I had ordered chicken tandoori from khana khazana and the delivery boy was shiva shinde. He refused to deliver the order despite we waiting for more than an hour and abused me in marathi language. Even the swiggy customer care was of no help. I was informed by hem that it is beyond them to help me. My google pay account was debited by an amount of 293 towards payment for swiggy. However swiggy customer care executives have stated that there might be a upi interface problem and they dint receive the amount. This transaction took place on august 16 2019, and no service was provided. And the complaint is not resolved by them even after many referrals....
