I cancelled the order because after an hour time approx 10.30 delivery boy called and said my order is spoiled and have to reorder
Still waiting after reorder till 11.21 i cancelled
Paid money until now was 131 + 90 (Cancellation fees)
Did i got the food no
Did food spoiled because of me? No i was not even aware why its taking 2 hours to deliver food from a restaurant that is hardly 20 mins away from my location
Need a reply on this swiggy extremely poor service

    I ordered something from a restaurant and it was prepaid, the amount got debited so i talked to the customer service regarding the same. They assured i'll get the refund withing 2-3 days, now i contacted them regarding this after a week. The executive said they already processed the refund, but i haven't got any.
    They are now telling me to contact the payment source. Which is google since i paid using google pay. I even asked them for the trasaction id for the refund they initiated, they are not willing to.

      I ordered from a restaurant not even a km far from me and after waiting 1 hour, the delivery executive updated the status as delivered but i didn't receive any order. When i complained to the swiggy customer care, the executive was very irresponsible and not helpful at all and when i asked for a refund, he said he can't. When i asked for a replacement, he said he can't. After contacting them for 3 hours. They give me a coupon worth 300 while my actual order was worth 350. When enquired regarding the same, they say they can't give me full refund. And the response time is horrible.

        I m trying to book one chicken fried rice in tasty kitchen restaurant. The upi transaction is successful in my bank side. But the order is not confirmed by the swiggy app. Then i cancel the payment and book the food in zomato delivery app. Then i received the swiggy order without any prior notification and also receiving zomato order. So my money is wasted on the swiggy app. I have contacted the customer service, he's not satisfies my problem and impolite speech. Very very poor swiggy customers. My money has been waste. He's not refunded to me.

          I ordered burger from burger singh around last week of aug 2019. My order was cancelled due to lack of supply of the items ordered. When i asked for refund they said you will get in 4 to 6 business day, i did not get the refund since then. I spoke to many agents they were bluffing saying refund failed so we are providing coupon of 850rs which i am not able to see anywhere in my account. When i am trying to use food850 (Advised by swiggy agents). It says invalid coupon. Why neither coupon nor refund processed so far.

          This is last complain i am dealing with swiggy if refund will not be provided by you guys. I will approach to consumer court and required legal action will be taken.

            (See i have already escalated this problem and i dont have a solution yet. I placed an order and it was not delivered to me and i got in touch with subha priya and asked to call me, i told him the issue over the call and he issued a coupon of 650 saying that if i order any thing less than 625 then my charges will be 0. But now when i try to order it shows me that i have to pay 107 extra as restaurant charges and delivery partner fee. Why so?
            As i have already paid it in my last order so why should i pay for it now. And it was not my fault that the delivery partner did not call me before delivering the order to some random person... Now i am hungry do something as that is the only money i have and i want to eat food now. Sort out my issue.)
            This is what i told them and i have sent you as well..
            Now the problem is why should i pay the partner delivery charge and the restaurant charge when i did not receive my order and when it was the delivery partner's fault.
            On that the customer support call is never reachable and the chat people are so irresponsible in responding and when it's really necessary to explain things over a call they never callback and close the chat without any consent.
            And they continue telling that they can't help.
            I did place an order with a loss as i'm hungry... But i want a solution to this and i want a refund.
            This is a nuisance for the customers.
            Would swiggy be hungry on behalf o[censored]s.
            + there's a big problem of the customer support not understanding english or not being able to read. They send me a chat stating that no profanity should be used. Now tell me, how come asking someone if they are literate and if they can read is wrong or abusive.
            Swiggy doesn't hire proper candidates to connect with customers and no swiggy number is reachable which is available online. If we manage reaching some other dept and ask them to somehow connect to the right dept they disconnect the phone.
            [protected] is the order number where i had this issue post which because of extreme hunger i had to order paying extra. Look into each and every call and chats and investigate please.
            I want a solution to this issue asap.

              This is in reference to order #[protected] that i mistakenly placed. I realized i'd placed the incorrect order quickly and tried to cancel it within 5 minutes where i was told that i would be charged a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the order value since "the restaurant has already started preparing your order." this can't obviously be true and this is an unreasonable policy. There needs to be a 5-10 minute window where a customer can cancel a mistakenly placed order with a minimal fee. I went ahead with the order in this instance but this policy needs to change.

                I ordered from swiggy - us pizza.
                Original order came cold and then i was offered a replacement which i obviously accepted.

                A new order came at exactly 8:38pm and i opened it, saw that the toppings was spoilt due to obvious mishandling in delivery.

                When i created a complaint - they said that they have noted and will share the feedback to relevant shareholders but can't compensate.

                The pizza was of rs. 520

                  I ordered a double egg roll from chota mama chicken & mama veg. Agra, civil lines. I found chicken in my roll and this is really frustrating. I want to take action against the restaurant and their attitude is not at all relieving... And in this religious month.. I have never eaten meat... This the month of shrada.. And i don't eat meat... I called the restaurant... His behaviour was very ignorant and arrogant.. And he didn't seem to have any change... I am so frustrated and this destroys my trust in online food delivery outlets... I want an action against him and want him to at least feel that consumer has some power. This behaviour is not acceptable.. I want action

                    I ordered from havstories and kaar khaana havstories online through zomato and swiggy. Food is a joke for them. Ordered falafel pita pocket hummus 3 times from kaar khana havstories. It is nothing but an indian veggie kabab or cutlet, it is not falafel. They keep fooling me everytime. They should either take this item off the menu or rename it to indian veggie kabab cutlet or tikki rather than masquerading it as falafel. It is nothing like a falafel. Despite my several requests to make it less spicy and less salt. They made it more spicy and added red chilli powder in hummus the 3rd time. There was no chilli powder in hummus the last 2 times i ordered. The falafel sandwiches were also very spicy the last 2 times, unlike the original falafel that one gets in middle eastern countries. They kept making excuses like the head chef wasn't available that is why this happened and order next time and you will get authentic falafel, proper food and i ordered again and was disappointed, disgusted and i get messed up food everytime for that sort of price.
                    The veggie premium momos i ordered were dumped squished together in one plastic box, the end result was a clump of momos stuck together and torn apart.
                    The veg burger i ordered was pathetic with only one dry aloo patty and ketchup, there was no tomato, no lettuce leaf etc. Burger price more than havstories and had lesser ingredients and worst burger i ever had
                    The food is costlier than havstories but worse.

                    Kindly dont fool customers by putting up a dish that you cannot make, you are sending a completely different thing a vegetable kabab or patty and you are fooling people by naming it "falafel" . Stop making every darn thing so spicy. May be some customers want to eat less spicy food that is why they ordered a dish named falafel because customer knows, the original falafel sandwiches and hummus salad are made non spicy. But you managed to make that also spicy

                      I had placed a food order (Order # [protected]) for 2 plates of tawa sabji and 1 plate of boneless mutton seekh kebab masala from hotel great punjab in hiranandani gardens, powai, mumbai on saturday, 21st september 2019 at 1.12 p. M.

                      However, i received dry mutton seekh kebab instead of boneless mutton seekh kebab masala.

                      When i called up the swiggy delivery person, he asked me to call up hotel great punjab and speak to them about this. I asked him to do that but he expressed his inability to do so, as he was busy with another delivery.

                      When i called up hotel great punjab, i was told that the order received by them via swiggy was for mutton seekh kebab and not boneless mutton seekh kebab masala - this is clearly mentioned on the bill sent to me on my email.

                      It may be noted that i was charged for boneless mutton seekh kebab masala but received dry mutton seekh kebab.

                      I have attached all relevant screenshots of the order placed with swiggy for reference.

                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        I, rajneesh madhok, advocate, having office at railway road, phagwara the land mark mentioned in my address opposite to hindustan steel & timber store, railway road, phagwara. The location is at state highway phagwara-chandigarh road, hindustan steel is no. 1 counter of steel and timber in phagwara. The delivery boy could not find location for two hrs. The complaint lodged with customer care has funny response that your order is being cancelled as the location could not be found out by the delivery boy mr. Sehgal.in between the delivery boy made more than 10 calls to me but he could not understand the prime location of phagwara. The customer care executive was told that mr. Jawinder singh the delivery boy of swiggy is well known to me you can contact him and he will guide you the location. At the same address day before yesterday delivery was made by swiggy but today the customer care executive says that the location is untraceable? On making call to the delivery boy he disconnect the call within 1 minute. The customer care executives are also helpless and has only one solution that your order is being cancelled. Ultimately after two hours the order was delivered when an other delivery boy of swiggy came to my office and guided that delivery boy to reach at this spot.

                          I had placed order for transaction id - [protected]-1 on which i had to get a refund of 225 it’s been more then 10 days since i received email of the refund it’s not yet reflecting in my account. The reference id is [protected]
                          Whereas i had placed a order for cake on 2 or 3 days back and dwight cancelled my order and said 718 has been refunded to my account which should hardly take 1 hour to reflect in my account but still it’s not been showing. The reference id is djduruqfllcbeh.
                          Swiggy has become pathetic there is no help line and incase there is any issue we have to oder something and then chat with the executives which is not at all sane.
                          I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest

                            I had placed an order on the 15th of September on Swiggy. However, after waiting for an hour when I called the delivery guy, he said that the restaurant has not even started preparing the food. When I interacted with the customer care, I was apologised to and told to cancel and replace the order at 11pm in the night, long past my dinner time. I requested a cancellation and a refund of the amount that had been debited from my account. The refund was generated by the app and it has been 5 working days since. I haven't received the refund amount yet, even after I was told that the money shall be refunded within 2 to 3 working days. I followed up on the 4th day and was told that it shall be refunded withing 5 to 7 working days and to get in touch with the bank if it does not. What kind of harrowing is this? Is it not their responsibility to check whether the customer has received the money for which Swiggy is responsible? This had happened to a friend of mine who had paid from her card using my Swiggy account. On cancellation, she had not received the refund amount that was promised to her. How will I trust them again with an online payment? This is destroying customer goodwill.

                              I ordered food from Ambrasiya New North Indian food outlet, Nilje gaon Via Swiggy app

                              My father found black metal pin PFA Pictures in the Patiyala chicken gravy that too when he had a bite and about to gulp assuming it as chicken bone.

                              Luckily nothing happened.

                              Kindly find out and explain the root cause. What are your actions as a service provider?

                              Also let me know what you would had done if you were me last night?

                              Ofcourse I seek an apology.

                                19th Sept, I placed order for chicken lollipop using SWIGGY50, I got call from customer care saying that they got two of the same orders(which I never placed, I only placed one order) and she asked me whether to cancel the other and I agreed.She asked me whether I had an exact change of 105 confirming with me about the price to be paid. But when the order came out to be 177 without any applied coupon.

                                  I placed an order with swiggy. I changed the address from my home location to work from my laptop. The locations automatically merged due to bug in the mapping and in spite o[censored]pdating thrice in the chat for the correct address they delivered to the wrong place.
                                  Not even sure if it is delivered or the swiggy guys are having it.
                                  Must say very poor customer service and very bad website to order food from.
                                  Must not rely on swiggy.

                                    I ordered from a restaurant. The delivery guy did not give me change so i asked the consumer care in swiggy. He said that the delivery guy will transfer to my google pay account. Still i haven't received the amount. Today the swiggy people are saying that they'll initiate a coupon ofvthe remaining amount. I don't need any coupon i want my money back. Also they do not provide complete information.

                                      On sept 10th i have raised a complaint on amount (Rs 323) deducted from my account for a failed transactions. I have got a reply that money will credited within 5 to 7 working days. But i didn't receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number of the refund and the date on which refund is initiated. I chatted with your team but didn't receive any response. Appreciate your early response with the requested details. Failed order no. #[protected].
                                      The sms i received on sept 10:
                                      Your payment for order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from upi will get refunded within 2-4 days.

                                        I placed an order from swiggy which restaurant didn't confirm. After waiting for some time I called customer care asking for order status. They called restaurant and noone answered. Still customer care person asked me to wait to receive order. It was getting late in night so I asked them to cancel the order. Now on my next order I am being charged 117 rupee as cancellation charges which is unfair. Do they just expect us to wait? There was no delivery person assigned and still I was told that the charge is because a delivery boy has gone and manually placed the order. They didn't have any contact detail for the delivery boy assigned.
