Swiggy is using fraud and deception on gullible customers and I want to expose the unethical and unscrupulous practises being carried out by this company.

When someone makes a new account or signs up for the first time they are awarded with 5 coupons that they can use for their next five orders where they would get 50% off. This is the advertised scheme. But the reality is completely different.

Once you sign up these five coupons automatically disappear and you would not even see them anywhere in your app or in the list of other coupons. And magically enough there you would see a new coupon, something like "ENJOY60" which promises to give you some discount but it is for one time use only and for new customers.

But what you don't know is that the moment you use it (which actually acts like a bait) you lose your right over the other five coupons that you are entitled to and which you got from Swiggy after signing up for their service. Interestingly there are no terms and conditions as such but all this misdirection and fraud is happening in the open for everyone to see.

When I pointed this out to the customer support team then as expected they played outright dumb and kept on repeating the annoying system responses in the hope that they'll just force me to stop questioning them on the fraud and cheating they are committing on a daily basis. After wasting hours I requested to escalate my issue to someone higher in command and after ten minutes or so it was connected to the Senior Specialist team of Swiggy.

I was connected to Sasnath Varma and little did I realize that I was talking to some deranged sociopath because the way he was repeating same things over and over and constantly harassing me in the company's own chat service is totally took a toll on me. He evaded all my questions relating to the aforementioned policy and spoke in a condescending and intimidating tone and I felt like I was being threatened. I have suspicion that he has some criminal records and that Swiggy is employing uneducated people who have questionable records into their service to save on company's expenditures. It appeared that he was really enjoying my frustration and was annoying me on purpose for some unknown motive. His responses were rude and jeering. I cannot think of a more excruciating experience than this one.

I am going to take action against this criminal Sasnath Varma myself if Swiggy doesn't do it on its own accord and volition.
Hello .we ordered some hotel. They didn't give quality items. For example : if dosa ordered means it was over cooked and also it was not cooked properly

    Swiggy has been behaving very unprofessionally and in a bad way. Since the last few weeks i have had the following failed orders which their own customer care service guys have accepted and they have just been showing lolly pops that they will refund the amount in 5-7 working days. Till date not done and now after one month, easily the customer care representative states that they do not have the details of these orders in their systems and hence finding it difficult to initiate the refund. I have an impression there are more easier and braver ways of looting people. The order numbers are (Though i do not expect anything positive even after this complaint) [protected] (Rs 250), [protected] (Rs 250), [protected] (Rs 102), [protected] (Rs 126) and [protected] (Rs 365) and strange is that they themselves have acknowledged /accepted that this amount has to be credited and till date nothing has been done inspite of a lapse of three weeks.       Yesterday i ordered 2 chicken rolls both were sticky plus there was no chicken in them, paneer roll was oily and the main thing chicken breast which was all stale infact my friend got sick after that meal that was surely made with stale chicken things got worse when i talked to swiggy help team and they say that "we'll sure pass your valuable feedback" i mean for last 2 days i am getting worst food of my life and last night that was horrible experience with swiggy. So now i think i ought to have my money right back in my account.

        I have ordered full kebab and paid.
        But i have received only half kebab.
        I took pic of that and continuously mailing swiggy and inturn they do only apologise.
        I requested to contact the restaurant and refund back my money but they never ready to do.
        This can be a fraud one also either by restaurant/ swiggy because swiggy also not taking action.
        Kindly check my case and revert back either through call, mail if call was not attended.

          I want my amount back the food is very unhygienic and the food quality is very bad after eating half slice i have been vomitted and iam suffering stomach ache and there is no proper response from swiggy and they are saying sorry and unable to talk with customers properly and asking please be patient is this way u treat customers i lost my amount and feeling unhealthy after eating half slice pizza, i will complain about this issue further if my amount not refunded.

              I tried making a transaction for 490 which said failed from the swiggy end. But money was debuted from my account. The order number is [protected]. It has been more than 16 days and i still have not got the refund. Swiggy refuses to provide any contact details of the payment gateway as well. All i get from the chat is standard answers sayin the feedback will be conveyed to the relevant department.

              Sir a refund of 43 has been initiated by swiggy but still i didnt recieve the refund.
              It was initiated on 14 sep i think.

              My Bill Is Rs 144.50 Rs But Swiggy Get Round Figure and charged 145 rs
              I have ordered online on 7th Oct 2019 but app get blank and not showing any order in app but money debited from my bank account. Rs. 665/- Food not received and also not received refund. Worst experience. Order number - [protected]

                Above order was made on 29-sept-2019. Payment was initiated through hdfc bank net banking for rs. 213/- to razpswiggy, amount of rs.213/- was immediately deducted from my account at hdfc bank. Sweggy informed that payment was not successful and amout will be refunded with in 5 to 7 working days. Till to day i have not received the refunded amout.
                I made spot cash payment on delivery of order.

                  This order was placed on friday (11th october) around 8.45 pm and i have not got any update till 9.30 pm and when i tried to chat with swiggy by 10.18 pm the order was marked as delivered.

                  But as per the assigned person dinesh, he said it was food issue and he has not delivered food.

                  I need an explanation for this and my refund for this order.

                      After waiting for more than 1.5 hours for an order delivery, when called to the delivery boy he says since you didn't pick up the phone i didn't deliver so you will have to wait for another half hour!!! I had the phone with mw the entire time and was continuously tracking him on the app. He didn't even come in my area. When complained to the customer care, they say we are sorry we will cancel your order!! I didn't call you to cancel my order. I called you to take care of this issue and provide me food!! I could have cancelled an hour back on my own!!! Not the the of service i am paying money for!
                      I got food that was spilled completely and did not get a refund. your executives are useless. I sent photos and you guys didn't do anything. I want a refund for the multiple issues that I have faced because of you.

                        The delivery boy used very bad language. And he even took extra money and got an excuse thatvhe doesn't have change which can't happen with a delivery boy. And also he used a very bad language when giving the order. We really want to slap him there but we can't do that because it was our college premises. Please look after this issue... We are going mad about this! He is just so annoying!! The language he used is really really bad.. And his attitude is even more worse!!

                          cancellation fees

                          Delivery executive was not able to contact me to confirm my address because of my network issue. But then i called him and he shouted at me asking me where i was, i ignored n confirmed my address. He then cancelled my order. For which i was charged cancellation fee of rs198. Then i took the complain to customer care executive but didn't received any satisfactory answer. I waited for 40 minutes for food which was not delivered to me. Please...

                          Hi,

                          Within span of 15 days rs.900 has been debited from my account, first payment got failed on 27th sep, amount was rs.500 and after that three transaction have failed. For first debit checked with swiggy after 8 working days and they said we are reinitiating refund and it will take another 5-7 days. Just see date difference close to 15 working days.net banking transaction hardly takes max 2hrs just to refund rs500 company is taking 15 days. It seems to be a big scam, just imagine if they are doing same thing for 1million customers, sheer interest amount is rs137500 for 15 days. Amazing business model swiggy has adopted to increase their profit.

                            I placed an order on swiggy on september 29th for rs 595 and the transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my account. On checking with swiggy support they mentioned i would get the amount back in my account within 5-7 business days. After 7 working days i checked again and swiggy asked me to get in touch with my bank. The bank said they say the transaction has been processed and to get in touch with swiggy. I still have not received the money back in my account for transaction id pay_dnw1zddscoybe0.

                              I had ordered from swiggy on 6th october and i am expecting a refund for both orders due to issues related with them. I had made payments for both through 'google pay' and i have still not received the refund amount. I got the message from swiggy saying refund has been completed but no amount has been credited to the account.

                              2) amount - 366, ref id:[protected]Google pay)

                              I have contacted bank as well as google pay and they say they do not have records for the refund. Please help.

                                My friend ordered food from mcdonald's viman nagar pune on october 8th
                                Not only did the delivery guy cancel the order which was prepaid he denied service
                                They promised to refund back the money which i paid through upi transfer in 2-4 days
                                Every time we check up they have the same reason but don't give a #
                                We are helpless right now not knowing what to do or whom to contact
                                I will add my bank details where i've been debited by swiggy but not credited with the refund amount

                                  Today i first placed an order #[protected] which was marked as delivered by sachin but no one called me or delivered. I had to wait and then raise a request to refund and then re-order the same thing from the same shop as per order is #[protected]. Now this delivery guy calls and tells me that the road is blocked and he does not want to take the other route and then swiggy people tell me that he has been injured and they will have to cancel the order. Irrespective of this drama, i can be charged 61 cancellation fee only if i wanted to cancel the order because of some personal issue. Road is blocked not my issue and the driver does not want to take the other route because swiggy wont pay for extra miles again not something i did. So why should i pay 61 rp when i did not get my food also and then has to pay also just because i used swiggy. I am a regular swiggy user and the last customer care person who spoke to me in call rudely disconnected the call telling me i have to pay 61 rps and thank u for using swiggy. What # is this. For what am i paying 61 rp for being abused bu your # policies. Customer experience and brand value should be the top priority of companies like swiggy. Here its a zero.

                                      I placed an order through swiggy pop from bhookhad. My delivery person says that my location is showing 3 hours away. However, in my swiggy pop, it is showing that my delivery person will reach within 1 minute. Customer care chat is not supporting at all. I have also sent my location through whatsapp.
                                      In spite of calling the delivery person so many times, the order has yet not arrived.
