I am one of your app user and i am highly regretting using your platform.
My order no. Is [protected]. And your delivery boy delivered the package to some other person and for this order i paid through amazon pay (Amount ₹1310). I want all my payment back and appericiate if you can assure me that this incident won't happen again.
But i am hurt with the behaviour of your employees and in future i will avoid to use your platform, also i will be assuring my friends avoid using your app if you can't resolve this issue.
If you wouldn't resolve my problem i will file complaint against your company and move to consumer court assuring that your platform get banned in india.

    It was my brother’s birthday today so i ordered food on swiggy around 8:10pm i just forgot to change my address after ordering the food delivery guy called me to ask my location so i told him my address then i come to realise that i forgot to change my address in the app that delivery guy said nothing after a while my order was delayed i got a call he said your order will me 20 minutes late i told him the address issue he said no problem then again i got a call he said he’ll talk to the delivery guy and after two hours of my order they said you didn’t provide the right address now it is too far we can’t deliver your order will be cancelled why can’t they told me to cancel when i told them it was after ordering 15 minutes around 8:30pm i could have cancel it and order again but they cancelled it at 10:05pm when i cannot get food from anywhere that’s how they trouble customers.     Hi i received bad order & very bad prepration. It was complete tasteless .I had told to customer care also but no action has been taken . My Order [protected] . No Refund has been given by swiggy . Kindly take strict action against swiggy.Kindly refund my amount.I ordered from Food Expresso.

      I ordered chicken reshmi kebabs from lazeez through swiggy and they were stale and some of my family members already ate the kebabs without realising it. It's a threat to our health. This has happened so many time with me and whenever I complain they give a refund of ₹50. This is not done. It is a serious issue. What if my family members get food poisoning or anaphylactic shock?

        Domino's pizza... They accepted order n took money and not delivering at my address.. They should not accept the order. This is very bad.. Should not irretrate... I want my money back right now..😠😠😠😠. It is very irritating... When amazon and flipcart can deliver than why not domino's.. Shameless people.. Action should be taken against those people or company..😡😡
        I have ordered 5x Crispy boneless fish from Al Kareem on 6th September but got only one and when i complained their executive they only takes my feedback
        I want my money back of 4x crispy boneless fish which was not delivered to me

        I had ordered food from Lunchboxfoe dinner. It was Patatha Chole and Hazlenut Brownie. I order regularly from Lunchbox on Swiggy. While the Paratha Chole combo was fine the hazlenut brownie delievered 30 minutes back looked bitten. Have attached the photo.

        This keeps happening with Swiggy across all restaurants. Please ensure this is resolved.

          I ordered aloo tiki and dahi bala from ambala chat patiala through swiggy. As i used to eat from ambala chat locally. But when food arrived it is cheaper as compared to food i used to eat from ambala chat but i ordered food from ambala chat rather it is cheap. I called to ambala chat and asked about it. By they replied they had no connections with either swiggy or zomato. Swiggy is doing misrepresentation intentionally it is fraud please solve this case. Recover my money or set aside case.
          Please remove my cancellation charges
          My account have been deactivated even though i didnt did anything wrong and i dont even remember my email id which I used to make the account but I have the mobile number which was used to make the account . So anyone who is willing to help regarding this I really need my account active. I don't even know why did swiggy deactivated my account
          My order was not confirmed but the money was cut from Google pay (₹480)

            Ordered three masala dosas and one rava masala dosa from kbs kofi and bar restaurant at pondicherry using swiggy. After paying for it using credit card, the restaurant guy calls me and tells me that masala dosa is not available and offers me cauliflower or mushroom dosas as alternative. I ask him to cancel the order. But he refused, saying not possible. I visited swiggy's app to process cancellation, but they don't have an option to cancel in case the restaurant doesn't have the listed item that i ordered. If i cancel i need to pay 75 inr as penalty. Why should i be forced to take some other item that i didn't ask for? Grossly unfair. Food delivery apps and the restaurants listed therein should not be allowed to force their wishes on customers.
            I had purchased for an amount of 874/- from swiggy, but another 874/- also has been deducted from my account. I need the refund of the above mentioned rupees.

              From swiggy it was full destroyed
              The cheese and all was gone.
              The pizza was no longer edible.

                I ordered the below
                Nizami handi, chicken tikka masala, chicken tikka kabab & nizami chicken biryani

                However after 40 min, delivery boy is calling that it will take. Again the same guy is calling after i hr 40 min that you reorder. However i cancelled the order.

                Today i ordered methi chicken, system took placed the order at gachibowli restaurant and didnt take the current location. Which i need to cancel it. This time they charged rs. 107 for the cancellation.
                These are faults of swiggy. I dont know i dont have faith on swiggy. Request you all please not to encourage this online food order from swiggy. They are not capable of anything. All the customer care executives are doing copy paste job like robo. They worthless fellow. They dont have a proper team to look into theses troublesome errors, which customers are facing.

                  On september 12, 2019 i have ordered some food but items were different from what i have ordered. Swiggy denied to compensate or replacecement for the order. They said we can't.in past same thing happen so that time they compensate me but this time they denied and said its against our compensation policy to compensate more than one time to the same person although they repeatedly do such mistake is from their side.
                  Order no 452 for Dominoes placed and yet not received for more than 1.5 hours already..
                  This is pathetic of swiggy i will never place order with them again

                    I am yet to get my money for the order placed. On 12th sept rs.300 coupon received as compensation for abnormal cancellation of my order. On 16th i have received payment refunded rs. 290 which i have not received.

                    Need my entire paid money to my sodexo card asap. Done enough follow-up with swiggy agents but no one able to solve this issue. This is a classic example for cheating case. After accepting order, cancelling & not refunding my money.

                    Need urgent help.

                    Got partial refund of 290 in source account but yet to get Rs.300 to my source account ...
                    Yesterday I ordered pizza from Domino's the amount get debited from my account but order was not completed Now swiggy is not refunding my money From swiggy I got reference number but still money is not credited to my account
                    Fried rice were raw and half cooked and manchurian gravy is extremely sour
                    The delivery boy denied to come inside tge campus and deliver food. On requesting him, he behaved very rudely and raised his voice. Order number: [protected] delivery boy name: Pintua Das.

                      I ordered on 13 september. They sent me missing items food from Halal pizza fun which is also burnt from sides .
                      I received missing food in my order. When I complaint with your customer care they refused to compensate me for the same.
                      I keep telling me them to refund me but they are refusing.
                      I trust you swiggy with my food but I think you are breaking it now.
                      I want to ask whose mistake it is that I did not received the food for which I pay you.
                      Where is my rest food gone ? Is this restaurant mistake or yours swiggy ?
                      Please initiate me a refund.
                      I will be very grateful for the same.

                        Yesterday i have ordered on swiggy wide no [protected], this incidence was really frustrating for us as first place it got delivered late by alnost an hour, then due to bad weather we have been charged exrra n then this order delivered is not as we ordered, it was disappointment for us as we ordered and paid for dal fry n paneer makhni but the order delivered was just dal and chhas and there is no way to raise complaint about it, we contacted restaurant but they said the pickup boy has selected wrong order.

                        I am really embarrased for it as the order was given for my mother in law who is 76 in age at her residence, who stays alone and she didnt get the food in time n wht she has ordered.

                          I have ordered food online from swiggy.
                          Please find attached screen shot of my order number. I placed my order on 15th sept 2019 by 8.26 pm but imidiately with in a min i cancelled
                          My order. Order i cancellled but with rs 200 cancellation charges. As per chat with swiggy custmr care, they saying your food was prepared and delivery guy ready to deliver. I hav not received any msg that so and so delivery guy asdign to delivery your food. But my concern is with in less than one min how it can possible?
                          Me and my dad both are swiggy delivery executive and we had a accident yesterday...I have some scratches..but my dad got a crack on his hip bone and now is lying in the bed as 15 days rest I needed...where do I do the accidental claim which was offered by swiggy as I have overheard it from other swiggy delivery executives.
                          I ordered two thalis from a restraunt using swiggy. The food was not at allup to mark. The dal was sour in taste and was not at all fresh, eating a single bite of it was difficult. Rice too tasted as if it was made several days ago. Due to It's poor quality we had to throw it. The food was poor in quality and was a complete waste of money.

                            I have placed an order on 27th July of RS 195 which was deducted thrice. For same I have placed multiple times raised my refund request, which Everytime I check with swiggy chat I get to know there is no refund request only. How many times I will keep repeating the same. And your good for nothing customer care number, what it is for? Neither call connects nor anyone picks if it ever does.

                            It's been more than 60 days and still the status remains the same. Is this the service you promise to provide.?

                              My order was half delivered, then swiggy said they will send the rest. Then the delivery exec had an accident. When i called customer service prakash paswan tells me what can i do, if you want wait one hour ill re raise the order. When i said i couldn't wait he actually says what can i do and then hangs up!!! Ridiculous and horrible service, they just don't care, specially i've waited 2 hours for food. I don't get food and i get such rude answers

                                Order no [protected]. I am a vegetarian sandwich but i received a chicken/egg or i don’t even know the kind of non veg there was in the sandwich. How can swiggy make such a mistake. It’s a huge part of our belief and swiggy just destroyed. When i spoke to the customer care, they didn’t seem to care. I don’t think they understand the severity of the situation.

                                    My refund is not paid even after 10 days of order cancellation since swiggy had technical issues on delivering the order on september 6th. So swiggy only cancelled my order but they haven’t yet credited the refund post 10 days.
                                    I’m tired of contacting the refund settling team at swiggy.. And all executives are replying as bots with same old lines...

                                      Order from harshada pawar on 14th september was first made at 7:28 pm and it is 10:13pm same day i have yet not received the order. Swiggy is not able to manage any issue created by their own delivery boys. The first delivery boy as he said met with an accidental who was 5mins on swiggy map from my house. After this incident i received a min of 20-25 calls to get my order and i am still on it. The reordered after the incident with the first delivery boy and told me that i order has been reprocessed and a new delivery boy has been assigned the new delivery boy waited for more than a hour but he couldn't receive the order as swiggy didn't place it from their end and mcdonalds didn't give the order without an official order from swiggy also the did a lot of fraud conversation on the call stating that they are trying to place the order manually via delivery boy and mcdonalds is not accepting the order which is not possible and to add to it i spoke to the delivery boy himself he said he has not received any information about manually placing the order from their his end.
                                      Also my first very order was a paid one from gpay. The second delivery boy couldn't receive and they forced me to cancel and they would place another themselves. After cancelling the order i receive a call from swiggy which stated that they are now not able to place the order is mcdonalds is close at 9:40pm on a saturday. After all the arguments i have now received a message that my order is reprocessed and i will have to pay 570 for that. Swiggy torchured me by wasting my time, making me attend around 25 calls for a order which was paid while placing the order and making me look after the order because swiggy cannot be trusted for money.

                                        I had ordered for food on swiggy at 09:23 pm on 14/09/2019 from mehta food junction and the delivery time was mentioned as 42 minutes but the order was delivered after more than an hour.
                                        The service of swiggy has detroriated and they are claiming false delivery time.
                                        The customers ordering food actually expect the delivery on time because food is for eating which should reach on time. Hunger is something that can never be challenged and compromised but swiggy doesn't seem to understand this and is also not bothered about their customers.
                                        And its not the first time but previously also same has happened.
                                        I would request the consumer forum to take strict action against such companies that is playing with the hunger of the customers and misrepresenting the customers.
