I ordered 3 items in which only 2 items were delivered, but the bill from the hotel was mentioned 3 items. When raised the complain they mention they can refund only half amount in swiggy.
When the item has not been received, its common concept to return the food item amount which has not been delivered. Why are they not handling such basic issue. I wanted the hotel to call me so that i can mention this problem but i received response as they cannot arrange the hotel to call me.

Even a common person knows when there is no food no money can be provided. Here money has been already provided but no food and getting only half the money as refund.

    Ordered and the food was not delivered due to goo[censored]p from the restaurant. Now swiggy refuses to pay me the amount and just says sorry . I am asking my own money and they are not paying me refund plus never got the food . Please help. I placed the order on 29th Dec from Pune. I placed a plate of Idly, a plate of Idly vada, Moong salad, Sheera. The swiggy team called me saying moong was not available . On the App I selected the option saying send the rest of the order . Then I got only one plate of idly vada, Upma, Sheera . But was charged additional for Upma ( staying if is complimentary ) -65 rs . And rs 75 for idly which never came . They refund me 26rs for moong salad which was 85rs . Now they refuse to resolve the ticket

    I ordered moong sprout . The restaurant and swiggy called and said it is unavailable. I confirmed them to send other orders and I don’t need any replacement . Which means they should give me other orders and refund 85rs. They gave me a refund of only 26rs. Also they did not send my one item in other orders which was idly ( one plate idly 75rs). On top of this they billed me for a upma (65rs ) which never arrived . Plus they added one extra Upma in the billing stating it is complimentary. This is incorrect and you cannot hold my money and torture me like this, even if this is a small amount . It is not ethical and legally wrong to hold my money

    Even after 46 email exchanges there is no resolution and my money is not being paid . Should I go to another legal court ? It is a small amount but legally and ethically swiggy is wrong . You cannot hold my money with giving that service . How do you propose to resolve the issue ?

    It is very simple, when you have not delivered the product ( idly and moong ) how can you charge me for idly and Upma ? You owe me my money, please return it back . It is that simple . You cannot just say sorry and not pay to me .

      I'm quite seriously concerned that the Customer Service Rep. do not come with any money change to pay them by cash. We cannot go out to get the required change. Pls ask the rep. to get sufficient change when delivering the items.

      The Swiggy Customer Rep, when came for delivering the Karachi Bakery items on 31/Dec. did not come with enough money changes to return the balance amount. We found it extremely difficult to pay him the bill amount. If we are requesting door service, there is no chance that we can go to the neighbour for money change.

      Pls ensure that the Door Service Customer Reps. carry enough money change to settle the bill amount

      Yesterday I order chicken chowmin and 2 chicken rolls from swiggy my order no is [protected] and the food was really really unhealthy and not cook well also I request you to take this serious and take action against that shop
      My order [protected] has been cancelled on 15th Dec, but still refund not received.
      I cancelled my order once yesterday and from then onwards my cash on delivery option has been taken away!! This is very wrong and action needs to be taken. Please look into this asap

        Hi. I ordered a meal for my family through swiggy app on 30th of December 2019. I received a completely different order. The items were completely different. The entire order was different. I have attached the order slip in images.

        I went to the help section on the app to raise a complaint and I see there is only an email option. I was quite sure that the email will not be attended immediately. In this case i wanted an immediate help.

        I somehow managed to reach the swiggy customer care and the executive repeated the same set of template lines taught to him like apologies for the inconvenience, i understand, im sure you are disappointed etc. I told him i need an immediate refund or a replacement order and he kept insisting me to drop the mail. Please note that my family is waiting for a response to understand whether we will get a meal to eat or not. Finally I raised my tone and asked the executive to forward the call to the senior management. He forwarded the call and it took precisely 11-12 minutes of wait time to get a senior executive on line. He explained why it was not possible to arrange a replacement without images and refund as well. He also told me that the mistake could be from the restaurant. Since I clearly understood that the conversation is going nowhere, I decided to agree and dropped a mail to “[protected]@swiggy.in” with all the relevant images. The images are also attached in this complaint.

        Now during the waiting period, I simply selected the same restaurant where I ordered from, on swiggy and went through the menu. To my surprise, there was no option in the menu of the food items I received. I received a box of rice and an egg omelette and these items were not listed in the menu of the restaurant. I thought to myself how can this happen then. The process of swiggy is quite simple. I have seen their executives pick up orders from a restaurant. They get a reference number, they go to the restaurant and pick up the order using the number and deliver. But if the restaurant which is a shawarma shop is not cooking any rice or omelette, how can the delivery executive pick those up? I attached this concern in the email as well.

        The response I get from swiggy now is this. Im attaching a screenshot of the same mail thread as well.
        They are not ready to refund the amount and simply forwards an apology email.

        My question is,
        How can they deliver something that was not ordered?

        How can they apologise and say thankyou for being a part of the swiggy family, if the value of the items received is not even half of the order value.

        How can they say they will submit a feedback and this wont be repeated?

        How can Swiggy deny a refund when the mistake is on their part?

        I want a resolution on this and I’m seeking help. Swiggy right now have changed all their policies and please think twice before making a payment online for a food order. They might deliver anything but the ordered items and still apologise for the inconvenience caused. Absurd and weird customer support. Extremely pathetic service.

          I ordered my lunch at our office through swiggy, the delivery executive is called me 4-5 times but i am not available at seat my mobile phone is not with us and unfortunately i am not picked his phone. i return to seat after sometime swiggy send me messages your order is cancelled and you charges Rs.60/- as cancellation fee. swiggy delivery partner duty is over the phone is not picked and order is cancelled, delivery partner dont visit the address for delivery. this type of service they provide

            Hello, frankly speaking don't even know whether anyone would even see this complaint. Ordered food from mcdonald's vizag, and had paid 629rs for the order.in 5 mins i got a call from deliveryman from swiggy for confirmation of the location, which was common. But tat person also asked whether the order is cash on delivery or it's been paid. I told him, its paid. After 40 mins i get a call from swiggy saying the order was not placed. Which was shocking. And so nicely i explained her all the things, she just said the money will be refunded. That lady did not ask who that person was or any details. She jus said please place ur order again, apologizes. Really. This is not first time i have ordered food. What concern me tat person who confirmed the order was paid or not and then no update.

              Swiggy is not good delivery partner because last night i have experience ordered some food at 11.27 pm they are properly showed me the pickup and preparation order but after 25 minutes i got a call from delivery partner he telling me about food spilled after he saying you can re-order or take a help from swiggy help center after it started chat with executive he keep saying me we are checking your issue please stay on the line it took 20 minutes to talking about the problem i faced after he says me we are only can refund your amount because restaurant closed at time so i want to talk with senior executive he keep saying same thing i will give the coupon of your refund or we will transfer the amount at originally payment method you used and big concern is this if we are ordering some product they want first payment when they issue about refund why they are telling it 4-5 days for your refund in your bank account it such big issue they have to provide much fast then that because how can we trust this company because they kept waiting like 1 hours everybody know at 12.00 clock night all restaurant are closed really last night i am very angry on this company and his service

                Today, i placed one order with swiggy. After almost 45 minute, i received a call from swiggy saying that the delivery person met with accident & the food cannot be delivered. It was almost 1.45 pm & i was very hungry. The caller offered me to cancel the order. I told him that i don't want to cancel the order. I want my food. He assured me that he will place another order immediately & i will get food within half hour. After 20 minutes, nothing happened. So i started chatting with them. The representative was not very helpful or speedy. I told him that i don't want my order cancelled. But he was not ready to comply. He told me that as a compensation, he is refunding my order money. Lol. I told him that this is not done. I want my food or some compensation. He was not able to do anything. After wasting almost half hour on chat, i finally gave up & had to recused myself from important customer meeting to go & have lunch at 2.30 pm.
                I think i should be properly compensated for this.

                  I ordered 2 veg burgers worth 303 rupees from burger king using swiggy app. I got my order after half an hour when i opened it was one non-veg burger. I complained to swiggy customer service. They said they feel sorry but they denied helping with refund or delivering my original order.

                  This is fault of swiggy delivery team. I am vegetarian, there is no use of non veg burger to me. Please help me to get my refund. I am attaching one image of my original order invoice and one image of product that i received.

                  I got call within 24 hours from swiggy and I got my refund in next 4 days. Thanks consumer forum.
                  All the rules apply on the customers only those who are dealing with swiggy( in swiggy rule book).I have ordered last night, after waiting more then 1 hour I have to called up swiggy. After waiting 68 minutes I have to cancel my order. Maximum delivery time was 36 minutes. Thing shows you should be have second option otherwise responsibility would be of customer only, swiggy is not responsible for the bad services.

                    I have order from swiggy on 29\12\2019 with order id - [protected] where my order was incomplete (Missing couple of items) for which i already paid online and post conversation with swiggy support team they didn't deliver back the missing food and neither the refund amount of my food item.
                    They were providing a voucher of rs 50 only where in my food item which totally got waste as it was incomplete was of rs 185.

                    Highly disappointed with swiggy service and request you to kindly raise a complaint and grievance against swiggy for their such rules and services.

                      I have ordered food from swiggy in the trust which swiggy claims about hygiene and delivery of good quality of food. But i have received opened and already consumed food.
                      Post multiple times contacting with swiggy customer care team they have just acknowledged the issue and in a grievance, i received only "sorry".

                        I have ordered food in swiggy app. It's been 1 hour waiting order didn't reach me. Once i get asked customer care chat. They was not placed properly to the restaurant by swiggy. They said they will full refund.

                        My real problem can't they check immediately and solve the issue. Only after waiting for 1 hour and that too i only approached not the swiggy

                        And also i checked with delivery guy. He said to me. The order is partially placed. I ordered for 2 items only one item was ordered. He also told that my 2 items are got ready. Since swiggy didn't pay the restaurant he can't able to pick up the item

                          I have ordered mixed fried rice and chili chicken combo with 4 tawa rotis, restaurant delivered some veg jeera rice. As soon as delivery person delivered the food, i had contacted over chat support and over call, both side requested me to mail for food replacement. Now look into this and before taking any action just give me a callback for sure.
                          Customer support team checked in app help chats also, as i have shared live picture there. Upon checking they replied, they wouldnt be able to take any action.
                          We spent money on these platforms, and get horrible support where restaurant stop answering calls.

                              Ordered food @anjappar thru swiggy for 1672. Amazingly swiggy delivery executive picked up & rejected order. Another delivery executive frm swiggy calls me & says someone has picked the order & it is not getting delivered. Called customer care for a very pathetic experience. Their team cannot track the delivery executive and allow the customer to starve.

                              Amazing it systems, zero empathy to customers, nonsense training provided to the support staff who is asking for the name of the delivery executive. So anyone whonisnordering from swiggy, first need to get the employee name and employee id.

                              One of the worst experiences. Data says 192/2344 complaints resolved by swiggy. So this adds to the unresolved list of complaints against swiggy

                                On 25/12/2019, i have ordered for eggless cake but i received a cake containing egg. Hence i contacted the chat support of swiggy and raised a complaint. They arranged for replacement. Again i got the same cake containing egg as replacement. So raised the issue again with the chat support for which they had asked me to write a mail to [protected]@swiggy.in mail id and i will be getting a reply with 4 to 6 business hours. I received a normal mail stating that they are taking steps to rectify it and had asked me to rate the restaurant in the app to help other customers. I have already rated but they have not mentioned how i will be compensated. Because i could not eat the cake made of egg since i'm a pure vegetarian. So when i called the customer care agin and explained this issue they are asking me to drop a follow up mail. Very very very worst service. Didn't expect this kind of service that too for a super member.

                                  I have ordered a cake from swiggy. I received the cake in a very bad condition. I have raised concern for the replacement or refund. The swiggy customer executives was not at all helping. They ignored the issue and disconnected chat and call. They also denied refund. However i have shared the proof of the cake i received. Although it was mistake from there side they didn't bother to help me.

                                    A chicken piece was found in a veg dish (Paneer butter masala).
                                    The hotel named al saj restaurant aluva.
                                    My order was chappathi, porotta, beef roast and paneer butter masala.

                                    Non veg dish was for me and rest of items were for my family who are pure vegetarian.

                                    This caused my family to starve without the dinner.

                                    Chappathi was also not upto the mark.

                                    Also please refund the amount immediately.

                                      I had ordered food from a nearby restaurants through swiggy and i made a payment though upi but the food i received is rotten so technically i paid swiggy for nothing so i demand full refund of spent account into my upi account from which payment had been made earlier and nothing else

                                        I want to file a complaint against swiggy.
                                        I placed on order today of amount 2435, it was prepaid.
                                        They cancelled my order without calling and deducted my half amount and updated that remaining half will be deducted in 2-3 working days. They deducted as half amount and said it was cancellation fees.
                                        They did not even give food not even refund my fees. Their customer service was not able to give any solution and there was no senior manager to handle the case. They don't even listen to yo customer. They are just making fool of customers
