I order from swiggy on 26 sep 2019 amount of 99 rs order. But his restaurant partner gave me wrong food. I complaint and want to refund. They told me refund is in processing and show in your account with in 24 - 48 hours but i wait for above 48 hours but till 30 sept 2019 refund not show in my account. I chat with swiggy customer service and ask the status they told me refund already credit on 26 sep 2019 with refund id 21529903. I show they my account statement there is no credit any amount from swiggy but they did not agree. I ask for tell me the account no which you credit this money they told me please contact your bank. I ask them again for transaction no. For enquiry from the bank because bank want transaction no. For enquiry. They told me they have only refund id and request id. How is it possible if they transfer any amount bank generate transaction no.. So again i ask them for please tell me which account you transfer this amount because i want to know for his transcation right or wrong. But the customer executive gave me defualt messages like i apologies for your disappointment etc. They not support for my refund.

    I had ordered food from swiggy today.. the delivery guy gave one ring missed call and before I could call back.. I recieved a message of the order being cancelled and I will be paying half the price of the order for cancellation charges. I didn’t cancel. Secondly on contacting the customer help desk they said that I will have to pay. My address was wrong. I have been using this address on previous occasions. That time there was no issue. How can they say address is wrong. For no fault of mine I am paying cancellation charges ? I asked the help desk guy to deliver the same order..then il pay.. he is asking me to place a new order.. does money grow on trees.. for no services I am being made to pay.. and the customer cAre never sorts out any issue..
    Very worst service provided by Swiggy to me they gave me burn rotis and half cooked chicken and dal is also not good

      This is the issue related my refund which was not done from you within business 4-7 days post order issue raised on[protected].

      Your executive told they not find any refund related to subject order which is official mail from you.

      Here i am attaching screenshot of chat history done with your customer support executive.

      Kindly resolve this issue on priority & do my refund immediately.
      In Swiggy my order was [protected]. food was very bad for health
      Delivery boy came with order after 1 hour 20min. Pizza returned to delivery boy. I need a fresh pizza. [protected] ordered by this mobile no. On swiggy online.
      I ordered food around 2 o clock and I got a call from your delivery boy that he will charge extra than the bill amount i.e Rs. 20 is it okay to pay extra amount as he says that the food rate has increased than the amount mentioned in the bill. Please reply??

        Team of 55 were starving because of restaurant and swiggy's negligence.
        This order was place at 12.35pm and 46mins was the delivery time. Order was delivered late at
        Had to get help from swiggy and started chatting with "pritam". This was the most impolite behavior from the executive and had some predefined texts all the time when the questions were asked. Finally the chat was closed without resolving and giving any solution for the delay.
        The compensation for the delay is least bothered here. If it was restaurant fault, penalize them and compensate the customers with benefits.

        I would want a compensation as the order was for my team of 55members who were starving for this negligence

          I received the wrong order as i asked for sandwiches and they have provided me hamburger type pav which i don't even like. I asked to replace it but they said they won't be able to exchange and can't get my order delivery. It's really ridiculous. You are serving your customer with their own desired food but here i see you want to feed them by your own choice and take the whole amount. Why you # people running this company when you cannot satisfy your customers. Its customer's wish to order whatever they like not whatever you wanna like. I need my order by today itself, otherwise, i know very well how to make your company shut down. I was hungry so i was bound to place an order so at least i can have my sandwiches with exclusive discount where i need to pay rs.27/- only. I was very happy to get such offer but you people ruined it like anything and your customer care service is worst totally. Rather than apologies, i was asking for the solution to fix it. She said can't do anything. Tumhare baap ke paiso se nai khaa rahe h. Rs.1/- invested in your company means a lot where we can't have our own choice food. Band kr lo apni dukhan. Worst service and company ever seen. Tum logo se toh aacha zomato h atleast they realise their mistake and compensate to the customers as per their fault so that the customer can again place an order with them and make them happy.

            Tried to place an order on swiggy but despite my money deducted from freecharge account and transaction shown successful swiggy denied to receive
            the payment hence no order placed both of them are not trustworthy and reliable freecharge has no realtime customer service so despite of paying money I didn't get my food what I have paid for shame on you swiggy and freecharge

              Hello sir my i have resign from swiggy after doing work for 2weeks on tuesday on 24th my de id was 882041 nd i havnt got fully payout i jst got only earnings which was showing... Mne missing payout was the 500rs security deduction which i hvnt got credit nd another the one complaint which the bymistake transction of floating cash of rs110 to another id 882042 on sun ths also i hve not got bck credit in mne account... So please a humble request to please credit mne fully payout

                I had placed and order on september 13 2019, and the order wasn't placed but the amount got debited from my account. After contacting the company through their app several times (4 times) i was told that it will take 2 days and then it increased to 10 days. It has been 15 days and i still haven't received my refund and i was asked to contact the bank, which i did and the amount was not debited. All i am getting through their app is their apology and how sorry they feel and that my concern will be raised to the higher authorities. I was told i would be contacted and i haven't been contacted even once. I am not being given any relevant information about the query that i raised.

                  I had ordered 4 items from anjapar resturant blore and i receive call from swiggy customer care saying delivery boy slipped and curd rice got spoiled, can we deliver remaining items and we will assure to deliver curd rice in 40 minutes and as a apology we will credit 130 as a sorry coupon code to your account for the inconvenience caused. I waited patiently for 40 minutes then i spoke to chat person and they told delivery boy will come in few minutes. After an hour again i chat asking for delivery information and they say me saying sorry we will refund that money. I have not received my food first place and then fake promises from swiggy to loot customers money. I again chat with them after 4 days asking status and they say sorry cant help as its more than 2 days.

                    Dear sir, i had placed my order on dominos through swiggy on 27th september 2019. The order was shown as accepted by dominos in the swiggy app and i paid an upfront amount to swiggy for the order. The tracking of the order wasn’t available on swiggy as they said dominos will make the delivery. But when i tried to track dominos order through their app, it didn’t open. I tried contacting the local outlet of dominos and it didn’t get through. I tried contacting dominos toll free number spoke to two executives and they assured since the order is non traceable and it had been more than 1 hour, the order is cancelled as i had requested. But, even now there has been no confirmation of my payment reimbursement from swiggy and in fact swiggy isn’t helping me in any way towards assuring the reimbursement.in fact in my order cart at swiggy it says the item is delivered, whereas it wasn’t. Please help me get the money back

                      I have ordered from swiggy amount was 143 in total... I used my sbi account... Money was deducted from my bank but the order didn't placed.. I raised a complaint in swiggy about the same but they said it is a payment getaway failure.. You will receive your money in 5-7 days... Its been more than a week but i did not receive anything from swiggy... Please someone help me with this.

                        I had placed an order on monday, sep 23rd (Order #[protected]) with swiggy. Due to issues on their restaurant end the order had to be cancelled but the payment had already been made. They didnt have the decency to update me about their issue a. I waited for an agent to appear online to chat but that took time and then i received a phone call (From the driver) and i was told the order will be cancelled and i will get my money (I paid rs 119) in 2-3 days. It has been more 4 days and i didnt get a refund. Their customer service is pathetic. They dont even bother to update you on your refund status which is a serious issue and their contact numbers and online chat is useless. I finally got to chat after waiting for hours and was told in the morning that i will get my refund by today. I still havent received it. I went to their website again and tried to get a customer rep online, waited for half an hour and then an agent asks me my issue. I explain thing all over again and they closed the chat saying that i seem to be away when i was waiting for a response all this time! Extremely irresponsible and callous attitude. I will never use this website again. I would request all of the existing customers to order from them at your own risk. They are the absolute worst.

                          I received my order after almost 50 minutes.
                          The delivery boy said our address was out of his range that it was showing him. But we have given our full address properly. He kept us waiting for almost 15 minutes and said he was not getting conformation from swiggy company. And the food was not even sealed.
                          How can we guarantee our food quality and quantity. Our food was also got cold.
                          Is this the way u provide the facilities to customer.
                          Very disappointed with the services of your (Swiggy).
                          Hope you can improve your services.
                          And will be happy if you can help us from the problem we faced today.

                              I place my order at 10:26 still i don’t get my order the delivery boy laying to me and company also about road blocks, their is no any road blockage in my area, i am hungry from last 1:30 hrs. And exicative and chat team not calling me. I am investing my time and money in swiggy their is no any resolution or replacement for my order. This is very unprofessional work happen here. I am going in to consumer court to report this issue on 26 of sept. Literally your doing fraud with customer i have all call records or screen shots from evidence purpose. I will sue you in consumer court.

                                Today when i ordered from ccd they said it will deliver in half an hour and they it took almost 2 hours still the guy is roaming somewhere else, he stopped picking my phone
                                They are making me fool both swiggy customer excecutive as well as the delivery excecutive they just hanging up

                                  I have ordered in mumbai from naturals icecream on the 5th of september. My amount got debited from my account via the card payment but the order was not placed.
                                  I do not have any order id but i have the screenshot of the payment debited from my account of rs.335/-
                                  I have contacted the customer care a lot many times but couldnt get my money back after their claims.

                                    I have raised an order with dominos pizza pimple nilakh pune and order number was 151
                                    This order was never delivered nor did swiggy or dominos took the pain for confirming the order status
                                    Swiggy said it's with dominos and contact dominos
                                    Dominos gave a number which is diverted to other number and other number is not reachable

                                    Later when i was talking to swiggy customer support, they said we are checking and said it's in progress of preparation and later within few seconds said its delivered
                                    I told them it's not delivered and then another service representative said it's in progress of preparation

                                    So, being delivery partners swiggy and dominos should take customer seriously and look into the matter when customer complaints

                                      I had ordered a paneer biryani from lunchbox, hauz khas, new delhi and i received pabeer biryani mixed with pieces of bone and meat inside. As it was paneer above and meat was not visible inside we started eating only to see later that there was pieces of bone and meat inside. Me and my friend both are vegetarians and this is totally against our religious sentiments. This is gross negligence by the restaurant and i'll be filing a case in consumer forum for this.
                                      This is not at all acceptable.

                                        Money deducted and food not delivered. No prpoer response from thier call centre. they are very least bothered about customers. Swiggy delivery executive taken the food and he taken to his home, and all this told by Swiggy customer care. Myself and my family had to be fast due to this. 5 times I spoken to customer cars executives and two Managers (Rachana& some other one). They told me that it will get delivered. They are literally played with me and my family.
