I placed an order on 28th august 2019 at 5:50pm (approximately) from {Rolls Mania, wakad(pune)} very near to reduce delivery time. I waited till 7:10 bt no one came to make delivery. I went to d shop and asked to deliver my order. They did. And wen i ask for returning my delivery charges they said its d delivery boy who shud come to us. We cant do if they dont turn up..though v prepare our order within 10mints after receiving. I want to ask WHY SWIGGY PEOPLE DO THIS?? BESIDES, THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR CANCELLING MY ORDER. Had d shop been not near to me I wud have lost my money as well as my order. I hd very unpleasant experience wd that food made one and a half hour ago. WHY U PEOPLE DONT MENTION VALID CONTACT NUMBER?? There was an option in "Help" section, "Call Us"..tht number was not correct. Till 9:30 same status ws showing for my order. After this i uninstalled d swiggy app.

    I placed food from student briyani
    They sent us spoiled food which is tooo horrible smell.
    I gave a complaint in customer care no one is responsible for this issue
    Just saying simply will send u refund 50/-
    Do you guys really feel
    Human health value is 50/-rupees

    Why cant you guys take action related this kind of restaurant
    Why cant you guys check the food before sending to customer.
    All customers ordering food with money
    No one eating free of cost.

    Think and check before you send to customer.

      Cod option of my swiggy account has been blocked since 30.08.2019. Dated 29.08.2019, i installed swiggy app in my cell phone. Then i signed up my account by a registered phone number ([protected]) and first time i ordered a food item from your registered restaurant (Adda, midnapore, west bengal) which was active. Then, the order was received. But, unfortunately your delivery boy called me and said that, this said restaurant is close today. He also said that my order will be automatically cancelled. It can be noted that this particular order is cancelled by your system, i am not responsible for that cancellation. But unfortunately i am suffering! I do not want to pay online. Please recover my cod option either i have to uninstall swiggy app.

      I have ordered food from swiggy of RS. 548/- but due to address confusion the order was cancelled by SWIGGY itself and was told that the money debited from the account will soon be automatically credited but iv not recived the money to be credited,

      I ordered item in swiggy on[protected] evening at 6.48pm. item not received customer support people said they have some tech related issues and order will cancelled and money will refunded. But till now I haven't received my money back...I also able to see still the order was active and restaurant preparing it from morning I watching.

        Find the issue

        We are placing a order of 1kg quantity of food but you are supplying only 800 gram of food as want to know that what is the policy of company to supply low quantity
        Or default of order supply chain.

        Want to know the reason why low quantity are supplied who is responsible for the issue is comany, delivery boy or hotel owner.

        Attached a video all details are covered in it. Need an answer

          I have placed an order at 8:40 pm and till 9:50 pm in the app it was showing that food is being prepared.
          When I enquired in the chat support, the executive asked me to cancel the order. When I asked for the customer care number, he just told me that I have to wait for 15 mins the food will be ready and delivered and he closed the chat without my confirmation.
          When I called to customer care after the chat, they said that the delivery executive is unable to deliver the order so I should cancel the order. They were least bothered to tell me the actual status proactively. So after waiting for 1.25 hours at 9:20 pm they said to cancel the order and order some other food.
          This can be avoided if they would have informed me well in advance.

            Asked the delivery person to come up to my place, in return he started raising his voice, later resorted to threatening me. Says he'll come up to my place and beat me up. Says he has local connections and what not. Talked to the customer executive, no response from their side. They said they'll keep me posted about this issue, but nothing as of yet. This happened in the afternoon but still no response from swiggy's side.

              Ordered item was intentionally replaced with stale bad quality food item. When reported to swiggy customer care they simply offered rs. 30/- coupon instead of action/refund.

              Please take a look at attachmemta for order related details.

              I request for these :
              1) refund order amount
              2) refund super swiggy subscription fee since they are just taking customers for a ride

                I had placed the above order this evening. It was for a chapati /tomato fry combo from ceylon bake house

                To my utter disappointment i received 2 chapatis in a slit open pack which you get from a grocery store. The tomato pack also was not sealed i could have bought this myself.

                I presume this was bought by the delivery boy en-route.

                I will have to think twice before i use swiggy next time
                I have mailed many times to register our restaurant La Mensa which is in Levante Hotel, Cyber City, DLF Phase - 3, Gurgaon. I am not getting any positive response from the team

                  I have ordered a burger from kfc of rs.195 which is evident from the bill. I have purchased swiggy super which gives the delivery free of charge.

                  From the bare perusal of the bill, it is evident that the kfc has charged the amount of rs.33 in lieu of delivery charges. It is pertinent to mention that the delivery has been done by swiggy which is actually free in my case. This is nothing but the abuse of process of law and in violation of consumer protection act, unfair trade practices. This practice is being done by major players like kfc etc.

                  I will produce the bill if necessary.

                  Please return the charge amount of rs.33 with compensation to avoid unnecessary litigation.

                    I placed an order (Number [protected]). At 12.34, i received a message that i will get this in 45 mins. Its 2.23 pm and order wasnt delivered. Arvind from the escalation department came and offered me that i could place another order under 500 and i wont be charged for it. I did while being online on the call and then when the second order arrived, i was asked to pay for it.

                    Now i havent received the first order and then the second one is asking me to pay.

                      I ordered a veg biryani from behrouz biryani a well known biryani shop. The deliveryman came and handed me over the parcel, i opened it and started serving it to everyone.
                      I am a pure vegiterian and non veg is not allowed in my house premises.
                      It was chicken
                      I had to throw away all the biryani and all the cutlery it was served and i was emotionally hurt for eating chicken being a vegiterian person.

                        I have order #[protected]... From swiggy.
                        But order delayed as delivery boy dont knw where the restaurant was for food collection. (Delivery boy was newcomer so not his mistake but to impart training before job is management responsibility)

                        Moreover packing was damaged & food was leaking out of packing.
                        This has happened several times but as usual this company isnt serious about it. & management is as pathetic as hell.

                        Plz give my time back which is wasted by you... Swiggy owner give it back.

                          Today aug 31st 9.09 pm my swiggy app declared that food has been delivered and not made phone call before delivering, as soon as the app declaration i chatted with the swiggy person messaged him that food has not delivered and he mess me that he enquired with the delivery person and the delivery person told that he had delivered (Pure lie), meanwhile i called to that delivery man number but yet not picked (This purely states that this is a fraud company).

                            Worst customer care in chennai. We had ordered some food through swiggy app around 2pm on 31dt august, which was 2 sambar rice - curd rice combos and one paneer biriyani. We got the paneer biriyani and only one sambar-curd rice combo. The delivery guy said the hotel gave him only one.

                            He connected me to the swiggy customer service who argued with me instead of calling the hotel to resend the food. That incompetent man kept telling me replacement is not done. I a swiggy customer since 2016 and have had replacements done. My niece also got her food resent when an item was missed out.

                            Arrogant, incompetent lot sitting at customer desk, disconnected our call twice. What the hell are these people thinking? Our order was not delivered correctly, and instead of replacing it they are arguing with us.

                            One # spoke to my father he will send a replacement, and two minutes later another # said no. They all lied.

                              My name is aman chakoo and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I have been using swiggy regularly.
                              Day before yesterday on 29/8/2019 i had ordered food from swiggy with order no #[protected] but the food i got was busted up and had spilled into the polythene and was uneatable so as i raised an issue about it, a support executive told me to pay up for the order and i would receive an replacement but the replacement i got was in even worst condition, busted up, food spilled into polythene and it was leaking from the polythene so again i raised the issue again and an support executive told me that i would receive a call back within 6 minutes which i never received and later another support executive told me on chat that i would receive a food coupon which i never received either and since then i have talked to at least 8 customer support executives on chat and each one of them told me that i would receive a call back within 2 hrs but i never received any calls since then, i paid up but i am yet to receive a proper food or anything and i am really disappointed.

                              Please do something about it as soon as possible as i have already waited enough.

                                Today i ordered some food from swiggy with vatika restaurant in lucknow. The order was confirmed and they deducted money. After half an hour i checked the order didn't confirmed by the restaurant. I chatted with the swiggy customer care and they told me that your order is being prepared and will deliver within 5-9 minutes. Then i waited 1hour more. After i called again to swiggy customer care and different guy told me that your order is out of stock and we can deliver. And they cancelled the order..

                                  As i order on swiggy with order no [protected] on 18.08.2019 but due unavailability of product my order has cancelled they are saying that you will receive your refund within 5 working days and it almost over. Now again and again they are committing false commitment tha you will received refund with 2 days. So it is my concern to take an action against these type of fraud company.

[protected], first of all he delayed the order by 1.5 hours, wen i have called him from alternate no. He said i called you many times you have not picked up, however i have not received only one call which is from customer care only... After that the executive called me back on the same no and started using abusive language and threatened me that "i will come to your home" and used bad language to me..

                                      I am a very regular customer of yours. Almost every alternate day i place an order and believe i can be certain that your delivery executive will deliver my order. But today i experienced something shocking!
                                      I ordered a hot chocolate fudge sundae from a shop only 3 km away. It took the delivery boy you assigned for my order 2 hours to just pick up my order!!
                                      I mean this is ridiculous as far as service quality goes. I hope this delivery person had a very good reason for this kind of irresponsible attitude.
                                      I want you to give me compensation for the harassment caused by this executive.
                                      And i am also very very disappointed. I will think three times before ordering from you. My business is going to go to zomato now!

                                        I orderd my food by swiggy app on 24 august 9:11 pm (Ist). While delivery service i got a call from delivery executive that due to traffic the food was damaged and they were to replace the food. But i didnt recieved the food and the money i paid for the food online by google pay was deducted. After that i took help from customer support and they still didnt help me. And gave me the refund tx id:[protected]. Till that day i was waiting for 2 to 4 bussiness days to get my refund but i am not getting my money. My order id is same as refund tx id. I got the mail provided in photo. And i had also provided bill details.
