Yesterday i ordered from homely restaurant via swiggy and this incident has happened for the third time.
I ordered two kadi pakoda and paid 97 bucks through card. I ordered at 7 pm, and after waiting for an hour, i got the message that my order is delivered, but it did not deliver.
I called the executive, and he said "maine to gate pe deliver kardiya koi mila tha", # that was all lie, because when i was tracking him on the app, it was showing ten minutes, and after a sec i got the message that it is delivered. I called the guard there at my appartment, and he said nobody came. I even checked the entry register. After that i told my friend to call that executive, he said "maine to kisi ko diya tha, abhi dubara aata hu batata hu kaun se guard ko diya", but the one who lies why would that person come.
Swiggy sucks, their restaurants prices are always higher than the actual price of the restaurant, be it homely, or apna dhaba in vikaspuri, or any other. They charge 20 rupees extra on all the dishes, and then give the same discount on the coupon, but when you cross check the direct menu on the restaurant website then there is a huge change.
This fraud has happened for the thrid time that i paid, and their executive did not deliver.

They are such a fraud, they should pay my money back, adn should pay me for the fraud they have done. I will not spare these frauds, will post the same on social media.
