I have ordered on swiggy on last Sunday 24-Nov-2019, and I got an order confirmation from swiggy. I was able to track my order on their app, it was cooked, packed, and pickup by delivery executive. In addition to that, I was able to track delivery executives on their map. After waiting for 35 minutes, I called the delivery executive and he replied that he had not picked up my order yet, and ask me to contact customer care, where I have canceled my order. However, it has been more than 7 days passed, including 6 working day, I have not received my refund yet. All in all I have paid amount to swiggy for nothing, and their customer care is unable to solve refund related issues. That is why they have no contact number or grievance department for customer resolution. On the contrary, those people who chat with you always try to consume your time, so you will disconnect chat. This whole shows swiggy is not reliable source for food delivery, and they might use customer money for their interanal purpose.
