I ordered from wow momos a combo of chicken fried momo's, chocolate momo and chicken moburg for 175 and paid via my upi. The moburg was missing and on seeking customer support i was handed a sassy unsupportive executive who just ordered me a 50 bucks discount coupon on next order which will be valid only for 90 days. This is really bad on swiggy's part and i would either want my missing moburg or refund in my upi id for the same. You cannot generate more sales by doing mistakes, after this experience why the hell should i even use swiggy again that they have the audacity to offer me a discount coupon

    Hi.. I've ordered food from swiggy and the order was firstly cancelled from their side because of their delivery executive and they said the refund was processed on 27th october which i've not received and today ie 15th november when i got back to them for the refund.. I found out that refund is not even initiated from their side even after 20 odd days.. I found this ridiculous and i wanted the refund and compensation for not initiating my refund for this long. But they are not ready to help me with any compensation. So i wanted to get to you and solve the inconvenience which are caused by these people to their customers

      I have ordered rs476 amount and didnot got delivery. Delivery person called me and informed me that your order has been damaged you can contact customer care and reorder it and received the delivery damaged image on whatsup from him. I have contacted customer case, they told reorder is not possible and refund initiated and got only rs 179

        I placed an order through swiggy onn15th nov'19 at 1.47 pm and till 3.57 ok it wasn't delivered and response from swiggy chat and customer service is very lame and standard template answer.
        Finally i had to cancel the order and place new order.

        I demand for strict action since the time i spend getting worried on the order since the delivery person wasn't answering the call and later his number was switched off, due to which my family including to kids are starving as i write this mail and have lost my productive time in office just following up on the issue.

        Should have proactively taken are of it

          uneditable food and bad customer support.

          I ordered food and it was stale and uneidable for 2 consecutive times, i called to support for complaint, we had 14 min call, i connect again through chat and she had no idea abt my last call,
          Loss of 758 rupees + bad mood + sleep hungry + worst customer care experiance i have ever got.
          This is all what swiggi have given to me in last few days....

          Worst app ever they charge 70 rs for delivery and the delivery guy was 2 hours late #[protected] was my order id
          The delivery guy was not picking up my call
          I contacted customer care twice they are giving different reason every time.
          And this is happening for the second time
          The first time they cancelled my order but i never got any refund
          Whenever you have issues in the order the chat room gives the same message everytime until you call them personally
          No ease/ comfort which an app should have
          Its easier to drive and buy food yourself
          Such a hassle waste of money and time
          So disappointing...

            I have ordered food from dominos... When i contacted dominos they said they are not delivering. To confirm whether the order is really cancelled i contacted swiggy... The person who was on call asked me order i'd send from dominos (Which was not send to me)... I said him i have not got any order i'd from dominos but you can check using my registered mobile number... He started continuously harassing me with statement i can't help u i[censored] donot provide order i'd in a commanding way... When i m saying again and again... That i dont have order i'd... He is continuously repeating the same statement... This i never faced before... Such harrassment... Executive's have been always sweet

              Hi,

              I am restaurant partner at swiggy. Recently i had availed this service and wanted my customers to reach me for delivery orders. It started a little slow and all of a sudden there was a rise in orders. I was wondering how did this happen.

              Swiggy normally pays restaurant in the following week of mon to sun. So as usual i always cross checked my payments received from them. Now i see that since the day my orders increased, i can see various promotional schemes activated and charged heavily in my settlements. This happened for 7 weeks and i had raised tickets for all. It’s been months now and there is no resolution. There is not proper response neither there is anyone taking responsibility to help me.

              All these promotions were activated without my consent and that means they have breached compliance of their own company. Secondly they have cheated the customer and they are not ready to help.

                Absolutely unsatisfactory service from swiggy. This is a feedback despite of repeated service failures from partial order delivery to no order delivery with excuses and refunds causes trauma to the customers.

                Swiggy! If you can't deliver please close the shop and let us live in peace. I am not even sure if refunds were processed since there is no way to track them in the app.

                  Now a days all swiggy delivery boys are not obeying road safety policies in the bangalore like not warring there helmet, rash raiding on road, raiding on one way road, signal crossing, etc.

                  I asked more then two boys about it, they are not giving right answer and as well as there manners is also not good,

                  One incident which happen with me, that is without hand or light signal delivery boy crossed his bike in front of my bike and i crashed him because of not able to control my bike and he is came to me to beating me with wrong side

                    I am chaitanya vinnakota used my spouse swiggy account (Ramadevi vinnakota with regd no [protected]) and placed the order one veg dum biryani and one paneer biryani by 10:24 pm on sunday 10th november 2019 at shree santosh family dhaba madhapur and order #[protected] and paid the amount of rs 347. At the time of ordering the food it was shown me 30 - 40 mins to deliver at my home location and waited for that time. Due to delay i went to the chat support on the same day by 11:11 pm and asked them where is my order? They have simply given me the answer your order was already picked by the delivery executive and it is in the route to your home and with in 10 mins you will receive your order. They remains told me the same story till 11:54 pm on the same day and they have disconnected my chat as i told them clearly my total family did fasting as we are in hungry. But they didn't respond on that day.

                    Later after 2 days i opened the same app and i was shocked that my order was still in delivery process and it was show me to track order and again i went to the chat support today and asked where is my order. They are ignoring for the questions i raised to them. If there duty is to provide food delivery to home location then please let me know how many days months and years they can send my order to my home address. What is the worst service they are providing. If the executive is not able to deliver why can't they immediately assign the same order to another executive? Please let me know. Even they didn't cancel my order and didn't return my money. What service they are providing? I am attaching all the chat support screen shots on sunday 10th nov 2019 as well as on 13th nov 2019. I request you to please take necessary action on swiggy and advise them to dont give false information as i felt very bad and very very worst on that night with out taking any food by the whole family on that night

                      As i ordered steamed momo's from the restaurant instead i got fried one with such bad taste so i complained an got replacement for the order but the same thing happened again/twice the replaced item was again fried momo's. It is which an shameful act from swiggy and the restaurant. My money got wasted plus time and in refund i get 100 ruppee coupon which is a total fraud because they already give these coupons as discount and we can only use it by 70 percent of the amount. It's not just the first time but 3-4 times things happen from swiggy side and not even got solved. I have also received bad quality food but swiggy doesn't care. I'm pissed off. I would be complaining in consumer court.
                      I was cheated in my last swiggy cash order for Mc Donalds. Two delivery people arrived with the same order; the first claiming that his phone hanged thats why it was not reflecting on my phone. The second person cancelled the order but took the cash from me because I claimed the second delivery which I did not want; double game for extra cash!

He was abusive to my father. We request you to take this up and take action against him or we will take it up with the police.

                        It has happened twice till now that the delivery boys call back saying that they want to talk something personal. This is invasion privacy. I got a call from +[protected]. Strict actions must be taken to ensure customers safety and privacy.

                          Every time when late night i ordered online food from swiggy. The food is of bad quality. Sometimes it is burnt. Some times it is stale or cold. When i complaint regarding this issues with swiggy. They only apologize for it. They didnot give satisfactory solutions. I paid every time for their services. Its their primary responsibility to give their beat services. If they cant. Then they have to refund my money.
                          Ordered 14 packets of thepla from Gujrat Namkeen however received only 10 and swiggy don't take ownership and refunded incomplete amount. Loss of approx Rs 100 order no [protected], [protected] and [protected] Harassment
                          I had placed an order for a different address but the address did not change so the delivery personnel had to face problem in delivering my order. Please make sure such problems do not occur once again as it creates a lot of trouble for both the user and for the delivery people.

                              I have placed order From SWIGGy and get it after 98 minutes. As they promised 60 mins Max. I ask them to refund because I paid for 60 minutes not for 98 minutes. And these are very regular in this. Is have same issues in previous orders also. Please take relevant action on this. And I am also looking for compensation for these bad experience with SWIGGy

                                I placed an order on Nov 08th from Domino's. The executive called and informed that the location is incorrect and she will cancel the order and the money will be refunded. It has not been refunded yet. I made many attempts to connect to Swiggy executive and they seem to not understand the issue at all and asked me to contact Dominos directly. Very rude response from executive. The swiggy executive shared a mobile number of Dominos and asked to call directly. When I tried calling that number, it connected to Bowl company. I am fed up calling Swiggy again and again and lost 1229 money with out knowing whom to contact.

                                2 of your driver going the opposite way on a 2 way street. Youdrivers a menace to society and being your employees/ associates, you need to take some corporate responsibility and enforce rules.
                                And to add to it, they blank their number plates with dirt.

                                  Ordered 20 veg puffs from chai kings, t nagar though swiggy delivery. Received stale food (Veg puff) and that with missing count from chai kings and swiggy says they will neither take back the spoiled food nor refund the money. Horrible customer support.

                                  Payment made through swiggy gateway and customer support is insensitive. Why should we order and pay through swiggy if they cannot take care towards restaurant quality and food safety. Neither chai kings nor swiggy has responded yet.

                                  I have ordered frequently using other delivery partners and have never had such bad customer service experience where i am told that for quality issue swiggy wont give a damn and pay back the money..

                                  Customer support when contacted through the app one agent (Tarun) offers a refund of 200 rs while another agent (Md sajid) says no refund at all but thank you for letting us know for a rs 526 rotten (Puffs) food order which is lying in my office...

                                  When i raised the issue through twitter i was constantly nagged to chat through messenger so that the truth can be hidden and there the resolution is "although you paid 526.. Here is the deal we will pay you a lumpsum amt of rs 100. I hope this resolves the issue".

                                  Is this some kinda charity? I need my money back.

                                    Ordered food worth rs.330 last night, after receiving the order found restaurant sent wrong and incomplete order, they sent 1 plain paratha instead of 4 kulchas and plain refrigerated cold rice instead of paneer pulao. Contacted swiggy via chat. Representatives were completely denied or refused to understood what exactly happend. I request you to kindly check the issue and revert asap.
                                    Swiggy officials did not take any actions yet. They just took a non sense feedback. They lost the photo from social media and they are refused to provide any kind of refund or replacement.

                                      Firstly the quantity of food was way too less and also there was just 1 mutton price that too all bone with hardly any meat whereas I had clearly mentioned good mutton peices in the order comments.

                                      Had a word with Dwight executive, it is an absolutely unreliable service so its better I order directly from the restaurant or any other service provider who atleast can ensure service quality and provide proper service to its customers unlike swiggy. I have requested them to Cancel my Swiggy super membership as don't need such a useless service and i will also take this up on other Social media forums and ensure people are aware what to expect from Swiggy whenever and if ever they are dealing with you guys and beware or avoid your services.
