I ordered four items two chicken briyani, three chicken balls, chicken gravy, dragon chickenand i only received three items. Chicken balls were missing and i called the delivery person and he picked up the call but didn't respond properly. I called him again again but he didn't pick up the call. I tried to complain in the swiggy app but i dont think they took this seriously. I tried texting too but there was no response from their side. Iam too disappointed on this app. And this is not the first time this hashappened.

    I downloaded swiggy app on my new phone while i was moving in a vehicle and the app is designed to pick the gps address. It picked up a different address, while i typed a different one (My actual home address). I did not notice discrepancy until before the delivery person called to point it out. I mended my mistake by correcting the address. I offered to pay the delivery boy extra fee because i considered it a mistake on my end. I was ready to compensate for the difference in distance. The food was all cooked and prepared and they decided not to deliver it. I offered to pay the compensation but they have their own illogical policies. I talked to the resturant afterwards and they said that the cancelled orders get submitted to swiggy's office. Now i have to bear the cancellation fee of 200rs and i don't even get the food. This hasn't happened once, this has happened twice with me and i had to pay cancellation fee unecessarily. The swiggy customer care executives do not take into account the grievances of customers. They completely ignore it and the customer suffers.

      The delivery exec did not deliver my food, practically ran away with it. It took swiggy 30 mins to decide on this, and then they initiated refund of the amount. So one hour after ordering, i don't have my food, no reorder possible as the restaurant is closed, i have to pay extra to order food now as the coupon cannot be used for the next two hours.
      How is this right?

          On 1st sept 2019, swiggy has initiated the refund of rs 192, which i did not get till date, and on asking customer reps of swiggy.

          1. Ayesha (Told refund will be credited in 2-4 days)

          2. Raghav (Told me the refund is initiated will get in 2-4 days)

          3. Mukul (Told me amount is already refunded and told he is the only person providing the right information and some has shared the incorrect information)

          4. Anmol (Told me the amount is been initiated and will be credited in 2-4 working days). I asked for the transaction id and mode of payment, unable t provide me the same.

          5. Shalini (Told me the refund has been completed and asked me to contact bank, which i already did after my conversation with mukul, so have asked for transaction id and mode of payment, even she was unable t provide me with the same, then lied to my face saying she has re-nitiated the refund which i will get within 2 days).

          6. Maninder (Told me refund has been completed and asked me to contact bank again, so again have asked for transaction id and mode of payment). He lied to me and provided me fake information, after contacting bank they said these information doesnt even exist (No records found)

          7. Finally mamta (Told me refund has been initiated, however has not been completed and refund will be initiated in 24 hours and will take 2-4 days to get credited)

          Anmol, shalini, maninder and now mamta all have escalated my issue, and assured me but issue still not resolved.

          Have never expected these things from swiggy and still waiting for my refund. Will never buy anything from swiggy again.

          Please take an action against the lying and untrustworthy employees for misleading the customers and refund my amount.

            My building name is not shown in the map, so i have to select the building next to me and set the landmark as next to that building. I also mention the plot no. As it is unique to help the executives deliver to the correct location. However, they deliver it to the other building which has same name as mine and get mad and blame me for not entering the correct address.

              Order #[protected] - the order wasn't delivered ontime and the live tracking page stated that its not live but customer service didn't even bother looking into the delivery issue properly and kept giving me random responses asking me to wait for over an hour for the food which was never coming.

              Later when i asked how much longer i should wait that was when they bothered to try calling the delivery guy and canceled my order
              I cancelled my order as the restaurant didn't have the item they display and cancelled my order on 21 Aug and I didn't receive my refund they are not even caring about it I have been asking the from 11days and they are saying only one it will be credited in 2- 4 days my transaction was upi payment

                This is regarding order no [protected].

                An item worth rs 99 was unavailable in my pre paid order. I requested for replacement with an item of lesser price worth rs 95. Later after 15 mins, two people from swiggy called me simulataneously in confusion telling me that new item wasn't available either. When i requested for refund of rs. 99 for only that item, the swiggy executive told me he will only refund rs. 95. But later i got an official confirmation sms from swiggy that only rs. 89 is refunded.

                Why is swiggy cheating customers to extract additional money through fraud. Even the executive i chatted under help did not bother responding to my actual issue multiple times.

                First of all when item is unavailable, i got know about it after 15 mins of wait by which time all other places were closed. On top of it, swiggy has charged me money for an item they never delivered. Thirdly, swiggy executives don't even bother to respond when this concern was raised by me.

                So i request swiggy to quit cheating it's customes and provide my refund in full immediately.

                Stop this fraud!!

                  I ordered chicken biryani worth rupees 246/- i received that order and i also paid rupees 246/- to the delivery executive by cash, but I've charged rupees 123/- as cancelation fee, but i didn't canceled that order. Kindly remove that cancelation fee

                    I reside near tippasandra, indiranagar and i noticed swiggy delivery agents who wait for their order outside leon grill, hal2, jeevan bhim nagar, bangalore tease girls who passed by.

                    This is the second time i noticed as i walk passed by leon grill centre many times as it is the lane which is close to my house.

                    This is serious issue and will not be tolerated being a girl.

                      I had ordered butter chicken rice bowl from the bowl company in chennai. The first time i received some other order and used a replacement option. The second time again i received an incorrect order and complained. They said it is approximately the same it is still chicken only. They told me to identify the dish as i’m indian and should be aware. I requested to be transferred to the supervisor and they arranged for callback but i have not received any call.

                        I ordered from swiggy from a restaurant called "the bowl company" amounting ₹97/-
                        The amount was deducted from my bank account but the order failed. Upon contacting, they said that my money will be refunded within 2-4 days. No money refunded
                        Upon contacting again they asked me to wait till 06.09.2019 for the amount to reflect in my account. Its 07.09.2019, but they still ask me to wait. The screenshot clearly shows that swiggy received the money. Please refund my amount

                          I was ordering my food today on swiggy on around 3:10pm and i also paid the amount rs. 891. Then the delivery guy call me on 3:40pm, then he asked my no. Then, he called me from his personal phone no. ([protected]). And he said, he is in my location, i go outside and he was never coming. At around 3:46 pm they send me a mail that said the package has been delivered. I was waiting for more than 1 hours for the package and nothing is delivered. Then, i call the swiggy helpline, but also not responding properly. They said he (Delivery guy) has delivered my package in my location. I said i want my refund then they said we were sorry about that. It's such a trash company. I'm really disappointed about that it's not only about the money but also the time they wasted it's more than 1 # hour.

                            Just now order sweets from swiggy.com
                            Set location took automatically location and my location is different. I requested swiggy delivery guy to deliver at my place, for that, i said i will pay extra also. He denied my request, after that, i got a call from swiggy. They said they can't deliver food at my place, they canceled my order. For that, they charged 200 rs... For cancellation. They did not mention while ordering also... They are looting us.

                              Order #[protected]. Ordered from relax restaurant and after waiting for 40 mins, receiving and entirely different order. Rather than apologizing, i was told to reorder and wait for another 40 mins for the food. I’m a swiggy super member, and when told that this is not the standard of swiggy and they’ll be losing a customer, they were like fine! Your wish. This is not what i had expected from a chain like swiggy! Hiring inefficienr staff who aren’t bothered about anything. Untrained, non professional people running swiggy, surely headed towards doom! Never using swiggy again! Zomato is much better.

                                I did the payment of rs 208 through paytm wallet (Wallet txn id: [protected] and order id for swiggy: [protected]). Money got deducted from paytm wallet but order was not placed. Still the payments screen was coming. Please find attached the screenshot for paytm wallet transaction.

                                So i did the payment again through netbanking for rs 208. This time the order was placed. Please find the screenshot for netbanking transaction attached.

                                I raised this to the customer care executive and he said that the money will be refunded to the paytm wallet in an hour but it did not happen.

                                Even after multiple follow-ups with the customer care executive over chat support, i have not received my refund of rs 208 in my paytm wallet.
                                And swiggy is blaming on paytm and vice versa but no one is refunding the amount.

                                The screenshot clearly says that payment has been done to swiggy hence it is the responsibility of swiggy to refund the amount.
                                Please refund the amount.

                                  I ordered food from mcdonald's on 4 september 2019, but did not receive it, even after payment of the money. Initially, on tracking him on the map, it showed him circling the restaurant, and taking a lot of time to collect the food. I have kids at home, due to which i called him two times. He picked up the phone the first time, but switched off the phone the second time. He was untraceable and we finally had to cancel our order. However, the order status was — delivered.

                                    I placed an order at around 9:49 pm then after an hour i received a call from the swiggy executive informing that the order has been cancelled due to some power issues. I don't understand what power issues has to do with my order cancellation. & what the hell is this power issue? If swiggy agents did not wanted to deliver the food they should have informed me within 15-20 min of order placed. They wasted my 1 hour. Who is responsible for this???
                                    If a customer cancels his/her order after confirmation from the restaurant then we (Customers) are fined (Rs 75 or above). Then how much swiggy be fined if they cancel the order despite of confirmation from the restaurant?

                                      I ordered a pizza from pizza hut through swiggy. I did not get the pizza but I got the message that pizza has been delivered.

                                      I talked to delivery boy so many times but the attitude of delivery boy was very improper.

                                      I have already made payment online and my account has been debited by Rs. 171 and I feel that I am being cheated by swiggy.

                                      Please return my money and I will uninstall the app then.

                                        I ordered 3 plate pao bhajis and estimated time was 27 mins. We recieved the order in just 8 mins. And the quality of food was not at all good. Bhaji was uncooked and very very spicy. It was all red and oily. We couldn't even eat that. I paid 300 for it. And in return of the complaint they are providing with a coupon of 75 for next order. it is unfair. I am not going to order from swiggy now obviously. I want my 300 back.
