Today i ordered some food from swiggy with vatika restaurant in lucknow. The order was confirmed and they deducted money. After half an hour i checked the order didn't confirmed by the restaurant. I chatted with the swiggy customer care and they told me that your order is being prepared and will deliver within 5-9 minutes. Then i waited 1hour more. After i called again to swiggy customer care and different guy told me that your order is out...

As i order on swiggy with order no [protected] on 18.08.2019 but due unavailability of product my order has cancelled they are saying that you will receive your refund within 5 working days and it almost over. Now again and again they are committing false commitment tha you will received refund with 2 days. So it is my concern to take an action against these type of fraud company....

I am having a complaint for the executive for order#[protected], the swiggy executive named gaurav, contact no. [protected], first of all he delayed the order by 1.5 hours, wen i have called him from alternate no. He said i called you many times you have not picked up, however i have not received only one call which is from customer care only... After that the executive called me back on the same no and started using abusive language and threatened...

I am a very regular customer of yours. Almost every alternate day i place an order and believe i can be certain that your delivery executive will deliver my order. But today i experienced something shocking!
I ordered a hot chocolate fudge sundae from a shop only 3 km away. It took the delivery boy you assigned for my order 2 hours to just pick up my order!!
I mean this is ridiculous as far as service quality goes. I hope this...

I orderd my food by swiggy app on 24 august 9:11 pm (Ist). While delivery service i got a call from delivery executive that due to traffic the food was damaged and they were to replace the food. But i didnt recieved the food and the money i paid for the food online by google pay was deducted. After that i took help from customer support and they still didnt help me. Today i have ordered biryani, ginger chicken etc from swadeshi dining restaurant order no[protected] they sent me spoiled biryani which is getting smell they are not maintaining minimum standards and not thinking of health of the customers, please remove them from swiggy i am controlling my language kindly take action against them and remove from swiggy...

The sector of my address in Swiggy app pick up automatically. It does't allow to change it and because of this one my order has been cancelled with a cancellation charge of INR 60. When I spoke to help desk they informed me that they can't refund the full amount which was INR 150. Now where is my fault in this? I order on aug 16, but delivery boy denied by saying his bike got repaired and asked me to cancel the order, so i did.388rs to be refunded and they said it will reflect within 4-7 business day. Still yet to be refunded, whenever i chat they say the same time period. Today is 29 th aug. Customer care number is also utter waste. Please help me to get back my hard earned money.

I am a pure vegetarian and non-veg food was delivered to me. And without my knowledge after my second bite i realized that it is non vegetarian. This is maybe the 4th time that i have got non-veg in my order and this time i happened to eat it. I need a strong action against it. On my complaint to swiggy they are offering me the cash back of the particular wrong order which is the last thing i want. I want them to know how a vegetarian is...

I ordered egg rolls and Paneer rolls but hey provide Patato rolls hell services and i call to the support some said they share feedback some provide refund then disconnected then call all the support staff provide different resolution i think they fool customer this is the worst experience i ever had with swiggy. I owner of five star club and travels, had applied for partnership of my restaurant with swiggy three weeks before. All the necessary forms and details required for registration is filled and submitted successfully. Two weeks past from this but no further steps has been taken by swiggy. Registration status there showing that documents are sent for approval and awaiting approval. I have also raised complaint at [protected]@swiggy.in but no reply...

My order #[protected] has been cancelled forcefully by atul katara and spoken in informal way. Also atul katara rejected to transfer call to his manager. Atul katara kept me online long time without doing conversation with me and applied cancellation charges though my order is not cancelled from my side.

I had placed order on 27th august to treat my friends order max time showed 47mins however it took more then 1.30hrs to reach swiggy has really spoiled our party very bad horrible experience not the first time everytime this had happened. I think you shd improve ur services. U guys only spoil the mood. My had to leave hungry that day. If you guys can’t deliver the food on time what’s the use of this stupid application....

This was my 3rd time that i switch to swiggy from zomato. But services which are being offered from Swiggy are so poor than Zomato. Today i ordered for Malai Champ, but instead of getting Malai Champ they provided me with something else and that too a smelly product which is so yukkk. Kindly refund my money and take back your so called yukk malai champ.

On 26th aug19, at around i ordered one pizza with order no-[protected] for rs. 205, after 15 min. When i called delivery boy he told e that i met an accident so not able to deliver item & at the same time i received a call from swiggy that i will try for replacemnet i said ok, then swiggy called me that your order will not be replaced & your money will be refunded within 2-3 days, i said ok.

Again i order pizza from other outlet...

I used to be the regular customer of swiggy. When i complained about the service swiggy straight away deactivated my account so that no complain can be done and to stay clean as there will be no proof of my complain. Nice try swiggy.
I gave an order at around 9pm and then en every 15 min the executive was changing and lastly around 1 am the customer care canceled the order and from the very next day the acount got deactivated.

According to the subject, cum reference cited above i have placed one order for the supply of food worth of rs120/- from one of the well-esteemed star hotels from the city of calicut on 26/8/2019 at 8.12 pm.
Thereafter the delivery executive contacted me and informed that he had collected the food from the hotel concerned and further...

I placed my order today twice first of all the executive was too rude he asked me y did i placed the order if it is far from my house. My answrr is y people place order in swiggy so that they dont have to move for food here n there.
Secondly without my permission my order was cancelled and cancellation fee was also initiated.. Great swiggy pathetic service being provided...
