I am complaining against swiggy for two of my orders. On my two orders swiggy looted and sent me very low quality food. With that i have been suffering illness after having the same.
For this when i contacted swiggy they refused to pay any compensation instead they are challenging to leave and misbehaved.
For the same i need a compensation of atleast rs.500 for mentally harashing me and for physical disturbance caused...br...

I request to submit a complaint against the mode and manner of delivery of order no.[protected] in particular i demand strict disciplinary action against the delivery guy with the phone number [protected]. So as it happened i ordered dosa and rajasthani dahi vada from jbs but the sequence of events that took place afterwards was in violation of every code of conduct. I orderd my food from swamy in thane. I paid the money via my tjsb account linked to paytm. I received a message which said my money has benn debited but i didn't receive any conformation message. I want to know the issue and get my money back. The nearest outlet do not support swiggy and the main outlet isn't receiving phone calls. I had ordered for 1/2 kg of besan laddu. Sweets delivered are in such a pathetic condition, its overfried, and had some black particles on the sweet surface. Usually besan laddu will not have any black particles on it. We are not able to eat a pinch of this 1/2kg sweets also. Please do look into this. And either pay be back. With due respect, i have order from swiggy and order no. Is #[protected]. But my order has been cancelled automatically by defaul after half an hour and then i have order one more time and the order no. Is #52247712e26. And then my this order has also been cancelled after half hour more. I had placed my order around 8.15pm. The order was not received even after 9.30pm. On calling the delivery executive nilesh anant kadam, he started using abusive language on the phone. I spoke to a swiggy customer support executive and he expected me to be calm even after such misbehavior.
This is a case of abuse against a lady and i will be logging a police complaint against the company....

We had ordered 4 crisy veg supreme burgers and 4 crispy veg wrap from burger king, paid online by credit card.
After 2 hours of waiting and constantly complaining about the delivery status, and yet what we recieved was a wrong delivery. Later on the delivery was again generated but yet again we got delivery which was pathetic.

I ordered something from a restaurant and it was prepaid, the amount got debited so i talked to the customer service regarding the same. They assured i'll get the refund withing 2-3 days, now i contacted them regarding this after a week. The executive said they already processed the refund, but i haven't got any.

I realized i'd placed the incorrect order quickly and tried to cancel it within 5 minutes where i was told that i would be charged a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the order value since "the restaurant has already started preparing your order." this can't obviously be true and this is an unreasonable policy.
