I placed an order for food from your app from yash's gbt restaurant yesterday. The address enetered by me in your app was totally correct (u can check it) but google maps showed the felivery guy another place which was 5 min (again you can check on google maps) from my location. my location is yogeshwarnagar society and he was standing at kausumbhi flats near Paldi crossroads. In paldi area only. He still refused to come to the correct location even when i offered an extra tip and declined my offer to meet halfway or even for standing there only so i can pick up the order.
I called your customer service and the only reply i got was that the order cannot be delivered beacuse the location is wrong whereas the address i entered was correct.
The customer care executive was soo rude and shameless he told me "Go and puck the order urself inly if its not far".
Is this your customer care???? I had been waiting for my food for half n hr didnt get that and on top of it that delivery guy is arguing with me for 15-20 mins and the customer care people are also rude and the only solutiin they have is this- cannot be delivered. Not even a refund or credit on app or any other solution. The food was made picked uo and i had to go through trouble for 50 mins for a 5 min distance and dont even get a refund.
Is this how u treat customers? and this is the value of customers for u? If we could have gone out why the hell would we order from your app???
This was the worst experience with swiggy and i am never ordering from them again nor will i let anyone else in my circle.
Its the height of disrespect for customers.
why do u make us enter the address when u have to follow maps only????

    When delivery boy come to me after 3 hour with cold pizza. I denied to accept this pizza since it is cold and not eatable. Delivery boy said you will receive your refund as per company policy. Pizza thrown to dustbin.

    But still i have not received any update either from swiggy or not from domino. Both are top level cheater company.

    I do 9-10 times to complaint to swiggy but they speak only in fraudy way. No refund. There is no facility to download their chat.

    Swiggy is a complete third class and big fraud company. Everyone is suffereing bu its fraud.

      I had ordered chicken tandoori from khana khazana and the delivery boy was shiva shinde. He refused to deliver the order despite we waiting for more than an hour and abused me in marathi language. Even the swiggy customer care was of no help. I was informed by hem that it is beyond them to help me. I can only tell that you people are no more interested in helping us and only interested in making money. My kids waited for the delivery and because of one stupid guy my kids had to sleep empty stomach. I shall take this case with consumer court. Kindly tell me what action have you taken on the delivery boy? I can't have my children to sleep empty stomach because of some stupid shinde.

        My google pay account was debited by an amount of 293 towards payment for swiggy. However swiggy customer care executives have stated that there might be a upi interface problem and they dint receive the amount. This transaction took place on august 16 2019, and no service was provided. And the complaint is not resolved by them even after many referrals.

Mere sath esa लगभग 7 bar hua h or kabhi bhi pese jyada पहुच jaye to refund nhi dete or to or झूठ bolte ho ki ye id h pese pahuch gaye honge aj tak bapas nhi aye bas ek bar ko chodke had to baha h galat food ke lea na koi refund na hi return policy... Thanks for giving me and my friends reason to quit swiggy and because of this reason finally we eat good food

                Guys don't order food from jai maa baishno dhaba located in derabassi, punjab,, i have visited this hotel and found, the worst utensils which they are using to make food. Using cheapest and unhealthy vegetable. Sometimes we blame swiggy that they are delivering wrong order.. This is not swiggy problem. This is the problem of this kind of dhaba that they don't have that item in their dhaba but showing item in menu.. They accept the order and make another item for deliver.. This jai maa baishno dhaba is same kind of dhaba.. Swiggy should first check the condition of dhaba, restaurants then give the permission for franchise.

                Anyway this jai maa baishno dhaba is such a worst hotel in swiggy list of restaurants.. Please don't order anything from this dhaba..
                And it's a humble request to swiggy please ban this dhaba from your list..

                  I tried to place an order amounting to 455 inr on the 27th of september, 2019 through swiggy app twice. The transaction failed twice but the amount was debited both times from my account. I have tried contacting the merchant several times after that but every time they say the same thing that the money will get auto credited back to my account and that they never received the amount as the transaction failed twice. I even tried contacting the bank and they replied that the money is not reflecting at their end. It has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the refund although according to the merchant it should have taken place in 4 to 7 business days.

                  What should i do now? How will i get my money back? Please help me out of this predicament.

                    I ordered the food from SWIGGY on 01st OCT but due to connectivity issue the transaction got failed & I didn't received the order from SWIGGY but the balance got deducted from my account via Google pay UPI.

                    I raised to SWIGGY team & they said that your balance will get refund within 24-48 hours but yet not received, I have taken multiple follow-up with team & everytime they confirmed that we have initiated the payment request & same will get received within 24 hours.

                    I have given them multiple reminders on Swiggy Chat but not received the resolution.

                    Amount :- Rs 75/-

                        I have ordered from noddle heights using swiggy on 16th october and when the order arrived i opened and found that one food item is replaced by another. I couldn't tell the delivery boy because the food was packed and i couldn't see. The food item was supposed to be red sauce pasta but they sent me white sauce pasta. I had to eat it because i don't want to waste it. Please make sure that it will never happen again not only to me but for others as well.
                        Hi... I have ordered 3 items, Bill. no-4438, dated-04/10/'19(2 curd vada, 1 Chana Battura & 1North Meals(Kulcha)from Sree Krishna Inn through Swiggy but I got only 2 items. The main item North Indian meals was missing. I have paid the cash fully so I want a refund of Rs.160 back of Special North Indian Thali. Very bad experience from Swiggy side.
                        Many times, order booking confirmation is wrongly coming on my mobile no. but it is not ordering by me.

                        Please resolve the issue at earliest.

                          The estimated time of delivery showed 30 minutes and the order was delivered in 7 minutes so there was no one to take the order. The company cancelled the order and charged me cancellation fee. What sort of fraud is this. I was home in exactly 2 (Minutes from placing yeh order. But in mean time the delivery was cancelled by the team. I asked to speak with the call center superior and give a justification as to how and what is the time management. If you are delivering in 7 minutes against estimated time of 30. What sort of time management is that. I need my amount to be refebuded to me and not be charged in next order.

                            I ordered food from swiggy. The restaurant got closed. The money i have paid didnt come till now. I talked with the customer service and the said it'll be in my account within 4- 7 days. Its been 16 days since 30 september. The money hasnt come yet. I tried a lot of times to talk with them. They are again saying the same thing. I even went to the swiggy office. They said they cant do anything about it. The bank also have no information about any refund till now.
                            I order on swiggy on Domino's pizza i just place my order i pay for my order via paytm and then my order doesn't placed please give me my money back i want refund i pay already and then they said order atleast 300 above they must show this warning before i pay now i want refund my money as soon as possible
                            In my city Swiggy agents are taking extra charge of Rs3500 for registration my restaurant.Why they are taking this ?They are taking a percentage from our order and edyra charge also.It is happening in my city or other also?

                                Swiggy service is getting bad to worse. For bad quality food there is no way to give feedback specifically on the app in my phone. Earlier swiggy had the option to chat and give feedback but recently there were too many issues and everytime i raised a chat request to give feedback. Therefore swiggy deliberately removed the chat option only for my app. My friends also use swiggy and they have the chat option. This option is removed only for me so that they can avoid any further complaints from me. They cheated with their promise to delivering good food. And moreover i cannot even give feedback now. They are not ready to solve the problem as well.

                                  Swiggy employee has been behaving very unprofessionally and in a bad way. Since the last weeks i have open new fast food center in nathdawra and i want to join swiggy as purpose i called to swiggy employee he said to me i will come tomorrow but he didn't come last 10 days i called continuously but he said i will come and finally he said today i have no time very pathetic service by swiggy employee
                                  I want work with swiggy but this kind of employee blur on swiggy and any company
                                  I did not receive my order on 30/09/2019 which was not refunded So it was cancelled. But I did not receive my refund. I want my refund.

                                    Swiggy is using fraud and deception on gullible customers and I want to expose the unethical and unscrupulous practises being carried out by this company.

                                    When someone makes a new account or signs up for the first time they are awarded with 5 coupons that they can use for their next five orders where they would get 50% off. This is the advertised scheme. But the reality is completely different.

                                    Once you sign up these five coupons automatically disappear and you would not even see them anywhere in your app or in the list of other coupons. And magically enough there you would see a new coupon, something like "ENJOY60" which promises to give you some discount but it is for one time use only and for new customers.

                                    But what you don't know is that the moment you use it (which actually acts like a bait) you lose your right over the other five coupons that you are entitled to and which you got from Swiggy after signing up for their service. Interestingly there are no terms and conditions as such but all this misdirection and fraud is happening in the open for everyone to see.

                                    When I pointed this out to the customer support team then as expected they played outright dumb and kept on repeating the annoying system responses in the hope that they'll just force me to stop questioning them on the fraud and cheating they are committing on a daily basis. After wasting hours I requested to escalate my issue to someone higher in command and after ten minutes or so it was connected to the Senior Specialist team of Swiggy.

                                    I was connected to Sasnath Varma and little did I realize that I was talking to some deranged sociopath because the way he was repeating same things over and over and constantly harassing me in the company's own chat service is totally took a toll on me. He evaded all my questions relating to the aforementioned policy and spoke in a condescending and intimidating tone and I felt like I was being threatened. I have suspicion that he has some criminal records and that Swiggy is employing uneducated people who have questionable records into their service to save on company's expenditures. It appeared that he was really enjoying my frustration and was annoying me on purpose for some unknown motive. His responses were rude and jeering. I cannot think of a more excruciating experience than this one.

                                    I am going to take action against this criminal Sasnath Varma myself if Swiggy doesn't do it on its own accord and volition.
                                    Hello .we ordered some hotel. They didn't give quality items. For example : if dosa ordered means it was over cooked and also it was not cooked properly

                                      Swiggy has been behaving very unprofessionally and in a bad way. Since the last few weeks i have had the following failed orders which their own customer care service guys have accepted and they have just been showing lolly pops that they will refund the amount in 5-7 working days. Till date not done and now after one month, easily the customer care representative states that they do not have the details of these orders in their systems and hence finding it difficult to initiate the refund. I have an impression there are more easier and braver ways of looting people. The order numbers are (Though i do not expect anything positive even after this complaint) [protected] (Rs 250), [protected] (Rs 250), [protected] (Rs 102), [protected] (Rs 126) and [protected] (Rs 365) and strange is that they themselves have acknowledged /accepted that this amount has to be credited and till date nothing has been done inspite of a lapse of three weeks.                                         Yesterday i ordered 2 chicken rolls both were sticky plus there was no chicken in them, paneer roll was oily and the main thing chicken breast which was all stale infact my friend got sick after that meal that was surely made with stale chicken things got worse when i talked to swiggy help team and they say that "we'll sure pass your valuable feedback" i mean for last 2 days i am getting worst food of my life and last night that was horrible experience with swiggy. So now i think i ought to have my money right back in my account.
