The delivery boy used very bad language. And he even took extra money and got an excuse thatvhe doesn't have change which can't happen with a delivery boy. And also he used a very bad language when giving the order. We really want to slap him there but we can't do that because it was our college premises. Please look after this issue... We are going mad about this! He is just so annoying!! The language he used is really really bad.. And his attitude is even more worse!!

    cancellation fees

    Delivery executive was not able to contact me to confirm my address because of my network issue. But then i called him and he shouted at me asking me where i was, i ignored n confirmed my address. He then cancelled my order. For which i was charged cancellation fee of rs198. Then i took the complain to customer care executive but didn't received any satisfactory answer. I waited for 40 minutes for food which was not delivered to me. Please...

    Hi,

    Within span of 15 days rs.900 has been debited from my account, first payment got failed on 27th sep, amount was rs.500 and after that three transaction have failed. For first debit checked with swiggy after 8 working days and they said we are reinitiating refund and it will take another 5-7 days. Just see date difference close to 15 working days.net banking transaction hardly takes max 2hrs just to refund rs500 company is taking 15 days. It seems to be a big scam, just imagine if they are doing same thing for 1million customers, sheer interest amount is rs137500 for 15 days. Amazing business model swiggy has adopted to increase their profit.

      I placed an order on swiggy on september 29th for rs 595 and the transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my account. On checking with swiggy support they mentioned i would get the amount back in my account within 5-7 business days. After 7 working days i checked again and swiggy asked me to get in touch with my bank. The bank said they say the transaction has been processed and to get in touch with swiggy. I still have not received the money back in my account for transaction id pay_dnw1zddscoybe0.

      It’s been over a month and still I have not received an updated from swiggy regarding my refund. This is certainly disappointing.

        I had ordered from swiggy on 6th october and i am expecting a refund for both orders due to issues related with them. I had made payments for both through 'google pay' and i have still not received the refund amount. I got the message from swiggy saying refund has been completed but no amount has been credited to the account.

        1) amount - 320, ref id:[protected]Google pay)
        2) amount - 366, ref id:[protected]Google pay)

        I have contacted bank as well as google pay and they say they do not have records for the refund. Please help.

          My friend ordered food from mcdonald's viman nagar pune on october 8th
          Not only did the delivery guy cancel the order which was prepaid he denied service
          They promised to refund back the money which i paid through upi transfer in 2-4 days
          Every time we check up they have the same reason but don't give a #
          We are helpless right now not knowing what to do or whom to contact
          I will add my bank details where i've been debited by swiggy but not credited with the refund amount

            Hello,
            Today i first placed an order #[protected] which was marked as delivered by sachin but no one called me or delivered. I had to wait and then raise a request to refund and then re-order the same thing from the same shop as per order is #[protected]. Now this delivery guy calls and tells me that the road is blocked and he does not want to take the other route and then swiggy people tell me that he has been injured and they will have to cancel the order. Irrespective of this drama, i can be charged 61 cancellation fee only if i wanted to cancel the order because of some personal issue. Road is blocked not my issue and the driver does not want to take the other route because swiggy wont pay for extra miles again not something i did. So why should i pay 61 rp when i did not get my food also and then has to pay also just because i used swiggy. I am a regular swiggy user and the last customer care person who spoke to me in call rudely disconnected the call telling me i have to pay 61 rps and thank u for using swiggy. What # is this. For what am i paying 61 rp for being abused bu your # policies. Customer experience and brand value should be the top priority of companies like swiggy. Here its a zero.

              My bank transaction details also mentions both credit was done to 'swiggy' & 'bundle tech wwswiggyin9130'.

                I placed an order through swiggy pop from bhookhad. My delivery person says that my location is showing 3 hours away. However, in my swiggy pop, it is showing that my delivery person will reach within 1 minute. Customer care chat is not supporting at all. I have also sent my location through whatsapp.
                In spite of calling the delivery person so many times, the order has yet not arrived.

                  Yesterday my swiggy order was canceled and i was charged 105 cancellation fee.
                  As soon as i received the delivery guy's contact number, i called him and requested him to bring me change for 500. I had no change and it was almost 11 pm, so it was a bit challenging for me to get change. He turned up without change. He asked me to give him rs 500 and said he will come back with the remaining change. I obviously was not convinced with his idea and refused.

                  The end result, my order was canceled by swiggy and they charged me cancellation fees. Now, i know i am supposed to have the exact change, but when i have called in advance and informed the delivery guy should swiggy not cut me some slack?

                  The customer care representative was extremely rude with me over the phone.

                    Hi... My name is rohan shah & today (October 11 2019) i ordered for 3 kharabaath from mtr malleswaram branch through the swiggy app. But when the order reached me it was kesaribaath. I paid close to 270 rupees for this order. When i contacted swiggy’s helpline they refused to refund or replace my order as they too were denying that my order was incorrect. This is absolute day light robbery. This is not right on their part as i paid for something i did not order.

                      First to my utter surprise, in this days of competition with other food delivery companies, how can Swiggy be so pathetic with their customer service! Samarth from the chat support just disconnected my chat while I was online. It happened with another executive of yours few days back. Swiggy just rock in disconnecting chats!
                      I raised a concern with them for a refund of Rs. 260 few days back as I didn't receive...

                      On 5th Oct at 2.34 pm we ordered food worth Rs.955.Order number [protected]. Message came saying order not completed.The message was "Order was not completed.Any amount if debited from UPI will get refunded within 2, 4 days." UPI reference number is UPI/DR/[protected]/Swiggy/UTIB/[protected]@/Swiggy.

                      mONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY BANK BUT THE order was not DELIVERED.

                        On 30 Sept 2019, I ordered food with swiggy and I paid through net banking, but order not placed, again i tried and both time amount debited. Later on, I paid through UPI, this time order placed. I got debited three times. I contacted SWIGGY. they told me First two transaction stuck in the gateway, the amount gets refunded in 5 -7 days.

                        I contacted many times swiggy and my bank. But the bank told me, we have paid to the merchant and provided transaction no. while swiggy support gave me different response every time. some times we are initiating your refund, sometimes, "We didnot receive money".

                        I mailed swiggy support with full detail, but I dint get any response.

                          Service: the food supposed to be delivered within 35 minutes. It got delivered after an hour. The delivery executive is not responding.

                          And the chat bot makes it worse in the help section. With the pathetic implementation of chat bot swiggy is offering one of the worst customer help.

                          Just check the time now and the reply from chatbot in the screenshot.

[protected] and the quality of food was so poor and non eatable. I just throw out the food and called to papa chow, but unfortunately i have got a negative reply from their end.                                 not refunding my money even I have not got order products

                                Hi i ordered from swiggy on 7 oct from subway 3 products 2 sub and 1 wrap. I was told i will get order on 57 min which took almost 2 hrs to deliver and when i got order i opened 1 st box it was veggie delite sub wuth no veg apart from cucumber.
                                I complaint them they said they will refund 50inr but didnt refund when i opened 2nd box it was ok but 3 rd box was also sub with no veg inside.. I texted them and requested then to send right...

                                Swiggy picks up the order and then call customers to explain that the area is not covered under delivery area and ask for extra charges. Complaint is, if the delivery area does not cover my area of residence then why they pick uo the order and why they disturb customer calling multiple times asking for cancelling the order. This is between restuarnat and swiggy before picking up the order by checking if delivery area covers my residence area. Finally they cancel the order by deducting 95rs as cancellation fee. This is they they take both money and food in their pocket. And customer lose both food and money. Take immediate action on this.
