Order from harshada pawar on 14th september was first made at 7:28 pm and it is 10:13pm same day i have yet not received the order. Swiggy is not able to manage any issue created by their own delivery boys. The first delivery boy as he said met with an accidental who was 5mins on swiggy map from my house. After this incident i received a min of 20-25 calls to get my order and i am still on it. The reordered after the incident with the first delivery boy and told me that i order has been reprocessed and a new delivery boy has been assigned the new delivery boy waited for more than a hour but he couldn't receive the order as swiggy didn't place it from their end and mcdonalds didn't give the order without an official order from swiggy also the did a lot of fraud conversation on the call stating that they are trying to place the order manually via delivery boy and mcdonalds is not accepting the order which is not possible and to add to it i spoke to the delivery boy himself he said he has not received any information about manually placing the order from their his end.
Also my first very order was a paid one from gpay. The second delivery boy couldn't receive and they forced me to cancel and they would place another themselves. After cancelling the order i receive a call from swiggy which stated that they are now not able to place the order is mcdonalds is close at 9:40pm on a saturday. After all the arguments i have now received a message that my order is reprocessed and i will have to pay 570 for that. Swiggy torchured me by wasting my time, making me attend around 25 calls for a order which was paid while placing the order and making me look after the order because swiggy cannot be trusted for money.

    I had ordered for food on swiggy at 09:23 pm on 14/09/2019 from mehta food junction and the delivery time was mentioned as 42 minutes but the order was delivered after more than an hour.
    The service of swiggy has detroriated and they are claiming false delivery time.
    The customers ordering food actually expect the delivery on time because food is for eating which should reach on time. Hunger is something that can never be challenged and compromised but swiggy doesn't seem to understand this and is also not bothered about their customers.
    And its not the first time but previously also same has happened.
    I would request the consumer forum to take strict action against such companies that is playing with the hunger of the customers and misrepresenting the customers.

      On 08.09.19, evening around 7.00 pm at hotel saravana bhavan, ashok piller, chennai, when i was waiting for an app based auto, a bike borne swiggy delivery boy, ran his bike on my left leg injuring my knee with severe pain till now. Bike regd. No: tn09cr0839. When i questioned his behaviour, he shouted at me in filthy and unparlimentary language and pushed me down. I reported to the security and he said that the behaviour of that swiggy boy is always rude. Kindly take suitable action against him.

        Hi,

        Here i want to sue swiggy with reference to my last order from burger king using swiggy. On september 4th i got my order and 3 items of worth rupee 210+gst were missing from my order. I immediately followed up with the swiggy customer care team and they followed up with the burger king and initially they were forcing me to accept the coupons for next order but when i persisted not to accept any coupon they agreed to give me 210+gst money back and they promised to call me back in 2 to 3 business days as the person who took my call was going for office leaves for 2 business days.

        After two days of followup, i just got 75rs as cashback nothing else and no call followup from swiggy.

        I want to ask swiggy that was it a fake cash back promise or the missing items were intentional from their side?

        Converting someone's hard money into the coupons for the next orders is not the right resolution. The default channel of the refund must be the original source of the payment using which the order was placed. I can see there are tons of complaints regarding this issue. The court should come and correct the Swigg's policies.

        Also, the GST amount over the top of the refunded money must also be refunded.

          On 23rd of august i've made a payment to swiggy via amazon pay balance for the order nos [protected] & [protected] with rs 139 & rs 139. But they have not provided the food for both the orders and also not re-funded the money back for one of the order till date. Of contacted to swiggy they are blaming amazon.in and if contact amazon they blaming swiggy. Both the service providers are cheating the consumers.

            I had ordered food from swiggy and paid using my sodexo card,
            The amout was deducted from my account but the delivery was not made
            Upon complaining to the customer care a full refund was offered but after some timei get a message stating that there will be a cancellation fee also.

            Why should i pay a cancellation fee for the food not being delivered to me

            I would like to raise complaint against this kind of fraudulent activity from swiggy.

              I have ordered 60 puffs for rs 2241 and due to delay of more than a hour. I have cancelled my order and message was received stating refund shall be initiated. Yet I didn't receive anything even been a week since the order was cancelled. Now that I have to check with my bank and this will take a long time thus got fed up with these things. It makes me feel like always opt for cash on delivery so no worries. When a delivery gets cancelled. I am really worried about this thing.

                Order no-[protected], in my order one insect inside of food. I was complain on dragon chaines point. Dragon claimed that we don’t know we served food to swiggy for delivery than what are they mixed in tha food we don’t know. We are not responsible for this all responsibility on swiggy

                  Hello swiggy,

                  I understand that you guys are doing great in your business and there are lot of restaurants enjoying the taste of money even more than before. Appreciate your initiative... Now can we take an initiative (A social one) to think little about our people who cant afford to order in swiggy but can help to cook and deliver it through swiggy.. Yes swiggy should come up with a plan to promote house wives to cook and give them an id so people near can buy her food (If tasty) by doing you are supporting a family economy i know you can never help the indian economy. Lets talk if this is interesting call me [protected].

                    I had placed an order from a restaurant in alleppey, kerala. I had spillage issues with the order and raised a complaint with swiggy regarding the same. I was informed that refund would be initiated on the same day. I got no reply on that day. The next day i had raised many complaints yet no one gave me any response. After 2 weeks of complaints they have informed me now that they cannot refund as 24 hours has lapsed.

                      Yesterday i placed an order of food from a restaurant, the entire process was completed. He picked the parcel from the restaurant and on coming to my way, he just stopped 1 km before my location as i can see the location of the delivery boy in the swiggy app. And tried calling more than 15 times when he was not standing there. When i tried calling swiggy, it did not connect, so i started chatting in the app and while i was chatting, the order got cancelled on the ground that i did not received the call which is a clear lie. When you did not reached my location, how you can say that i did not received the call. I have screen shot of calls that i made. I suffered cancellation charges half the amount of order. This is not first time that i have faced it. Few days ago the case was same. They have found a new way to get without any payment. I am also filing in consumer forum for the same. I have swiggy address my concern and remove this type of fradulent person.

                        I ordered two chicken starter dishes on the 11th of September 2019 bearing bill number [protected] at 923 pm from “Sharief Bhai”, a restaurant located 2.9 km from my house that is commutable in 15 minutes time in dense traffic. The delivery agent was assigned within 20 minutes for the above order, however the food was delivered to me at 1040 pm, a good 40 minutes post the promised delivery time.

                        Consequently, my food was cold on arrival rendering the taste inedible. I threw away half the contents because of the poor quality. Immediately I reached out to the swiggy customer care who, to my disappointment, have given me a “refund” of ₹25. My order was worth ₹240 and Swiggy offered me a measly 10%, as if they’re offering me a tip !

                        In addition they have closed the conversation thread in their chat feedback WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I would hereby mention Tamala and Moin, representatives who were extremely uncooperative and the latter was incoherent over the phone.

                        I herewith enclose the screenshot of the conversation thread where I clearly mention that I do not want a coupon and want to continue the conversation and yet they deny me my dignity as a customer.

                          I have given proper address while you gave wrong address to delivery boy and he refused to deliver for good 2 hours your stupid call centre guys keept calling me and harresed me for the same. It was such a huge mental stress .
                          I need the compensation for the mental torture you have given me today
                          If this is not closed than I will further escalate this matter and will ensure that you get dragged in consumer forum

                            I ordered four items two chicken briyani, three chicken balls, chicken gravy, dragon chickenand i only received three items. Chicken balls were missing and i called the delivery person and he picked up the call but didn't respond properly. I called him again again but he didn't pick up the call. I tried to complain in the swiggy app but i dont think they took this seriously. I tried texting too but there was no response from their side. Iam too disappointed on this app. And this is not the first time this hashappened.

                              I downloaded swiggy app on my new phone while i was moving in a vehicle and the app is designed to pick the gps address. It picked up a different address, while i typed a different one (My actual home address). I did not notice discrepancy until before the delivery person called to point it out. I mended my mistake by correcting the address. I offered to pay the delivery boy extra fee because i considered it a mistake on my end. I was ready to compensate for the difference in distance. The food was all cooked and prepared and they decided not to deliver it. I offered to pay the compensation but they have their own illogical policies. I talked to the resturant afterwards and they said that the cancelled orders get submitted to swiggy's office. Now i have to bear the cancellation fee of 200rs and i don't even get the food. This hasn't happened once, this has happened twice with me and i had to pay cancellation fee unecessarily. The swiggy customer care executives do not take into account the grievances of customers. They completely ignore it and the customer suffers.

                                The delivery exec did not deliver my food, practically ran away with it. It took swiggy 30 mins to decide on this, and then they initiated refund of the amount. So one hour after ordering, i don't have my food, no reorder possible as the restaurant is closed, i have to pay extra to order food now as the coupon cannot be used for the next two hours.
                                How is this right?

                                    On 1st sept 2019, swiggy has initiated the refund of rs 192, which i did not get till date, and on asking customer reps of swiggy.

                                    1. Ayesha (Told refund will be credited in 2-4 days)

                                    2. Raghav (Told me the refund is initiated will get in 2-4 days)

                                    3. Mukul (Told me amount is already refunded and told he is the only person providing the right information and some has shared the incorrect information)

                                    4. Anmol (Told me the amount is been initiated and will be credited in 2-4 working days). I asked for the transaction id and mode of payment, unable t provide me the same.

                                    5. Shalini (Told me the refund has been completed and asked me to contact bank, which i already did after my conversation with mukul, so have asked for transaction id and mode of payment, even she was unable t provide me with the same, then lied to my face saying she has re-nitiated the refund which i will get within 2 days).

                                    6. Maninder (Told me refund has been completed and asked me to contact bank again, so again have asked for transaction id and mode of payment). He lied to me and provided me fake information, after contacting bank they said these information doesnt even exist (No records found)

                                    7. Finally mamta (Told me refund has been initiated, however has not been completed and refund will be initiated in 24 hours and will take 2-4 days to get credited)

                                    Anmol, shalini, maninder and now mamta all have escalated my issue, and assured me but issue still not resolved.

                                    Have never expected these things from swiggy and still waiting for my refund. Will never buy anything from swiggy again.

                                    Please take an action against the lying and untrustworthy employees for misleading the customers and refund my amount.

                                      My building name is not shown in the map, so i have to select the building next to me and set the landmark as next to that building. I also mention the plot no. As it is unique to help the executives deliver to the correct location. However, they deliver it to the other building which has same name as mine and get mad and blame me for not entering the correct address.

                                        Order #[protected] - the order wasn't delivered ontime and the live tracking page stated that its not live but customer service didn't even bother looking into the delivery issue properly and kept giving me random responses asking me to wait for over an hour for the food which was never coming.

                                        Later when i asked how much longer i should wait that was when they bothered to try calling the delivery guy and canceled my order
                                        I cancelled my order as the restaurant didn't have the item they display and cancelled my order on 21 Aug and I didn't receive my refund they are not even caring about it I have been asking the from 11days and they are saying only one it will be credited in 2- 4 days my transaction was upi payment
