Hence I initiated a Chat support with your executive to request for the order to be delivered to West Mambalam
The reason I was gives was that West Mambalam is far from T. Nagar and hence they cant processes the request
Anyone who resides in Chennai can tell that T. Nagar and West Mambalam has a distance of less than 2 kms but Anna Nagar was 7+ KMs away from T. Nagar
More over I have been given the disclaimer as Cancellation charges will be upto 50% of amount plus my cash on delivery will be blocked till specified transactions. I can give you around 10 orders within last 3 months where the order is cancelled by Swiggy, who will take responsibility for that.
We all work for customer-centric support which should not penalise customer for simple mistakes as its human nature to make one.
