Order was unduely delayed. Lack of timely response in redressal of situation. Followed by false delivery or wrong delivery. No pro active attitude shown by your employees to resolve situation. Refund was prompt. How it helps me resolve my hunger is questionable?? When asked for a call on the issue the operator was not audible since the background noise of boys and girls laughing was louder than his voice. When informed him the call was uncerimoniously cut and no call back on the issue. Guess customer is last for your organisation. Questionable ethos of company reflected in your employee behaviour. But u ask us to support make in india but can't uphold indian tradition with chalta hai attitude. Poor taste sir very poor. Hope you guys improve ur customer service.

    I ordered a pop meal through swiggy after that as it was showing 50mins for delivery i had to cancel the order. I talked with the customer care and they initiated the refund. The order number is #[protected]. Order date was 1st oct 2019. The payment was made through phonepe upi. Order value was rs.145. Usually, these refunds reflect instantly. But as the upi was down that day the transaction might be failed. I contacted the customer care regarding that after 2 days regarding that but they said the refund is initiated successfully and gave me the reference number saying it will take max 5 days. When i visited my branch on the 5th day the manager told me there is no such transaction has been made. When i contacted swiggy customer care on 6th day they just simply told me they have limited access and cant check whether the transaction has failed or not and just saying it, they closed the conversation.

    This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced.

    I hope my issue would be resolved as soon as possible.

When he knew he was on signal y he had to be so restless nd try to overtake the cars nd he dint have manners to say sorry or ask about the situation. I require u to kindly take action on him. Or else i have to deal with it

        This afternoon i order a veg tripple noodles for lunch
        They charged 185 as 165 for noodles and 25 delivery charges
        The guy delivered the food from the restaurant which i ordered but aftrr opening the package i found an egg in it.
        After that i tried contacting the swiggy they be like we give you 200rs coupon as token of apology

          These people are real scammers with legal titles, i have experienced many times the restaurant or their delivery agent will deliver item spilled or missing and all they will say is “we will take strong feedback” full of # people. They don’t even provide replacement or refund for missing or spilled item. Very rude staff they ask you to be professional over the chat or call but they don’t even have profession of a penny in them. Feedback is not enough when you’re charging customers with bunch of money and when the order is not delivered for what they paid it’s your responsibility to deliver it properly. I only have so many words to say to this people but then i’ll be unprofessional😂😂😂😂 you people will rot every moment loosing your life for scamming people.

              On 29th september 2019 i ordered pizzas through swiggy. I made the payment through google pay. The amount got debited but the order was not placed.

              On 30th september i got a message from swiggy stating refund of so n so amount has been initiated on your failed order because of delayed confirmation from payment gateways.

              Its 5th of october, i still did not got my refund.

                This has now happened twice on 2 consecutive days, oct. 3rd and 4th 2019.
                My credit card was successfully charged each time but the received order screen did not show on both days.
                I called mrs magpie - they asked for my order number which i could not provide! They confirmed that they had received my orders which were ultimately delivered on time.
                Not good enough! Could not get updates about delivery time and had to call the restaurant each time to confirm the orders!
                Please rectify this immediately.

                  I ordered a milkshake from keventers through swiggy a month ago and the delivery boy came to me and took 400 rupees extra from me and left to get change from market but never showed up, i have been reporting this through emails, calls and chats but they just say we would contact you but never call i gave them proof that delivery boy is not responding to my call but nothing is resolved i'm very angry with their behaviour and lack of customer service

Jo ki maine order (Hub) me sumbit krne ke bad bhi mere floating cash me 1206 rs. Add kr diya hai jab mai fleet manager se iske bare me bataya to manager bola jyada order cancelled ho ke karan aisa hua hai. Jo bhi order related issues tha sub fm ko suchit krta tha.

                      I had ordered cake n paid through Paytm n my order was forcefully cancelled inspite of me selecting d right address dey claim n I hv d proof I hv d screenshot of d receipt tat I selected d right address n dey claim tat I selected d wrong address n hv applied cancellation charges which m not liable for and d customer support service and the chat team is of no use they just keep giving assurances that they would pass on the feedback to the concerned team and then close the ticket and the delivery guy is also rude dese delivery people just want the order to get cancelled and then deduct half of the amount without even delivering the product
                      Thanks a lot team for helping me out and I would like to inform you that I have been contacted by the swiggy team and have been refunded my cancellation charge.Thanks again for helping me out with my concern you guys are doing a great job.😊

                        Through this mail, we are here to mention how pathetic it is when it comes to Swiggy.
                        This is in regards with a complaint mail regarding SWIGGY Pathetic Food & Customer services. Swiggy has started a new service.It's called 'cancelling orders on their own on behalf of their customers'.We are mailing two complaints about the Delivery Executive and CUSTOMER CARE Team.

                        Being a regular buyers from Swiggy, We have placed an order on 1st October at 4:30 pm in the evening.The restaurant has accepted the order and flagged the order. But, After sometime We got a call from the Delivery Executive who said that the food can't be delivered.. Even he asked us to cancel the Order too. When we denied to cancel it, they asked us to complaint in the Swiggy CUSTOMER CARE Department.Only then they will dispatch the order. We didn't cancelled the order, but We did a complaint in swiggy and While having a conversation with the swiggy team, Swiggy has cancelled the order itself without giving any information.It has got cancelled at 5:37 pm on its own...At that time, We already were having a conversation with the CUSTOMER CARE team . Almost for 1 hour, 34 minutes and 50 seconds, we were on a continuous call regarding the complaint, but the representatives disconnected the call in between without giving any solution.They simply ended up the conversation without giving any response.Such a worst experience so far with swiggy.
                        We called up again and again and after some time the CUSTOMER CARE executive has answered the call and said that they will register a complaint regarding this. We have asked for a complaint numer as well, but they didn't given ANY COMPLAINT number but assured us that their senior representatives will give us a call back within two days..Then we asked them to let us connect with any senior or manageral level person, After insisting a lot to talk to any senior or manageral Executive, they made us connected with their Senior Representative.At that time the Senior Representative was apologizing and was offering us a coupon of Rs.200 while their CUSTOMER CARE executives were offering coupons of Rs. 100 because they have cancelled our order and were not placing the same Order.We have also asked for any alternatives as We all were hungry because we were waiting for so long and it has got too late to go out and get any food, but they said that nothing is available.. They were apologising again and again and feeling sorry again but were not helping us out .The only answer we got from them was - Nothing is available .Nothing can be done.Nor can be done.They cancelled our order and We have to suffered for whole night.
                        As per our experience, We have Seen that Swiggy's service is pathetic and now we are looking for a compensation and refund for all our time and energy that was wasted in dealing with such an incompetent organisation.We want them to repay us for our discomfort..We need an either Item replacement or the Money so that we can order the Same Order. Our Order No is - Order#[protected].
                        Such ### service.. If this persists u people, the Swiggy will be over soon atleast in the City Rewari, Haryana..
                        We are an Institution, and if we will not get any solution from Swiggy, We would recommend everyone to uninstall this app. as soon as possible.Such a worst app. with cheap delivery executive and CUSTOMER CARE people and services.Such a bad user experience.

                          ON september 9th I have ordered food from the swiggy. Food delivery person delivered somewhere. Immediately i have chat with customer care to refund the amount. He also confirm the wrong delivery and initiated my refund request. But till now I am not getting refund, Now the customer care support people replying on chat like this is the old order we can't refund. Then i chat with senior person on September 27th he said you will receive refund within two working days but today date October 3 but still they didn't refund the amount

                              Today i booked an order with swiggy (Order #[protected]) and specified the address on which they had delivered a couple of times in the past. I was advised a delivery within 33 minutes. However, after 1 hour i got a call from swiggy's delivery partner informing me that he was at a wrong location. When i tried to give him directions, he asked me to come to his location and collect the parcel. When i requested him to deliver at the address mentioned in the order, i got an sms on my phone that my order has been cancelled and i will be charged rs. 180/- as cancellation charges on my next order. First of all, my order was not fulfilled. Then i was charged a cancellation fee for an order that i had not cancelled. This is totally unacceptable; and a very unprofessional and pathetic behavior on swiggy's part.

                                For swiggy order number #[protected] i have ordered some food from swiggy hoping that food will be delivered to me and i will be able to eat my food with delight but what happened that delivery boy named yadav threatened me and asked me to come somewhere in the city for which his motive might be physically assault me for reason i have not provided him exact gps location and told him that i will not cancel my order. However my written address was correct and in telephonic conversation i directed him towards right location. This unusual behavior of this delivery boy must be noticed as it may lead to instances not good for customer. People order food for eating not for fighting people earlier unknown. He has my location and i even don't know him. This is a matter of grave concern for me. I think swiggy will understand this and recruit people with good background.

                                  Unable to download order-[protected] invoice.
                                  When downloaded, it is showing black page. Requested to contact customer care. I have contacted cc through email and chat but no solution. They have given 48hrs resolution time. Time has passed over 6days but no progress. I followed up their swiggy support email, but still they are unanswerable to my issue.

                                    I ordered food at a restaurant using swiggy and paid through online. The food was totally spolied and bad odour coming from that. I need any immediate solution for this issue. If someone ate that food, they will surely get into sick. This is the way they serve a customer? Definitely swiggy should pay for this issue. Have you think customer as a # for eating a spoiled food. Would you pay for the treatment if they get hospitalized.

When I contacted the delivery man, he says he has delivered it to a child where as there are no children at my home. The customer care is also uncooperative. The delivery boy called started scolding i don’t know the address, if you want you only come here like this that he scolded. First teach your delivery boy some culture. That is there duty search the address. If they can’t find they should call and ask us. You people aren’t supposed to talk like that. His name is naveen kumar b. We have other options to order food
